Cool Intentions Tent Rental

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Cool Intentions! Simpson and the crew that set up all the tents, tables, chairs and other equipment were courteous, helpful and very accommodating. Simpson even came out to our home the week before to the finalize the positioning of the tents and to make necessary adjustments to our order so that everything would be perfect for our party. Not only were we very pleased with the outcome, but our guests were also very impressed with the quality and beauty of the entire set up. In fact, we have already recommended Cool Intentions to some of our friends! We will definitely be using Simpson and his team again!

I worked with Wayne he was great to work with! They came out put up the tent a day before the event; allowed us to keep the tent the entire weekend because it was a holiday weekend(4th of July 2020)They’re so professional and respond to your every need or concern quickly! We needed another AC unit brought out! Within the hr there was someone out replacing the unit! If you’re looking for a great tent service look no further this is it! I’ll definitely be using their services again! I’ve already asked him to pencil us in for next year for the exact same weekend😊😊😊

I recently used Cool InTENTions for a work related event, I am located in PA and the event was in TX and even with the location gap, Simpson made this a very easy process! He was very attentive, making sure we had all the available options and pricing. The tent, tables & chairs arrived and were put up and torn down on time. I would definitely use them again if we have another event in Dallas!

Had a last minute order (within one week, during the holiday), that changed a few times. Cool inTENTions was VERY accommodating with our agency's requests. Wong was always answering the phone or returning calls right away; he kept us updated throughout the process. Their 20x40 tent with string lights and generator was a hit! Drop off and pick up occurred with ease!

Great customer service. Prompt. Price is reasonable. The tent is beautiful, trendy, and sturdy. Got the 10x10 (should have gotton the larger size) for my son 4th bd. Everyone loves the look. Definitely will ask them to set up again.

These guys know what they are doing! Called them on a Thursday for a need for the tent on a Saturday. They set up the very next day, and took the tent down an hour after the event ended! Prompt, professional, and perfect!
