Cool Springs Wine & Spirits has one of the best wine selections in the Franklin area. I really appreciate how they lay out the sections, and their staff is very helpful if you’re having trouble finding what you need. They also have some great deals on both wines and liquors. Their bourbon selection isn’t huge, but they do have some good brands on the shelves. I highly recommend checking them out.

Had a gentleman help me select a bourbon for a gift, he was very patient and provided great input , wish they had what I was looking for ,but I understand that some of these bottles are not easy to always stock.

After my fourth visit to the store, I can confirm that the staff can be quite rude. The store has a great selection, but I have yet to have a good customer service experience. No employee seems they want to be there, and it is the most depressive liquor store I've ever been to. Edit : I forgot to mention that whenever I have tried to order through DoorDash/Uber eats and get delivered from here, they will say they have things in stock when they don't just to make you purchase. I have tried to purchase multiple things in stock online and they will wait until the day of and cancel your order. (Even if you schedule far in advance.)

Great staff and great product selection. Always have what we are looking for but also has something new every time we go. They take recommendations and keep things in stock. Very attentive to the customers and what they want. Prices seem competitive on most products.

Large selections of wine & spirits with great priced, often lower than some distilleries! You can also have tastings in the Oak Room and they have knowledgeable staff to assist you. It's common to see customers from neighboring states shopping the great prices and wide selection!

I used to buy a lot of out spirits here until this past year when I had to cut way back. Went in looking for bitters and maybe a buffalo trace. Found bitters but the bourbon was considered allocated at this store. That's ok to each their own.

We stop here every time we are heading to the beach. Great craft beer selection with enough wine and bourbon variety to knock anyone out!

Found some great wines recommended by Anna. She provides a great wealth of knowledge in paring wine with dishes. She is great service to everyone or anyone who needed help. It's one of our favorite places to go.

Located on Mallory Lane in a small complex on Mallory Lane next to Academy, Cool Springs Wine & Spirits is a solid stop to pick up that bottle of wine/liquor along with local, craft or domestic beers, along with other things! The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had some questions about a particular spirit and the cocktails that could be made from it, and the associate was ready with the info and definitely helped me out. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Prices are as expected at a local liquor store. I've seen better, but also worse. Overall, solid spot and great place to scoop up the goods!

Moved to TN in July 2024. Found this gem not long after. Best prices and selection in the area. Prices are even better than Total Wine on bourbon/whiskey. Their allocations aren't ridiculously marked up like other places in the area charging secondary market, rip off, prices. Met Juan and he is very knowledgeable and very personably, knows his bourbon. They even have an area behind the allocation desk where you can sample. It's my go to for bourbon.... Period!!! If you are a cigar person... hit Poppa P's on the back side of the store. Cigar lounge with a nice selection of sticks and a nice selection of bourbons and other drinks!!!

Has been our go to spot for discounted and affordable beverages and ingredients! We love their beer selection - being able to mix and match to try things out and find what you love. We often get whiskey & old fashioned ingredients here - love a classic Old Grand Dad (don't underestimate it even though is on the bottom shelf) with some black walnut bitters, a luxardo cherry, an orange peel and occasional cinnamon stick. I will say since being more sober curious I was happy to find Ritual NA Whiskey (and other liquors) being sold here and have since switched to that! I also enjoy trying the cbd/thc infused drinks out, not sure I have found one I really am all that enthusiastic about yet. Sometimes there will be reps of the products present and you can sample them, which is so fun! I love the staff here - so friendly and feels like family. As far as the vibes, it's very spacious and well organized, easy to find things and is enjoyable to shop around. Plenty of parking in their private lot!

This is my go-to stop for the vast majority of my alcohol purchases. Everything about Cool Springs Wine & Spirits is great! The owner is frequently in the store, which is always a good sign. He is readily available to answer any questions or offer assistance. And, if you're lucky you might catch Weller Rose (an adorable dog) roaming the store. They have an excellent selection of spirits, wine and beer, along with all of the accessories you'll need. I frequently shop for beer and whiskey, and I always find what I want at a good price here. Occasionally I'll have to go elsewhere to find a certain brand, but for the most part Cool Springs Wine & Spirits has what I want. I can't say enough about the incredible staff at this store! Austin is the beer guy, and he knows everything about beer. If you have questions or need suggestions he is your guy. Everyone there is so great! I have never been in this store without having multiple employees ask me if I need anything. The customer service they provide is unrivaled in this area. Seriously, I challenge you to find better customer service anywhere! These folks are the best! Oh, they also have an e-mail subscription that keeps you in the know and gives you discounts. Plus, they have a customer appreciation day in the summer that is fantastic!!! There are so many liquor stores in this area, and I could go to several different locations. Some are less expensive and have larger selections, but I always find myself going back to Cool Springs Wine & Spirits for the people and the customer service. I'll pay a little more for the way I'm treated each time I visit. If you are anywhere in Nashville and want the best experience at a liquor store, then you need to pay them a visit.

I was sent here on a mission for work. Buying lots of alcohol for an event that I know nothing (NOTHING) about. Bourbon. Gin. Tequila. Whiskey. I walked in and grabbed a shopping cart and I'm positive I looked very lost because about 3 people came up to me right away asking to help. And thank goodness for them! I cannot remember the kind soul's name, but thank you. He was the best, and helped me find everything I needed for this event. This store is organized, clean and has an amazing staff. I really appreciate all they do for their customers. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

DO NOT USE COOL SPRINGS FOR WEDDINGS/EVENTS!! Not only is the customer service, our rep: Alexis Grassi, was so incredibly rude and unresponsive, but also there is such a lack of transparency when it comes to their "buy back" model. Also, for large events.. they do not provide any bulk order discount whatsoever. They actually overcharge! I've never had an experience like this before and I'm hoping this review will help anyone else who may consider using Cool Springs for any large event!

Employees are rude and disrespectful. Gossip happened daily and made me feel uncomfortable and when I went in to make a purchase I was ignored and walked off by Cam. I asked why I was being ignored and if I could speak to management she then rolled her eyes and said I am the manager and I just don't want to talk to you someone else can. I've never actually talked to any of these young girls because of how awkward and uncomfortable each transaction was. Now a couple days later and I find out after trying to resolve the tension I am now "banned" If you ask me it almost feels like a high school in there. Awful employees, extremely rude and disrespectful. Very young girls working that feel comfortable saying whatever they want. Would not give out any supervisors name or phone numbers or allow me to leave my contact information to be contacted back. I have never been that disappointed and disrespected. Terrible service and will be telling everyone I know to never go to this location ever again. Worst business I have ever been in.

Knowledge and First hand experience meets personable equals outstanding. That's how we feel about the Specialty Stocked Liquor & Spirits showstopper store. Throw in Rey their amazing in store Sommelier and you have a Powerhouse Business. Thank you everyone especially Rey & Kelly!!

Juan is THE BEST! I ran in here with absolutely no time to spare and needed help with this weird cocktail that I was making by the pitcher for a party. I am so glad he approached me because I would've bought the absolute wrong thing and my cocktail would have been a sugary-syrupy-sweet mess. He gave me great advice and even helped me save money. I will probably switch my regular spot now because of Juan. Thank you for your help, Juan! I'll report back how it turns out!

Such an awesome place! When my mom and I were visiting the Nashville area, I came to pick up a bottle of my husband's favorite Cinnamon Whiskey (Tennessee Legend) as well as a bottle of my favorite blueberry vodka (Pickers). I was greeted immediately and offered samples of a bourbon, gin and a red wine. I enjoyed them all and ended up purchasing the bourbon and wine. I was able to find the gin at home in Michigan. They have an amazing selection of wine, beer, and spirits. The staff were fantastic and willing to assist me in finding a wine I was looking for as well as answer a few questions. They have plenty of parking and it's in a nice area, next to plenty of other stores and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Even better than the vast selections of wine and liquor, are the fantastic events! For a fun date night, I suggest attending a "Boozy Bingo" and for a Girls Night Out, check out the "Boozy Book club." The events I have attended have been hosted by Pam who has gone above and beyond to make each evening an absolute blast! The bingos have been fun and creative, and the book club discussions are so well organized. For me, the best part is being able to ask Pam questions whether it be about bourbon or wine she never makes you feel silly for asking. Her knowledge is VAST!! I am looking very forward to my next event with Pam. She is a true asset to this store!

Wish I could give them 6 stars! I live in Oakland, CA but my family lives in Franklin, TN. This is the go to when I visit Franklin BUT it's more than that. For the entire Covid Pandemic I wasn't able to visit my family and Cool Springs Wine & Spirits became my 'go to' for sending birthday & celebratory gifts! They have been AMAZING! They deliver, offer curb side pickup, do an amazing job of explaining options over the phone. Also the 6th star I'd like to add is for their classes!!! I got my brother in law a bourbon class and my nephew a cocktail making class. Both classes were a HIT! And they received gift cards after the class too. What store does that? I can't wait until it's safe to travel again and my next trip to Franklin I'll be signing myself up for a class :)

OK I originally gave this liquor store 5 Stars. And while the selection and prices are still amazing. I can't understand why they went from being open until 10pm weekdays and 11pm weekends to 9pm M-Sat. Sunday is 7. But that's not unusual. I get they followed suit during covid and shorten hours but all that's in the past. There are many many other liquor stores opened til 10 or later. They are forcing me to shop other places when they used to be open late for over 20 years. Why can't they change back?

My wife and I decided to check this place out since they're one of the few wine & liquor stores open until 9 pm. What a great find. First, the selection is the best in the area. They have a fantastic bourbon selection, featuring several local distilleries. The wine selection is far superior to any other store. You'll find wines from all over the world, their ratings, and featured pairings. If you're a beer fan, enter their "Beer Cave". You're able to sample various beers while creating your own 6 pack. They have a great variety of beers, ciders, seltzers, etc. They host several events throughout the year including wine tastings from various vendors, this has slowed down due to Covid but they plan on bringing it back when allowed. We've found our new favorite shop, I think you'll feel the same after visiting.

No worth the Drive!! Sitting on cases of Blantons and they are saving it for their Grand Reopening!! Drive 4 hours to get one bottle and come up empty!! Everything in that store is overprice! Very Poor customer service!!! Definitely not the southern hospitality but if you have to close stores to keep your mega store open !!! Not the service you get when Juan is there!!!

Stopped by for a few things. The store was really large and had sooo many choices. The employees were friendly and helpful. We sampled the Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey. It was unique. Prices were reasonable. It was a good choice.

We used them for our daughter's wedding. They are a vendor on the venue's required vendor list. We used them because the venue told us they would take back unopened liquor. They do not. They only take back unchilled wine and unopened spirits. We relied on their expertise as to how much to order. We ended up with over half the wine left over and 1/3 of the beer. Also 1/2 of the hard seltzers which we knew up front they would not take back (why?). When we brought back the wine, they wouldn't take it because it was in our car and was therefore "chilled". It was in our car for less than 12 hours and had we known they would do that, we would have hauled it into our hotel room and then brought it back the next morning. They made us feel like we were trying to underhandedly return ruined wine. We were out around $500 of our bar bill that we thought we would get refunded. We do not drink wine and had to haul 31 bottles of it back to Illinois and are now trying to figure out who to donate it to. They did take back 2 bottles of vodka. Thanks a lot.

The absolute best liquor and wine store in Cool Springs. Out of the places I have visited, Cools Springs Wine and Liquor has the best prices in he area. The wine selection takes up about 2/3 of the store and they have anything from local wines to imports. The also have any type of liquor imaginable (well besides Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon, well I don't think they do since it's a high commodity now days). Buffalo Trace Bourbon (Kentucky) is around $43.95 for a handle, Tito's Distilled Vodka (Texas) is $27.99 a handle. A handle of Captain Morgan (Rum) is $24.99, so their prices are extremely good. They have everything including the mixers and cigars in the back. The wine is extensive,and have the high end/vintage wines separate from the "normal" wines, so you don't "accidentally" end up looking at bottles priced for $129.99 when you are wanting a bottle for $19.99. The customer service is amazing, each representative is extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable so if you have any questions they are qualified to help and point you in the right direction. It's next door to Academy, and across the street from the mall, so if you are in the area, definitely check it out. You won't be disappointed!

I am writing this on behalf of my Aunt and Uncle who worked with Cool Springs Wine & Spirits, specifically Jeff, for their son's wedding rehearsal and reception. They met with Jeff in person months before the events and had sent multiple emails communicating ALL the details for the rehearsal and reception. They paid in full 10 days before the rehearsal dinner feeling confident Jeff would be able to supply everything on time, the right amount of spirits, and at the locations they had discussed for months and confirmed again days before the events. Rehearsal dinner was on Friday and my aunt quickly realized that Cool Springs did NOT deliver the correct amount of alcohol that had been agreed upon because they ran out of wine before filling up the amount of glasses they had ordered to go along with the amount of wine they had ordered. So the caterer (not affiliated with cool Springs) had to go out and buy more wine. Wedding Reception was on Saturday and one hour into the reception the wine runs out AGAIN. My aunt did not check the delivery beforehand because she trusted Jeff and Cool spring Wines would not make this mistake again. But nevertheless, they disappointed us once more. My aunt had the event manager and staff run around the venue to try and find more wine but they couldn't. They called Jeff at Cool Springs and he said he could have more delivered but it was a 45+ minute drive to the venue. At this point in the reception, none of the guests had any wine to drink so my Aunt and Uncle had to have their nephews go to the store and buy more wine. Cool Springs Wine and Spirits did not deliver nearly enough wine both nights even though the details and amounts were discussed multiple times over the course of 3 months and even again days before the events. They semi-ruined such special days for my aunt and uncle. Would NOT recommend Cool Springs Wine & Spirits to any family who is looking to have a stress free event.

Prices are good and I love one of their associates (Stephen Sherrill). He is very knowledgeable with many good insights into the wine, where it came from, etc. I won't go there unless he can give me some suggestions. I am sure others are good connoisseurs, but I have my favorite now. I do wish they had a little more discount for regulars who will come often. You can get the 10% if you get the case though. I just like to buy 2-3 at a time, but the prices are still better than most.

I have had nothing but good times here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection is great!

So we were looking for a liquor store to supply our adult beverages for our wedding! So happy to find Cool Springs Wines & Spirits. Natasha is so awesome to work with. She was "spot on" with her wine choices and how much liquor we needed for the event. She steered us into amazing directions for some liquor labels we didn't know about. Highly recommend working with them for any functions or events. Thanks to Scott for connecting us with Natasha! Also it's just a fun place to go in if you want to buy beer, wine or liquor. The entire staff is great and they are pros with beverages! They usually have tastings going on and a great selection of wine. If you haven't been, highly recommend you stop by.

Selection is mediocre. Perhaps if this establishment were in a low rent neighborhood it wouldn't matter, but this is Cool Springs. Why not stock some top shelf bourbon? Had to settle for Larceny and I don't like to settle. I want my Pappy damnit.

When I travel, I'm always happy to check out the local liquor dispensing establishments. Ohio has drive thrus, Toronto has gov't run stores, and Atlanta has gas stations with tall boys on ice near the checkout (for passengers only, bien sur!). At home (WI) I'm used to every place and their mother selling beer - I mean every grocery store, gas station, Walgreens and Walmart dispenses the juice, so I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of liquor stores. Cool Springs Wine and Spirits is alright in my book - the store is HUGE and well organized with an emphasis on wine. Things are clearly & cleverly marked ("Chardonnay Way", "South Rhone Road") - if they don't have it, you probably don't need it right now. Staff will let you browse but is there if you need some help - I wanted sake and the helpful staffer both showed me where it was & made some helpful recommends. They won't push you to the highest priced bottle either - they'll make a recommend based on value which I appreciate.

This place is so great. Hands down the cheapest place in the greater Nashville area. They have great prices and the best selection! The staff there is super friendly and if you want a bottle chilled they have a blaster you can use. Also they do free events where they have wine tasting/whiskey tasting/etc. We went to one on a tuesday night and it was 1 1/2 hours and they had snacks and all these wine tastings. It was great!

Visited this Wine and Spirit with the intention on running in and running out however this place has an Amazing selections of Whiskeys and Wines. Looking for a gift, it was so hard to choose a Chardonnay since I do not know much about this wine. This lovely lady must have noticed my sister and I just looking like we didn't know what we wanted, so she came to our rescue. We told her how much we wanted to spend and she pointed out a few selections for us to choose from and there it was. Our gift hunting was complete.

If you had been wondering where to buy a $5,000.00 bottle of Courvoisier, Cool Springs Wines and Spirits is the place! This is another liquor, beer, and wine store in Cool Springs. They have a pretty good selection of alcohol, and carry all the standard brands and more. I had a hay day here with my husband because they carried some strange bottles of Czech Liquor which he was giddy to see on the shelf. They also had Campari, which I don't see that often. So we overstocked our cabinet... A good thing to know is that this store will match any local competitor's advertised price. They even post the weekly ads of their competitors so that you can be sure you'll get the best deal shopping at Cool Springs Wine and Spirits.

Always fun visiting this store. Warm and friendly service always comes to my aid!! They are big on customer service and are very punctilious! Lower to mid level price in red wine are some of the best in Nashville!

Always liked this place a lot but when you're the only bottle shop open until 11 in the area and you close more than five minutes early on a Friday night, you're off my list of go to places. That's just laziness. Not pleased even slightly.

I love this place. Large warehouse style liquor store with a back corner of individual beers to grab. Well, more like a whole room. You could also get a 6 pack if necessary. The prices are better than anywhere else I have been in Franklin/Cool Springs area. The best part is that most of the holiday packs are the same price as a regular bottle but it includes the shot glasses or juice. Never going anywhere else!

The selection isn't bad. Me: Do you carry wine bottle stoppers? Cashier: No, we can't carry anything but alcohol. Me: *smirking from hearing the same thing about the wine opener last week* Cashier: Why are you smiling? Coworker: We're not from around here, that's different to us.

Cool Springs Wine & Spirits is located in one of the plethora of strip malls near and around the Galleria itself. This particular strip mall also contains a Captain Disease (I mean, uh, D's...) and a Academy Sports. Basically, as you are traveling down or up Mallory Lane take a gander over at the Academy Sports monstrosity, and the Wine & Spirits shop will be nearby. So, this place ginormous, not enormous, not huge, but ginormous. They try to guide you to the wine or liquor that you are seeking to ease the day/night (next hour?) by putting cute-sy signs all over the store like "Cabernet Lane" and "Merlot Avenue". I think you get the point. This makes seeking the type of grape you seek pretty darn easy. Of course, they need to guide you in some way because of the... remember? ... that's right: the ginormity of the joint. Now that you've found "Cabernet Lane," you've got to navigate through quite the extensive selection of Cabernets. You can find varieties of most wines that range from $8.99 a bottle to $100+ a bottle... because dropping a Benjamin on a bottle "ain't no thang". As far as liquor goes, they carry the usual suspects (Jack Daniels, Beam, Finlandia, Grey Goose, etc.) and they carry some of the less than familiar like Firefly Sweet Tea vodka. They seem fairly priced with the rest of the liquor stores around Williamson county, so if you don't mind fighting the horrendous traffic on Mallory Lane and you don't mind the potential contamination of traveling within 100 yards of Captain D's... then you might as well go here to buy your booze. Remember in Tennessee: our liquor laws require wine and liquor be sold in a liquor store, but it's illegal to sell beer in a liquor store that as alcohol by volume less than 6%-ish. You have to buy beer at the grocery store (where it is ridiculously against the law to sell liquor and wine...)

This is definitely the best wine/liquor store in the Cool Springs area, and one of the best in Nashville. From the lowest grade swill to the best French wines, Cool Springs Wine and Spirits has one of the best, if not THE best selection in Nashville. Their prices are reasonable and they are open 'til 11 all nights of the week. The staff is helpful, and while I know more about wine and spirits than most of them, they occasionally turn me on to something I haven't tried before. The store is fairly well laid out. The wines are grouped by varietal and all the liquors by type. The high end wine is in the back right corner of the store and the high-gravity beer is located in a walk-in cooler on the left-center side. Everything else is well-labeled and easy to find. Also, if you walk out of the store and around the side to the left (as you face the store) there is an affiliated store that sells fine cigars and good non high-gravity beer. What more could you ask for?

This is an excellent liquor store. They have great service and an even better selection. You can find very inexpensive items as well as the most elite of beverages. If you are looking for something unique, this is the place. My first trip to this establishment was after eating at the Italian place around the corner. They have a cigar bar that is adjacent to the building and I believe it is under the same management. It's separate because of some Tennessee law I'd imagine. I went in to check out their bourbon selection and it was outstanding. There is plenty of local stuff, high end bourbons, and more affordable options. The gentleman that helped me sort through the inventory was also very helpful. My other love with this spot is the craft beer selection. It's great. They have a large portion that is also kept cold in a walk-in refrigerator. You can sort through an excellent variety of options and take home something cold. My wife and I also had a good time playing around in the high-end wine area. There is some serious stuff back there. The place has an incredible selection and we love to stop by when we're in the area.

This is the Frugal MacDougals of Cool Springs. It's a giant store with a beer store and cigar humidor connected to it (they also have a nice lounge upstairs) that will beat anyone's price. They have always had an excellent selection and knowledgeable staff. They are also open until 11 every night (except Sunday of course - Yea blue laws!), which is difficult to find in this area. The beer store has a good, cheap selection of kegs too.

This is my favorite liquor store. I've been to several others in the area and this one has the best pricing. The employees are very friendly and are happy to answer any questions you may have. There is a large wine selection. I have my "go to" favorites but I like to try something different every once in awhile. I wish I could remember the lady who helps me what to decide next. She is very knowledgeable about the wine they carry and she's always happy to answer questions. I love the way the place is decorated. I don't even think I noticed on my first visit but then one day while I was shopping I looked up. There are mardi gras looking decorations including puppet type. They have a large selection of beer in their beer corner. They do tastings frequently for their different products. You can get dates and times for tastings by signing up for their email.

I had a terrible experience here and don't intend to go back. I went into the store with the intention of buying a large quantity of individual craft beers. I mean, a LARGE quantity (this was a gift.) When I went to the beer corner, I found two young guys, one who was telling the other he would soon be taking his break. Neither acknowledged my existence and though I might have liked some recommendations, I just forged ahead on my own. At one point I was looking at some beer near the entrance to the beer section. Another employee brushed past me and seemed annoyed that I was in the way. I decided to get out of there with what I had, still quite a few singles but only about 1/8th the number I intended to buy. At the register, a guy rang me up, I was about to pay with my card when a young woman stepped up and said something to him. I think he may have been in training. Anyway, she proceeded to look at each individual bottle / can and I asked her what she was doing. She said he missed one. Fair enough. Just cancel the transaction and start over, right? Nope. She was going to dig through every bottle and match it with the register tape. As you can imagine, this took QUITE a lot of time. It seemed to me she had an inordinately difficult time matching the bottles to the receipt. Needless to say, the line of customers were building up behind me. I noticed about 5 guys (employees) standing around shooting the breeze. Not one seemed to have the sense to, you know, open another register to check out the large number of people waiting behind me. At one point there were 12 other people in line! And Miss "he missed one," was plodding along, veerrrry slowly, trying to find that one missed beer. I don't know how long it actually took, but I'm sure it was at least 10 - 15 minutes and possibly longer. If I had been the owner / manager there, I would have just let the customer have the supposedly extra beer rather than hold up so many people and create the very obvious ill-will and tension that was created. When a business hires people who lack sense (like employees who see a lot of customers waiting to check out but don't open a register -- or an employee who creates a lot of aggravation like the one who was matching the bottles to the receipts,) rather than just losing a tiny bit of money on one bottle of beer but keeping the good will of over a dozen customers, then I don't like to support that business with my business. I like businesses that are run professionally, properly train their employees and employ people who use a bit of common sense. There is waaayyyy too much competition out there. Cools Springs Wine and Spirits does not need my business.

If you are out in Cool Springs - this liquor store is top notch. I am a huge wino and the wine selection here is very deep. If you are looking for something simple - they have a ton of varietals within a reasonable price range. If you are looking for something classy - I highly suggest checking out the room in the back right. They have tons of nice french wines and other top shelf bottles. Hard to beat this selection at most places in Nashville.

This place is surprisingly great for a liquor "superstore." Of course they have a huge selection from the cheapest stuff you could imagine to some really nice high end stuff, but the staff is also very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. A perk of being such a big retailer is that they are more likely to get access to some of the limited edition products. This was the only place in the area I was able to find the Four Roses 2013 Limited Edition Single Barrel for my husband for our anniversary. They do have a nice high gravity beer selection as well as a cigar humidor and beer store next door that has a good selection of beer that I don't see everyday at other stores.

2nd attempt in this store. Worse than first try. Employees standing around. I received no greeting. No help. I even looked lost. Ppl seemed afraid to ask if I need help. I'm gonna chock it up to shopping on a Thursday bad. No reason to ever go back here.

Every Vodka imaginable? Check. Don Julio at a great price? Check. Expansive and fantastic wine selection? Check. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (my pet peeve)? Check. The only...ONLY thing that kept this from five stars is a Chardonnay from Nickel and Nickel that we had in Napa and didn't find here. Oh, and don't forget to join the wine club and take advantage of discounts and a ton of additional information. This place is da bomb!!

This is my place for wine and liquor. I have price checked against Kroger, sams and two other liquor stores in cool springs. They have the best price on all items I check and they have an extensive inventory. Also well staffed with knowledgeable, helpful employees.

If there were a zero score, this place gets it for the owners poor character. I am sorry I have ever given this place my business. The owners are so selfish and vendictive. Do you know that if one of their hourly employees is fortunate enough to land a job as a liquor or wine sales rep with a company or with a distributor. This place (the owners and the sales manager) will refuse to buy the product their former employee is selling. How shameful of them! Learning this as fact, I will not shop their again.
