Amazing service. Great for family dinners and very kid friendly. The staff are great with special needs kids and service is quick and friendly. From country usually getting great service to city expecting the least. I am very impressed and will be back

Cathy is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was so kind and genuinely helpful, always with a warm smile. What really stood out was how she took the time to play with the kids – they adored her! You can tell she truly cares about people. Cathy’s service was hands-down the best we’ve experienced – she 100% deserves a pay rise! Thank you, Cathy, for making our day so special!

Service has always been fabulous, the staff are great. The food went on a decline about a year ago, but we went back to give it another go, and I'm glad we did. The food is once again delicious. All meals have been really good lately. This has been our local for over 20 years. Glad to see the food is matching the wonderful service again.

A great place to stay, good value for money. The rooms are a good side, nice and clean. The food in the Restaurant is excellent. Chay, the Manager is friendly and very helpful. All in all we had a very pleasant experience

Just to give some feedback, it was great customer service but the food that we ordered was a steak sandwich, it was mediocre. And for the price $66 for two steak sandwiches and two soft drinks the meal wasn’t too great. It was too pricey.

Had a fantastic lunch today! The chicken parma was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Aleks provided such warm and attentive service, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed every part of our visit. Highly recommend stopping by for a satisfying meal paired with great hospitality. And don’t forget to swing by the slots afterward—you might just get lucky!

We were in the area and popped in for a late lunch. There is a fair size play area with jumping castle to one side and the usual plastic play area on the other. In main dining area there is a smaller corner for toddlers. Food was reasonably priced and the salad was tasty.

Excellent location in Melbourne, very decent rooms, and we had such exceptional service. Sue and Chay in particular with the bar, very kind and answered our queries. Highly recommended

Honestly, there was nothing particularly exciting about this pub, but then again it was pretty clearly one of those suburban pubs located in what appears to be a light industrial district. Getting to it isn't really all that easy, though it is within walking distance of a couple of railway stations, but not particularly all that close. The service was okay, but the beer selection was somewhat limited. It really isn't one of those places I would recommend going out of your way to visit.
