When you first walk in you smell the freshly baked bread! It was my first time at coolgreens and the owner Luis was very helpful in explaining the menu. I got the chicken fresca and pesto chicken sandwich along with side of pasta salad. It was very delicious and fresh. The perfect lunch. Great selection on infused waters and tea. I can’t wait to try the salads and grain bowls. Great service and staff! Definitely check this place out for awesome healthy options!

First time in today while I was in Southlake and was pleasantly surprised! All the meals had huge portions. I wish I could have gotten a salad half that size because I hate waisting so much of my food, but the portions are very generous! I ordered the Southwest Salad and it had an explosive flavor that was very unique compared to anything else I have had. The restaurant was clean and really love their menu! So many options to choose from whether you want a salad, wrap, sandwich or bowl! Looking forward to coming back and trying something new!

10/5 - OKAY - SO THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE PLACE FOR CLEAN EATS. I MEAN SERIOUSLY - YOU CANNOT BEAT IT. I’ll stop yelling now but you NEED to check this place out. The freshest ingredients, most delicious dressings, a clean calming atmosphere and the GREATEST customer service I’ve received since moving to Texas. They are family owned and everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Not only will you love your experience you’ll feel ABSOLUTELY GREAT after your meal which may be the best part of it all. If you stop by tell Shanna (manager) I said hi =) She is awesome along with all other staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Also if you have the time check out the Grapevine Botanical Gardens down the road! Great place to eat and relax if you have the time. Stay happy and healthy everyone!

Very "cool"! Unique atmosphere, like the healthier approach, but the combinations of ingredients are odd in some cases. Vegans don't really have much choice ironically in this place. Vegetarians not as challenging, but still so. I will say the staff was great (Anaya?) was very friendly and eager to learn more about challenges having with certain ingredients in menu items. Helped without hesitation to make some odd swap requests to keep an item on the vegan scale. If menu catered a bit more to V/Vg I would give 5 stars! Our Food: Harvest Wrap w/ Fresh Fruit - excellent wrap, filling and Fruit was good quality and combo. If you love figs you'll likely love this wrap! Spicy Avocado Crunch Sandwich w/ Chipotle Corn - subbed cheese for Curry Couscous - good yummy sandwich, but needed more Avocado to be called Avocado Sandwich. Corn was really good, but beware does have a lot of Feta cheese in it. Miso Power Bowl (to go) - had this for dinner next day and was very good and filling. Great combination actually. Easy to just dump dressing in container, put lid on and shake, ready to go! Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie - soft, thick almost like a sweet bread. Yummy and different. Peanut Butter Energy Bites - had these for dessert next day. Very good and filling, although after bite into they do get a bit crumbly. Watermelon Juice drink - very good, they do add agave though, just be aware.

Amazing place. Great healthy food, family owned, and the best Salmon Club Sandwich in the world. While they have good wraps and salads if you like a good BLT, you must try the salmon club. Just be careful because you can’t help but to become a repeat customer!!

Great Fresh Food Full of Flavor & Fabulously Friendly!! Walked in and the owner greeted us with a tutorial of then menu and concept. This is a Franchise out of OKC--1st in TX with others being targeted. Gorgeous inside, great selections. Heads up...no fountain sodas. Hubs was not pleased, but the Watermelon Agua Fresca was so tasty on a hot TX day. Really like this place. Filling and a tasty way to get your veggies! Nice, nice people. Cannot say enough about the people.

We had lunch at Coolgreens today, the food was delicious! Tons of healthy options , vegan& gluten free , the staff was accommodating and sweet. Will definitely be back!

Walked in on a Saturday night and it wasn't that busy. There was open seating ranging from tabletops to booths. The woman at the front was really nice when she took my order. I wasn't a fan of how long it took to receive my order but she said she had to make the chicken. California chicken bowl: 5/10 I was immediately taken aback by the size of the bowl for the price. For almost $13, I expected a bigger size. Flavor wise it was just meh. Not a fan of the dressing it came with and it didn't have the candied pecans on it. There were way too many tomatoes and bell peppers for my liking. The chicken had hard like cartilage that wasn't cut away from the meat. It wasn't a pleasant experience. While it's another "healthy" option for an almost quick meal, I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Great service. Fresh food. I like the fact that they had a kids meal with pick 4 and a protein! The sandwiches were surprisingly good. There are plenty of seats available. Definitely will be back.

Ate here for the first time this weekend. There wasn't a single other person eating there when we arrived, so service was really quick. Prices are reasonable for a healthier eat-out option, and their menu items are pretty much fully customizable (at a potential cost). I went with the chicken Caesar wrap which was tasty, though I thought they could have mixed more dressing in. The wheat penne pasta salad lacked much flavor. Overall a good choice for a quick, healthy meal.

The CoolGreens I remember had fresh dairy and gluten free chocolate chip cookies made w a sweet and refreshing banana! Sadly... now these cookies are packaged up (still made in store) and not fresh at all! Seems like management changed or something. The vibe is off and they blast awful like sad music, maybe trying to get people to take their food to go lol. I never leave bad reviews but there has just been such a stark change in the feel and quality of the restaurant.

The Chicken Fresca sandwich was delightful. The right amount of sauce and well made. The food came out quickly and friendly service. The ambiance fresh and clean.

Salad was good ... the service was a bit lacking. I will try it again as the food was fresh and tasty.

First time at cool greens and I wasn't impressed. I had the pesto chicken sandwich. It had too much cheese and the chicken was a bit tough. Apologies to the owners, but it just wasn't my cup of tea. Staff was terrific tho!

I wish the new owners would've kept some stuff the same. I miss the California Bowls with the quinoa and how the toppings were simply placed on top instead they now use rice and the bowls are all mixed together. Food is still great, but a lot of unnecessary changes were made in my opinion. And as a food blogger, the presentation (See old pics) isn't really there anymore. Despite the changes, still one of my favorite places!

Cool salad place playing all your favorite Arianna grande & lady Gaga jamz. They're eco forward using reusable bowls & silverware. They also have a nice selection of teas & lemonade. Salads are large portioned and their bowls are the perfect size for a filling (not heavy) meal. I enjoyed their Superfood bowl. The dressing was good but very sweet.

First time ordering delivery with Foodsby for this establishment. I ordered a mixed greens with chicken, carrots, egg (which came first, the chicken or the egg?), artisan cheese, bacon and avocado. I also ordered the peanut butter energy bites The salad arrived on time with utensil, napkin, dressing in a container and my well mixed chopped salad. Flavor was great! Kind of pricy, but filling and healthy (compared to what I normally have). The energy bites were interesting texture, but tasty as well.

We have been going here since they opened and I am happy to say that every trip here is AMAZING! The staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, as do the owners - They are so sweet! During the pandemic, we ordered Curbside PickUp from here almost every other day and they have it DOWN. Quick, delicious, and the food is always ready by the time you arrive. This is food that you can feel good about eating. Always fresh, nutritious, and amazing! My family has tried most of the menu and we LOVE everything we have tried. Big shout out to Adrian for always making the most delicious salsa to accompany your meal as a side - Seriously! Try some! You will want to order a few extra!! My favorite sandwich is the Chicken Fresca, favorite bowl The GOAT & Kale Yeah (50/50), and Harvest Salad!

Staff was very nice and friendly, store was clean. That's where it ended. We arrived at 6:30 for dinner. There were no other customers in the store and none came in by the time we left at 7:20. We each ordered the California bowl and a drink. We were informed that they had no ice as the ice machine had been broken for weeks. We could buy a bottled drink, but the tea was room temperature. The bowls were not good. The ingredients were old. The rice had been warming for so long that it was mush...way overcooked. The red peppers were soft and mushy, not crisp. The avocado had dark spots on the slices. The cucumber had been sliced and stored too long as it was also soft and dark in places. The candied pecans were the best part. The pictures on the menu and website shows a beautiful colorful bowl with the ingredients on top. We got a mushy rice bowl with ingredients mixed in and three sad looking slices of avocado on top and two wedges of lime which were dry with no juice to squeeze on top. Not going back anytime soon.

Wonderful find! Love the menu, as it has plenty of gluten, dairy and soy free options. In addition to the preset menu, you can also create some of your own salads and bowls. I ordered the California bowl, and every bite was delicious. The chicken was tender and had a nice kick to it, and the spiced pecans added a great crunch. My dad and sister both really enjoyed the Salmon Club. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. I would absolutely return if in the area.

Why is this store hardly ever open although their hours say they're open? Came at 3:50pm on Sunday and they had a hand made sign saying they close at 4pm however they locked the doors and were closed. That's pretty crappy. I understand business can have a temporary change in the hours but wth would you say you close at 4 but were actually closed 10 minutes prior to that time. And this is NOT the first time we've come here and they were closed in the middle of the day. It would not have taken long at all to put a salad together. These are the type of businesses that don't deserve to get any business and typically don't last. The only luck on their side will be the healthy options they have because they don't have an abundance of competition when it comes to healthy "fast food."

First time eating at a Coolgreens and I opted for a Pesto chicken sandwich with a side of the curry couscous. The sandwich was stuffed with a generous heaping of chicken, lettuce, tomato and pesto. Portion size was good, perfect for a healthy lunch. Never had curry flavored couscous before, so it was new and I must say it works. I like the addition of the nuts and dried fruit to give it a bit of texture. Looking forward to trying their salad options next time.

This is officially my absolute new favorite place to eat EVER!!! The staff goes above and beyond and they're friendly from the time you walk in the door to the time you're leaving! The food choice is AWESOME! You pick what you want and then they have kind of a chipotle like like that you can see everything they're putting in the food. TONS of options for dressings! The food is the absolute freshest food I've EVER eaten!!! My mother and kids all ate here and ALL of our food tastes like it had just been picked out of the grown! The kid's options are super cool. They can either get a Mac and Cheese, or they can get a plate and pick lots of different things to put on it. I'll post a pic of each of their plates. They also sell this lemonade that has hemp in it that was SO GOOD, it's called vybes! I would go back just for the lemonade it was so good! I can't recommend this place enough!!!

In a weird spot so if you're not looking, you'll miss it. I was honestly looking for McAllisters and ended up on the wrong side of the street and boy am I glad I made that mistake. Perfect place to eat with lots of options. Food was extremely fresh! I was blown away by the customer service. Everyone was nice but there was one young lady in particular (can't think of her name but I wish I did) who stood out. She was nice to everyone she encountered. Even the guy that wouldn't speak back to her for whatever reason. She asked him how his day was going and I guess it wasn't going great because he ignored her and instead being defeated, she said "I get it. Mondays will Monday but I hope your Monday turns around". I didn't have business cards on me or else I would've given her mine. She's top talent. You all are lucky to have her. Great asset to your business. Back to the food - very fresh. Filled with flavor. I got myself a spicy avocado sandwich and my kiddo the tasting plate. I got. Bottle of sparkling water and or course the young lady offered to pop the top for me. I come to southlake once a week to grocery shop at central market. I can confidently say, this will be my lunch spot. Thanks again. I hope whoever reads this, knows the lady I'm talking about. I'll update the post next week with her name. She deserves recognition.

I've been in this place several times and today is my last. The service here is terrible. Only 1 person inside speaks english that I can understand. Because I ordered my food online. They didn't make my order until after I arrived. not to mention the place was empty and had no one inside eating. Better options in Southlake where you can be treated bettee and get a better salad

There's been 2 times I've came to pick up a DoorDash order and the Hispanic lady that usually runs the kitchen always had a bad attitude for some reason, I complained to her that she gave me the wrong order and she just shrugged her shoulders and said " oh well" they unplug the phones and cancel DoorDash orders an hour before they are meant to close. Horrible people honestly

This is definitely a great, healthy alternative available in Southlake. I got the CA bowl, which is one of my favorite menu items. It was the first thing I ever ordered and I've been loyal ever since! I love how balanced it is as a grain bowl and the avocado is a great touch. The spiced pecans are delicious: I could honestly eat an entire bowl. There are plenty of non-grain bowl options on the menu, including salads and sandwiches. All the options are healthy and won't leave you feeling overstuffed, so it's perfect for light lunch or if you're trying to stay on the lighter side. They also have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options! Prices are fairly reasonable. The only downside is some of the experiences we've had with staff. Our first visit in was wonderful, but recently, staff has seemed a bit standoffish. It's not a huge deal to me, but it definitely sets the mood when you walk in and the cashier doesn't greet you and just scowls as you walk over. When I finally got her attention so I could order, it was almost like I'd completely inconvenienced her. Might have just been an off day, but was a little off putting! Overall, love this spot and will definitely be back!

This place is just another salad place. It's expensive and another place that suggests the best salads. There are 3-4 of these places in southlake. Not sure there is anything super special about this place. The people that work there are super nice and helpful. The owner was friendly and the help was friendly. We walked in and someone came up to us and greeted us explaining how to order. The owner came up to us after we ate. He was friendly and offered some of their protein balls. Plenty of parking in the area. Special teas and drinks.

The spicy avocado sandwich tastes amazing! This was my first of many visits. I liked the quality of the ingredients and the availability of menu options. The customer service is also outstanding!

I have passed Coolgreens in SOUTHLAKE so many times not sure what I was thinking. Wow, what a miss on my part. Talk about fresh and good tasting food! The menu is simple. I wanted a salad but am on the go so I ordered the Cobb salad as a wrap. They ask for the amount of dressing you want and you pick from a few sides. One of the sides is chips and since they are the "Miss Vickies" brand, yum. My Cobb Salad wrap was filled big pieces of chicken, boiled egg, bacon, tomato and lettuce of course all served in a wheat wrap with the right amount of blue cheese. This is the best sandwich wrap I have ever eaten. I could only eat half of it as it's a lot of food. I am sure other menu items are just as good so I will be back. So Good!

Really enjoyed my first visit to Coolgreens. Nice to be greeted by one of the owners, too. My California quinoa bowl was fresh and prepared exactly as the menu showed. Highly recommended. Will be back for sure.

Yaaaas! They are killing the salad game (and wrap, bowl, sammich, soup, flatbread, etc) at the new fast casual Coolgreens. The green and white decor is so fresh and inviting, as is the customer service. The food is delectable and high quality. I ordered a make your own salad with mixed greens, arugula, juicy roasted chicken, a nice portion of goat cheese and crunchy spiced pecans, freshly roasted in house poblano peppers, and a perfectly mixed balsamic vinaigrette dressing. My daughter had a Cobb salad with Ranch. Basic, but tasty with nice chunks of avocado. They offer fun drinks by the bottle and flavored waters and juices such as pineapple, cucumber, and agave lemonade for refill. There are several similar restaurants in a very short radius, but this place far outshines them all, in my foodie opinion. We will be back soon!!!

I've ordered from Coolgreens several times and I always love it! The chicken pesto sandwich is my favorite. One of my favorite go-to places to get healthier food. :) My first time ordering one of the items I wanted was out of stock; an employee took the time to call me and ask what I wanted to replace it. Some restaurants don't take the time to do that!

I had the Southwest salad and my wife had the Mandarin salad. Both were excellent and the gal the counter was very pleasant also.

Really loved this place! Louis met us by the door and went over the menu before we ordered at the counter. I had the salmon sandwich, he got the mandarin shrimp salad. Both were excellent and super filling. Really loved the bread for the sandwich, nice big piece of fish, fresh veggies YUM! I can't wait to try out other items on the menu! My only slight negative were the drinks. They have fresh watermelon, lemonade, and cucumber drinks with agave or they have water, tea or bottled drinks. Really wished the cucumber and watermelon were unsweetened, should have opted for unsweet tea instead but wasn't sure if it was sweet tea. water infused with cucumber slices would have been nice but no biggie. Highly recommend for light and flavorful, lots of fiber and fresh! Perfect for a hot summer day! I'd seriously order anything in their menu which is how I know I'll be back

Like the franchises where the owners work on site because they put so much thought and care into the atmosphere. Had a nice chat with Shanna, and apparently there are only a handful of these restaurants and it originated in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This location is the second store front. Shout out to their manager, Maria who gave me a 411 on their most popular items. I ordered the spicy avocado crunch and added spicy chicken per Maria's suggestion. It was pretty tasty- not spicy, but flavored well. It was essentially a gourmet grilled cheese. They run all their sandwiches through a conveyor oven so the bread is crunchy and everything inside the sandwich is gooey cheesiness. These sandwiches are a huge step up from most sandwich shops including Panera. They have higher quality items and they make sure to stuff the sandwiches, so you get a lot for your dollar.

I am giving only a one star not because of the food, as a matter of fact the food was very delicious, the only issue I had was the service. I have worked in hospitality and entertainment for a very long time so I know how to please customers and make them feel welcome. The person who helped us yesterday wasn't very pleasant, no greetings, no acknowledgement, no thank you, she definitely needs bad a class on how to keep customers happy, l am probably not going back to this establishment again because of her. Management or owners of this business need to take care of that.

I don't even know where to begin! I'm still processing the whole experience actually. I love salads so I've been eyeing this place for a while. Spoiler alert- I did not get a salad. I don't know why I do that to myself. I look at the menu beforehand then don't order anything that I had planned. I got the crunchy avocado sandwich with no jalapeños- I'm just not a fan of fresh jalapeños that aren't pickled. The sandwich wasn't as crunchy as I expected but it was still good. Like a grilled cheese with avocados and a few chips sprinkled in. Realizing after that you can really customize your experience, if you want more crunch, ask for it. I got the side of curry couscous because I wanted something different. I was not disappointed. Omg it was so good. I can still kind of taste it. A good blend of flavors and I loved the texture. Bae got a chicken wrap and it was good and fresh. I like the fact that they ask how much dressing you want. I go all in for future reference. The more the merrier. Sauce is life. I really want to make a bowl the next time but I always end up picking the wrong stuff.. I may ask for popular options as the staff was super helpful, accommodating and friendly. The BYOB station was so cute I had to snap a pic. I was not expecting that. I was so excited to try the agua frescas and after tasting all three I decided that I love the cucumber the best, I even filled my cup up before I left for the ride home and I rarely do that. It has a healthy, earthy taste which makes you feel like you've done something right for the day. The peanut butter energy bites are amazeballs!! Pun intended. The texture is great and I managed to get a few snacks with the four balls (actually 3 because I shared one). My braces were totally feeling the oats and flax seeds!! Let's not forget the bathroom. A review isn't fully complete without that. The bathroom was quaint and clean. Bonus points for the paper seat covers. Places are just skimping on those nowadays and it's just not right. They have a lighted mirror with a button on the bottom that I pushed a few times to find the best version of me to wash my hands. Anywho, what a great eatery amidst all the options in Southlake. I'm going back sooner than later.

We stopped in for a quick, fresh lunch and Coolgreens did NOT disappoint. We were quickly greeted and the menu was reviewed with us. The Chicken Fresca was delish! The ciabatta bun was amazing! When we're in town again, we will be back!

Adriene was the lady who made my salad bowl today. I built my own salad. Spinach, kale, salmon, strawberries, oranges tomatoes, broccoli, egg, cucumbers, carrots with balsamic vinaigrette. It was the best salad I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be coming back

Oooooh my! A very delightful and refreshing meal! I decided to stop based on all the reviews.....so VERY VERY glad I did! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Shanna (part owner) and she explained the menu to us and provided a few suggestions. And Adrienne....she is a hoot! So much fun and provided great assistance too! I wish this was closer to us (Grand Prairie)...at least I have s place to visit when in the area!!!! I had the chicken Fresca sandwich with the curried couscous and mom made her own salad.

I have been here twice since it opened and was impressed both times. It is my new favorite lunch place in this area and I would highly recommend trying it. A great menu, fresh food, impressively friendly staff, and very clean restaurant. I had the salmon club both times - YUM! I never thought of putting salmon on a club sandwich, but it is a great idea and will definitely be my go-to. There are a variety of options for sides; the chips and salsa are good and one of the staff told me she makes it fresh! That's a win. The people who I have been with have tried salads and the kids menu flat bread, and everyone enjoyed their food. They have lots of unique drinks - both in bottle and at a drink station. I have tried the black tea and the lemonade. Both were very good. I also appreciate that you have to ask for a straw and lid, which decreases the amount of single-use plastic Coolgreens uses. I hope other restaurants start doing this as well. One of the best parts is the staff - they are incredible! Their friendliness and willingness to provide you with a great meal is a rarity. I have never had the owner of a restaurant be so friendly, not to mention recognize me when I went back again. 5/5 is well deserved, this place is awesome!

I ordered the southwest salad and my husband got the Cesar wrap with chicken. Both items were soooo so dry and I even asked for heavy dressing on mine. The only thing that makes the southwest worthy of the name is the dressing (which is delicious, I wish I had gotten more!). Black beans and crispy onion would also help it out a lot. However, staff was very nice and this place was spotless.

Really like this place. Filling and a tasty way to get your veggies! Plus the nice people just make the experience.

Their employees are friendly. Sometimes can be a little too much. "Can I get you a fork? Anything else for you? Can I take your plate?" Sometimes I just want to be left alone while I eat. I also literally watched this employee re-wrap my wrap three times because the tortilla kept ripping. Each time he would dump and throw out less and less contents from my wrap. I waited about 10 minutes for my to go order before finally getting a flimsy, half full wrap. I was very disappointed.

Loved the menu selection at Coolgreens! The restaurant was very clean and the the staff was very helpful and polite. Thanks so much for a healthy, clean lunch.

My second time at Coolgreens, I'll be back! I've had a few different items and it's all been good. The tea and agua fresca is awesome!

Pretty good wraps that are made fresh in front of you! My wife loves the salads and it's pretty cool that any salad can be converted to a wrap!

I have never been here before and i'll have to say the gentleman who did my salad was very rude. Got irritated because I asked for arugula, when making my salad I did not realize When he asked me if I only wanted Romain that this included arugula as an option was off the table. I this Was thinking it was a choice between Romain and spring mix. His attitude was irritated throughout salad bar. Geeez. Everyone else was nice though. Just very uncomfortable and felt he was irritated by every choice I made, I didn't know if I was doing it wrong because at each point of choices, he seamed peed off!!! The plexiglass between him and I more difficult for him to hear me too which set him off. I know people can have a rough day and maybe this was the case but it was definitely off putting. Did not really enjoy my salad, probably would have ordered differently if not for his attitude!

I cannot tell you how happy this place makes me. Healthy food just oozing with flavor.... The pizza in particular oozed (more on that later). My wife had the California bowl with the recommended avacado dressing on the side. Just a big bowl of freshness... And the avacado dressing (avacado, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, spices and a vitamix blender) is legit. I had the crunchy avacado sandwich with curry couscous. The sandwich was excellent... Outstanding bread. The couscous deserves a moment of silence. So good. Almond slivers and currants. If all they served was the couscous I would come 4 times a week. We shared the Margherita pizza (don't judge us). The crust was thin but the flavor was thick. Basil flavor to spare. Just oozing with melted mozorella... We will be back... Tonight? Soon...

I can't give it more than 2 stars for 3 reasons: 1. Not organic 2. Greens seemed dry and not fresh at all 3. Lack of enthusiasm from employees. We had the 50/50 and the chicken was so bland. Not recommended

If I could give more stars I would! We walked in and we're greeted by the sweetest person ever (shout out Eduardo). He made our experience literal heaven. The food was amazing and the people were even better! I'm going back just to see Eduardo! And get another cobb salad of course!
