We absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived the service was warm and attentive. Our room was awesome. The restaurant on site is excellent. The location is very centric. It’s not necessarily on the nicest of all streets in Madrid but it seems the area is clearly on the way up and location itself is very convenient for access to great attractions in Madrid. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Madrid and would recommend it highly to anyone.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The service was incredible, our dinner in the courtyard was peaceful and delicious, and they upgraded us to a wonderful suite with windows out to the pool patio. The bar was funky and cool! Very tranquil. The room amenities were amazing and they gave us the most delicious chocolate truffles upon arriving with a bottle of sparkling wine. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back and check out other CoolRooms properties. Thank you!

BEST hotel I've ever stayed in! Rooms are spacious, clean and have every amenity, including a straight iron! Dining room is accommodating and food is good - but the main reason for this review is the service, overall. Every person we interacted with went out of their way to ensure our stay was as good as it could be. The doorman/bellhop/concierge was amazing... he was everywhere, doing everything all the time! STAY HERE and be amazed!

Excellent hotel! Spent 4days in Coolrooms for my birthday break & we were very impressed with everything. It should be a 5star hotel. Staff are fantastic, very warm & welcoming! Special mention to Marcos, Abel & Cristobal - the best hotel concierges! They’re very knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. We loved the welcome chocolate truffles so much that we ordered 2 boxes to take home, thank you to the wonderful chef who made that for us specially. |The room is huge and is stylishly decorated and most importantly spotlessly clean, it’s stocked with all the amenities. We booked a suite which had view of the city. It was quiet, the room temperature was just right. The bed & pillows & sheets are luxurious!|Coolrooms is ideally & centrally located. It’s walking distance to Plaza Mayor, palace/cathedral, retiro park, so many restaurants & museums. |I love this hotel & highly recommend it when you visit Madrid!

Since the arrival at this hotel, you knew, there was something special. The welcoming reception and smiley faces really made you feel pampered at home. The room was magnificent. Bed, linens, bathroom, shower and amenities, all were superb. Housekeeping was as it supposed to be with a turn down service included. But at the end, the human factor was the big difference. Simple details which filled with warmth and coziness in this special place. Thank you to all the team.

I had the pleasure of staying at Coolrooms Palacio Atocha with my partner and we had a wonderful time! The staff were very attentive, with a fast and easy check in. The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel and everything we could have wanted for breakfast was available and delicious! The staff were very kind and went above and beyond our whole stay. The hotel is also very close to everything you could wish to visit and we’ll connected to public transport. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Madrid, and I look forward to staying again in the future.
