I had such a wonderful experience at this Cooper's hawk. I don't get out much at all due to illness. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted in a friendly way and my server, Brad, who is much better looking than Brad Pitt, happily said I will be your server. He came immediately over to our table, delivered everything fast and just made my finally looked forward to outing fun and delicious. All extra sauces I asked for were brought over with no problem. I did not have to wait long for my order whatsoever. He kept checking to make sure we didn't need anything further. We got lunch there and took home our dinner. Our favorite lettuce wraps with chicken for lunch with a side of calamari and a delicious bowl of their lobster crab soup. We brought home risotto which I asked Brad to check is one time it was more like a fried rice. He happily did that right in front of me. For dinner we also brought home the steak fillets and everything was absolutely deliciousI would only go to this Cooper's hawk, in Morton Grove, and ask for Brad and make sure it's the one that is better looking than Brad Pitt! Thank you so much Brad from making my experience even better than I expected. We will be back and we will ask for you! Managers, please recognize this young man is a great addition to your staff!

A fantastic experience in a meal. An oasis of wonderful food and wine and service. The bartender made a super awesome Negroni, the flight of red, while young, was smooth and rich and flavorful. Every dish was prepared perfectly with a special shoutout for the Arincini and the pistachio crusted grouper. Wow. Phenomenal! The tuna and the grilled steak were both beautifully done as well. The key lime pie was firm and creamy with a clean lime flavor that is often so missing from key lime pie with a perfect whipped cream topping. And the services was great. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing experience at Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant thanks to Sophia, our wine tasting specialist. She made us feel welcomed and completely at ease. Sophia is incredibly knowledgeable and explained each wine in a way that was engaging, easy to understand, and never overwhelming. She shared thoughtful tasting notes and pairing suggestions, and it was clear she truly loves what she does. What really stood out was how attentive she was — she quickly picked up on our preferences and guided us toward wines we absolutely loved. She made the entire experience feel personalized, relaxed, and so much fun. Because of Sophia, our visit was memorable, and we will definitely be back and asking for her again. I had a wonderful experience at Cooper’s Hawk thanks to Sam! She was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and took the time to help guide me through a few options. When she learned my fiancé is from North Carolina, she even shared information about a store opening there, which was such a thoughtful touch. On a previous visit, I had been waiting for a while before being assisted, and Sam noticed and stepped in to help right away. Her attentiveness really stood out. Every time I’ve come in and interacted with her, she has been warm, helpful, and professional. She truly makes the experience enjoyable and is a great representation of the Cooper’s Hawk brand. I really appreciate her excellent service!

A wonderful restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The interior creates a cozy and inviting mood, making you want to stay longer and truly enjoy the evening. The dishes were very tasty and beautifully presented. The wine I tried was excellent and perfectly complemented the dinner. The prices are quite reasonable and reflect the quality and overall level of the restaurant. I would gladly come back again. 🍷✨

Celebrated my anniversary here, and had the best experience. My server Lori made our night the best night ever! She was always attentive to us and gave us everything we needed and more! I had an amazing experience at this Cooper’s Hawk with my girls. Veto, the Tasting Room Attendant, was so fun and educated us on all the wines and made us laugh so much. Come see him and taste some delicious wines. I highly recommend the SAG white!

We always have a great time here! It's perfect for any occasion, the food is great, and the wine is delicious. Lori served us today and she made our date extra special. Very attentive and kind. 10/10 server! We'll definitely be back!

Visited with family for Mother's Day. Sat on beautiful patio with such nice smelling flowers. I had this month's chef's recommended chicken. It was outstanding. Service by Dena D was helpful and prompt. She really made our Mother's Day celebrations special. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful Mother's Day dining experience.

06/17/24 - My sister invited my wife and I for dinner tonight @ The Cooper Hawk in Morton Grove. She ordered pesto spread that could have been a meal in itself w/the pretzel bread. The pesto on the bread was awesome. My wife & I ordered the special Chicken Francese & split it. (It was more than enough). The Chicken Francese - carmelized roasted chicken, w/yukon gold potatoes, garlic spinach, Cambrian white wine sauce & lemon brown butter. This is a special until the end of the month & it's so good it should be on their regular menu I hope they add The Chicken Francese to their menu because it the best dish I ever had @ COOPERS HAWK

Another fantastic meal at Coopers Hawk Morton Grove. Today's special was Chicken Frances's and it was outstanding. Seasoned perfectly and pan seared with a delightful crust. The flavors were memorable. In addition to an excellent meal on the patio, Jacob was our server. So knowledgeable about the benefits of our wine club membership (who knew? Not us). Jacob was charming, attentive and even translated some things for our Spanish only speaking guest. Thanks for a wonderful experience Jacob!!!!!

Four of us had dinner on Tuesday evening. We have had the same server before. He's very nice however he got a couple of things wrong - he brought an entire glass of wine instead of the taste that was requested and then he completely forgot about the flatbread appetizer that we had ordered, and the entrées came out first. They tried to have us still take the flatbread, and we said no. It was strange because they asked several times. My better half had the pretzel crusted pork chop, which was delicious with the creamy mashed potatoes and broccolini. My dish was the Dana's Parmesan crusted chicken breast and I substituted garlic spinach instead of the potatoes. The chicken was perfectly cooked, moist and flavorful. Another person had the soy and wasabi salmon which they thoroughly enjoyed and the fourth dish was a prime rib sandwich I believe with the mashed potatoes. All were delicious. We had the special dessert of the day, which was like a cream puff, with various sauces, and some crunchy granola like sprinkles. It tasted good, but the texture was way too soft. Soft puff, soft, cream, soft sauce, except for those tiny little bits of crunch, which were just not enough to make the dish be great.

I'd like to start by saying that I don't leave many 1 - or 2-star reviews. I fully understand that negative reviews can really impact a business. But, I've had a handful of experiences at this specific Cooper's Hawk, and there is always an issue. And they aren't really "new" anymore, so this visit was it and finally prompted me to write a review. A friend and I had reservations for 2 pm. We were seated right away. A server came to our table a couple of minutes later with water and said he would get our server. He came back a minute later and said he would be our server. We asked if we could have a couple of minutes to look at the drink and food menus. Well, 32 minutes later, he still didn't return. We flagged down a different server and told him our server never came back. He said he would send a manager over to address the issue. No manager ever came. Our server finally came over and took our orders. My friend ordered a diet coke. It took almost 10 minutes to get that, and that's because we once again asked someone else! We ordered a flatbread, sweet chilli calamari, and the southwest eggrolls. I've had all of those items before at this location and other locations. All 3 items were drenched in oil and tasted like oil. I realize we ordered fried items, but they tasted like oil! We never saw our server again until it was time for the bill. So, we really couldn't complain about the food or ask for a manager unless we got up to get one! Plus, we were told a manager was going to come over! When we were given the bill, we told the server that we were told the manager was going to address the 30+ minute wait we had while seated at our table. So, he comped 1 of the items. Other Cooper's Hawk locations are fantastic! This one consistently has issues with food quality and, this time, service. A previous experience at this location involved serving undercooked chicken! I addressed it with a manager, fyi. I gave this location the benefit of the doubt of being new and working out the kinks, but I'm tired of lackluster and not pleasant dining experiences. I was so excited to have them in the neighborhood, but I'll probably drive farther to a different CH for good food and service!

Nice looking restaurant with a private label wine selection and diverse menu. The seating area has a rich look to it which is nice but it was a bit too loud , the background music that is. Ordered a Bin 61 Sour and it was really good so was the Caesar salad and the tenderloin medallion dish. My boss liked the pistachio crusted grouper but the wedge salad lacked crisp iceberg lettuce and it could have used more blue cheese. That said, it was a very nice dining experience.

Went for an early dinner on Valentine's Day . While it was packed , the staff did a great job in keeping up with demand. The ambiance was great, lights were dimmed and not a lot of noise. The only con is that for such an expensive restaurant , they could've had some sort of table cloths or place mats . The bare wood tables are not that appealing. The food was great. Had the drunken shrimp and lobster bisque (bit salty) as Appetizers. The wine was great even though it took a while to arrive. For the main course we had the surf and turn with lobster and filet mignon , mashed potatoes and broccoli - really delicious. Also , churassco steak with fries - also delicious. When it comes to dessert , omg the salted Carmel crème brûlée was to die for! Great experience overall, would definitely return !

This is my first time at this venue. First impressions: - I like the ambiance and the wine tasting. I totally get why you walk through a wine store basically before you can check in at the front desk. Gives me crate & barrel meets bear grylls vibes. Comfort feeling but classy. Staff and service: Very quick. Very nice and friendly. Quickly explained how it works. Two free tastings with dinner. Extra staff cleared our table after each appetizer. Food: Thai lettuce wraps 5 stars. - To be honest, better than Cheesecake Factory and I like theirs too. I especially think the Asian salad brought this appetizer up a notch and the peanut sauce. Fantastic. Classic Tomato Bruschetta 4.5 stars - I really thought it was perfectly toasted bread. I thought the ricotta cheese (?) if that's what it was, could have used some kind of seasoning even if just a dash, and the fresh tomatoes and balsamic was perfect. Very good appetizer. The Prime. 3.5 stars. - You know? I was a little disappointed. The shaved ribs was a good idea. It's just that it had this hard fat on the edge that I had to pick out of my mouth when I was chewing. It just could've been checked a little better. And u fortunately the bun was very soggy on the bottom. I know it's difficult to stop that when the juicy meat is going right on top. I saw the bread was toasted and that's good. The horseradish sauce was excellent (5 stars)... the au jus was also good (5 stars) We didn't have dessert. But it looked like a very diverse menu of options.

I haven't been to Cooper's Hawk in a long time and I have never been to this location. I recommend making reservations if you can as they always seem to be busy! It is a huge space-with the wine tasting and gift shop right when you walk in. We were celebrating a birthday for dinner and it was written on the reservation, but it wasn't mentioned or celebrated. The food also took awhile to come out. Aside from those issues- that was really my biggest compliant. The food across the board was really good. They start the table with pretzel bread and butter. The bread is crispy on the outside, but soft warm inside. We got a Caesar Salad and Over the Border Eggrolls for apps. The salad was unique with a pesto creamy caesar dressing, which was refreshing. The eggrolls were also a hit. They were very flavorful and crispy- all 3 dipping sauces went well with them. I was surprised how much I liked these. The asian coleslaw/salad in the middle also was great! For entrees I got the chef recommedation special of the Chicken Francese. We also got the Danas parmesan crusted chicken. Both were very good. We ended the night with the Smores Budino for dessert. This was fabulous! It was in layers and each one complimented the other. We would come back- overall experience 4/5.

Dinner is better when everyone eats together! Cooper's Hawk is a great place to bring the family or a group of friends! They have so much on their menu to select from and multiple house wines the service could've been better truthfully since they barely checked up on us for being a table of 7 was interesting.

Ambiance : ***** Service: ***** Food: ***** Walking through the wine bar to get to the host stand feels lively, with people sitting at the bar, enjoying tastings. We asked if we could have a booth but realizing on NYE, it could be impossible. They were able to accommodate and gave us a lovely booth in the middle of the restaurant. We had a great view of the kitchen at the far end, through glass, the beautiful wood beams in the ceiling, and funky, warm overhead lighting. A mirror partition separated us from the other half, giving it a cozy feel. The host who seated us explained that they can give us tastings of any of the wines before we commit to a glass or a bottle. Our server, Jacob, was amazing. He came immediately after we were situated and was wonderful at helping us decide. He listened to what wines I like, and brought two samples. Throughout the meal, he checked in at the appropriate times, never in the way, but always cheerful and adding to our festive NYE. We wavered between the flatbread and the Brussels sprouts. He recommended getting both, and after we saw the flatbread, we realized he'd been right and not trying to upsell us. The flatbread is quite thin so not overly filling - perfect app. We appreciated that he boxed our food for us - I haven't seen any place do that in decades. I felt cared for throughout the meal. We will definitely be asking for Jacob next time we come! And the food!! Wow. Every single thing from our drinks to dessert was top notch. Husband had a Manhattan which we frequently get elsewhere. This one came with knob creek (although Jacob asked which spirit he'd prefer, he went with the knob creek), orange peel, and two cherries. Jacob also asked if he wanted it on the rocks or straight - nice to have the choice! My husband thought it might have been the best Manhattan he's ever had and I'm tempted to agree. I had the Pinot noir which was excellent. My husband hasn't tried a dip of wine in years due to the headaches he gets from them. But he drank half my wine, with no headache. Jacob asked if we wanted bread for the table, explaining that everything, including the butter, is made in house. The bread is a pretzel roll, perfectly flaky crust with airy, soft insides, served still steaming. The salted butter is soft and spreadable. I could have made my meal just on that! The mushroom flatbread special was perfect. Thin enough not to wreck our appetite, with strong flavors of fontina and mushrooms perfectly balancing each other. We decided to split the salmon and chicken giardiniera. Jacob asked if we'd like them on split plates. That was such an accommodating extra that we were impressed. Both were excellent. My favorite was the salmon, cooked perfectly with just enough sauce to be interesting but not overpowering the taste of the salmon itself. The wasabi mashed potatoes had a wonderful flavor but not at all spicy. And a lovely creamy, yet fluffy consistency. We both loved the Asian slaw - more finely shredded than I've seen before with flavors that complemented each other and the rest of the dish but not coated in sauce. Not mayo based nor vinegary. The chicken was so thin and moist. The breading was crispy but not greasy and perfectly melted in our mouths. My husband loved both meals but slightly preferred the chicken. We don't usually get dessert but with everything being so good, we had to try the special: caramel macchiato brownie with pistachio gelato, chocolate biscotti crumble, and espresso anglaise. So many flavors and textures but all working perfectly together. The smooth ice cream against the chewy, moist brownie, mixed with the creamy anglaise, with a satisfying crunch of the biscottti nut crumble. The sweetness of the kuhlua crema was balanced by the nuttiness of the ice cream and the slightly bitter espresso anglaise. This was an amazing New Year's Eve meal. Now we can't wait to return!

The highlight of the dinner was our server, Romiro. He was a real pro and delightful. Three of us thought the food was a B. My wife thought her steak was an A, but sides were a C. Good salads. Bisque soup was excellent. We tasted 2 recommended wines, one was aweful, the other was just ok. I'm very knowledgeable about wine, so perhaps my standards are much higher than the average person. I'm sure many people will like their wines. We did not. We really liked the atmosphere.

Love this place! The ambiance and lighting are really nice and give it a fancy feel. Me and my friends come here for the wine tastings, which are $15 per person. You get to try eight wines, from the tasting guide or your own selection. All the wines are pretty decent, but I especially love the gewürztraminer, red sangria, and barbera wines they offer. I also use the $43 monthly membership, which comes with two bottles and two tastings per month. It's perfect for splitting with a friend!

* Appetizers are great. Over The Border Egg Rolls and Bruschetta are amazing. * Main courses are alright. Gnocchi Carbonara, Chicken Madeira, Soy Glazed Salmon, and Parmesan Chicken are fine. * Key Lime Pie is good but has a bit of a tough crust. * Vin Chocolate Noir is an amazing wine and their wine tasting is overall great. * Service could've been better. Server would occasionally forget things that we asked for. * Ambience is modern and looks nice.

I've been here for wine flights many a time, but this was my first time sitting in the restaurant and having a meal. I absolutely loved the offer to do a tasting of two wines before deciding what to order. If I didn't have that opportunity, I wouldn't have found a new wine that I loved! I enjoyed spaghetti and meat balls, my brother the gnocchi, my mother the chicken Madeira, and my father the filet mignon. Everything was delicious! We even got a tasty treat of truffles to celebrate my brother's birthday! The wait staff was friendly, patient, and offered recommendations. I loved the quiet atmosphere with the dim lighting.

Normally great but last night my mom's and I waiter was definitely having beef with the kitchen. My order was slightly messed up which was resolved but my leftovers were just dumped in the box by the kitchen without care. My scallops should not have been dumped on top of my steak and then covered in mashed potatoes... $45 for what I consider a garbage plate... Also they charged my mom 4 times for our dinners so thank you for charging us $500 for a $135 bill

Cooper's Hawk winery and restaurant is a favorite of mine for not only food, but also enjoying a wine tasting. I recently went for a tasting and though the bar area was busy, there was just enough room for my friend and I to have a small area to stand. The service at this time was great, with the staff giving attention to each customer as everyone enjoyed their tasting experiences. I appreciated the individualized attention to each group to explain each of the wines for the tastings as well as their attention to the many questions that I had! I would have to say that my absolute favorite wines from Cooper's Hawk would have to be their Red Sangria and the Blanc de Blanc. I highly recommend going for a wine tasting if you are interested.

The food and service is simply amazing. The food is delicious and the wine is the best. Jacob was our server and he was top notch! Loved my server. He was very attentive and provided excellent service. Ask for Jacob!!!!

It's great to have another Coopers Hawk nearby. I love this chain. Wine tasting is always fun before dinner. They have a great menu. I love the seasonal specials. The wine club has great benefits. This location is smaller than some of their other locations but has all the things you love... about Coopers. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Be sure to make a reservation.

The restaurant's reputation for great food and service did not hold up during my recent visit. The slow service, mixed-up orders, and inattentive waiter, especially after we declined to order wine, were disappointing. I had to seek out the manager just to get more drinks. Even when the food finally arrived, there were mistakes and missing items. Our waiter failed to check in on us for drink refills, dessert options, or anything else. It seems that good service is only reserved for wine drinkers. If you're not a wine drinker, don't bother wasting your time here.

I'm very late to the game but FINALLY got to eat here and would love to come back! They have multiple locations throughout the Chicagoland area but my experience was at the Morton Grove location. Service was good and they were pretty busy since it was the weekend. Love that they have a wide menu with variety so there is something for everyone to enjoy. I've had their wine before and it is bomb so of course I grabbed a glass of their blueberry wine! (I like sweet red wine) Appetizers: To start we got the phyllo shrimp which is seasonal and the veggie & goat cheese flatbread. The phyllo shrimp was the favorite of the table - SO GOOD! It should be a regular menu item! The shrimps were huge and the aioli it came with had a nice kick to it. The phyllo really gave it a unique crunchiness! The flatbread was also really good! Pistachio-crusted grouper: This tasted phenomenal and exactly how I envisioned it to taste. I love pistachios to begin with so the crust gave the fish a nice, savory nutty flavor to it. Comes with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The sauce was like a honey mustard which complimented the dish very well. They give a generous portion of grouper. Overall 5/5 for me!

Service is terrible. If you're not then to spend money on wine forget about being taken care of

It's always fairly busy whenever we've visit here, but I've always found good service and attention from the staff. Yeah, it's kind of a fancy-pants place, but not atmospheric pricing (yet). The wine sampling, at least this time, was pretty generous. Of course, wine is their draw, but the food variety is good as well. Plenty of proteins, pastas, and appetizers. I've read other people talk about the hard sell for the wine club. I've been to the Morton Grove location several times already and I've never had the hard sell. There's even been some of my weaker times where I'd mentally say that I'd subscribe today if they just asked... and I've not been asked. Maybe I'm just visiting the wrong day of the week.

We've been here a few times now and tried several menu items. The food is always great, haven't had any complaints yet. The menu has suggested wine pairings, and of course there are plenty of wines to choose from. We had planned to do a wine tasting before our meal, but the tasting area seemed pretty crowded (7:00 on a weeknight). Everyone seemed to be having a good time there, so it wasn't necessarily a bad kind of crowded, just a little faster-paced than our group wanted. But as soon as we were seated our server offered us a taste of their monthly specials, so it worked out perfectly. Tasting pours were generous, too! The atmosphere in the dining area was spacious and comfortable. (After walking past the bustling tasting area, I was worried our dining experience would be cramped--but that was not the case!) Our server was especially kind and friendly. She said it was her first day, but she seemed very knowledgeable. We'll be back again, because there are more wines to be tasted. Our favorite is the barrel reserve!

Some people say Cooper's Hawk is overpriced for the amount and quality of food here (we'll get to the wine later), but I've been quite pleased with many of the dishes I've tried! Favorites of mine are the sausage (with giardiniera!) flatbread, drunken shrimp (delicious butter sauce and avocado accompanying it), the sleeper app, the potstickers (which come with yummy, savory slaw!), and of course, the hearty cheeseburger! When I wake up the next day feeling blobby, sluggish, and like I ate 3200 calories in a meal (bc I did), I take a deep breath, put on my fat pants, and embrace it bc I always really enjoy the social outing with my friends here. Every visit I've made here (be it at the wine tasting counter, for happy hour, or for a sit down dinner), the service has been extremely attentive and pleasant. You may get to sample the rotating red and white wine as well! Speaking of the vino, definitely take advantage of the wine tastings! My friend is a member here, so I've accompanied her for her monthly complimentary tasting in the past... that reminds me I need to start bugging her about scheduling our next one. Each month or so has a different theme, and you get about 8 half glass+ samples. If you're not a member, it's only something like $10! There are no seats at the wine tasting counter, so plan your orthopedic shoes accordingly and/or if you need some food to "soak it up" afterwards, count on getting a table at the bar or dining area later. I'm a sucker for sweet white wines, so the Gewürztraminer (thanks spell check for inserting the special u for me) is a favorite of mine. It's reminiscent of a Riesling, with heavy lychee notes. I also recently discovered the Scarletto, a pretty pink, bubbly moscato. Though I rarely sip on a red wine, one of the tastings did reveal to me that I enjoyed the CH blueberry wine and chocolate almond wine (both sweet ones, duh). Last note: this is one of the more upscale dining spots in the Morton Grove area, so may be a good idea to make a reservation! My friend has come in at 3pm on a random Sunday without a reservation, and it was packed to the gills!

Came here for a quick birthday drink with my mom. We ended up ordering a bite to eat and all I wanted was a small salad so I got a house salad. A few bites into my salad, I found a LIVE STINKBUG! I quickly pushed the salad away and grabbed the attention of our server. She was immediately apologetic and took the salad away. A few minutes later, the manager came up and jokingly said "I hear a little critter made its way into your soup." After correcting him, he offered me a new salad, to which I declined as I want no food from this place again. I was extremely disappointed in his joking demeanor of the situation. Between the lack of care of the management staff and the bugs in the food, I will never return to this location.

Meghan H was the best! She was so kind and very quick with our food/ drinks. She took the time to talk to us and make sure we had everything we needed! Would go back and request her as a server! Thanks Meghan!

Amazing Food and Service! Seven of us ate at Cooper's Hawk following a biking trip in the area. Arial, our server, was fantastic! She checked on us often, and, in addition to being pleasant and welcoming, had great recommendations! The food was the best we've had since visiting this area. Each one of us was very pleased with our choices. I had one of the chopped salads and it was delicious! I must give kudos to the chef and the manager as well. They could not have been nicer! Beautiful facility and very clean too!

What a great Father's Day Eve dinner at Cooper Hawk. My family went to celebrate Father's Day Saturday night to avoid the rush on Sunday. We had a wonderful meal and great service. The drunken shrimp app and churrasco steak were delicious! Our server Dena was very attentive and sweet. She was so kind with all of our kids' requests and truly made our visit. We are so glad she suggested the French cream puff for dessert. It was the perfect way to end a great meal. Dad was very happy, and we will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful meal with wonderful wine and delightful service. Several friends of mine are wine club members of Cooper's Hawk and have nothing but glowing comments, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I think a large part of what made my experience so pleasant was our server, Jacob. He is incredibly friendly, explained the wines in detail, and offered fabulous suggestions for both wine and food.

Today celebrated my bffs birthday Angie!!! Did wine tasting first it was amazing....Morgan was our waitress she was amazing, got our appetizers out right away!! She's great and attentive. She def deserves all the complements!!! She's great, her service and checking up on us as she had several tables! As far as the food goes the Shrimp and scallops plate was OK.... Not much seasoning but won't be ordering that again.the steak was delicious and the chimichurri with it was great!

Coopers Hawk in Morton Grove is an amazing restaurant. The ambiance, food, servers, selection of wines, and management are superb. The menu is vast, and, the place is clean. It's fun to look at their gift items and to have a wine tasting. Yet another accolade goes to presentation. Customer service is consistently great. I should know. I have taught customer service for 20 years and have been published on the topic.

Today, 2 of us walked out and told our 2 friends to meet us at Morettis due to the bartender working.

Had a great meal tonight with the hubby. I had the special salmon, he had the filet trio. We also started with the special Flatbread appetizer. We had a good pinot noir with our meal. Shout out to our waiter AJ, he was great. Will be back soon

I always love visiting Cooper's Hawk. First and foremost, the wine tasting experience is a nice experience to have so close to home. It allows for a variety of different wine flavors and rotates throughout the year. I also love their wine program they have. Cooper's Hawk has been a great addition to the area. We arrived hoping to eat in their outdoor seating area and enjoy the wonderful seasonably warm weather we were experiencing. Unfortunately, they had closed the outdoor area for the season. Luckily, we were seated close enough to the outdoor area where we almost felt like we were eating outside. We also had a great wait staff serving us. On to the food...oh where do I start? You literally cannot go wrong if you only had apps here. We ordered the brussel sprouts and the dumplings to start off. The dumplings had great consistency and flavor while the brussel sprouts were nice and crisp as well as flavorful. We moved onto the entrees. Majority of the table ordered chicken (crusted parm, giardiniera, and piccata) while I scarfed down the churrasco grilled steak. I cannot speak for the others that ordered chicken but I couldn't have asked for a more juicy, tender and tasty steak. It was also complimented well with parmesan topped fries and balsamic based vinegar sauce on the oven roasted veggies. SO GOOD! We finished our meal sharing the chocolate cake that was filled with. Hazelnut ganache. Delicious!!! Can't wait to go back!

Way to expensive for what you get and taste wise better tasting burgers at Culver's no shit !!!!!!!!

Our server, Spencer, was the best server I've ever had in the 8 years I've been a wine club member! He is phenomenal! He checked on us consistently throughout the night, even on a busy Saturday night, and was extremely attentive. Best experience by far! Be sure to get Spencer!

We stopped in on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Our server was super helpful and attentive. I do not like them constantly pushing the wine club membership but I understand it's part of the job. The pork chops were amazing and so was the coopers margarita. Overall we enjoyed our afternoon!

We recently hosted an event at the Coopers Hawk in Morton Grove and it was by far the best experience! We have hosted multiple events at other CH locations and the CH Morton Grove by far has been the best. The day of the event we had the absolute pleasure of having Lori, Edell and AJ (VI) as our servers. I wish I could give them 10 stars for their outstanding work! They were friendly, attentive, respectful, helpful, organized and absolutely wonderful! They make a great team! Our guests also complimented their fantastic service. Lori, AJ and Edell-Thank you, thank you, thank you! You guys are the best! The communication with the event coordinators was great. Stephanie, Jennifer and Sarah communicated wonderfully, in a timely manner and explained everything in great detail. The day of the event all the staff members were friendly and helpful.

We really like the wine selections, food very good from appetizers and entrees. The risottos are my fav!

This place is great!!! If you are a wine lover this restaurant is highly recommend. They have a huge variety selection to pick from. I tried the house red blend and the passion fruit and they were delicious. Finally to pair my meal I had the delux which is the wine of the month (Cab). food is also super tasty. They also do monthly wine club if you are really into it! The service was also great Ralf was our server, very funny and friendly loved they way he Mafe's laugh the entire time!!! The ambiance in this place can be romantic, casual it for larger parties... I'm definitely coming back

We went to Coopers while visiting Chicago. One of my friends recommended the place and it was awesome experience. Fine selection of wines obviously and food was great and ambience!!

Went here this past Saturday afternoon for a special celebration. Our reservation was all set and we were seated on time. The food was amazing, but the service from our server really lacked. I really want to give 5 starts for the food and the friendliness from everyone else, but things just weren't good with our server. Took a really long time for us to get drinks and had to remind the server twice for my son's kiddie cocktail. She seemed annoyed a lot of the time and literally walked away from our table as we were still talking to her asking for the dessert menu. She heard us since she came back with the dessert menu, but her walking away like that caught us all off guard. My son even said, is she mad. We ordered a couple desserts and with that we ordered a couple coffees. The coffees never came. I forgot to check the bill to make sure they weren't on there too which is such a rookie move. Regardless we got drinks, a couple apps, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts and overall just wish our server was better. Everything else was great.

I joined coopers hawk membership before coming to dine in. Two pairing wines were complimentary. Camille audacious was nice. Food was nice. Oh! Because my husband's thigh almost pierced by part of table as he sat down(lucky he was wearing thick jeans.) his soup was comped. Crab shrimp lobster Bisque was very thick, much vegi in bisque, it was pretty gross, but tortilla soup was ok. Filet mignons were good, appetizer shrimp was good, salad was salad, ...creme brulee was nice, but the prime rib sandwich was very good, we were told that it would be and it was. Overall, it is nice place to dine in casual manner somewhat between outback steakhouse and Trulucks. I prefer outbacks filet mignon and prime rib though. I would dine again to see if what the fuss is about this place further tho. I give three stars because this is my second visit to coopers hawk, i find the overall food .. Meh. And salty. Maybe it is good place to learn about wines when they offer classes. Our server did not mention that I would be charged 10$ for that salad that didnt even come with dressing. I thought steak would come with brocolli, potato and choice of side. But entree comes with two sides and you will pay for the third one. I think server couldve mentioned it as I asked about choice or side as third side. And a manager came over with black ducktape to put it under our table so that it wouldnt stab nobody else. If the tape falls out... good luck whoever sits there. Maybe feel under the table to make sure.
