We visited Copa for dinner and loved each of the tapas dishes we tried. Their cheesy bites with the sweet sauce and tres leches had especially creative flavors. Their Sangria flight was also good. We would definitely come back here with friends or family-- it has a nice dual vibe of both chill sports place and relaxed upscale family dining. They really deserve a higher star rating than they currently have-- apparently an Ohio restaurant by the same name got roasted on Tiktok and a bunch of idiots reviewed this Copa instead. Google still has not fixed this issue, so ignore the no-comment 1-star reviews from a few months ago to get an actual, ACCURATE idea of how this restaurant really is!

This place was clean friendly and wasn’t too busy on a Monday evening. Pretty quick service. The cheese bites were really good- they had an interesting orange marmalade dipping sauce to go along with it. But we paid $7.50 for 7 tiny little cheese balls which I thought was a little skimpy. The chorizo on the flatbread was also pretty good, but I thought it could have used more caramelized onion and less cheese. The bread on the flatbread was good though. The fries were ok but they didn’t serve them with any sort of sauce. We were also disappointed that there weren’t veggies on the meat skewers like we’d seen on the picture. The meat was good but a lot for one person. And I liked the sauce on top of the eggplant-like a sweet pepper sauce which was good but didn’t love the way the eggplant looked when it arrived. Overall it wasn’t bad but I probably had too high of expectations.

Went to Copa on a lazy Sunday. Didn't expect too much but everything blew us away. First we ordered wings for an appetizer which were alright. I ordered lamb skewers for my meal which were incredible. Everything was mouth watering and melted in my mouth. My partner got the flat bread which was good. I highly recommend the lamb skewers and side potatoes. The atmosphere was very relaxing and we never felt rushed. It's a great place for a relaxed date.

Contemporary-cool industrial-feel bar restaurant with a wide menu selection. Lamb skewers were good (cute: they slide the meat off the skewer at-table) saffron rice was good, chickpeas could have been much more flavorful. Portions were on the small side if you're decently hungry. The menu says potato bombS but it's only 1 single 3" fritter, and at $6 per, a rip off. Sangria flight was cute but sangrias were oddly "light" and not your typical; 2 were meh and 2 were pretty ok. Coffee cocktail drink was mostly chocolate flavor and left desires unfilled. Oh and the "old fashioned with a twist" apparently had NOTHING special or different about it LOL fail. Overall everything was solidly pricey. The stars are for the meat and the 2 waiters we had; especially Vania (sp?) who was a charm. Besides the too-bright lights glaring 5" above our eyes at the table booths, she was basically the evening's only bright spot. Not a horrible experience for them only being open a short while but I'm definitely not impressed/eager/wanting to go back based off of this.

Beautiful new restaurant that opened up at Ballston Quarter. Great atmosphere with soccer theme througtout. I love that it has open kitchen so you can see the cleanliness and work. Spanish Fondue and Copa Wings were delicious. So was the lamb. Truly a great experience for the whole family. Definitely planning on coming back to either catch a game on the big screens or bring the whole family for wings.

Copa did an incredible job catering the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Chamber’s Hispanic Heritage Month celebration! I had not been yet, but once I tasted their pállela and patatas bravas at the event, we ended up stopping in for dinner. Their small plates were delicious and the chorizo and manchego flatbread and specialty G&T was the perfect way to end the evening. The ambiance inside was fun and spacious and the staff was quick, attentive, and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back with friends for some after work bites!!

Excellent service! So glad we stopped in. Well-preserved, fresh, high quality, attractive dishes. Definitely try the sangria flight! I wish I had pictures of the food but I was not even thinking about my phone.

Went there for happy hour with a small group of about 7 people. The food was adequate but the service was lacking. The waiter was also the bartender and it was hard at times to get their attention. They should have better staffing.
