Coppelia Cake Design

We got both our wedding cake and groom’s cake from Coppelia Cake Design and both were incredible. They designed a beautiful mountain cake for our Colorado wedding and a fun cake for my husband’s alma mater. The cake flavors, from sampling to the event itself, were delicious! We would highly recommend!

Kenzie did our wedding cake and all I can say is WOW. She is so incredibly talented and makes not only absolutely delicious cakes, but also has flawless and elegant design. Everyone at our wedding raved about how beautiful and delicious our ginger cake was! I spent the next week eating it almost every day because it was THAT good!!! Kenzie was such a pleasure to work with as well. She is professional, so sweet and kind, and is so passionate about her work and making her customers happy. Amidst all the chaos of having a postponed COVID wedding, she was always willing to work with us for the outcome we wanted. She even packaged up a miniature cake and prepped it for freezing for us to have for our one year wedding anniversary :) Thank you so much Kenzie!!

Awesome job! We had our wedding in Aug 2020 (COVID!) and Kenzie did an awesome job with the tasting (go for the four cake tasting!). My bride (wife!) had about a dozen inspiration photos for our cake and Kenzie did an amazing job combining and coming up with an even better design. The cake was also ridiculously delicious (go for the cream cheese based icing).

We worked with Kenzie on our small wedding cake plans during COVID and she exceeded all expectations. She listened to all of our requirements while also going above and beyond on flower selection for our cake (matched the brides bouquet!). Even when i70 closed from the wildfires Kenzie made it to Vail on time with the cake in perfect condition even though she had to navigate winding roads to get the cake to to the end destination. We would highly recommend Coppelia to all...oh and the most important part the cakes were DELICIOUS

Kenzie is so amazing at what she does! Everything from our tasting to our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and SO delicious! She really brought our vision to life for our big day!

Kenzie is amazing! My husband and I asked her to design and create our elopement cake with the request that she create something like an avante garde work of art. Needless to say, she went above and beyond my expectations. The cake was stunning and as delicious as it was gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice - she's truly an artist. Seriously, stop looking and just get your cake from Coppelia.

We absolutely loved working with Kenzie! We came to her with an idea of what we wanted, and she turned it into a masterpiece. She was so easy to work with and not to mention, she's incredibly sweet. The cake testing was too fun - we picked earl grey for our icing flavor, it was DELICIOUS and a total hit at the wedding! Our cake was so beautiful and we couldn't have picked a better person to work with. We would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Kenzie was great to work with! She communicated promptly and efficiently and definitely met if not exceeded my expectations with the cake design. It came out beautifully and she made it an enjoyable experience. I definitely look forward to working with her again in the future! Love it.

All I can say is WOW. Okay, I'll say more than that. Kenzie is incredible! The whole entire experience was 5 stars. From the cakes she made for the tasting to the cake itself, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. My husband and I decided to elope, but a cake was still super important to me. I wanted an Aspen tree cake and holy cow did Kenzie deliver. I mean LOOK AT IT!! When she brought it in I cried. I don't know how it was possible, but it tasted even better than it looked!! We opted for the lemon ginger cake, oh lord. So light, so fresh, outstanding!

Kenzie is a master cake designer with careful attention to detail. Her cakes look and taste incredible, not to mention her great service, which allowed us to leave everything to her for a special event. Thanks Kenzie!

We ordered a small London Fog cake for our elopement in Aspen and we were not disappointed! The crumb was super light and the earl grey icing had just enough flavor to not over power. The flower details were gorgeous. The ability to have the cake delivered to the restaurant at a reasonable price helped with one less thing we had to worry about. I would definitely buy a cake through them again'
