This place is so good. I was super sceptical about this place at first because there was only a virtual tour and no ability to go in person to see my place. The only reason I reconsidered is by reading all the reviews on google. I'm so happy that I did. This is the best place I've ever lived. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and the place is built well. I moved in June 1st, and I had a couple maintenance issues. I contacted them and they immediately took care of all of my issues. What a refreshing experience has been. The last place I lived in an apartment complex, was a horrible experience. No maintenance, black mold, people shifting positions every 5 minutes. It was really a bad situation. The quality of the place I live in is great, the staff is awesome, and I would suggest these people to anyone.

My experience throughout the entire move-in process, from submitting the application to learning about the process and ultimately moving in, was exceptionally smooth. The communication was outstanding, and the staff were extremely friendly. Lexi facilitated our approval and guided us through the deposit and other financial aspects of the process. Ally provided comprehensive information and took over during the remainder of the move-in process, including utility setup, house information, and access. She even followed up the day after we moved in to inquire about our experience and if we required any assistance. The house is absolutely stunning. I am thrilled to be raising my children here and welcoming a new family member into this beautiful home. I highly recommend this company.

They have the most prompt responses I have ever seen, especially Ally Bird. I always think of calling them but just an email always did the job. The home was amazing. It would have been nicer if we could see it before we moved in or signed the lease but the virtual tour was assuring enough for us to sign the lease. We got a brand new cunstructed home and it was just perfect!

We moved from Illinois to Michigan and chose to lease with Copper Bay for 2 years while we look for property to build our forever home. Copper Bay was a perfect option for us because they had so many options in the area we wanted to relocate to. Selling our beautiful home in Illinois to go to a rental for a couple of years was not something we were looking forward to, but getting into a brand new home and even getting to choose the floor plan based on the move in date we wanted has made it a much better experience! The application process was smooth and quick and moving in was even easier. Ally from Copper Bay even got us in a week earlier than expected which saved us from having to live in a hotel for a week. Communication has been quick and pleasant and every issue, large or small, has been handled with exceptional timing and to our complete satisfaction.

From the application process with Lexi Hornbeck to the move in process with Ally Bird Copperbay has been phenomenal. Lexi communicated clearly everything that was required for the application process and responded promptly. Ally’s communication was above and beyond! She obviously has us residents as her top priority. I have had bad experiences with property management companies in the past and these two individuals have me rethinking my position. They have been extremely helpful the entire process. It’s refreshing to see they take pride in their work.

I absolutely love this home! We were lucky enough to be the first tenants to move in, and it’s been a joy ever since. The house is stunning inside and out it truly puts a smile on my face every time I come home. It’s a perfect space to share with friends and family, and the neighborhood has been just as amazing. The community is quiet and friendly, and the office staff at Copper Bay has been outstanding. They’re always pleasant to talk to and handle any issues quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and this home to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Lexi and Ally were amazing and the move in process was simple and easy. The home my kids and I are in is beautiful and we are so grateful to Copperbay Ally and Lexi. Ally was always available for any questions I had and Lexi as well!! Thank you :)

I would never recommend these homes to anyone. They are cheaply made and we've had several problems with it. Back in the winter the septic pump stopped working completely and flooded our basement with septic water. Instead of replacing the carpet and baseboards they just painted over the septic water damaged baseboards and aired out the carpet.... Then a few weeks ago during a heat advisory our air conditioner had broken, with the real feel temperature over 100°F. Copper Bay said it was not an emergency to get the air fixed, even though we have a very ill 12 week old baby on oxygen that was diagnosed with pentology of Cantrell and CDH, so it's very crucial we have her in a controlled environment and thought our home would be a safe place for her. The "maintenance coordinator' Ally Bird could not be bothered to do anything about it because it was a Sunday and she will only help during 'business hours'. We had to stay in a hotel since the inside of our home reached over 90°F and we have two babies under two years old. Copper Bay said they will not reimburse for any hotel or HVAC company they 'did not approve of', after she told us to contact someone ourselves on a weekend since she wouldn't. Also all communications with Copper Bay will be through email or text message only, they will not communicate through phone calls whatsoever. We have been great tenants, always paid on time, we've completely transformed the yard from a big dirt patch to green. Whenever storms came through and knocked trees down we've taken care of it and did a better job than the company did for our neighbors when their tree came down. It's a huge slap to the face making this place look better than when we moved in, to being treated like garbage in return. It's not worth over $2k/month.
