Food was delicious and well prepared. Atmosphere is just simply soothing. The staff had Amazing customer Service. It made us feel special. Not to mention the location of the restaurants so many things to do after feeding thyself.🤣🤗

Came here for a work function. Had probably 20+ people and had tables in the patio area. Convenient location, plenty of parking, great lake view. Had fixed option menu for party but there were no vegetarian options. Including picture of menu that they provided me. Had a pasta linguini alfredo which was OK. Only maybe one option was vegan, though I'm not. Patio was noisy b/c of being an enclosed patio. Service was good and the courses were fast and coordinated. No idea how much it was but was not impressed with the vegetarian options - didn't get a chance to look at the regular menu but figure some of the specials were on the regular. Appetizers of nachos w/cheese spinach and pita with hummus were ok. So many compelling niche ethnic choices in area not sure I'd be back.

Food was pretty good. For an appetizer we shared the California roll, which was absolutely delicious and would recommend. We got the eastern shore style crab cakes, and they were pretty good as well. The mix was a little too wet for my liking, but still was good. Service was a little slow, but it was dinner time on a Friday evening, so what can you do. Would come back, especially for the California roll!

Same restaurant group that owns Stanford Grill. Menu is almost identical to Stanford Grill which is a good thing. They recently renovated the patio area and it’s a great spot. I recommend getting a table there. I really like their Grilled rainbow trout, and crispy chicken sandwich. Save room for dessert, their bread pudding is so good.

Stop by with friends for lunch, the drinks were good, the appetizers were tasty, burgers were cooked to the right temperature. pasta were decent. Their cheese cake and fresh pressed coffee were good too. The service was excellent and friendly. Overall great lunch with friends and food.

Had lunch with a friend on a Friday afternoon and everything was great. The new floating dining area on the lake is super stable and adds a relaxing, upscale vibe. I thought I was in Miami or something 😀 We started with calamari ; crispy and well done , then I had a fresh salad with warm cornbread on the side. Solid flavors all around. Also we had non alcoholic cocktails which were very great. Our server, Nayeli, was fantastic ,attentive, friendly, and on point. Great food, top-notch service, and a unique lakeside experience. Highly recommend.

Disorganized Service, Underwhelming Experience Not sure what happened at Copper Canyon Grill, but our visit was frustrating. We started with two people around 7:45pm, and everything seemed fine. About an hour later, two more friends joined us—and that’s when the long wait began. We added just a few items: a burger, a dozen oysters, a beer, and a salmon. Even for something as simple as oysters and a beer, we had to ask three times, and it still took nearly an hour for them to arrive. The food itself was nothing special—oysters were good, but the rest was just average. With food and 4 bottles of wine, our check is close to $600! The service definitely needs work, especially with timing and follow-up. With so many better restaurants in the area offering good food and reliable service, I don’t think we’ll be returning

I've been here multiple times, but this is my first review. Great atmosphere and perfect for sitting outside in the warm months. The new patio area on the water looks amazing, and I hope to be able to give it a try. The pace is usually busy, so I would make a reservation. I was recently here, and they ran out of ice, which was not ideal as it was a warm day out. The food is good with some options for all. I had the crabcake sandwich. It fell apart all over the place. I will or course be back and try something different.

Cozy spot with solid portions and surprisingly good crab cakes. This place has a nice, cozy vibe that makes the whole dining experience feel comfortable and relaxed. Went with a group and we basically ordered half the menu. Started with the calamari that came with house-made marinara, and it was a solid start to the meal. For mains, we tried the crab cake sandwich, rattlesnake pasta, BBQ pork ribs, prime rib, smoked Atlantic salmon, and "The Stanford" cheeseburger. The standouts were definitely the crab cake and the prime rib. The rattlesnake pasta had a nice kick with the cajun alfredo, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. Everything we ordered had decent portion sizes, so you're definitely getting your money's worth here. For the quality and amount of food you're getting, the value is solid. This is a great spot if you're actually hungry and want a satisfying meal in a comfortable atmosphere. The cozy setting really does bring the whole experience together. Would definitely come back to work through more of their menu.

Super disappointing use of my funds. We have been thinking bout trying this place for awhile and finally did and wish we hadn't. Nothing was bad (other than the attitude of the hostesses), but nothing was good either. The spinach artichoke dip reminded me of tasting my horse's alfalfa when I was a child. No garlic or anything acidic. I think the cheese was swiss, because it tasted like socks instead of parmesan. The bacon mac and cheese had my favorite style of pasta in it (cavatappi), but the sauce tasted of little more than way too much black pepper. The roma pepperoni flatbread was the only thing we tried with any real potential. The tomatoes, arugula, and parmesan were great. Somehow, we could not taste the pepperoni at all. We could see it. It was there. It just tasted of nothing. The vibe here reminded me of places I've worked at with very toxic management. The employees were all doing their job and being polite, but they each seemed miserable from the hostesses to the server to the person who looked like a manager who kept looking out into our seating area as if someone had done something wrong and he was going to go get on them about it. We will definitely not be going back, which is disappointing, because this place is in a beautiful location within walking distance of my apartment. But no thanks. If I want negative vibes and mediocre food, I can get that for free from my mother-in-law.

After a fishing trip in Vermont and being told by the guide that I had to throw the rainbow trout back into the water, I really wanted some trout. Lo and behold, Copper Canyon had it on their menu. It was simply lovely. It was satisfying. The red mashed potatoes had a lot of flavor. It's creaminess contained not just potatoes but garlic and onions too. Wonderful service. They allowed us to bring in cupcakes for our friend's birthday. it was very kind of our server to bring extra plates.

I've been here quite a few times over the years and the service has always been good, but the food is hit or miss. The last two times I've gone I've been really disappointed in the quality of the food and honestly was not able to finish my food both times. Some things they do really well, but some of the dishes are just really inedible. I got the rattlesnake pasta my last visit and the mushrooms were completely raw, the chicken had these hard chewy pieces in them, and the pasta was way over cooked. My husband got the pot pie and really enjoyed it and I've had the mac and cheese in the past and enjoyed it. I'll probably come back and just be more careful on what I order, but it's not a place I think about going back to, it's more of just convenience when we're in the area. I really like the new water deck that they have and it's usually quite enough during lunch time to enjoy your meal as long as the meal is cooked well.

I have gone to Copper Canyon Grill for more than 10 years now. I am usually not a big fan of sitting at a restaurant or eating non-Asian cuisines. BUT, this particular restaurant holds a special place in my book because of consistently excellent service and food quality. My whole family has enjoyed coming to Copper Canyon Grill for all kinds of occasions over the years-- birthdays, get together with friends, first dates, family dinner outings just to name a few. The "Stanford" cheeseburger, chicken pot pie, rattlesnake pasta, rotisserie chicken, chocolate uprising, and key lime pies are some of my favorite things I have ordered there over the years. No matter what day of the week we visit, we have always received exceptional service and wonderfully plated food. The servers are exceptionally well trained and observant especially at this location. For example, I once decided to be "adventurous" and ordered something I usually don't -- a meatloaf of all things. I didn't really care for the taste or the texture of it. And the server quickly became aware of me not eating much of it or looking particularly thrilled with it. She approached me and asked me if I wanted to order something else without me even thinking about asking such a thing. It didn't even occur to me to speak up because I figured it's my fault for ordering it. She was just so gracious about it and I felt so grateful. That's was one of many many great examples of why it's great dining at Copper Canyon Grill. I go out to eat a lot, but many places fails to match their keen sense of being observant, anticipating diner needs, and offering to make things great. They will go out of their way to ensure each diners are absolutely satisfied and happy before leaving. The truly incredible thing about it is that they have consistently upheld that standard for more than 10 years!!! And have you seen the menu prices?! It's crazy how reasonably everything is priced compared to all those stuffy snooty buzzy newer restaurants out there!!! Consequently, whenever I return from out of state, one of many places I go out of my way to visit is Copper Canyon Grill. I don't care how little time or out of my way it is to dine there at times. It's worth the visit and I certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who lives in the vicinity. I promise you wouldn't regret it.

Finally got a chance to try out the new dock on the water. Great ambiance. Crab dip was great, bread needed to be toasted. We ordered a side of tortilla chips, which made for a much better combination. The whole group ordered salads and everyone enjoyed quite a bit. Service was fine!

Sunday 4/13/25 Whenever I visit Rio, I always see this spot, but I can't remember ever making a visit. That all changed today as my mom decided to have her 52nd birthday here. She made a reservation for 7:30 pm with me and my brother, and luckily it wasn't necessary as it was relatively light around that time. Our waiter was Brandon, and he provided us with great service, so shoutout to Brandon. Also, there's a nice view of the lake from where we sat, which adds to the ambiance. As a table, we got many different dishes, but the items I had/ tried were the calamari fritti FREE, fiesta egg rolls $17, iron skillet cornbread $10, rattlesnake pasta $23.50, and the bread pudding $14. I also tried a rib from my brother's main dish. - The calamari fritti was alright, and fortunately, my mom was able to get it complimentary (props to the service). - The Fiesta egg rolls were my favorite appetizer. It was decent. - The iron skillet cornbread was fine. - The rattlesnake pasta was my main dish, and I opted to remove the mushrooms for spinach. The dish was okay, but I wasn't impressed. - The bread pudding was alright, but it really could've benefited from the addition of ice cream or even a sauce that was richer & sweeter. - The rib I tried was alright: the ribs are tender, and the sauce is the main flavor you get from it, as you don't taste any seasoning. Overall, the food was alright, the service was good, and the ambiance was nice. I wouldn't see myself coming back for the food options, but elite service like that is always appreciated.

This place makes an underrated steak. I wanted a steak and luckily they had a 20 oz bone in ribeye special. It was about as good as I could have hoped. Extremely tender, flavorful, and a nice size. The mash potatoes were great too. I've had ribeyes from a lot of places and I would say this holds its own against even fancier steak houses. At $65, it probably is one of the pricier menu items here though.

Recently came here for an overdue date night! It's nicely decorated right now for the holidays and they have 2 nice areas (one located more outside in a separate hall and the other located more inside the restaurant. The chicken here looks really good (chicken pot pie) but I opted for the wooden roasted chicken (a specialty). Overall, food was delicious. Our server was really sweet too. So thoughtful and always swung by to check on us and for refills.

Food was A+ steak and burger was cooked perfectly medium rare as requested. Chicken sandwhich was moist. Mashed potatoes were barely lukewarm....but I can let that side because of how well everything else came out. The bread pudding was warm, sweet but not overly sweet. It was topped with Raspberries and sauce (can't remember what it was called) that really paired well together. Now for the bad. Last time I dined here was maybe 2 months ago and unfortunately the service and alcoholic drinks were terrible. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 1. This time wasn't much different. Not sure if the server isn't putting the drinks in correctly or the bartender is rushing but neither visit were any of my tables drinks made as ordered. Cornbread was ordered when the entrees arrived and when the check came , the cornbread had still not made an appearance: Too many places in Gaithersburg/Rockville serving great food to come back here and have poor service. Going to give Firebirds and Charley Chesapeake a try, maybe this place will have new wait staff if I decide to visit in the distant future

Lovely spot for lunch or dinner! The outdoor seating is especially great on a nice day. I especially enjoyed my drink, which was a peach and bourbon drink that was very smooth. I ordered the California roll and it was pretty good. Others in my party tried the rotisserie chicken and the crab cake sandwich which they really enjoyed. Ended by sharing the bread pudding which was very large and rich.

A good experience at this Copper Canyon Grill at the Rio. The overall concept is upscale American food. A step above the familiar American chain sit-down restaurants. The customer service was good and the dining room was very quiet. On the day I visited, the customer food traffic was very light. In fact, there were only a few patrons dining in. Their food menu is limited, however, the options make sense and their execution and plating is good. All of the food I ordered was delicious. There is also seating outdoors, however, I appreciate the multiple seating styles in the dining room, including family-style booth seating, two-seaters, and bench seating. The kids menu is also thoughtful and adequate. Overall, a good experience and I will visit again.

Initially the restaurant couldn't find the reservation. Nina showed up and cleared it up by showing the confirmation message on her phone. So we waited maybe 20 minutes. Saturday night the place is very busy. Finally we get a small booth close to the door. It was a chilly night so that part of the restaurant was on the cool side. She put her jacket on. Ok, we have a seat and menus. I worked all day so I felt like and ordered a Yuengling. Water was also delivered to the table. The menu is pretty extensive. Lots of good choices but I finally decided on the rotisserie chicken and she decided on the grilled rainbow trout. The beer arrives and it's cold and tasty. The food arrives pretty quick, I'd say 15 minutes. The chicken smells divine and her trout looks very tasty. The chicken is perfectly cooked and mashed potatoes are lump free and very tasty. Her trout is perfectly cooked and will require a box. It's a generous piece of fish. After a while we're out in the chilly breezy weather. I would go back again. Service was pretty good and the food was served as it was ordered. Beer refil came quick as well.

Valentines evening at Copper Canyon. Cocktails at the bar with Erica prior to dinner were perfect! She has a wonderful personality and is always welcoming! Dinner was the Rattlesnake Pasta and Filet Mignon Oscar, which was cooked to the perfect temperature of medium rare...delish! Our server, Ashley, deserves 5 stars! She was attentive, knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality! Ashley took great care of us and her recommendations were spot on! After dinner drinks back at the bar were an Espresso Martini and Irish Coffee! Perfect!!!

Sat at big U-shaped bar. Plenty of seating, but not as vast as nearby YardHouse. Rotisserie Chicken Salad is always by go to but a bit too much on the tossed in dressing. Has two TV's at bar and outdoor seating. Good place for a date or business dinner.

Came here with a coworker for a weekday lunch. My coworker had a salad and I had the crab cake sandwich. Her salad was huge and my crab cake was kind of small (smaller than bun) but it was very good and came with fries. I think lunch could have been a bit cheaper. Perhaps having lunch specials would draw me back there. Our waitress was very attentive and informative. The ambiance was nice and cozy which was great since it was a very cold day.

I really like Copper Canyon. The dinner is consistently good with high-quality dishes, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The real star, though, is the dessert, the Chocolate Uprising is incredible. I'd go there just for that.

Whenever I'm disappointed, I take some time to mull over the reasons and consider any bias I may be having. This happened several weeks ago and my feelings haven't changed. Here goes. Copper Canyon is one of my favorite restaurants. In this case, however, they ruined an evening. I ordered my favorite Ahi tuna salad. The price was the same as always, however when it arrived, the tuna looked like a much smaller quantity than previous times I'd ordered the dish. (I've had this fave many times, and at other CC restaurants, and it has always been excellent.) The manager stopped by a while later and asked "Is there something I can do to make your evening extraordinary?" I hesitated but finally mentioned that in past visits, the tuna seemed more generous. I shared that I'm a big fan of CC, and have had this dish many times. She offered that "Perhaps the slices are thicker!" I said that didn't appear to be the case, and reaffirmed that I've had it a number of times. I then mentioned I'm not naive to pricing pressures, but cutting back on the serving size rather than raising the price a bit seemed contrary to making my evening extraordinary. The manager then offered to "ask the kitchen if they could offer a bit more sushi, and don't tell anyone, and I don't know if they can do that, but I'll ask, and it would only be a one time thing." That had the makings of an extraordinary evening. A few minutes later, she brought a small plate of sliced Ahi tuna. The manager said "This is a one time thing - don't mention it to anyone." I was pleased and the tuna was excellent. When I received the bill, it said "1 Add Ahi Tuna $16.00." I was shocked, as it was very clear that this was intended to be gratis, as a nod to creating an "extraordinary" dining experience. And to be honest, I was a little angry but thought I'd mull it over to see if it looked different to me after some time had passed. Nope. Pretending to mollify a customer whose expectations have not been met, then billing them extra and hoping they won't notice is very poor customer service. I'm hoping your dining experience will be better, though after reading through the comments, it appears CC has some issues.

It was nice atmosphere and the service was solid. The food was good, the crab dip could use more bread but overall enjoyed the experience.

When trying a new restaurant, I tend to venture over to Yelp and review the popular menu items. Sometimes this method pans out and others, not so much. This time it was spot on. My only regret in ordering this dish was that I couldn't finish it all. My waiter and his colleagues gave just the right amount of attentiveness, creating such a welcoming experience that this restaurant has indeed been added to my list!

Loved the dinner I had af CCG. It has one of the best locations in Rio Lakefront with plenty indoor outdoor seating. We started off with fiesta eggrolls which is a must order! I was skeptical about sushi first but the fish was SO fresh, the avocado shrimp roll was one of the favorite bites for me! For our mains we got the rotisserie chicken and prime rib! That rib was JUICY and perfectly cooked! Another must-order is the cornbread! If you have any more space left, the chocolate uprising is a great dessert- they also have the apple crisp/crumble as seasonal dessert which was served warm and delicious. The cocktails are boozy.. we didnt get the ribs but the table next to us did and I had fomo a bit ! It was packed on a Saturday night (even the bar) so make reservations!

Amazing service from Nahim, he made the night very special for us! He recommended a very delicious ribeye that was cooked perfectly. The vibe in the restaurant is just right! We will be back!

Copper Canyon is a great spot for dinner. I haven't been here for lunch, so I'd like to try it one day. With a traditional American menu, you can never go wrong. I've tried a variety of the items: their burgers, ribs, steak and fish of the day plates. Each time, I was always pleased with the service, quality of food and experience. This most recent visit was prompted by their ramen special. My family received an email from Blueridge restaurants that they had their streak ramen for one week only (they do this maybe once or twice a year). We came during a late evening to enjoy the rare soup. Unfortunately our waiter informed us it was only a lunch option. We were utterly disappointed as it wasn't outlined in the email that it was restricted to lunch and in the past we had gotten it for dinner. However, another waiter, Gary (who ended up taking over serving our table), was able to work it out with the kitchen so that we could fulfill our ramen craving. The ramen itself was yummy. The toppings it comes with are all premixed so there are no substitutions or adjustments that can be made. I'm not a fan of mushrooms, so I just had to pick them out. There were a ton of mushrooms and I felt that it was almost half of the soup. Nonetheless, I think the portion size was good- not too much and not too little. For a place that doesn't normally serve ramen, I was pleased. Like any other visit to Copper Canyon, we had to end the night with bread pudding. Because we were full from our ramen, one serving was enough for the 4 of us. When ordering the bread pudding, my recommendation is to request a side of extra sauce because the inside can be a bit dry sometimes. Overall, I'm always pleased with my visits to this Copper Canyon. Thank you to Gary for being our awesome waiter! If they have the ramen special, I suggest you order it because it is a rare option!

I really enjoy this restaurant. I've come here several times with my girlfriend. What I enjoy most is once you're inside, you're in another world other than the RIO, which can be teenage crazy at times. Everyone can't afford to come here. We've been here about five times and have always had a pleasant experience. Drinks are pretty good and the food is solid.

Our server was very sweet and 5 stars for the food! All the stars for that smoked salmon! The spinach had only just decided to wilt and the salmon was cooked perfectly medium. I'll definitely be coming back for that. The chefs saved my tough day. The location is beautiful so we asked to sit in the heated patio but the many marks on the marble tables and the gnat population left much to be desired. Although it's springtime and I'm sure they'll remedy that soon.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area and this location is the best one! I went here with a friend tonight to celebrate her first day at her new job. Our server, Emmanuel was amazing! He heard about her new job and brought her chicken pot pie with a candle in it. The food is always good and the staff are the nicest people. Well definitely be back soon!

Place has bug/nat problem. Had it swarming our table, shocking they don't have a plug in restaurant style bug zapper. Food is so so, similar to Olive Garden or red lobster

Haven't been here for many years and really missed their spinach & artichoke dips and bread pudding. The food is still not bad, but definitely on the bland side. I loved the cocktails and bread pudding! And service was super nice. Relaxing ambience good for casual dates or group/family dinner.

Been a long time since I have been here and although it was eerily quiet the ambience was rustic and clean - the staff was busy pushing out some of the nicest looking helpings of lunch I have seen in a long time. I sat at the bar and had a great server/bartender and the service was excellent! I had the rotisserie chicken salad and it was huge and tasty! I am sure the happy hour crowd loves the outdoor areas but the man made lake out back. Nice to be back!

We hadn't been to Rio in a few years and were curious to see the changes, including the deck bar at Copper Canyon Grill. It was a chilly overcast day and the outside bar was closed. Honestly it looked rather basic but maybe when it's open there's a lot more ambiance. We were seated in the restaurant in the year round enclosed patio. The windows were all closed and there were heaters running so it was quite comfortable. We were by the windows overlooking the board walk. It was nice to see people doing their steps, pushing baby carriages and/or walking their dogs. I could be wrong but the menu seemed a little different than last time we'd been there with more lighter choices. There were a number of items that sounded good to me. I started off with a bourbon and ginger ale, Rich ordered an old fashioned. Both drinks were perfect, mine that just the right balance of alcohol and mixer. After our waiter took our entree orders he asked if we had any allergies. I thought that was a very smart policy of the restaurant. I had the crab cake sandwich. I skipped the bun and ate the crab cake alone. As a life long Marylander I've eaten a lot of crab cakes in my life and Copper Canyon's was one of the best I've had. It was full of lump crab meat with little filler. The side dish was a pile of crispy shoe string fries, my favorite style. Rich had fish and chips, the fries were wedge cut. I tasted the fish and the batter was nice and crispy. The restaurant is clean and attractive and the service was very good. All in all a very pleasant meal.

Food: food is surprisingly consistant. I believe they need to work on seasoning ...may a little more salt. Service is good. No complaints Ambiance: with the new addition to their eating area, both new and old do not match...however ambiance is always warm and inviting.

Beautiful, classy place with good food and drinks! The private was perfect for our celebration.

For some reason, at this location, the food misses the mark. I had their pasta and their pot pies and salads. I really try not to send food back unless it's horrendous. For what they charge, I should not have mediocre food. My chicken pot pie consists of a few chunks of chicken and the rest veggies, the filling was so bland, and salt and pepper could not make it better. Cornbread is blah, as someone who makes this on the regular, I wish I could train the cooks on how to make it better. I had to add slabs and slabs of butter to eat it. The ahi tuna wasn't fresh and put a dent in my evening. The service is great, very nice staff and good management, I give them that. On warm nights they open the windows so you can see the view of water, I never have issues at the DSS or Bowie locations, it's always this location :( I don't recommend this place. Sorry.

Had a work lunch with around 15 people here. They were able to accommodate our group size efficiently. The absolute best thing on the menu was their southwest egg rolls. The tuna salad flavors did not mix well with the actual tuna and instead would be better paired with chicken. I'd reccomend this place for groups as they have a variety of foods to pick from.

Cooper Canyon Grill has some really good food. I wasn't able to get pictures because we were there for a birthday celebration but I can say that no one complained and we all had a different dish. I got the fiesta egg-rolls because I wasn't really hungry and they were delicious. The portions here are huge and the staff is lovely. Our waitress was so cute and friendly, and she did a really good job. The manager even came to check on us and I appreciated that. I love restaurants where the whole staff is involved. & I can't wait to go back to try some more food because they have lots of good menu items.

I came for a late bite with friends Griselda took care of us at the lake house and she did a wonderful job making sure we were okay and cares for I would come just for her to take care of my table and my family and future family and friend again she deserves a raise for how she took care of us

My family has been going to Copper Canyon for decades. From my picky-eating days to now, I've tried a variety of their menu items. They are most known for their corn bread, so I definitely recommend splitting that with your dining group. I also order their egg rolls pretty often, but they're less special/unique to their restaurant. Some of my favorite dishes are their Rattle Snake Pasta and Chicken Pot Pie! You honestly can't go wrong with whatever you choose to get :). Side note: their brother restaurant is the Stanford Grill. Both franchises have similar menus and are both great

Disappointed...again. Our waiter was great, as was the beautiful interior and men's room. The problem was the same as I remembered years previous. No flavor!. I got the large prime rib which looked great but had zero taste. The aid jays sauce to add to the flavor was even worse. My wife got the ribs which again looked great but had no meaningful flavor. To top it off our waiter recommended the 6/$20 oyster special. After inquiring from the chef where they were from and finding out local VA so I said yes. Our waiter came back dismayed and informed us this same chef said they didn't have time to shuck 6 oysters. Our dear waiter asked if he could do and the chef again said no. There will not be a third time..

I only come here for the steaks. The lunch portions are smaller so I have to get two. Fiesta spring rolls are their best appetizer.

We love the location in Rio Shopping Center. Such a wonderful place to walk around for a date. I've always loved the character of Copper Canyon Grill- from the fire burning outside to the patio overlooking the lake. We tried the oyster special which was fantastic. I also had the filet special but unfortunately was left a little underwhelmed. We also had a sushi plate that was good but not great. I'm a big fan of the small skillet of cornbread as an appetizer. So for us it was a few hits and a few misses during our latest visit. Service was fantastic

It was empty on Sunday at 3:30 pm. Got there early for a 4 pm reservation. The host assigned us to a table close to the rest room in the middle of high traffic area. We asked on one of the many empty booth. They were also out of moscato. I guess it ran out the week before for valentines. The bathroom at that time of the day was filthy. I had to let them know to get it clean and that turned me off before I got my meal. We both got the rattlesnake pasta and it had more sweet peppers than chicken.

Love the spinach dip, the Cobb salad was average at best. Don't like the crust not good. Honey mustard is good.

Pretty great food for an upscale NYE dinner celebration. The servers were all very accommodating for our party (4 adults one baby), allowing us to switch tables for a cooler temp location. And very friendly. The view in the back room overlooking the lake with Christmas lights was very pleasant. We'll be back for a special occasion when we don't want to venture too far from home.

I rarely do yelp reviews. But, here goes. My friend chose this restaurant as they have had their prime rib before. It was his birthday so I was good with that. When we walked in, I mentioned to the hostess that it was his birthday. She nodded and said good. I assumed that meant she would tell our waiter. We ordered appetizers- calamari- no taste no spices just fried breading. I had a salad with - average Prime Rib- $40! only comes with a vegetable- no starch. You had to order that as a side. The prime rib was requested at medium rare and came out blood rare. It was sent back and was then overcooked. Post meal. I motioned to the waiter about the birthday. We don't do anything for birthdays. I guess we could have been told that by the hostess? Pros- wait staff very nice cons- overpriced average food

Incredible! Our server Paige was sweet, very attentive but not overbearing, knowledgeable of all the menu items and offered great recommendations. She even brought me a cup with water for the flowers my boyfriend gave me. She definitely represented Copper Canyon Grill well and just shone, making our visit even more enjoyable with her joyful energy. The atmosphere was calm with nice ambience, comfy cozy seats, upbeat yet chill music selection and they even have real candles at every table! The bus service was right on time. The chicken Parmigiano was the best Ive ever tasted - no exaggeration. It has a special flavor zing that puts it above all the rest. And the portion size shocked me when it arrived...HUGE! topped with cheesy deliciousness and paired with linguini perfectly. The crab dip was superb, rich, creamy, with zesty kick from scallion topping! Even the vegetables were fresh, crispy, flavorful. Didnt have room for dessert but will definitely be back for more! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of dining in tonight & having Paige as my server. I have had not so great experiences here in the past, but tonight that changed. Food was amazing, drinks were perfect, and if you couldn't tell service was immaculate. 10/10 Thank you Paige for changing my mind, you have gained a regular.

Service by Amanda was amazing. The food was amazing.. the chicken tortilla soup and the Kansas City NY Strip special.. lord help us. The Ambiance was typical steak house in the Rockies. Reccomend highly
