I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience really needs to be shared.
From the beginning, the service was extremely slow. We were seated, but no one came to greet us or take our order. After waiting for a while, we had to stand up and look for a waiter ourselves.
When we finally placed our order, it took a long time to arrive, and it was incomplete. The rest of the order came later. The drink options were very limited, and they didn’t have what we wanted, so we ended up drinking only water.
At checkout, we paid and even left a tip. Later, I realized the total seemed too high, so I went back politely to ask for the receipt. The waiter avoided eye contact and acted as if she didn’t see me, even though I was standing there waiting. When I finally asked calmly for the receipt, her attitude completely changed. She seemed annoyed, showed me a screen with no clear information, and said she could no longer see the details.
I was not being difficult. Asking for a receipt after paying is completely normal. The contrast was noticeable: when it was time to pay and tip, the service was friendly. When I asked a legitimate question, the attitude became dismissive…….
