Very quaint coffee shop with unique and delicious food - however I do not care for their coffee. It tastes sweet and kind of sour, too- in a weird way. I am not sure how to describe it. I’m guessing it must be a medium or light roast - but it’s a no for me. I will be going back for the food - but not the coffee.

I usually stop here about once a week. Service is quick, friendly and accurate. I appreciate their creativity with their seasonal menu flavors, with multiple offerings for each season. Their espresso isn’t bad, maybe a touch too acidic but isn’t weak either. Their baked goods are also usually decent as well. Solid coffee shop pick.

I like the atmosphere here and the seating. Lots of coffee shops have seats without cushion, which cycles through customers quicker because they don’t linger in the seats as long, but here the seats are very comfortable. Great for getting work done and setting up for a couple hours. I enjoyed a little chat with the barista and got some info on the coffee. Overall, a good shop.

The coffee and food is amazing. The staff is friendly, but It would be great if someone acknowledged me when I approach the counter. I think a $.70 additional charge for a splash of oat milk with my hot coffee is a bit overpriced. Considering their prices, it would be great if the iced coffee (without ice) would be filled to the top.

So happy we found this breakfast place! Tons of gluten free options for breakfast. Beautiful atmosphere. Wooden elements and tables nicely contrast with the concrete floor. Very clean. Great drive through pick-up. 3 young employees keep the place and orders running smoothly.

I understand the hype about this place now! Kept hearing high compliments about the Copper Cup from various locals and decided I needed to check it out. I got a delicious breakfast here, highly recommend the iced maple bourbon latte and the sliders. Wonderful baristas here, thank you!

Pros: Good coffee and atmosphere plus a friendly staff Cons: A $0.75 charge for honey is ridiculous, as are extra charges for nondairy milks I really like this coffee shop, but I doubt I’ll just swing through the drive through for a beverage on my way to work. Prices for coffee and tea are high enough without additional charges. Shouldn’t that be part of the cost of having a business? I’m really tired of businesses passing on their extra costs to the consumer. It smacks of corporate greed.

Flew all the way from Florida to try this spot…while visiting family! Did not disappoint. From the staff, to the coffee, to the homemade tomato pie! The vibes and atmosphere were 10/10. We will be visiting the other locations.

I really didn't like the iced latte from here it was not good for me. Didn't taste like caramel, the espresso was way too bitter. I didn't know an iced latte would come with foam and didn't like that either. Service was good though. Chocolate chip cookie tasted days old.

Dear copper cup employees, a well toasted bagel does not look like this. Please learn how to toast bagels. I also don't understand why this is so messy to eat, I need at least 10 napkins every time I order a bagel. It shouldn't be this white if it's toasted.... The people are very nice and the place is ok but the food is also an important factor and it's so frustrating that every time I order a well toasted bagel, I get this soggy white barely warm exercise of a bagel, please try to do better or train your staff

Favorite coffee shop in the area! Their coffee is high quality and they make their own syrups in house! Hard to find these days! Also the atmosphere is amazing and a great place to study or even just meet up with a friend!

Cutest coffee shop with multitudes of seating made for remote working. Plenty of outlets, individual seats and lots of natural light. The coffee was delicious and strong and the egg white wrap hit the spot. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

Lovely place, the coffee is ok. The staff however are not very friendly. No greeting, no thank you or goodbye, and they are not at all helpful. The one thing they're great at is asking you for a tip after waiting in line to order and waiting longer to get the drink and not even saying hello. Here's a tip, don't expect one for doing your job, and especially when you're not doing it well.

They have Passenger coffee so that's always good. The egg bites were the blandest thing I've had in ages. No seasoning. Just tasteless fluffy egg with some scant toppings sprinkled in. I'll get my Passenger coffee elsewhere.

Small coffee and a bagel w cream cheese:$8.96. Bagel was microwaved until very very hot. Not toasted. The cream cheese melted out all around, making it pretty messy. The coffee was bitter tasting-- like the bottom of the pot Noisy place. The only nice thing is the abundance of natural light, and good parking availability. Overall impression: chilly, noisy. Overpriced. Disappointing quality for the costs.

Coffee and food were delicous. Service was nice as well. Convenient location, ample, easy free parking lot. Inside is roomy but cozy. There is also a room with a community table for small groups. I had the Maple Latte with Oat Milk and a Pumpkin Scone. Perfect temp, and sweetness. Both were delicious. My husband had a coffee and Blueberry Lemon Muffin, great as well. We will definitely return.

Obsessed with this cute little coffee shop! Amazing options and the staff is fantastic. We had a small group, did a nice little afternoon walk to the location. They have indoor and outdoor seating available as well as drive up service if you're on the go. We got a matcha latte with oat milk, a copper latte and a honey lavender iced coffee and they were so amazing. Absolutely recommend for a relaxing hang out spot, place to work or just to grab and go if you're on the run! One of the best coffee spots in Lanc.

Wow!!! this place is incredible!! we came from CT and are in awe of how they turn a bank into a coffee shop. I could not get over the real authentic vault. it a must see if your in or near Lancaster. Oh, the coffee is great too but the environment was enough for the trip.

Great atmosphere, big parking lot, cute decor, friendly staff and the most important of all...delicious food as drinks!! Small menu but that's what makes it good. They do have the best regular coffee out there. As far as Lancaster City coffee shops, this one is my first choice due to the accessibility and the drive thru. I go to the one on lititz Pike a lot but this one actually has seating and lots of room! The Lancaster restaurant deal was so great - 2 beverages and 2 pastries for $10

First time at the Lancaster location: No negatives for me! I ordered the Snickerdoodle Latte (I'm normally not a gimicky latte person but I was in a funky mood) and it was really good. Not too sweet and almost tasted buttery, in a good way. Price was fair for this kind of quality. The Copper Cup's vibes also lend itself to a stellar work/study environment. The free parking is a huge plus!

Love that they have a drive thru. I ordered a lavender latte which was good. I don't usually order flavors so it's hard to compare to a regular latte. I also ordered a pumpkin scone which was good, not too sweet.

What a nice little surprise this place is. Good, fresh food, lovely service. It's too bad every table was taken by people on their laptops instead of saving some for people who were wanting to eat, however. I guess the drive through is for those who don't want to roshambo for a seat among the wifi sponges.

Coffee is delicious. Get the Copper Latte, comes with honey and cinnamon. Very nice minimalistic building. Outlets by almost every seat for working or charging phones. Friendly staff. Oh and they serve local coffee from Passenger and Wilbur Chocolate from Lititz in their mocha. A+ Only complaint is I would recommend using glass cups or reusable cups/mugs for people who are ordering to eat in, just better for the environment and easy to accommodate.

Sporks! This place has them, and you'll never go back. Copper cup serves up delightful coffee and they have a fantastic atmosphere. You'll be delighted by the staff, who are always friendly and attentive. There's an intangible positivity about this place. In addition to the coffee, the food is great too! The peaches and cream baked oatmeal is sweet and savory, the tomato pie is cheesy with a nice crust, but the sunshine muffins steal the show. I'm here quite often because the interior is great when you need to get work done. There is a conference room that seats 6-8 (you should reserve this ahead of time) that has closable doors for private conversations, and most of the tables have an outlet for keeping your devices charged. Speaking of charged, I notice the other reviews are anti-spork. I'm solidly on the other side of the fence. While the mouthfeel of the spork has some texture; I think the unique utility combined with the novelty is fantastic. I love using the wooden spoon/fork hybrid. It's perfect for the baked oatmeal and works well with the tomato pie, though I wouldn't want to eat salads with it. Overall I give this place 5/5 and I love working here and drinking their java. I would recommend it for a casual cup of joe, for a business meeting, or if you just need a place to sit and work.

They have the best gluten free/vegan cupcakes ever! Salted Carmel Chocolate Cupcakes 100/10!! Customer service is out of this world- when we asked about gf options, they spent lots of time telling us all about their extensive gf options.

Hard to think of anything negative about this place - and that's coming from someone used to the coffee shops in Manhattan. Service fast and friendly, space is bright and clean with outlets at every table, coffee is excellent and my egg white/spinach/pesto sandwich on a biscuit was wonderful. Well done all around.

Cute atmosphere, friendly staff, coffee is a bit overpriced and I feel like you pay for that modern Instagram coffeehouse aesthetic. Great place to study (if you can get a seat), but bring headphones. I have come here multiple times and every time there was some Instagram blogger group constantly taking photos and posing and it was a little much. I also believe the bathroom is gender neutral but don't quote me on that.

Stopped in to Copper Cup for the first time on my way to work this morning! Went to the drive through and had an easy time ordering. Everyone was very friendly. Very convenient. I ordered the Raw Cappuccino which has raw honey and raw sugar that the shot is pulled over (as the woman explained to me) and I didn't want something too sweet, so I asked for just a little bit of honey and no raw sugar. Cappuccino came out a lot more like a latte, about a half inch of foam on the top and way too sweet for my taste. The shot was pulled perfectly though! So that was great, but I will have to try again and specify a more dry cappuccino and even less honey! Over all, I will give this place a try again. They have a creative menu and, at least with this barista, a nicely pulled shot, but not so much of a cappuccino... I'll update my review next time to go back!

Love the minimal industrial vibe of this place. A great place to do work or catch up with a friend over coffee. The coffee and baked goods are great and reasonably priced. I love the how bright and airy the space feels. Also, they have a meeting room as well if a small group needs to gather.

This was an interesting experience. I came in looking to get a catering size container of coffee as well as 12 baked items. They said they were not set up to provide catering containers for coffee. They did have one, but there was no lid. They ended up tapping some tissue paper over the opening so the coffee didn't spill. I appreciated the creativity, but thought it was a bit silly they didn't have a lid. They also didn't have creamer to go, so they gave me a small cup with a lid and filled it with creamer. Very inconvenient as I had to hold it while I was driving. For the 12 baked goods, I just asked for a variety. I got 4 rhubarb muffins and 8 lemon scones. Not much of a variety at all. I had a scone, which had good flavor but was very dry. The staff was very friendly and nice. They did their best to accommodate my order.

Coffee, drinks, food, service, and modern aesthetic all excellent. Could be quieter at times but never a huge issue - when this is the case, I elect to dine outside, however, they actually have a unique room with a large glass wall that blends in pretty seamlessly that groups and individuals can utilize for a more distinctive, perhaps personal experience.

Wifey & I decided to give this spot a try since we live nearby. The service was great, very friendly. Our drinks were good (I had hot chocolate). The breakfast sandwich was "meh". It seemed kinda premade, not that it was terrible or anything. Overall good experience. Come for the drinks & great service!

This is my second time here and I can honestly say that this is one of THE BEST coffee shops in Lancaster! Such a relaxed atmosphere and the staff are super friendly. The chairs are super comfy and outlets at almost every table make for a great working spot! The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and music is at a reasonable volume to be able to concentrate on your work or to talk with your friends. Not to mention the food is fantastic! The Harvest baked oatmeal is out of this world! My only complaint was the salted Nutella latte was just a little too salty. Chai tea is super yummo!

I came back and did the drive thru this time. Stellar service again. I got a plain latte this time and it is much more to my taste. 5 stars stands!

Really awesome coffee, chill environment & super friendly staff. I ordered the copper latte iced with almond milk with an extra shot and the tomato pie. Both were great! at this point, I'm just typing to meet the required length of the post.

Great little coffee shop. I love the juxtaposition of cement and wood. There are plenty of seats and even more important to a freelance writer without an office, plenty of outlets. The coffee and latte flavors are not your typical caramels and mochas. Same goes for the food choices. Uniqueness in a plethora of coffee shops is a definite bonus in my book. The only thing that distracted from the all the great things was the unfriendliness of the workers. I understand I took a little bit to decide what I wanted but staring at me with a "hurry up" pissed off face didn't exactly make me feel welcome. I can't wait until my next trip in and hopefully will find the employees in a better mood.

So I've been here twice as I live nearby; building is clean, coffee is decent, and their tomato pie is actually a pie with tomatoes. Only complaint: first time I went was about a week after it opened. Used the drive thru since I had just worked out and was trying to be courteous to the other patrons. Ordered a medium coffee and a food. Coffee was reasonably priced - OR SO I THOUGHT! I was given my drink in A PAPER CUP. Just be prepared guys and know what you're getting into. I wasn't given the proper copper chalice I had envisioned in my head. I tad bit of a letdown with the misleading name. Anyway, check them out. On a side note: All my elderly neighbors call the coffee "millennial style" which is confusing and maybe a bit ignorant. Its a coffee shop. That's like me saying I'm going to the baby-boomer style diner. Anyway, nothing to add here, just wanted to share that

First time here and hopefully many more to come. Had an account at this bank many years ago but love what you all did with the property to turn it into a coffee shop. The copper latte was awesome and running into a former student was a plus.

Me n my bro wanted to check it out not busy inside they took almost 10 min to give us 2 regular coffees just out of the pouring canisters she got too busy consumed in the drive thru so i offered to just reach around and pour it ourselves cuz it was taking so outrageously long we had a good laugh about it but this place is whack

Came here for the first time, and it's soo convenient that they have the drive through. Tomato Pie Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants of all time, and it's a little far away, and I LOVE that they have their tomato pie here!! So perfect! Copper Cup's snickerdoodle latte was so good and not too sweet, and the fact they have oat milk already puts them above most coffee spots. I'll be coming here much more often and can't wait :)

Stopped in for the restaurant week special. Both lattes were amazing. Muffins were nice and warm. Everything was super delicious and the staff was friendly.

Finally, a unique coffee shop! Sometimes it just feels like all coffee places look and feel the same. Stopped by for a quick coffee in the morning, wishing I could stay longer. I love the style and atmosphere of this place, not to mention the personal and incredibly friendly service. They addressed me by name and thanked me with such sincerity. My drink came out hot and delicious, along with a yummy bagel and cream cheese. They even gave me a second drink for free when I mentioned that I wished I had gotten an ice drink. Will definitely be returning, hopefully for an afternoon!

With my first visit I was intrigued by the choice of an industrial decor for a coffee house, but the all-glass enclosure with the steel created more light for the space inside. The glass enclosed meeting space impressed me, it really provides a great community space -- great ideas usually happen over 2 beverages, alcohol or coffee. The location is on a great intersection with good parking available, and a drive through. It is a good work place, although technically I think they can get away with adding a table and more chairs, and maybe a replacement of the 2 "comfy" chairs (the cushions were pretty flat and had you in a weird cocoon- position. To the recommendation of the staff the GF cookies are absolutely delicious and will fool you. I had the honey lavender latte which had neither flavor and too sweet for my taste. But I definitely will come back to check out the rest of the menu, because the best part of this coffee shop was the professional, extremely polite and friendly staff. Desiree actually asked my name and had warm conversation with me, Kailee's demeanor was sweet and professional as she explained the reservation process for the "meeting/community room". She even shook my hand. Congrats to management on the staff choice and development. Raises are necessary.

Overpriced, as are almost all coffee shops. But I love the atmosphere, and their sunshine muffin is the best! They use Passenger coffee, which has a bit of a woody taste, in my opinion. It's not my favorite, but I like Copper Cup enough to keep going back. It's a great place to set up a laptop and get some work done. It's never been crowded when I've been there. In fact, the complete opposite. The lack of noise and people can sometimes make it difficult to have private conversations without someone overhearing, but there is a secluded glass room with a door for people who need extra privacy or silence. I love the large windows and natural lighting. It gives the place a bright and cheerful vibe. I absolutely prefer it over Starbucks. Also the employees are super friendly and helpful.

The coffee was pretty good and the staff nice but only had one type of coffee. Lots of the frilly and latter stuff but how can a coffee shop offer one type of coffee? Makes no sense to me.

Vanilla hot latte with almond milk was very good! Service was wonderful! Can't wait to try their food next time.

No selection of coffee (only 1 kind), no Splenda (only Stevia), no non-dairy options ... what exactly DO you have?? I will not go back, better coffee next door at Turkey Hill

I have given Copper Cup Coffee a chance but after my experience this week I won't be back. The staff was dismissive and unhelpful. There was confusion in line, ordering, and at pickup. There were comments from other customers that they were equally dismayed. Trendy atmosphere and ok coffee but no customer service. I'll stick to patronizing the many other friendly coffee shops in Lancaster.

Where are the bike racks???? Nice place-please add them. (Also would like ceramic mugs - non-disposable - for dining here). Thanks!

Now I've been here twice but the first time I came it was amazing and I got a iced caramel latte. But the second time I came with a friend and the iced caramel latte tasted a little off but I didn't say anything. I stayed there for about an hour and then left. On my way home with my friend my stomach started to ache and I felt a tingling feeling. I told my friend and she was very surprised because she felt the same feeling except instead of her stomach aching her head hurt. Once I got home I was feeling very hot and felt like I was going to throw up. I don't think I'll be going here again.
