Copper Shaker is your D'yer Maker for cocktail satisfaction, having drinkie drinks made from mixologists in a butcher's smock like they're going to slaughter their enemies in the back behind the bathroom with the handicapable friendly ramp that leads to it.
We went here two nights in a row for after-dinner drinks because we loved their cocktails and spirit selection, which is stacked from spirit shelving that needs to be accessed with a ladder to reach all of them. Their drinks and experience at the bar allowed us to embrace synergy.
I have to say that again... Synergy.
The 20/20 comprised tanteo jalapeño tequila, Salerno blood orange, carrot, lime, orange, and agave. The Bee Sneeze was made with Ford's gin, lemon, honey, rosemary, and apricot preserves. The Bon Vivant with Russell's Reserve, Cinzano 1757, and Averna bitters certainly gave me joy, while the Honey Hab with honey habanero Michters Rye, lemon, blackberry, and egg whites made me want to gyrate across the dining area while yearning for bacon and mac 'n cheese despite being full from dinner. Additionally, I enjoyed the last of an older bottle of Hedonism blended scotch by Compass Box that had a nice vanilla finish despite the water woodiness of the initial sip.
We enjoyed the ambiance and energy as we imbibed our cocktails. We were surrounded by cool speakeasy accessories, such as the copper distilling tank next to barrels in the front corner of the bar at the storefront windows. The main dining area comprised high-top tables and booth seating, with black-painted ceilings that held glitzy chandeliers, dark wooden paneling and floors, and gray walls.
