Copper Sun Hot Pot and BBQ, Resorts World Las Vegas

Very spacious dinning area. Great service here. The meat quality is exellent and of course reflect on the menu price. My favorite is A5 Wagyu Clod Meat. Its not as fatty as prime rib and its so tender and very flavorful. The brown sugar mochi dessert is also very yummy too! Its their soft opening now so menu selections are limited. The interior decor is modern with beautiful marble waterjet floor which looks stunning. I am glad that this is a new spot for hot pot other than X Pot.

For a $100+ per person hotpot, this was very disappointing. The ingredients were decent, but the broth tasted no different from Happy Lamb’s standard hotpot base, which was surprising given this is positioned as their higher-end concept and should offer a clear upgrade in flavor. The hotpot base was prepared incorrectly twice, dipping sauces were never proactively offered, and an ordered baked bun never arrived while four side dishes we did not order were served instead. Although those were comped, they were not to our taste and were never discussed. No one refilled the broth during the meal, and we had to ask twice just to get a menu. Overall, the experience did not justify the price, and we would not return.

The environment was actually quite nice, but the food itself was disappointing.. 😂The fish slices were cut unusually thick, which really took away from the taste and texture.。 We also ordered the “Mountain Lake Shrimp”, five pieces for $68, and only four arrived at the table. When we asked, the server casually mentioned that the kitchen had “forgotten” the last one. Really? 😂 On top of that, the hotpot stove we were given wasn’t working properly, so the soup kept losing its boil throughout the meal. Hard to enjoy hotpot when it’s… not boiling. 🥵 Overall, the experience felt far from the standard we expected. Lovely setting, but everything that actually mattered fell short.. I think that might be the reason Y they so slow…

The meat quality was very average and the slices were quite thin, especially considering the high price point. At this price, the texture and overall quality really didn’t meet expectations. Honestly, the restaurant feels quite style over substance. If you’re mainly going for the atmosphere, it might be worth a visit，but not for the food.

I had the noodles, mushroom platter, lamb tripe, lamb platter, and chuck roll wagyu in the tomato broth and the wagyuu tallow broth. Very happy with everything and reasonably priced. Great service. I actually ordered the lamb dumplings too but I dont know if she omitted it because it wouldve been too much food for me or she forgot. If the former, thank you, it wouldve been too much 😂

I don't normally leave reviews, but this was excellent. Great service, high quality meat, and flavorful broth. However, you're partly paying for the experience, so the value for money might not be the best.

Came for my birthday & was not disappointed! Best Hot Pot and BBQ and hot pot I’ve had in Las Vegas🤤. Everything is cooked & seasoned for you. Victor was excellent & made the experience 10/10. The Caramel Cake à la mode was unexpectedly delicious. Highly Recommended!!!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Our server, Sang, was outstanding and truly made our night unforgettable. She was attentive, warm, and made us feel so welcome. The soup was lovely--rich and comforting--and the meat literally melted in my mouth. Everything was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Sang's service turned a great meal into a memorable dining experience. If you come here, ask for Sang--she will make your dinner so special!

A beautifully done hot pot on the Las Vegas strip. Although pricey, the presentation, flavor and service was top tier. Highlights: The lobster truffle puff pastry was a delicious bite! Tiny but flavorful and perfect texture. Broth: Tomato broth was full of flavor & not too sweet - my favorite. Golden cabbage and spicy marrow - both were spicy!!! I didn't expect golden cabbage to be. Spicy marrow was perfect for my friend who loved spice!! Meat: delicious, flavorful cuts, and very fresh. They don't have a wine/ drink list yet so they brought out a perfect selection of Pinot noir and Riesling for us taste. They were great picks that we enjoyed. Save this place for a special occasion

This is totally a nice addition to Resorts World. I'm super happy they added this restaurant. You can get up to three broths. We opted for the two broth selection and did beef marrow and spicy beef marrow. If siracha is spicy for you then the spicy beef marrow is likely to be too much for you. The service was attentive and they have a sauce bar that they bring to you. If you're unfamiliar tell them was kind of taste you like and they'll make you something! The restaurant is clean and it's super close to the casino. I would come here again.

Amazing food, ambiance, presentation and service!! The soup base tasted authentic, service was attentive and food was tasty! 10/10 would recommend!

The food was extremely delicious but what made my experience better was our waitress Sang! She took care of us so well that my girlfriend and I had a massive smile whenever she came around to help us out! Will definitely be coming back!

I can't say enough good things about this hot pot restaurant,base has a rich, numbing kick that's perfectly balanced, The ingredients are incredibly fresh too. The beef slices melt in your mouth, the shrimp balls are springy with real shrimp bits, and even the vegetables arrive crisp and vibrant. What really made the experience stand out was the service--our server was attentive, refilled our broth promptly, and gave great recommendations on dipping sauces that paired perfectly with our order.The atmosphere is warm and lively, great for a casual meal with friends or a family gathering. If you're a hot pot lover, you absolutely have to try this place--you won't be disappointed!
