Never write reviews, but walked into the store & was not even looked at. Didn’t get a hello, how are you?can we help you? Shoot. I would’ve rather been followed around. They acted like I didn’t exist. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP. Found the brand of what I like; & bought it elsewhere. When I asked for help, one of the ladies was super kind. BUT I HAD TO GO ASK FOR HELP. Not even after walking up to them did any of the 3 women greet me. Cute store. Bad customer service.

The store is bright and clean. The item selection are great and range $125 to $80 each about. Currently have sale in back and there is also huge parking lot in back. Shein cool fashion + much better quality. Had vegan bottega look bags. Great as a gift. Shopping bag itself is a gift bag. Would of been a perfect boutique shopping experience but the staff were not freindly at all! They didnt smile at all, seemed annoyed when asked any questions. Seems from other reviews here, many had similar experience of staff not attending to any customers. Worst part even though its only a few sec: at check out, i was about to enter my number for the reward program that popped up, staff skipped it to make check out faster and both girls giggled. Felt like i was in the mean girls movie and the 2 pretty white blond teens working there were the mean girls and i was the unpopular ulgly girl in my sweats lol

They have really adorable clothing. The staff is very nice and helpful, even if you don't end up with a purchase that day.

I have been shopping here for about 3 years. Great staff, wonderful selections of clothing, good value.
