"Located in the foodie neighbourhood of Pontcanna, this small and personally run operation offers a surprise tasting menu full of fresh, seasonal flavours. Chef Lee Skeet is on his own in the kitchen, crafting skilful, pared-back dishes that showcase high-quality seafood and his eye for detail. In an endearingly personal touch, you contact the chef directly to book a table. The same team run a wine and oyster bar, Jackson’s, out of the same premises." - Michelin Inspector

From the moment I moved into Cora, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, largely due to the incredible support and help from Angie. She, along with Phillip, consistently went above and beyond to ensure not just a smooth move-in process but a delightful daily living experience. Angie's proactive approach and unwavering dedication made all the difference in the community. Whether it was swiftly addressing small issues or just checking in to ensure everything was to the residents' liking, her attention to detail and genuine care for the community shone brightly. It’s not just the amenities and views at Cora that make it an excellent place to live, but it's the warm, vibrant community that Angie fosters. I highly recommend Cora Apartments to anyone looking for a place where they LOVE living. Angie truly makes the community glow with her kindness and professionalism!

Scheduled a tour online a couple days in advance and confirmed via email the day of. Went out of my way to get there only to find the leasing phone number in the call box disconnected, along with the number on their website and email. Emailed them that I was there and waited 15 minutes with no response. Also requested they call me back to reschedule and haven’t received any response after several days. Obviously not interested in living here anymore if this is what the management is like.

I have lived at Cora Queen Anne for a couple months and it has been my favorite apartment in Seattle yet! The neighborhood is lively and safe and everything you need is so close and convenient. My dog and I love that the sculpture park walkover is right down the street, you basically have a beach in your front yard. The apartment views are gorgeous and my unit has sooo much built in storage. The apartment is very efficiently laid out and I love the quality appliances in the kitchen. I took a year away from Seattle and I was able to find this apartment remotely. Although finding an apartment remotely can be tricky the staff, Angela in particular, was so helpful with all of my questions and happy to send me all I needed to get a perfect idea of the space I was moving into. The whole community in the building has been so friendly and this gives the building a very homey feeling. My packages have always arrived safely and nothing has been lost or stolen. The dog walk and roof amenities are a huge plus, as well as the well stocked fitness center. I would highly recommend Cora Queen Anne to anyone looking to move to Seattle!

I have been living at Cora since June 2023 and I love it here. I just renewed my lease and moved into the apartment of my dreams. The west facing views are awesome, I have a little balcony with room for chairs and a table, and the best part is that I have an amazing leasing agent to thank. If you are looking for a down to earth and resourceful leasing agent to help you on your search for an apartment then come on over! We have a great community too and have a ginger cat named Kiwi for our mayor. haha! I feel so at home here. I will say that I do not own a car so, the events at the Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena only mildly annoy me. If I had a car and there were no parking spaces left in the garage, I would give pause. Other than the area being busy on event nights, it's pretty perfect!

Have lived at Cora for the last 2 years. I selected this location because this is a relatively quiet street between Queen Anne Ave and Elliott. The building feels very new, and all the units have a modern feel with dark brown wood look flooring and sleek white cabinetry and appliances. Walls are thick and generally do a good job keeping noise out. The rooftop can’t be beat for its unobstructed views, and other common areas are clean and kept up well. Angela at the front desk and Phil the handy have always been attentive at dealing with any issues in a timely manner. The building and number of units has a ‘not too big/not too small’ feel to it. I agree with previous post that we could use a portal for communication with fellow residents .

We have been longtime residents of Cora Queen Anne. We also lived here under the previous management company. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this building, which is why we just renewed our lease again! The building is well maintained by everyone on staff and anytime there has been a maintenance issue or something else, they have been really quick to respond and follow up. Management is super friendly and easy to talk to—it’s really nice seeing someone on site during the day. I appreciate that management knows us and our dog by name. They have dog biscuits in the front foyer area and our dog likes them a little too much! They have a great little activity space on the second floor, which we have reserved out and used a couple of times. It’s great for small gatherings with friends. We don’t utilize the gym space, but if you’re someone who can work out on your own, it has the basic necessities. The outdoor rooftop space is especially nice in the summertime and having a dog run on the roof is also extremely convenient as we don’t have to take our dog outside-outside at night time. The roof has an amazing 360 view of Seattle. I do wish the roof's picnic table space had an actual physical roof/covered area (so you could sit and enjoy outside when the weather isn't ideal). Previous management did a good job of making sure residents were following policies like picking up after your dog or leaving the outdoor area as originally set up/trash free— that could be a little better. Parking in the garage is expensive, but where is it not? Having a designated space in an enclosed garage is very valuable. I really wish there was a better platform for resident-to-resident communication. Even a physical bulletin board would be nice - when people sell items, need a pet sitter, etc. as I'm not sure everyone has an online secure-cafe account? Or people don't utilize it? Not sure. Overall we enjoy living here and would recommend to anyone looking to rent an apartment in LQA!

I moved into the Cora at the end of September, 2020, and it's been a great place to live! Units are sleek and modern, and surprisingly spacious feeling. This is my first time living in a studio and I was worried that it would be a difficult adjustment, but storage in the apartment is abundant and the flow is extremely functional. Rooftop deck is beautiful and I appreciate the secured building and parking garage. Location is convenient to downtown and I-5 and the management has been very friendly and responsive. It's been a great place to live!

The property manager of Cora is so understanding and attentive and maintenance always comes very quickly. They were easy to work with while we were navigating our MFTE process. The amenities are nice and the rooftop is so pretty. I would recommend others looking for an MFTE to apply here.
