Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao

This was our fifth time staying at the Cordis Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao, and we were extremely pleased again by the outstanding service and incredibly helpful staff!||A special shout-out to Karen and Kris at the front desk – they were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making sure that all our requests were handled with care and efficiency. Their warm hospitality made us felt right at home!||Also, a BIG thank you to Harris, the breakfast chef. My mom is a vegetarian, and he went above and beyond ensure that she had options to eat every morning. His attention to detail and kindness truly stood out.||The location is a big plus as it’s right next to the Hongqiao Train station and airport with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.||The location is another big plus – the hotel is conveniently situated near Hongqiao train station and airport, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. |The rooms are comfortable with a big bathtub and separate shower. The beds are comfortable. |I definitely will come back to Cordis the next time I visit Shanghai.

My family was treated like royalty. Was brought to lvl 11 for express checkin when the wait at lobby got a bit long. Everything feels luxurious. Sorry I didn’t get the name of the guy that attended to us and made us feel so welcome. Staff are all very professional in attire and attitude Robot service for delivery and drinks is super convenientBest stay out of 5 accommodations I stayed this trip. Cordis is now our benchmark for a good hotelNothing much in vicinity.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cordis and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed.The room were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, which added to the overall experience. Breakfast was another highlight – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a relaxing atmosphere to start the day.Overall, everything from the service to the amenities exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-quality stay and genuinely caring hospitality.

I stayed there during the Shanghai Motor show. Via Taxi/Didi is a less than 10minutes drive to the exhihibiton Center. The facility itself looks still quite new and fresh, good infrastructure in the sourrounding area with different kind of restaurants. Check in took a while but probably it was related to the exhibition time. Check-out was smooth - I needed a invoice with company address. Also they were kind enough to keep my luggage even though I checked out in the morning. I was able to pick up my luggage after the show in the laste afternoon. All in all it was a good experience.

1）Location: excellent. nearest to rail station. 2) Visibility: excellent from main road. signages or directions to lobby from rail can be improved. If coming from rail, best to access via B1. 3) Service: excellent and professional front desk. 4) Conveniece: excellent with rail, food and beverages, metro etc. all within short walking distance5) Cleanliness: excellent6) Room: excellent. big, spacious, well equipped with v comfortable mattress and sound proofing. nice tea and coffee provided.highly recommended.

I’ve changed my mind after reading the management's response to my feedback and would like to give them great credit—particularly the front desk manager, Kris. He greeted us at the entrance and immediately offered assistance when he learned we had called DiDi. He took the initiative to contact the driver and successfully persuaded him to pick us up at our actual location, rather than the incorrect one set by the app.||Kris was attentive to my comments and demonstrated a sincere commitment to improvement. The hotel is conveniently located near Hongqiao Airport, giving us ample time for our departure. If I understood Kris correctly, there is even a direct, smooth walking route from the hotel’s basement to the airport.||The design of the hotel is both chic and comfortable. There are arcades nearby as well—it’s a pity we didn’t have the time to explore them due to our tight schedule.||I firmly believe that Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao is truly dedicated to providing every guest with a supreme and pleasant stay.

Oh well… it says that only 2 stars hotel.. but i think they have 5 star for services and location… the rooms also very clean… they upgraded our room to higher floor and quiet room… We got free coupon breakfast and it was amazing… the food was delicious has so many options… this hotel located in the middle of the transit terminal that direct to the subway and high speed rail. And there is a huge mall next to the hotel thru B2 floor… so you can find dinner easily… Definitely bucket list for next visit as well…
