We had an excellent stay at Corfu Palace. Location is perfect, right next to Old Town which has some amazing restaurants and shops.|Special shout out to Eleni at the front desk who was very helpful, always with a smile and gave very good recommendations of places to see, shop and eat.|Breakfast was very good too (fresh orange juice was awesome) and the gentleman managing the buffet breakfast was always nice.|All in all very good location and excellent service provided by all. Would definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the rooms are very comfortable. We enjoyed the large outdoor dining terrace where we were able to have both breakfast and evening meal. All the waiters and bar staff are super friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble for them and the food is excellent. We really enjoyed the weekly BBQ and, unlike some hotels, where you have to grab food before it runs out it was plentiful all evening. Breakfast is a good choice of hot and cold items. Tea and coffee is brought to the table as soon as you are seated and even better it was in a pot that was big enough for two cups for two people so you didn't need to catch the waiters attention for a second cup.||The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk into the town and in the other direction there is a lovely 1.5km walk along a wide pavement to the little windmill where you will find bars and cafes scattered along the way. The transfer from the airport is only 10-15 minutes and yet there is no disturbance from the aircraft. The grounds and pool area are restful and sunbeds plentiful along with fresh pool towels every day.||We loved the relaxed feel to the hotel but it won't be for you if you want entertainment and loud music. The live music around the bar in the evening was lovely, it was quiet enough for people to continue their conversations but at a sufficient volume to listen to.||We just wished we'd discovered this hotel years ago and, assuming the hotel doesn't change it's ethos after the refurbishment, we'll be back.

Lovely week at the Corfu Palace. Friendly staff, comfortable room with great views over the bay and towards the old fortress. Good sized bathroom with 2 sinks and plentiful toiletries. Yes there’s a shower over the bath with a shower curtain but the bath is low and easy to step in and out. Massive bed and there’s a pillow menu.|Extensive buffet breakfasts with a wonderful setting outdoors or indoors, didn’t dine at the hotel.|The pool area is picturesque and the sunbeds the most comfortable we have experienced.|Bar prices are reasonable with a free drink in the evenings as we stayed in a superior room. We also received fresh fruit every day and a newspaper. Pleasant live music in the evenings.|There’s some harsh negative reviews on here and yes it’s not a high end 5 star hotel but it has a nice ambience and charm. No problems with aircraft noise whilst we were there. It's a good location close to the old town. |If you wanted to be negative it’s a shame that they only provided complementary water on arrival, particular as you couldn’t drink the tap water.

The position is fantastic, overlooking the sea and harbour and un easy walking distance of Corfu old town and its restaurants etc. Some reviews have said that the hotel is tired but I think exhausted would be more accurate. Our rooms on the 3rd floor were dated, the AC worked when it wanted to, the bathroom was adequate but I wouldn’t feel safe if we were unsteady on our feet. But enough negatives. The hotel is, we were told by staff, about to be shut down for a major refurb so I’m sure it will be a wonderful hotel once the work has been done.|The greatest positives about the hotel undoubtedly are the staff , they were all excellent - efficient, polite, helpful and good humoured. I’ve rarely seen better. |And the pool is excellent and the sun-beds are plentiful and comfortable!

A really beautiful hotel, with the most amazing sea views, that changed daily. The room was all as described ours had been updated and had wooden flooring and the marble bathrooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. It would be good if the shower curtains could be updated to a screen. The bed was comfy and the pillow menus are a nice touch.|The main hotel is starting to date, but it still looks impressive. |All staff were friendly and helpful from the poolside to the housekeepers|If we had a niggle it’s with the restaurant. Service was mediocre at best, not what we’d expect for a 5 star hotel and food was good but again lacking 5 star quality and overpriced when compared to the many nearby restaurants.

The most iconic hotel in Corfu. Amazing views. Great service. The staff are simply great. They are all there for many many years and offer high class service and know all the guests by name. Rooms and hotel in general very dated. However new ownership guarantees a serious face lift that will take this hotel to new heights. Always a pleasure going there for dinner

Fantastic Hotel with a superb location. The views from all rooms look across the bay from the Old Fortress to the Windmill (This is not the Hotel overlooking the Runway at the Airport so please don’t confuse with Hotel of a similar name).||Five minute walk into the Old Town and location couldn’t have been better fro us.||The hotel is definitely the Grand Old Dame of Corfu Town and is due a complete room renovation from Mid October until June 2025. ||The staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you. Cleanliness in every area of the hotel is immaculate.||Hoping that the renovations don’t alter too much of the character of the hotel as it really is something special.||Thanks for a wonderful 10 day stay.

Arrived at 2300 and receptionist was engages in an argument with Greek guests. Had to fill in a huge questionnaire. Receptionist told us a cold meal was waiting in our room,it was not! Weather was very poor, a lot of thunder storms. Obviously hotel cannot be responsible for the weather but no Other activities available.||Very difficult to go walking from the hotel as footpaths were unusual.||In the hotel it was difficult to get info. Why is there no hotel directory?||At dinner there was a mandatory charge of €2 for water.||Generally un satisfactory. Will not be back.
