We came to Cork and Pig while driving through Texas and decided to call ahead to order a pizza and deviled eggs for pickup. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the restaurant looked. It has an open, inviting layout with lots of natural light, comfortable seating, and a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere. Everything felt clean and well cared for, even the bathrooms, which were spotless. The deviled eggs were absolutely delicious—creamy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I honestly wish I had ordered two servings because they disappeared way too fast. The pizza was also really good, with a nice crisp crust, gooey cheese, and fresh toppings that tasted homemade. Even though we ordered to go, I could tell this would be a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly, and the overall vibe made me want to come back and dine in next time we’re in town. It’s definitely worth a stop if you’re ever passing through and craving something fresh and satisfying.

Great place, it was so great my wife and I went for breakfast and then again for dinner, I went in 3 different occasions and every single time we had exceptional service and delicious food. If you’re passing by I highly recommended you add this place on your itinerary.

The Cork & Pig Tavern has a Great atmosphere Great Food and Great service! They offer indoor and outdoor dining options! The wait staff is very accommodating to our dining experience! Which is always appreciated !! We had pizza for lunch it was very good and I would recommend it! We also started with the trio appetizer ( Guacamole,Trout, and Pimento dips w/chips) I will definitely be back to try a Steak!!!

Me and a couple coworkers decided to have dinner here tonight, I’ve eaten at Cork and pig before, but the one in Midland, and this one had a way more laid-back atmosphere with great service. We had the duo dip appetizer and then we all had the steak salad. My steak was cooked just as I asked, medium rare and loved the dressing on it, the manager even stopped by and asked how the food was in the service was. The appetizer was great, and like I said the atmosphere the ambience was great, did not feel rushed, and our server was very personable and knowledgeable. If you’re ever down in Texas or this part of Texas and you’re looking for a good dinner, they have an awesome menuand it’s just really nice to find a place like this. Can’t wait to eat her again.

New to the area and was recommended by my husbands new barber and yes Food was spectacular! Kudos to the Chef(s)! I had the chicken and was so relieved it was cooked to perfection! My husband had the meatloaf and did not share which means it was great! Shout out to our server Corina, she was very attentive and pleasant! And the Host welcome you with a friendly smile! Thank You

Came here solo and grabbed a seat at the bar—busy but still comfortable. Started with The Texan cocktail, a nice twist on an Old Fashioned. The deviled eggs were a standout, especially with the sweet, fatty bacon. Had the pecan-crusted trout and roasted cauliflower for my main. The trout was cooked well but had way too much sauce. Friendly vibe overall, but service at the bar lacked follow-up—bartender never checked back for a second drink, even though it wasn’t too crowded.

Everything was delicious. Pizza had a perfect crisp to it. Some of the best oven baked pizza I’ve ever had. Deviled eggs were rich in flavor and the Beef bone in Rib was fall off the bone, literally! Had to finish it off with a tres leches cake which put me in the clouds. Daniel and Ms Taylor were very attentive and made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

After graduation with my MBA, we were looking for a place to eat. Having been to the area only once before, it didn't expect much. Then I got on Yelp looking for something interesting. Wow what an AMAZING find. My guest and I had a great time. After a very stressful week, I decided to have a few cocktails. The mango margarita was fantastic, with just the right touch of tang, salt and sugar. My guest ordered the meatloaf and loved it. I had a taste and it was pretty good. I decided to go with many appetizers for the table and have a little of everything for dinner. The Asian slaw was beyond yummy. Loved the grilled artichokes, the Cauliflower, the duo dips and tomatoes and blue cheese. The portions were shareable but not overly huge. You could see the care and thought that went into the cooking and presentation of the food. I loved this place. And I am super picky. Yes, I would go back again when I go back to Midland/Odessa. Our waitress was super friendly and provided some spot on recommendations. We had great conversation about the food and about the area as well well as the Pacific NorthWest. Really go check this place out. I will look for the waitresses name and update my post.

I was there about two weeks ago and the service and food were ok at best. Our food took longer than usual, and we had to keep flagging down our server or any server for refills. We sent back a Steak Salad because it was undercooked and two sides of mashed potatoes because they were cold. The server brought them back and they were better. All that aside when we were leaving, we saw one of the restaurant's bowls outside near the entrance with water and a squirrel drinking out of it and some type of nuts scattered on the other side of the pillar it was at. This is what really grossed me out. I can really never come back wondering if I am eating out of the squirrel bowl or not. I understand things are washed and I have pets, but i will never wash their bowls and eat out of them myself. I think this is a health code issue and really just gross behavior. It makes me wonder about the cleanliness of all their dishes. I will probably not be back, and even if I do not for a long time. Very disappointed, because this used to be my favorite place to eat but over the last four or five months it has really seemed to go downhill.

Enjoyed dining outside. If you don't plan in advance and don't want to wait it's a nice option because they stay busy. They were short on menus but serving staff did a great job. Fast, friendly, & efficient. I thought the pecan trout was some of the best trout I've had and the grilled veggies were perfect. Can't go wrong with their deviled eggs to start.

I am grateful to my waiter, Edwin who recommend the Fire Brick Chicken! All around amazing, the sauce and the perfectly moist chicken did not disappoint. Service was top notch and food was worth the review. Thank you Edwin!

Our group landed in Midland and were on the hunt for food and decided to swing by this place in nearby Odessa. I asked if we needed reservations and someone said, "It's Tuesday night, how busy can it be?" Famous last words! When we arrived around 8 pm, there were people outside and it was packed inside. We were informed it would be an hour wait even for a small table. Needless to say we did not eat here that night. But we learned our lesson and made a reservation for Thursday lunch on the way out. Boy, was it worth it! The food and service were 5+/5! Our reservation was at 11am, right at opening and there was already a line of people filing in. By 11:30, the place was pretty much full. We started with the smoked trout dip and this was one of the best fish dips I've ever had. It came with perfectly toasted bread and our waitress even brought us more. We ate the dip so fast though, that by the time she came around, the dip was all gone! We all cleaned our plates so the entrees were all fantastic too. Really top notch cuisine. Highly recommend!

Parts of my brisket in the brisket hash were a little charred, but that didn't stop me from eating it all lol The French toast was really good, but sweet. If we'd realized the syrup came on it, would have asked for it on the side, like I order my juice for mimosas. Good brunch experience overall while visiting Odessa.

During my visit to Odessa, my cousin took us to Cork & Pig Tavern, and we loved it! The service was top-notch, and the food was incredible. We had a wood-fired pizza and a gourmet salad, both packed with flavor. The ambience was really nice also. Their selection of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is impressive too. It's easy to see why Cork & Pig is one of the top spots in Midland/Odessa--definitely worth a visit!

First visit and ended up a bit disappointed. The waitress suggested the corn bread appetizer served in a "hot skillet". Well the skillet was warm but the cornbread was not. It was even a bit cool in the center. When we told her, we also explained that it wasn't hot enough and we couldn't spread our butter, she brought us a side of melted butter. Epic fail! We ordered the pizza and it was just good. We had to ask for silverware and napkins even after our appetizer was served. Our "iced tea" was refilled several times, each time without any ice. We sat outside, it was a rather warm day and it's really just an expectation that your drinks be refilled with ice. Our waitress was sweet but was absolutely clueless! We had such high expectations but left rather disappointed. Not sure if we'd return.

This was my second visit, and once again, the blackened ribeye did not disappoint. Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right--absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back!

My daughter and I are from Las Vegas and she is going to college here at Odessa College we came in and was told 20 minutes and put our name on the list and they sat parties that came in after us before us, I had to bring it to the hostess attention to get seated, they also got my daughter's order wrong. The waitress was very nice.

Great pizza! It was a popular spot during lunch, but their food was delish. I tried one of their pizzas and it did not disappoint. Was big enough for two. Give this one a try!

The food was delicious, as always. Some friends and I had Sunday brunch here and everything was hot, fresh, and palatable. The atmosphere is always nice and the staff is friendly. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Great menu and the drinks were fantastic. Enjoyed the patio on a cool evening. Definitely recommend!

Service was good drinks came in a timely fashion order baby back ribs came with mash potato some of ribs were tender others were slightly overcooked and and maybe burnt but what do you expect from a wood grill One of our entree was hamburger and totally burnt bun and meat so we got a credit for that

Our waitress was a highlight of a very good evening - Shayla. We loved both the grilled artichoke and the pecan trout. The grilled asparagus were also terrific, and my husband liked the mashed potatoes. The bartender was charming, and he made a good Cosmo and Texas Old Fashioned. Our group did not enjoy the margarita as much. All in all, a lovely experience that we will repeat on our next trip through Odessa.

This place was packed for a weekday evening. Sat at the bar and the service was great. Opted for their special, steak, and it was ok. Beef wasn't the best quality and I was chewing a lot, but it's not too bad. Sides are good, and the beers are cold. They have a wide variety so you can't really go wrong. Can meet all sorts of people here so you can be as casual or fancy as you want.

The food is delectable! Service is exceedingly good. Also very luxurious ambiance. Meatloaf is finger licking good. Tres leches and Key lime pie is amazingly delicious!

10/30/23 Monday 6 pm Recommended by friends, we walked in with no wait time. The restaurant has a nice vibe and anxiously awaited our dinner. The waiter gave us some great recommendations. APPETIZER: Fried Calamari was as my son said " worth the $" as it was a full plate and easily satiated the four of us. ENTREES: The salmon was grilled perfectly and the roasted cauliflower side was easily shareable. The 14 oz steak with mashed potatoes was shared between my son and DIL and was enough. It was seasoned perfectly and did not need to be drenched in sauces in my opinion. Hubster ordered the stroganoff pasta special. Anything tastes good when it's seasoned with bacon. We were too full to try the desserts, but the choices looked great. Would come here again when in town!

We came for a lunch, and were completely blown away by the quality and taste of the food. Amazing! The restaurant is an open, industrial vibe, with both indoor and outdoor seating, with bar seating too. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and cooked perfectly: tasty, crunchy, flavorful skin and moist, tender meat. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe, in a flavorful dressing with just enough blue cheese. The cole slaw: wow! Finely diced vegetables: cabbage, scallions, radicchio, and roasted peanuts, in a wonderful piquant dressing (with a small kick). The desserts were made in-house, and were also so flavorful! All of it was so delicious!! Finally, our waiter, Victor, was also awesome! Friendly, informative, and attentive without being intrusive. What a great restaurant!!

Best place for food and fun. You don't expect a "mall" restaurant to be all that good, well news to me and you, the Cork and pig in Odessa Tx is great! The wood fired food is great, and it smells great , top quality Wines and drinks, plus a great local brewery Tall city is there on Mondays .

The good part of the meal was our server. He was great. Got us a couple sample beers to try and was friendly. The only good part about the food was the deviled eggs. I had the blackened ribeye and more than half of it was fat. Flavor was ok but every bite had fat in it. My son had the Parmesan Chicken and it was just ok, nothing special. I don't see us trying this place again.

Just had drinks. Wasn't feeling n the mood for what was in the menu. Bar staff was amazing and attentive for my wife and I.

Not sure where to start. Went to get a seat and was not greeted or offered a table. Employees were just ignoring my presence. I stepped to the back patio and tried my luck there. Stood solid 10 minutes, giving a benefit of a doubt. Nothing same thing and one server even made eye contact and nothing. At that point I knew they didn't care. Even the guest sitting at the table noticed and mentioned that was unacceptable. Traveling for work and this place will be my negative experience for my travel.

Love this place. Can't give Ally enough praise for her incredible help when we needed it. I booked the wrong location for reservations and realized it at the last min. She fit us in with no problem. The rest of the team there also amazing. And the food...Holy Sh*t it was amazing as well. My buddy had the hot brick chicken and I had the beef rib. So good. If ever in town, give it a shot. Make reservations early though. There is usually a wait. I just got lucky!

This place was great! It's hard to find variety in a small town for a great date night out but CPT hit the spot in many ways! First of all, get a reservation. This place is popular and you'll thank me later! As for the service, everyone is professional and fantastic! When it comes to the food, the menu changes seasonally so your options will never get stale. At first my husband was a little bummed because he was craving steak and the current menu only has one steak and it's a market price option. However, it wasn't too bad considering it was a large ribeye covered in fresh crab for just $65! Very reasonable!!!! I personally went with a fresh squeezed lemonade (super yummy) and then I couldn't decide what to eat so I went with three of the sides a la cart and stole some of the hubby's steak for a pretty epic dinner! For the sides, I went with the broccolini, Asian peanut slaw, and the cauliflower and highly recommend them all!

A little on the fancy side When passing through town we were looking for a nice sit down restaurant. Seated quickly and staff was great. The menu is limited but good options. We tried the short rib, pork chops, steak salad, and so cal pizza. All the meals were great!

The steak salad was amazing! They need to add more selection to the beers on tap, they only have 6 taps. They have a few local beers in cans though.

Great food all around but my favorite is any of their pizzas in a cauliflower crust, don't knock it till you've tried it, it's amazing!

We usually drive to Midland but decided to try Odessa location and to be honest the ambiance is much cozier. Food is still outstanding! However, the only downfall are the hosts. There were two other couples ahead of us and there were two hosts up there and I'm assuming a server this was around 4pm chit chatting away. They barely acknowledged their customers up until I got right up at the host stand to get their attention. Finally, when they did acknowledge us I had told them the others were there first. No smile no hospitality with all that makeup and lashes a mile high long you would think there would be a smile. However, their vibe and greet could possibly turn away customers on a very busy evening if it's a customers first time. Please help out your hostess lack of customer service. Overall great server and food!

Excellent waitstaff. They had a small mishap with my pizza but gave the manager gave me free key lime pie to compensate. Best food I've had in a while! I'll definitely be back!

We have dine in at the restaurant plenty of times and it's almost have been perfect every time, but when we order to go we have not yet been satisfied they always get the order wrong or they forget something small that is not wasting our time. It's embarrassing to check to make sure your food is all there when you're in front of people or even make sure you got right order it happen

I had a very good time and amazing customer service there. The host jazmine they were so generous to me even with the wait I felt that I was token care of very well. I had a very good experience there. I would come back again and recommend it to my friends.

Will NEVER EVER GO BAK.$$ 1. WE Order the Ribeye Steak, $56.00 each 2. Server suggested the lemon butter added charge 4.50 for each steak.. Potatoes had cream gravy. So I am thankful we add ot on the side totally disgusting 3. Our side salad, the plate was small trying to cut tomatoes and large Lettuce leaves was impossible. More landed the table than eaten 4. My son wanted rootbeer, Only comes in bottle, but other drinks come from fountain so charge again for another $ 4.00 Server never came back except to give our bill 209.00 was our total

Ordered a cauliflower crust pizza (on uber eats). Paid the ridiculous extra 5$ and everything. I chose C&P specifically because they are one of the only places in town that have gluten free options. Well, instead I get a regular pizza. So now the whole thing is going in the trash bc gluten destroys my gut. I thought, well at least I can still eat the side salad- nope. I asked for either Caesar or balsamic dressing. Instead I get a cup of raw vinegar straight out of the bottle. No olive oil, nothing that even resembles a salad dressing. You guys are a joke

The food was on point! I tried swordfish for the first time in my life with my family while on vacation in Odessa Texas. Our server was very kind and kept mind of us needing things such as refills. The ambiance was a little odd because it was like the restaurant had two different ideas in place while designing it. But I enjoyed being able to see the chefs and see an open view into the kitchen. I would highly recommend!

Friday night 01/17/25 we had a great experience. We set us reservations for 6-8 people and the managers and servers adjusted to our last second change and took care of us beyond what we asked for. Food was great the drinks were awesome. The server recommend some drinks and she hit the jackpot on the drinks. I hope all the higher end mangers read this and know that the managers working Saturday night were beyond wonderful. From the beginning to end. Every person we interacted with was great. We love this place and can't wait to be back again. Thank Y'all. I wish i had 2 accounts. To give yall double and more stars for the service. Thanks again.

We walked in and were sat at a booth where we proceeded to sit there for 10-15 minutes with no service whatsoever as servers and staff repeatedly looked at us and chose to ignore us.

I love this restaurant! It's a must every time I am in Midland Odessa area. Haven't had anything on the menu I didn't like. Great place to sit at the bar and have dinner as well. Staff is friendly and well trained!

Coziest environment! Our server was excellent although the hostess aren't the friendliest. Food was on point! My son got pizza which I will get next time because it was delicious from the wood fired oven. Will return for sure

Have wanted to try this place the last few times I was in town, it was always packed at dinner time. Went for lunch, glad I did. Had the blackened ribeye seared I've hardwood, amazing flavor. Veggie if the day was super thin sliced zucchini, carrots and cabbage sautéed in olive oil with some seasoning - equally amazing. The steak was high quality, cooked perfectly and slathered in butter. Broad menu, everything that they turned out looked delicious. A little pricey, but the food is great and service is good.

Best food and beverage. The atmosphere was surprisingly cool. Pizza is a must have! Right across from hotels.

We were so excited to be visiting Texas and requested that we go to Cork & Pig Tavern for dinner since we had a great lunch there a a few years ago. Our cheeseburgers were excellent! The homemade buns really make it next level along with rich beef flavor. We ended with tart and tasty key lime pie. One of the best I ever had & I try them out a lot. Lastly, Sophia, was our server. She was delightful along with keeping our sweet tea glasses full the whole time. Excellent service made our dining experience so enjoyable.

Only thing I can say is if you find something wrong with the food in this place, there is something wrong with you, very good food great atmosphere will definitely be coming back a lot

Excellent Roasted Chicken Salad. The bar was overwhelmed it took a while to get a cocktail. The server was pleasant and attentive. Nice decor, seating was immediate even though it was very busy.
