Cork It Buford - Wine and Charcuterie Buford

Alexis was so hospitable from the time she saw us enter the door. She made sure that we were comfortable and also gave us samples of what might be our new favorite red. Cork It is our neighborhood escape and always will be the perfect ending to a long day. Alexis You Rock!

Alexa was an absolute pleasure to chat with while trying to decide on what to drink. She also introduced me to my new favorite red wine, Tutto Mio. I will be back! The music was also good and the bar was clean.

Went for a birthday party and was really impressed with the event space and staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Brian, who took care of the party. Menu was very inclusive, with even a non-alcoholic wine which made a surprisingly delicious Sangria for dry January. Overall very pleased!

We went this Valentine's day, service was good but short staffed. Wine selection was decent at best. The food was terrible, we ordered caprese salads and a large charcuterie. The salad had no greens as they were out. The charcuterie was really bad, large was tiny portions half the things were missing. Cute place friendly staff.

We have been trying to find the right time to get to Cork It and finally did! We went on a Saturday evening. Cork It had a very soothing ambiance, the staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were a little disappointed that 2 items on the menu that we wanted to try they ran out of (the Pimento Cheese Bruschetta and Deviled egg Bruschetta) and they also had no olives. We ordered the small charcuterie and cheese board, Italian Panini, and Turkey Pesto Caprese. Everything was delicious. My husband ordered the Executive flight and I ordered the White flight - Sella Antica and Torresella being the favorites. We wanted to end the night with a dessert wine but sadly they were out of that too. We will definitely revisit Cork It again soon!

I am visiting from Louisiana, and my Buford friend suggested Cork It. We sat in comfy seats at the wine bar and ordered wine flights - excellent selection, expert consultation, and very reasonably priced! The decor is very cool, and we ordered the Deviled Egg Spread, holy moley, yum! It was a lovely afternoon, highly recommend!

We started the night off with the Urban Riesling which was light and fruity which was the perfect match for the beautiful weather ☀️ We followed it up with the Large Charcuterie Board which feature 3 cheese, 3 meats, 2 pickled sides, and 2 spreads. We absolutely loved Cork It. The service was outstanding. Probably the best charcuterie board we have ever tried, and the pimento cheese ciabatta bread was amazing!

I've been to this place more than once and every time I go I enjoy so much. The charcuterie and wines are very good! There was live music and multiple shops on the strip. I met the new GM, Hayden, and he was very attentive and nice to us. There were out of the devil egg spread for the large charcuterie board but they replaced it with bacon jam and pimento cheese and I was very happy about that offer to make it right. I got the executive wine flight and Italian panini. It was a decent amount of seating but a full house and the prices are very reasonable. This is my go to wine & chill spot, they are knowledgeable about the wines and also have a wine club, so cozy and quaint!

Love the food, service and live music. It's the perfect little spot in Buford to take coworkers after work and relax or for a date night.

Wish I'd snapped a pic of the inside, as it is lovely. Lots of blue velvet, wood, and dark colors make it a cozy spot to meet up with friends. My friend and I really enjoyed the small cheese board and Italian panini. We each tried the white wine flight. I don't typically like Chardonnay, but really enjoyed it (Raeburn) and also the Pinot Grigio (Mommy's timeout). The bartender was willing to answer any of our questions about the wines. Check their social media accounts for special events. We enjoyed some live music during our visit and some money off for coming during their Wednesday happy hour!

It has been a while since we visited Cork It and I must say they have lost a notch. While the waiter/ waitress were nice enough, they seemed to be duplicating efforts. Our full order was already taken and another waiter came over to ask for our drink order. Not on the same page. Since neither of them told us their name, I have no names to share. We started with the SALTY NUTS Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews, Hazelnuts a tasty treat. Next, the TOASTED CIABATTA BREAD, the bread tasted and felt like it had been out a while but still ok, then we had the LARGE CHARCUTERIE AND CHEESE Prosciutto, Black Pepper Salami, Capicola, Butterkase, Parmigiano Reggiano, Blue Cheese, Crackers, Hummus, Fig Spread, Olives & Cornichons, Crackers we also added some aged gouda. This dish fell short of what we have been accustomed to getting at Cork it. The meats were chewy and the blue cheese was nearly frozen. Not their finest hour for sure. Last we had the ANTEBELLUM Sticky Toffee Cake this is always and was awesome. While we were there, a person at the next table asked the waiter about their lagers and it was clear the waiter knew very little about the beverages they sell. Hope training is headed their way as a wine and beer bar should have employees that know about beer and wine. We will go back but, at the Gainesville location.

Amazing vibes! It's such a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend the evening. The cheeses were amazing and beautiful and the Sangria was fantastic the staff was attentive and kind too!

We walked past this place several times and kept smelling something divine so we popped in and discovered they were serving brunch. OMG, Chef Raquel delivered up the most beautiful and delicious food ever! We had the avocado toast and omelets- probably the best we've ever had. Highly recommend this place!!

Cool spot. Unexpected totally empty at 7:30 on Saturday night. Navigational beacon for craft beer drinkers, bud light $7 here...

Had a date on October 23. Made a reservation. Google stated they were open. Open table confirmed my reservation. We went there and it was locked up and closed. Disappointing!

Visited CorkIt with a few friends on a Friday eve and had a great time! It's a quaint spot in downtown Buford close to other bars and restaurants walking distance. Easy parking! Our bartender Tim was awesome! He explained the menu and suggested a Malbec which I absolutely loved (had 3 glasses!). Munched on some apps (Tim's suggestions) and listened to the live music. Not too crowded that we couldn't find a seat but busy enough to know it's a great spot. Will be back for sure!! Thanks Tim!

Great concept and good menu but poorly run. The dirty blond bartender thinks she's much hotter than she is and makes little effort to work , would rather stand and talk to co workers than serve customers. Only came to our table 2ce in an hour
