I've been past here a few times and saw the beautiful bug design a few times. Cat walked me through the different cup types and really helped me not only decide to ultimately buy one, but if it wasn't for Cat's attitude and knowledge and brightening vibes, I don't think I would have. What cute cups and what an amazing staff! Way better to enjoy the pleasure and assistance of staff than just scrolling on the website for one. Definitely worth checking out and chatting with this amazing team and company!

Natalia from the Corkcicle was amazing! I was desperately looking for the Tiana Go Cup XL for a Christmas gift and it was sold out. But Natalia set aside one for me when they restocked so I could run and buy it. She’s amazing! So very grateful for the help and understanding from the team there.

Very friendly folks who helped my wife pick out a Minnie Mouse tumbler. A great selection of some very cute mugs and water bottles. They also have items that are in stock that are out of stock online. It was our first Corkcicle.

International orders unavailable for returns or exchanges in contrast with domestic orders. Unfortunately this brand presents low customer service. Also my review after purchase was not published on brand website and no reply from company service email.

The staff advertised this as leak proof. That is the only reason I bought it. It leaked all over my boyfriend’s bag, and yes it was closed and locked correctly. There is a tiny hole next to the straw lock that the water leaks out of. I wouldn’t have bought this cup if I had known that it was falsely advertised.and I bought two of them! Wish I could get my money back but I am leaving Disney in the morning.

Had an unfortunate situation happen with one of my Corkcicle cups and the workers Natalia and Cat did an amazing job helping my girlfriend and I. The cups are great but the workers are even better!

Helpful staff and decent selection. We love the product and the Disney themed cups were on sale when we were there last. The company is local and we put in a request for more styles in the various cups so we are hoping to see those next time!

Horrible ordering experience from the corkcicle website; my package was never delivered and their customer service try to say you didn’t opt into package protection (what package protection?!) and the delivery details are sketchy; says the package was out for delivery in NJ and delivered in MD within the same hour or within 10 minutes of the same hour of the same day?
