Corks & Crowns is an absolute gem. The vibe is amazing—warm, stylish, and effortlessly cool—with live music that sets the perfect tone for a relaxed but elevated night out. The bartenders, Serenity and Reilly, were outstanding: friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. Their recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed a bottle of Lapis Luna Pinot Noir, and it was excellent—smooth, well-balanced, and exactly what we were in the mood for. Between the wine selection, the music, and the overall atmosphere, this place really delivers. If you’re looking for great wine, great people, and a great vibe in Santa Barbara, Corks & Crowns is a must. 🍷🐶

Hands down the coziest little bar I’ve ever been to! The vibe is super warm and chill, and the live singer is amazing — makes every drink way more enjoyable. 🍷 Tried three Napa Valley wines and they were all fantastic. The beer tasting is also fun — you get four different beers, each with its own unique flavor. Best part? Super pet-friendly! Brought my cat and we had the most relaxing afternoon and evening here. Everyone feels like an old friend, the staff are incredibly nice and chatty, with the warmest smiles. The atmosphere is just perfect. Definitely coming back!

Corks N’ Crowns was, without question, one of the absolute highlights of our time in the Funk Zone. From the moment we walked in, the energy was contagious. Upbeat, welcoming, and effortlessly cool. The vibe struck the perfect balance between lively and relaxed, making it an ideal spot to unwind while still feeling part of the heartbeat of the Funk Zone. The wine selection was outstanding! Easily the best we experienced in the area. Every pour was clearly chosen with intention and expertise. If you’re visiting the Funk Zone, Corks N’ Crowns is a must-stop. We will absolutely be back.

Great welcoming chill spot. My wife and I enjoyed a drink in front of the fire while listening to some great live music. The owner even left and bought us bubble wrap for the wine we were traveling home with and refused any money. Kindness you don’t find everywhere but SB is full of these kinds of people!

Tucked just off State Street near the Funk Zone, this laid-back, hole-in-the-wall–style tasting room was such a fun surprise. The owner’s wit and banter had us laughing all afternoon, but he struck the perfect balance of giving our party of four space to enjoy our chats too. We originally stopped in just to escape the heat with one glass, but his wine recommendations were spot on—we stayed for several rounds! Tried the whites, sparkling rosé, and even a few beers… everything was fantastic. Note to owner: Love the idea of the corner seating area with games, but they’re a bit dated. A few newer options—both adult-humor and family-friendly—might make folks linger even longer

Not for tourists/ foreigners.. My friends and I went for a wine tasting and were really excited about it. However, we were met by a waitress who seemed irritated because we were seven people, which meant a lot of glasses, and she even asked for a tip in advance. It became more uncomfortable when she clearly talked about us to the other (more local) guests. To make it worse, after we had paid and tipped, the man on the microphone made a comment as we were leaving. The place had a cool atmosphere, but I don’t think it’s a good spot for tourists who want a proper wine-tasting experience.
