It bums me out to give this review. Corktown started out great. The past few years however the doctors and staff have a high turnover rate, the online portal rarely works, my medications haven't been being filled for months and when I do get them, it's because I'm calling every day for weeks in order to get any help.
Dr. Riddle is one of the absolute best Drs I've ever had, but getting an appointment with her is difficult, getting in touch with her through the portal doesn't work..
We need consistency with our medical care and it shouldn't be such a fight to get my scripts filled, or make an appointment and walk out with the referrals I need.
I feel like someone is making a lot of money as they have these galas for funding, is that money you've raised going to improving patient care? Having Drs who are available more than once a week? It doesn't feel like it. Hiring people to answer the phones and take messages that actually get to our providers?
That said, I hope y'all get things fixed there. Please don't think because you win those awards for lgbtq primary care, that you can just phone it in now. You won first, the literal other two queer clinics in the state won second and third. No offense - if I opened an lgbtq clinic, I'm guaranteed top 4! Ya feel me, being the only ones gives you cred. You have to earn that cred and be consistent enough to keep it
