On Friday, February 28, 2025, this was my first choice, to eat a hot meal while in downtown Dallas' west end, while visiting for the NCA All Star exhibition. We chose the west end eating establishment franchise because of its location to the sixth floor museum and dealey plaza. I ate a delicious cheesy, Chili Mac with an unsweetened iced tea and a banana muffin for Sunday's breakfast. Both were tasty and fulfilling on an empty stomach. The food and service were excellent!

Love every corner bakery ❤️ except for this one. My husband and I went for the loaded baked potato soup and the shrimp scampi. The soup was great! But the scampi there was in an inch deep oil bath. Is the scampi a soup dish or a noodles dish? I went up and asked for a new one, they said they would remake it. 2 minutes later, it was remade. I didn't know it could be remade that fast. But no, they just dumped a little out. You can see the line of oil where they dumped it.

I want to express special gratitude to the woman who works in this establishment. We had a misunderstanding and they brought me a completely different order. But she took full responsibility and brought me my order and left the one that was mixed up. I am encountering such service for the first time and I am very grateful for this approach. I will come here again

Really loved this cute place! They have pancakes all day and they are amazing! The chocolate milk is made with real syrup, very yummy! Lots of fresh bakery items to purchase as well.

Visited for a quick breakfast sandwich before getting on the DART train. The place was not very busy on New Year's Day 2025 and I didn't have to wait long to order. I ordered the bacon and egg croissant with a small coffee. The sandwich came out quickly and the coffee was self-serve. The sandwich was tasty but the coffee was pretty terrible.

Dropby during our layover at DFW, food was great , coffee has many varieties and ambiance was so relax inside.. staff are smiling and accommodating.

Nancy was a joy to work with for our team volleyball lunch meal. The 14 items were delivered on time and labeled with the players names. She sent the invoice via email so it was easy for me to review the orders and pay. The players loved their lunch boxes. We would definitely work with Nancy again. Thank you, Nancy and team, for fueling our team for the Girls Junior National Volleyball Tournament!

We came here for breakfast before leaving town. The food was ok, nothing to write home about but it was edible. The coffee was marginal. But the service was absolutely terrible. We were the only patrons in this establishment at the time we ordered and it was the middle of the day, nowhere near closing time, so I just cannot understand why everyone was so rude. Just outrageous. There's also no bathroom which I find very odd at an establishment that serves food. We will never come back. Don't waste your time, go anywhere else.

This morning I got a breakfast sandwich from Corner Bakery for work. There was a lot of bacon, which was a plus, but overall, it was just alright. The sandwich was pretty average and didn't stand out in any particular way. Considering the high price, I think I'd rather go somewhere else next time. I ordered it for takeout, so I didn't interact with the staff, but the place is convenient and clean. Overall, it's okay but nothing special.

Landed here as a backup to our original breakfast plan. Lay out was not as expected as it isn't traditional dine in table service rather a fast casual style approach similar to Panera Bread. Ordered full breakfast and coffee then sat down and food was brought to the table, polite lady. The food and coffee was excellent. Bacon, eggs, potatoes, pancakes were all delicious. I left very satisfied. I would definitely return.

The store was not busy at all. My order was placed at 9:18am. My food order came out rather quickly but my drink order was never made. They when I looked at my food order I noticed that it wasn't correct and they said they would remake it but just added the bananas and pecans and whipped cream to the cold food that was given back to me. Then my beverage was made. Just seemed as though my order was just an inconvenience to a slow Monday morning.

Dry relaxing and friendly. Clean and neat. The food was awesome. I have a BBLT and Egg Sandwich. Yummy!! The balsamic whatever just takes it to another level. My wife a bacon egg croissant. She didn't share so it must have been delicious!!

Food was very basic, nothing special about the variety or taste. Service was good and people were friendly. Ambiance is the same old played out snobby Dallas vibe.

Detra has the WORST WORST WORST attitude literally ever. Her job cannot be that awful where she has to project so much negativity energy onto others. Everyone else is so nice and I have no complaints at all.

My husband and I were in town visiting and decided to try this place based on reviews. It did not disappoint. We both had the pancakes, with eggs and bacon. The pancakes were amazing! Light and fluffy. And they have all you can eat pancakes right now. The service was also excellent. The staff is super friendly and conversational (but not overly so). And it's clean! We won't be in town for long but we'll definitely visit here again when back in the area!!

Came in from having a bad morning and this place was absolutely amazing, great service, not prejudice or judgemental, I like the diversity of the staff, not just one racial group, Edith did a fabulous job and definitely recommend this restaurant.

Stopped in here for a little half salad/half sandwich combo for me and a sandwich for my daughter. Great relaxed ambiance and good food. Service was fast, place was clean, and the outdoor seating was really spatial and nice. Music on the speakers was also nice.

I decided to drive for a while and came to commit the Delay Plaza, we're are almost near to that fatidical November twenty second, in which our country changed. We're ande in changing time's and all must Smart, cultural people believe that change is the only secure thing of life. We pray, With hope and good action to grow a positive change. A good coffee to sabre time with amazing place.

The food is pretty good, had breakfast before class and if you need a quick snack on class break run down and come back.

In line for over 20 minutes. Lady at the register kept reminding everyone they were out of pancakes and milk, worst of all, told everyone in line "too bad we decided to come this weekend" She also kept yelling at customers to listen up for orders. Very rude. Horrible

They need to have multiple keys to the bathroom. Someone locked the key in the bathroom and did not have a spare. Ran out of pancakes. However food was good, staff was nice.

This little gem blows competitors out the water. For instance, I can hardly bite the hard bread from P***ra but the sandwiches at Corner Bakery are so delish. I get the Chicken Pomodori with chips. So good!! You can also search for coupon codes online. I was able to find a coupon for 30% off. #winning! I ordered online and paid online and was still able to use their 30 cent dessert coupon in-store. The spot is clean, and the employees provide good service.

Love this place. The food is always good and the service is great. They at my go to for pancakes or a sandwich for lunch.

The food was absolutely amazing. The pancakes are some of the best I've ever had. The wait wasn't long at all. The restaurant is very cute and clean. Over all a great experience.

What's going on. Started off great now it's not. Order the same salad the Harvest entree size about three times a week and lately they have been giving me the 9 dollar portions. They throw everything in with no care. When someone spends 13 dollars on a salad put a little pride in it please!!! Thanks

We were looking for a place for a quick bite after the Sixth Floor Museum and came upon this restaurant and shared a turkey avocado sandwich with a bowl of soup. The food was tasty and fresh and we enjoyed every bite!

Good food and good service at a chain is a good thing. A month ago, I shared my email online with this chain. I keep an email account for signing up with places I'm "not sure" about. They immediately began sending me coupons, which I love. I arrived at this location around 2pm. It was pretty quiet at this time. There were two friendly cashiers who were very sweet. Positive customer service always earns at least one star! I used one of my coupons for $3 off the "2 Item" deal. I got 1/2 a meatball panini and 1/2 order of mac 'n cheese (Yup, I went for the "non-healthy" items). It was a lot of food and tasted good. I also got one of those lil' chocolate bundt cakes because it was calling my name as it sat in the bakery case! It was surprisingly not too sweet and had a good chocolate flavor. The cafe was clean and I didn't have to wait long for my food. Win, win... This cafe is now on my radar for days that I forget my lunch or am too lazy to make it.

Ordered breakfast here two days ago and it was really delicious I had the egg and chicken sausage wrap with pancakes on the side and the salsa for the wrap was so delicious everything was delicious will definitely be back for the breakfast again

I want to like this place, but every time I order the chicken orzo soup for delivery, it makes me sick within an hour of eating it. 3rd time in a row spread out over a couple of months.

I work downtown and have eaten at every place several times over but this place takes the cake. I dont know what's happened the last year or so, but every single time I get breakfast, there is something wrong with it. They stiffed me hard back in January and I hadn't been back ... until today. I wanted oatmeal and if they're feeling like doing quality control, you get a pretty good bowl. Quality control left the chat. I ordered the berry almond overnight oats. When I got to my office and open up the bowl, I had a beautiful bowl of berries almonds raisins and apples. But where is the oat? Like, how? How do you not know that you gave me a bowl full of berries and almonds and no oatmeal in it? Okay, okay. It isn't completely devoid of oatmeal, but look at the pictures and see for yourself. You cannot call this a bowl of oatmeal. This is ridiculous.

I go the Corner Bakery by the West End Station about once per week. Usually a good experience Today, April 19 I noticed it was operating a little below their usual standard. When I came in very few customers. The woman behind the counter did ask me my phone number (to get extra points), no big deal but they always had previously. I noticed many tables and seats were not clean. My breakfast item was cold and the food was not prepfared to its usual standard. The food was strangely greasy and their was noticeably less of it. I ordered potatoes as an extra and these followed the same pattern not much of it , very greasy, not appetizing looking at all. A McDonald's breakfast would have been superior. Wanting to kill some time before our JFK Museum visit and stopped at the Bakery for some coffee. Excellent covid measures and excellent service. Only wanted coffee but the breakfast sandwiches looked so good and the place smelled really good we ended up ordering the BLT and the Anaheim scrambled egg sandwiches. They were absolutely delicious and the coffee was great. If you are in Dallas you have to stop by!

This Corner Bakery is conveniently located in the West End right on the corner of Pacific and Market. The employees are always friendly and happy to answer any menu questions you have. It tends to get crazy busy around lunch time so your best bet is to go a little early or delay your lunch time a bit so you dont have to wait a long time for your food. They have an outdoor patio if you would rather sit outside but it tends to be loud because of the dart rail and all the people walking by. I love that they have lower calorie options on the menu. Not to mention they actually list the calorie count of each item ON the menu! I wish every restaurant did this! The tortilla soup is great! Its always my go to. The chop salad and spinach salad are also really good. If you have a gluten allergy, they do have gluten free bread!! This is definitely a great place to grab breakfast or lunch.

First time here and had the sante fe salad. It was delish! Couldn't even eat it all. The sandwiches look very yummy too. Will definitely come back.

I had a bad experience with a local delivery service and CBC was on point with their reaction. Good food. Great pain management (lol). The manager Chris was a RockStar finding a resolution. He was awesome. Would DEFINITELY go here again every time I visit Dallas.

Woman who took my order was so nice. I am newly working downtown so was coming in for lunch and she was so nice and patient. Also got my food pretty fast!

Just love the people working in the morning. LaTonsia and Detrica are the best. I come in about 4-5 times a week, mostly for just a coffee, but they are always super polite and friendly. Great way to start my morning, and always brings a smile to my face.

Visiting Dallas for a work conference and headed to the JFK museum the morning of departure, stumbled upon this gem on my walk there. Had a traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, and pancakes; absolutely delicious. Way better than the hotel restaurant food I've had and 1/3 of the price. Friendly staff, quick service. Highly recommended.

Nice place overall. Woman who took my order was nice and professional. My food was slightly cold, but my latte was nice and hot.

Place is a little pricey but I go her on my lunch break when I want a salad. Customer service isn't great but my asian chicken salad comes out delicious everytime. Also, try the lemon bar it's so delicious and mouth watering. It is the best lemon bar I have ever had.

Food decent. Parking, a little bit of a chore. However, I wanted to take a quick couple of minutes to recognize Zoe, who brought the food to my table. She had great customer service skills and while she had a lot to do, made me feel like the only guest in the dining room as she told me "if you need anything else, my name is Zoe." While that statement is a familiar one and told to diners often, her eye contact and sincerity made it vastly different. Ordered box lunches for a large conference. Excellent customer service from catering manager to delivery person. Box lunches included huge sandwich, fruit, chips and cookie. Delicious real turkey and swiss on sandwich. Will use again!

This is the worst Corner Bakery I've ever gone to. I didn't think that was possible! I live in Houston and every Houston location has been a great experience. Lots of options food is fresh and appealing. This location had a very small display of bakery goods. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese Panini with potatos. The Panini and the potatos were both cold and I really don't believe those potatos were fresh. Because I'm a bacon lover and all bacon is good bacon to me, I opened the sandwich and ate the bacon and left the rest of the meal for trash. The two stars are ONLY for the friendly staff.

Blown away! When my friend mentioned she wanted to try this place for lunch I was skeptical. I went to a location in Denver and remember that I was not wow'd by the experience. This location definitely changed my opinion. I ordered the Asian Chicken Wonton Salad with Tomato Basil Soup. Also, a small chocolate bundt cake. Holy crap was the bundt cake moist and delicious. I forced my friend to help me eat it so I did not have to have all the calories. The salad was equally amazing and the bread served with it was some of the best I've ever had. The salad and soup combo according to the website was only 490 calories. It was great that you can determine what to eat based on the calories listed online. The soup was good but not the best I've ever had but still very good. It had thicker pieces of tomato and you could really see the spices in it. Service was nice and friendly even though they were super busy with a lunch rush. Definitely recommend this location of the Corner Bakery Cafe. We will be back and bringing co-workers next time. I do corporate events for a company a few blocks away and will definitely be using you guys for our upcoming catering needs.

This is my go-to spot for lunch. I probably eat here four days a week. Pros: large menu, Coupons in my email, Friendly staff, Close to work, Great food. Cons: West End station loiterers, panhandlers Bathroom always locked, Start cleaning under you while you're eating, Sometimes order is wrong. Today I got the Sante Fe salad using the $2.00 off coupon from my email. Fresh, crisp, cold-- everything you'd want in a summer salad! I think I found a new favorite!

I like the food here. Have not really been here too often only when I need to go downtown. The staff were friendly, place was clean and had a good feel. One of the few places I have gone that I was actually able to read while dining.

2 of us walked in for lunch 1PM on a Thurs. No line to order and just a few tables occupied. Before getting our food we walked the entire dining area front and back looking for a clean table. We couldn't find a clean table anywhere. There were several employees behind the cash register but no one was cleaning the dining area. I would have asked a manager but I didn't see one. I've had many good experiences at different CB locations but this was not one. We looked for napkins but the dispenser was empty. The Chopped Salad was wilted and lame (pic provided) and they do not offer blue cheese dressing even though they offer blue cheese crumbles. The Uptown Turkey sandwich was good and it's what I usually order. The chips here are good here too.

We were in town for a conference and stumbled on this place for lunch. It was very busy but went fast enough for a lunch break. They have paninis, salads, and soups, similar to most cafes with decent prices. Their paninis are very tasty! I had the club, which was small, but just right with a half salad and chips. Ask for their special signature sauce (tomato base with vinegar) for dipping and a very unique flavor profile.

We come her about once per week for lunch, sometimes more just to pick up some dessert. I love their soups, Chicken Noodle, Zesti Chicken Tortilla and the Tomato Basil are my favorites. The Sandwich Combo's are great as is the Chopped and Spinach salad are very tasty. The desserts are awesome, rugalach, cookies, mini bunts are all a treat. They've had a toffee cookie for a while that we got addicted to and were sad to see go, but snicker doodles, sugar and Oatmeal cookies are still there and very yummy. It can get crowded during lunch time and they close at 4PM.

Solid choice for lunch and conveniently located in the Plaza of Americas. If you're like me and have been turned off my what always seems to be a long line, don't be! They are efficient and from the time I got into a line 8 people deep to the time my food came out, it had been less than 10 minutes. I ordered the 1/2 sandwich + soup combo, and it also came with chips and a large spear pickle. For about $10 for the combo meal, I'd say it's reasonable considering all the food that you get. My sandwich choice was the pesto chicken, and unfortunately it was too dry. Needed some kind of mayo or dressing. But the lemon orzo soup was absolutely delicious. It was creamy without tasting heavy, and had a nice flavor with tender pieces of orzo. Very hearty and filling - exactly what's needed on dreary or cold winter day. I liked it so much, I burned my tongue a little bit trying to get impatient spoonfuls into my mouth!

This Corner Bakery shares the building with El Centro's Allied Health programs, which I'm a part of, so I've eaten here a few times. It's also right next to the West End Dart station. Very convenient if you want to stop by for breakfast or lunch. Bonus: they serve breakfast all day! The service here has always been very nice and helpful. And the food comes out in a timely manner. Of course, allow some extra time around lunch hour. Once, I waited a few minutes to be helped. And the lady gave me a free dessert for waiting patiently and not being rude. Hey... I've worked in retail and know that being rude does not accomplish anything. A big selection of pastries, sandwiches, coffee, and soup. I'm glad we've gone one right in the building.
