"Corner Social is a lot of things rolled in one. It’s a place where you can sit down and have a kale salad and some salmon with a friend, and it’s also a place where you can show up on a Friday night and listen to a DJ play for a crowd as big as any you’ll find in the Meatpacking District. The space has brick walls, wooden ceiling beams, plenty of tables, and a fireplace in one corner, and there’s plenty of patio seating on warm days. It’s a great spot to meet up with a group (especially if some people are hungry), just be aware that you might have to wait for a table on weekends." - hannah albertine, bryan kim
"Corner Social always feels like a party, so you’re going to run into a crowd here on New Year’s Eve. This Harlem spot also happens to be a full-on restaurant (with plenty of tables), and their menu has everything from loaded nachos to lobster ravioli. Corner Social does, however, close at 1am on weekends, so you might want to have a place for an afterparty lined up." - team infatuation
"Corner Social isn’t exactly a date spot. Or at least it’s a very hectic one. During the day, you can catch up over kale and quinoa salads (there’s no way kale is an aphrodisiac) if you’re looking for somewhere to have a friendly meetup. But as day turns to night, this place builds into a party with loud music, which will present you with the perfect opportunity to mill around the large crowd and show off your wingman skills." - neha talreja
"Corner Social is a neighborhood party spot in Harlem with the occasional (masked) DJ. This Lenox Avenue bar and restaurant is offering outdoor dining on their sidewalk space on weekdays from 4-11pm, and weekends from noon-11pm. The menu skews mostly American, with dishes like crab cakes, hot chicken, and a green chile cheeseburger you may or may not get on your white shirt while trying to look timeless-chic-minimalist." - hannah albertine, nikko duren
