Went there for a birthday dinner with a friend. What a super warm and inviting atmosphere. On a Friday night in Wayne, expect to park and walk to the restaurant. But the owner and head chef were there, as well as Frank, the owner's dad. The crab appetizer had the most delicious dip. And my crab cake was phenomenal!!!!!! What a great dining experience! And they even surprised me with an adorable candle in a complimentary dessert, that was super fun and tasty! Outstanding service!

Google
The “steak for 2” does not disappoint and we used it to feed four of us, with a sampling of other great menu items. We sat at the chef’s counter so we got to witness the work up close and our server did a great job of recommending dishes that complemented each other well. And don’t shy away from the burger, we actually had it for dessert. Excellent experience and would definitely recommend.

Google
Phenomenal meal, cocktails and wine list. The food exceeded expectations. Get the chefs seating if you can for a really unique dining experience. Anything off the wood grill is amazing! I got the wagyu steak and it was mind blowing!

We dined at Cornerstone Bistro on New Year’s Eve, and despite the holiday rush, we had a fantastic experience. We had 9:15 reservations and arrived early, so we decided to sit at the bar while we waited. Since it was such a busy night, our table wasn’t ready right at our reservation time, but the hostess was absolutely wonderful—she sincerely apologized for the delay and made us feel welcomed and valued. Ultimately, we chose to stay at the bar for dinner, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Our bartender was accommodating, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the evening even more enjoyable. We ordered the steak for two, and it was cooked to perfection—absolutely spectacular. The warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home, and we could have easily stayed for hours. Thank you so much to the owners for creating such a special spot on Wayne Ave. Cornerstone Bistro is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

Google
We visited Cornerstone on 11/12 as the restaurant was opening. The bartender had propped the door open with a log. Aftet a luke warm greeting, we were informed only the bar area was open. The door opens into the bar area. As it was a 55 degree day, my wife asked if it wasn't a little cold inside. The bartender replied that he needed the fresh air. We told him we would be leaving due to the chill. His reply? OK, goodbye. His apathy and poor customer service skills ruined a birthday celebration. First impressions matter. We will not be back.

Google
We had so much fun sitting at the chef’s counter. We enjoyed the hospitality and delicious wine selection. The wood grilled items, such as bread and Caesar salad, were especially tasty. A festive and unique experience.

Google
Most beautiful welcoming atmosphere, fabulous food, and always impeccable service. Our experience tonight was extra-special because our server, Lilly, was fantastic! She was attentive and professional, and warm and friendly. She really made our night! We also appreciated Molly’s help with our reservation. Fabulous staff!

Google
Found the Cornerstone after finishing up dinner down the street and happened to wander in. We asked the hostesses for dessert ideas and they told us the bartenders would have an amazing option called the "EMMA." This was handsdown the best dessert martini I've ever had - plus we had a just as amazing dessert bourbon-ball dish on top of it. Great service, charming atmosphere, we will be back for dinner! Thank you!

Yelp
What a gem of a bistro! We started with the wedge salad--fresh, crisp, and loaded with flavor, the perfect opener. The steak frites were cooked beautifully, tender with that perfect sear, and the fries were golden and addictive. The crabcakes were another standout--packed with crab (not filler!) and perfectly seasoned. Between the attentive service, cozy atmosphere, and consistently delicious food, this place really delivers. Already planning my next visit!

Yelp
We've dined at Cornerstone many times and usually enjoy the experience, but tonight was an exception. We were seated at a small table for two, positioned between two larger tables of four. At first, the nearby table was quiet, but soon another group of four arrived, including one guest who spoke so loudly and incessantly that it completely disrupted our evening. Despite trying to tune it out, we went ahead and ordered our meals. My husband chose the steak & frites, while I ordered the small plate bucatini. When placing my order, the server asked if I wanted 5 oz or 11 oz. I've never encountered pasta being ordered by weight, so I opted for 11 oz. To our surprise, when the bill arrived, the bucatini cost more than the steak ($44 for pasta!)--over double the expected price. The menu gave no indication that portion size affected pricing, which felt misleading. Unfortunately, between the disruptive atmosphere and the unexpected charge, this visit left us with a disappointing impression.

Yelp
Ordered our appetizers and dinner and they all came out at the same time. They are very snobby in here.... A "first class" place but then can't refill water, get you the next cocktail, all the food comes out at same time.... And they just throw it all on the table with no apologies. Very pretentious. You're in wayne which is a lovely area but they think too much of themselves. Instead of welcoming you - they make you feel like it's an honor to have been accepted into the restaurant for a reservation. Many other great options in the area with a more friendly staff, owners, etc. I remember we went here when they had the u shaped bar where they prepared and served food. They were so friendly and welcoming - they've just changed over the years. It's a shame.

Yelp
Nick and Christine have an absolute GEM here in Wayne (PA)!!! From the refreshing beverages to the pea soup to the housemade bucatini and desserts!!! Everything here is sensational!!! I'm from out of state and have been back twice for the culinary experience of a lifetime. Must try! You won't regret it!!! The service is top tier and the ambiance is amazing! Perfect for brunch or a date night!!! My husband and I will return!!

Yelp
I've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, often with family and friends, and have always considered it one of my favorite neighborhood spots. I've supported this place for years and recommended it to so many people, which makes what happened recently really upsetting. My husband and I sat at the bar, were greeted, and handed a menu -- only to be aburptly and loudly told by the bartender moments later that we had to leave because of a "waitlist." In all my years here, I've never once seen a waitlist, and being asked to leave after already being seated, and in front of other guests, was rude, embarrasing and disappointing. Although the bartender handled this poorly, it was done due to the owner walking up and asking him to- rather than politely explain this to us herself, as she watched this happen. I even called afterward to give them the benefit of the doubt and asked to speak with the owner. I was told I'd get a call back, but no one ever reached out. After a decade of loyalty, that lack of care says a lot. I truly wish it had been handled differently. Luckily, many more amazing restaurants have opened in town and we have had wonderful experiences elsewhere. We feel no need to ever return or recommend this poorly run establishment that shows zero accountability. Clearly, loyal regulars don't matter here anymore.

Yelp
I should have searched the reviews for "seating" before we went to this place. We arrived for our reservation and were brought to what appeared to be a table for elementary school children. The seats seemed to only be about 18" off the floor about 3' from the "cocktail" table and bolted down to the floor (?). The service was good. As we plopped down into the elf chairs the tall waiter promptly arrived and loomed over us "kids" to take our orders. Specialty drinks range from $18-24. Draft beers $6 and up! The drinks are interesting but way over priced for a restaurant like this IMHO. $5 for a warm baguette? I'd rate the menu as eclectic to say the least. My wife and I split the grilled Caesar salad which was good but lacked a proper amount of dressing. The bacon was great with the salad but in a small quantity. The only thing that looked appealing to me on this menu was the short ribs. The small boneless rib cutlet was great as were the accompanying grits but, again, in a child's sized portion. To add to my angst, in order to eat my overpriced meal I was forced to pick up my plate off the table because you could not scoot the bolted down Lilliputian chairs over to our cocktail table. Drinks had to be on the edge of the table to even reach for them! My wife had a burger which was actually pretty good and was served with some excellent freshly made French fries. I could not bring myself to pay for another pricey drink though I needed one at this point. The dessert menu was as eclectic as the rest of the menu. It was a struggle for many at our table to get up "off of the floor" and out of the bolted down seats. The comfy(?) "Friends" decor did not do much for me. I don't know who's idea in ownership made the decision for elf seating but it just weird, uncomfortable and made just eating your meal difficult. I will not be back for sure.

Yelp
No wonder the place was empty. Lured by praise of its burgers and "Happy Oysters Hour" $10 cocktails, we arrived to a nearly empty restaurant and a totally deserted bar. Turned out, you don't order any specific cocktails. The $10 ones are "devised by the bartender" from whatever they have on hand (say, for example, samples from a sales rep)...in other words, whatever they need to get rid of. Also, only the regular menu was provided. That's when we found out that the bartender had no knowledge of the happy-hour pricing I had seen online. And, since we had arrived at 4:00, we were denied the option of ordering any items that are included only on the regular menu. It was no way to run an eatery, and NO fun. No wonder the place was empty.

Yelp
The only good quality food on the main line. They really do care about the ingredients they use and it's so tasty. It's cozy and cute inside.

Mark S.

Yelp
Love the food here! Everything I've ever had has been between very good and show-stopping great. I've noticed a few reviews complaining about the prices and while it's not cheap, it's the best I've had in Greater Philly and I would absolutely call it a good value. It's not often that you go to a restaurant and get a meal with flavors so complete that you can remember the meal for months or years. I've had most of what's on the menu and it's always been an excellent and full experience. Cocktails are top shelf. Wine list is epic. It's a special place!
google avatar

Rich S.

Yelp
We had a great night here! No cocktails, but a really good wine list. You can spend a fortune, but they have very good values here if you know what to look for. We had oysters and gnocchi, both were great and the grilled romaine salad was exceptional. On to the main, courses, we were split between the crab cakes and the pork chop. Thank goodness I ordered the pork chop, cause while the crap cakes were very good, the pork chop was among their best I've ever had. No joke , it was exceptional. I will be bringing folks to this place just to experience it.

Yelp
We were sat at the lowest table we've ever encountered at a restaurant. Leather chairs which look they were made for toddlers. Table approximately two feet from the floor. This made for an entirely uncomfortable dining experience from the outset. No idea why they feel compelled to seat patrons this way. First cocktail tasted nothing like advertised. Salad served without dressing. Entrées were better, but they should be for the prices charged. Also off-putting, particularly due to cost of food here, that they have the audacity to request on the menu that you "treat the kitchen" with an additional tip. For the prices they're charging, you'd think they'd pay their kitchen staff appropriately. Finally, we had an earlier reservation, we spent a lot of money, including a $300+ bottle of wine. When we declined dessert, and before we finished our drinks, we were requested to vacate our (mini-) table and go to the bar so they could seat others. This was no more than 10 minutes after our table was cleared. We won't be back.

James A.

Yelp
An absolute ripoff with makeshift advertised happy hours that don't exist yet prices over the top. True scam artists and will NEVER go back. Far better options on the mainline. Just disgusting.

Jon S.

Yelp
Food and staff are amazing! Had the crab cakes and pork chop which were flavorful and cooked to perfection. Mark, the Head Bartender runs a tight ship and friendly. But,..$25 for a martini? We'll be back for the food but pre-dinner cocktails will be elsewhere.

Yelp
DISAPPOINTMENT! I had been looking forward to coming here for a charcuterie board for the last 9 months while I was pregnant. My husband made a reservation for my birthday for lunch for the 3 of us. He called before we went that there was room for a baby carrier and the hostess confirmed we would have 3 seats. We get there and get seated at a table for 4, which was great. We are looking over the menu when the hostess comes over and says this table is actually reserved for someone else so we need to move. He told us our options were to sit at a table with 2 seats or the bar, with a BABY?!!! So we said okay where does the baby go he needs a seat and he was like I'm not sure. So I told him we can't stay here if there isn't enough seats for our whole party like promised when we even confirmed our reservation less than an hour before. So we left. So disappointed in the staff. Why did we not get our table? We were the youngest customers by 20 years, we had a baby who was sleeping so not making any noise but it felt like they just drove us out of there. I will be telling all my friends and family that you are not a family friendly place like confirmed why you staff when we asked cause clearly you chose the people who had a reservation after us over us.

David F.

Yelp
What a ripoff. Not only was this place obscenely expensive it wasn't even that good. A cocktail will run around $23.00 , I pay less in Palm Beach. The mussels (were very good) but LOADED with French fry's- my wife's fish was cold and on the under cooked side. The crab cakes I order were maybe 2" across (the smallest portion I have ever seen-tiny)and filled with filler to boot for $33.00 Come on guys, how cheap can you be? I spend close to $600.00/ week on restaurants. This was a one and done.

Yelp
Any business that requires vaccine passports will never get my business. Food has gone down drastically since Covid.

Joy C.

Yelp
One of the best restaurants around! Food is spectacular, Ambiance is warm and inviting and the service is outstanding! The owners are there everyday, and it shows in all the special details. Worth every penny. Everything on the menu is exceptional and the cocktails (especially the old fashion) is the best I've had. A truly special place. Make a reservation. You won't be disappointed.

Victoria D.

Yelp
I made a Yelp account just to leave this review to inform potential customers - I would give no stars if possible directly for Management. I ordered the crabcakes (which I ordered before on Valentine's Day) and they tasted off - overly fishy - which I had the waiter take away. I have a cooking blog, and have made crabcakes myself. The Manager came over and had the audacity to tell me that I, the customer, was wrong and that I probably don't know how crabcakes should taste. The Manager initially refused to take off the crabcakes but then agreed after I requested another conversation with her but interestingly when analyzing the bill after comping the $33 crabcakes, we had a false $30 charge for two wines. If the Manager treats customers this way, I feel bad for how she must treat the waiters (who did his best).

Yelp
We've been to Cornerstone a few times and the food is ok, but there are definitely better options for that price point. Generally the service is pretty good, but I gotta say our most recent experience was not good. I don't know if it was because we were seated outside in the tent, or if it was because our waiter seemed pretty baked. I think I just expect more from a place with glowing 5 star reviews and requiring deposits for reservations.

Yelp
Pros: -- They did such a great job renovating. The space is truly unique and beautiful. -- Some servers were very knowledgeable of the menu. -- Loved how there was someone there to recommend cheeses for you after you selected a wine. So cool! Cons: -- I went for dinner one night with my SO and 2 glasses of their cheapest red, 2 entrees, and 1 small cheese plate resulted in a $170 bill (including tip). I think that's really steep for what we got... -- The most disappointing thing that bothers me to this day is how expensive their small cheese plate is...$35! For 2 cheeses and one meat. It's really enough for 2 people MAX, not 2-4 as they advertise. Even in Philly, a much larger, substantial cheese board is around $18... -- They kept switching up our server on us so it was hard to keep track of who to flag down when we wanted to add something to our order Overall, I would go back for small nibbles and a glass of wine. I wish I could order cheese when I visit again but not at that price. Despite all that, I still like this place because of how beautiful it is inside and how nice people were. I also love that they have this little marketplace where you can buy stuff like honeycombs and fancy olive oils. I recommend going but do not get the small cheese board! It's highway robbery!

Yelp
Let me start off by saying my palate is officially spoiled. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Every dish we tried was amazing. For starters, it is important to note that they now serve alcohol. If you bring your own wine, they charge a $20 per bottle corking fee. My party of 4 sat at the front bar where we could see the chefs prepare food. The place was busy, and luckily we made reservations months ahead of time. We shared the cheese board for 4. It was a good portion- included 3 cheeses, sliced duck, prosciutto, almonds, sunflower seeds, a fresh honey comb, walnuts, and a jam. It was a good portion size for an app. The cheese was absolutely amazing, and went well with the wine we had brought. We also shared the house made ricotta salad, and bucatini. Both were very tasty and fresh. You can taste each ingredient in each dish. For the main course, I got the steak frites- which had braised fennel and onions and bone marrow butter. This was one of the best steaks I have ever had. They cook it in an open oven by the bar, and you can really taste the smokey flavor. It was also very juicy. My husband got the farmhouse burger which also came with fries. The burger was out of this world. The patty also had a nice smokey flavor. The herb fries that came with each meals were good- they were nice and crispy and flavorful. Finally we saved room for dessert. We got the Nutella cheesecake and the seasonal galette. The cheesecake tasted like heaven. I was so stuffed, I wish I could have eaten more of it. I saw a lot of people had ordered the whole chicken. The chicken takes an hour to cook, but it looks and smells amazing. Next time I will be back for more cheese, the whole chicken, and Nutella cheesecake!

Patti M.

Yelp
Hmmm. Cornerstone could be more consistent. Tonight's service was good. The drinks were lovely. My mussels were disappointing, as the dijon sauce was lackluster. And, when I asked for bread to dip with my mussels, you might have thought I asked for a firstborn. They provided me with old and stale bread. Come on! Don't offer mussels if you aren't prepared to provide dipping bread. That's half the fun. My husband's steak was very good. We ate at the chef's table, which was not as enjoyable as it should be. Why have a chef's table if all the chefs are surly and look like they would prefer to be elsewhere? Weird and inconsistent experience for a restaurant at this price point.

Yelp
This is the best restaurant in the mainline...by a long shot. The owners genuinely care about the quality of food they purchase and it shows when you taste it. The crab cakes are insane, all meat and just Spivey enough to give it an incredible flavor. The shrimp scampi, Brussel sprouts and duck salad were all amazing. In addition we ordered oysters as always when going there bc they get the best. Just killer oysters every single time. Also...for lunch order the sausage w house made sauerkraut.

Yelp
We wanted to be blown away & love everything about cornerstone but it just fell short. Our greeting when we stepped in the front door was unpleasant but I tried to not let that impact our dining experience. We had a small cheeseboard to start. I knew the cheeseboards were pricy (read the other reviews) but what we received for $37 was a joke. It was teeny tiny - the cheese was delicious and decent portions of them but that sticker price was insane for what was served. I really confused on what's driving that cost for what was on that plate. Talula's Garden in the city, or Terrain are half the price and twice the size. My husband ordered the crap cakes, I the appetizers portion of pasta (no Meat). We had two glasses of wine each & split 1 dessert. Our bill was $250 after tip. We love going out & were both excited to celebrate but the bill was 100% not worth the meal; atmosphere, service (and let me be clear, our server was fine .. & the host who sat us was the best part of the evening. She was sweet, kind and friendly!.. unlike who greeted us at the door and then continue to check on every table but ours throughout the evening). Such a disappointment

Kevin H.

Yelp
Place is extremely well run. Service is on point. . Beer menu always is well thought out. Most importantly the food is great. The short rib tonight was one of the best entrees I've ever had.

Michelle R.

Yelp
Cornerstone's overall attitude beginning with ownership and the hostess is that you are lucky to be walking through their door and sitting in their fine restaurant. Before we even got there, I had to coach myself to keep an open mind. It did not go well. They required a credit card for booking which I was fine with. However, they said it would only be charged $50 per guest if you didn't cancel within 24 hours. 3 days post-reservation there is an extra $100 fee on my card from Cornerstone which they indicated they automatically charge at booking!!!! This would have been nice to know in advance! Additionally, the service was incredibly slow and when one of the other diners requested extra olives with their martini, they were charged a $1 per olive. Generally, Cornerstone doesn't seem to care about building a community among their guests or treating them as a welcome addition to the restaurant. It was all rather unpleasant. Our server was nice enough, but again very slow service which I don't blame him for. Benefit of the doubt, it is stressful to work at a place that is so rigid towards customers and presumably towards their staff. I wasn't going to write this review bcse I wanted to go back for the food, but frankly, I don't want to provide Cornerstone with my business/another dollar. I value quality customer service as much as I value quality food and ambiance. Cornerstone falls far short on the customer service for which the food and ambiance can't make up. A place run like this doesn't deserve customers.

Yelp
Place is small and seating is limited (about 20). It somehow manages to include a meat/ham station plus a cheese locker in its already limited space. We were there 8am early on a quiet Saturday. I wonder how the scene would be like during regular dinging rush hour. Food wise, $12+ for a sandwich only 4" in its diameter reminds me dearly that I am in one of the Philly's richest suburb. Food taste great though. Both breakfast and pull pork sandwich we ordered are well seasoned and flavorful. And the egg souffle in our breakfast sandwich is probably the best one I ever had so far, even trumps the Eggslut in Vegas. Oh...and it is one of the very few brunch places that actually get its coffee right and NOT taste sour.

Yelp
Definitely one of my favorite spots in Wayne. Great food and staff! Looking forward to my next visit.

Candace G.

Yelp
We enjoyed the charcuterie board for two. Short ribs and steak were excellent. Our server, Daniel, was personable and efficient. Looking forward to returning.

Yelp
Disappointing brunch on Mother's Day weekend. Brunch menu was outdated and as such, many items on the food and drink menu were missing. Ordered the eggs Benedict which should be renamed as poached egg on English muffin, because their three bacon bits on each egg does not a Canadian bacon substitute make. Was particularly icked when our server told us they didn't have cinnamon rolls as advertised and added, it'll help you keep your diet. Happy Mother's Day to me

Yelp
Everything is dynamite: Service, food and ambiance. Great restaurant design. Made important adjustments during COVID and kept delivering fabulous meals even for pickup!

Yelp
So this was our first holiday without our dad's. My mother in law insisted we have a private dinner at this spot with her grandchildren and the +1's. Originally we were to sit around the big bar/oven but opted for a big table in the back as Christine told us we could just linger. Our server was EXCELLENT and attentive to everyone. The food was simply delicious. The atmosphere was both cozy and we loved it. We hope to make it our new 'spot'. It's small and the seating is limited but with some planning you can have a magical dinner.

Yelp
We used to go to le pain quotidien at Wayne for weekend breakfast (yes, not brunch cause we wake up early) and because it is too often, we ended up trying everything at their menu so we were looking for other breakfast stop, and found out cornerstone. Let's start with restaurant itself, very clean, bright and inviting with an open kitchen. Because you can see what your chef is cooking, it feel like you were at home(but someone cook for you). We tried cornerstone breakfast sandwich and original west ave pulled pork sandwich. Both are packed with flavors and you don't even need anything to spice them up(not even ketchup). Thoroughly enjoyed my time here and can't wait to come back again to try others during lunch time.

Jacqueline O.

Yelp
My favorite spot in wayne. Great seating at the bar where you can watch the chef prepare the dishes. One of the best burgers in town!
google avatar

Dale M.

Yelp
Best restaurant on the Main Line. They make excellent cocktails and outstanding food. They seem to also be managing really well during COVID. Must haves are the bucatini starter and the veal shank, which are mainstays on the menu. Other options on the menu typically change up seasonally and you can't go wrong. Side note: they're also doing cocktails to go, in addition to food, at least while the Wayne Picnic grove is up and running.

Leslie B.

Yelp
I made a baby shower at cornerstone this weekend. There are no words to express how easy it was to work with Christine, the owner. She is passionate about providing a culinary experience like no other. The staff is amazing and everyone at the restaurant works hard to provide a top notch experience. The food is beyond words amazing. Soo delicious, fresh made. Highest quality ingredients. Thanks to Christine and the entire staff our day was truly perfect and a memory forever. If you are looking for the perfect spot for a party, or to just get lunch or dinner, don't look any further. This has been the best experience of any party I have ever made, and I've made a lot! Thank you again Christine and staff!

Yelp
My friends and I loved everything about this place, from the delicious (and vegan-friendly - yay!) food to the atmosphere. And it is one of the few places I am willing to dine in because the owners care enough about their clientele and staff to require proof of vaccination. That matters to us. We won't eat anywhere that could case less what happens to us - or their staff - once we've paid the bill. Highly recommend this delicious - and safer - experience.
google avatar

Joanna C.

Yelp
I was here for a private event (you can rent out the space for bridal showers, birthday parties, etc), and it was awesome!! I wish I had an option like this nearby for the various baby showers I now find myself hosting! The people who work here are fantastic - SO nice, and super knowledgeable! I watched them slice meats on this CRAAAAAZY old school hand pulled meat slicer - OMG, I was in serious awe watching this at work! Every bit of this gorgeous space is beautifully designed and super functional - this is seriously my dream, a gorgeous space with charcuterie and cheeses, and BYOB to boot! Whaaaat! There was this INSANE cheese called Hummingbird which was like a triple creme Brie that was served with an acacia honey comb - hello flavor explosion! And in-house-made broccoli rabe sausages! The food here blew me AWAY. I will definitely be back when in the area - they will make you cheese and charcuterie platters to go too FYI (you do need to return the boards and glass bowls it comes with after your event, obvi), and I loooooved that they offer that!

Yelp
The $100 booking fee that Cornerstone Bistro holds just to make a reservation is really hurting their business. It really sets an unpleasant tone for the interaction from the beginning. That hold alone would have been enough to warn us off but we needed a restaurant near the Wayne train station and my Mom said she had seen this place. Had the restaurant been packed full of people, perhaps I would have understood, but we were the only people there. Or maybe it would have made some sense if they had delivered an outstanding meal and great service, but the meal was mediocre at high prices and small portions and the service was just okay. We won't ever be going back, and if this charge doesn't come off my credit card in 3 days, I'm calling the better business bureau.

Yelp
I called to make a reservation and was asked if I was vaccinated- I am and said yes. The reservationist proceeded to tell me I would have to show proof to get into the restaurant. This is not required of restaurants and is invasive, also sounded like she did not trust my answer? Vaccinated people can transmit the virus so why discriminate? If the workers are vaccinated it is not the restaurant's business whether their customers are or not. Anyway, there is no excuse for being rude on the phone.

Yelp
Where to start...between the exceptional service (Katherine was our waitress), amazing food and top notch atmosphere..the entire evening was a 10. We started with two glasses of wine, the grilled Caesar and oysters. We had both never seen a Caesar that was grilled, highly recommend for a salad. I went with the fluke and he went with the steak frites. As they warn you, the fries are deadly addicting and worth it!!! We decided to skip dessert but the bread pudding that passed by definitely would've been worth it. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Expensive and small portions, mediocre overall. Two people in our party had upset stomachs after ordering the oysters. Drinks were the only decent part. Won't be going back.

Yelp
Positive: Food tasted good and the service was great. Negative: Way overpriced. Steak for two $100 for a bone-in ribeye. Half that at a prominent steak restaurant. Bottom line: Ambience is good. Service is solid. If you are looking to spend $400 for two couples, this is the place for you. For me - one and done.

Yelp
I love going to Cornerstone with family and friends. From the time it opened it became clear that everything is first class and there is an amazing attention to detail. The expansion made it even better! From the food, wine list, charcuterie selection, all are amazing. The owners are very genuine and give back to the community. Great experience in the perfect location.

Yelp
What a wonderful experience! It was our first time and it won't be our last. The space is charming and our server was so knowledgeable of wines and the source of our food. We thoroughly enjoyed the oysters and everyone loved their meals which included lobster, swordfish and burgers. The chocolate truffles were delicious as was the strawberry galette. Cannot wait to go back.

Yelp
We went again, and I must change the rating down to one. I won't go into details, but the female manager's behavior and attitude towards us simply cannot be excused or overlooked. Why am I spending hundreds of dollars per visit for this kind of abuse? Food is good, but not worth this.

Yelp
Excellent all around, and one of the only places to find real frose to go with a great meal or share plates and the seafood was my favorite. Fun events too, looking forward to the Next movie night and Nantucket festival. Gift baskets are also really great.

Yelp
Chef owner / operators. Friendly and welcoming. Small venue with most seating at chef's table. Loved it.

Yelp
This place is great. Nick and Christine, the owners are lovely. The food is fantastic. Definitely one of the best burgers around. We also love the mushroom pasta (very unique home made noodles). The vibe is great, though not the biggest fan of some of the squat leather chairs. All around definitely recommend.
