The steak and prime rib were absolutely fantastic, and the sides were just divine. I never had to worry about my drink running out, and the food arrived promptly, Irene made sure we were good on everything. The ambiance was great too to fit the friendly staff.

We were virtually ignored as we stood there waiting to be seated. We were waiting for a few more in our party before dinner, so we went into the bar area. When we finally got in, it took us a while to get our drinks. Our party arrived soon after we were seated, so we moved to a table in the restaurant. But, for some reason, we were mostly ignored. Even after we were asked for drinks and our food, they just didn't seem to be excited that we were there. Although the food was pretty decent, the prices were a little higher than we expected for such a place. We wish the service was a lot better.

We were looking for a reasonable steak dinner without breaking the bank and we found Cornerstone Classic American Steakhouse. As any restaurant embedded in a casino it lacks in atmosphere but sure as heck made up for it in the quality of the food. The service was good but our waiter was being pulled in many directions . They could have assigned some help for Gary. We enjoyed fresh baked bread with creamy butter, extremely large tempur shrimp, bacon green beans and a bone-in Ribeye. Meal before tip was around $65-70! If you are looking for a nice dinner and don’t mind the casino noise and smell initially then Cornerstone is your place!

A buddy of mine took us to Cornerstone for some streak and wow I was impressed. I decided to order the prime rib roast and the medium rare I ordered was cooked to perfection. I loved the restaurants ambiance and the service was top notch. There are tons of steak houses in Vegas and I recommend you try Cornerstone. It’s absolutely one of my favourite places to have good steak.

Great brunch spot. Stan's service was top notch - he was very nice. My mother appreciated him, no line, quiet place. It was a great value. We really appreciated they helped her find her lost phone too! They were the best part of our stay.

Google
The staff was friendly upon arrival and seated us immediately. The ambience was nice with a feeling of relaxation. The food was on point and the pricing was as expected. I can not recommend the crabcake as it's filling was slightly dry. The king crab legs were full and juicy. The flavor was amazing. The lobster bisque was the best that I have ever had. The service was friendly and we never had to ask for anything. I would recommend.

We have eaten here every morning for breakfast while staying at the Gold Coast and we will continue to do so for the rest of our stay. The food is excellent and arrives quickly. The real highlight though is the breakfast staff. They are a delight. Friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to requests. They often anticipated a request before I have even asked! My favorite person would be the older gentlemen that would get us our drinks at the start. He has a way of making guests feel comfortable and entertained from the moment he walks into the room. He has a zest for life rarely seen. I would recommend this place because of its staff!

Google
Cornerstone Steakhouse Restaurant - Las Vegas Taste :4.3/5 Environment: 4.4/5 Service:4.6/5 Located inside the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino, this hidden gem offers great food and service I was greeted by a friendly hostess who seated me promptly. The restaurant was busy but not crowded, and the noise level was moderate. The decor was reminiscent of the Prohibition era, with dark wood, leather booths, and vintage photos on the walls. The steak was cooked to my liking, medium rare, and was juicy and flavorful. The au jus was rich and savory, and the horseradish was fresh and spicy. The portion was huge and fair for the price, and I could not finish it all. The service was excellent throughout the meal. My server was attentive but not intrusive.

Yelp
Cornerstone Cafe is located in the Gold Coast casino. There is plenty of parking and seating. We went after bowling. Jennifer was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The decor resembles a nice steakhouse and the booths are very comfortable. There is nice mood lighting and the music is soft. Cornerstone features specials at the moment. For dinner, the special is Spaghetti and Meatballs. We also had a Cornerstone Burger and a Prime Rib Dip. The portions were a good size. We also shared Mozzarella Sticks for an appetizer. Everything was very tasty. We can't wait to come back to try the steaks.

Yelp
The food here gave strong "high school cafeteria" vibes--just without the nostalgia or the chocolate milk to make up for it. From instant mashed potatoes to frozen green beans, the food here was underwhelming and lacked any freshness or flavor. As for the service, my server forgot to bring utensils, so I just stared at my plate like it was modern art. I figured, hey, everyone has off days, so I gave him another chance... only for him to forget my to-go box too in the end. At this point, I think I had better luck getting service from the salt shaker. Clearly, attention to detail wasn't a priority. On the bright side, the coffee and soda were edible.

Yelp
Back here again cause it was so good the first round. Same server different food Had some appetizers but never makes the camera shot. Happy hour is the way to go. The calamari is good and we requested sauce on the side instead of drizzled on top. Don't forget to ask for dinner rolls cause it's so good with that honey cinnamon butter(upon request)

Yelp
Was here for the weekend and we decided to stay in the casino for dinner. The waiter that served us was friend, professional and attentive. I kept it light by having their wedge salad and the portion/serving size was just right. Everything was fresh prepared and the dressing was nicely seasoned and not overpowering. It's a medium to large size place and simply adorned with table cloths on top of the table tops.

Yelp
Great night crew and management! A lot has changed as far as the food. A lot of options as well as people! Shout out to the night time servers(Stephanie Suta),bartenders(Hubert and Stan),hostesses(Aaliyaah and Bianca), server assistant(Mariela) and lastly manager(Sam Martinez). Y'all have an amazing team.

Yelp
The personnel are given no decision make power. I stayed at the Gold Coast for 11 days and eat at the Corner Stone every day. Any request that was outside the norm was looked at like you had the plaque. I wanted a steak to go an ask for real silverware and even offer to leave a deposit of said silverware but the answer was no. We never heard of that before and no manager to ask. Anything different than what menu, like an extra patty on a burger was a challenge for them. Brownies and ice cream was a challenge. I don't know if it was me or the people on this side of the country (special). It was slow every night but service was slow and when they did show up they were that alternative to your needs. I was lazy and just didn't want to leave the hotel. Don't be lazy and don't eat here.

Yelp
The restaurant itself is fantastic, the resort isn't one of the best. The resort itself is a little run down, which is probably why it's off the strip. This isn't your Cosmo or Wynn, everything is a little outdated and dirty. However, the restaurant itself is a gem. This place could definitely hold its own on the strip. We ate here early at 5 p.m. before going to see Penn and Teller and were the only people here at the beginning. Our server was very nice and we never felt rushed or like the meal dragged at all, the cadence was perfect. My husband and I split a New York Strip and a Chopped Caesar Salad. Both were delicious. The strip was on the fattier, saltier side, which is how I liked it. They also bring out complimentary bread, which was fluffy. I also got a dirty martini, which was good. Nothing to write home about, but it hit the spot. Don't be worried about the state of the resort if you come here, the restaurant is well kept and a great spot to grab a steak.

Yelp
Found this place on Yelp and it was a total hidden gem in a casino. The service was awesome and food was amazing! I would highly recommend trying this place out. Total steakhouse vibe and very cozy and or romantic if you want it to be. Definitely recommend the Happy hour

Yelp
The food was amazing. Definitely a hidden gem. The Shanghai calamari very flavorful. The charbroil oyster were cooked just right and had great flavor. The bread was served warm, nice and soft and the cinnamon butter was extra good. The lobster tails are generous and delicious. The halibut was cooked to perfection not dry at all, the sauce was delicious and the braised spinach and mashed potatoes complimented the fish . Super yummy. The service was great. We sat at the tables in the bar area as it was happy hour. We will be back for sure next time we are staying in Vegas.

Yelp
From the outstanding food and service to the classic American steakhouse decor. Cornerstone Cafe & Steakhouse has it all. The cafe has top notch classics in a casual setting. Finally got to try dinner at the Cornerstone and boy it did not disappoint. From the soft salted bread served as a complimentary appetizer to the Guava sorbet for desert. You cannot go wrong. The main event featured Prime Rib special consisting of a 12 oz cut Prime Rib, with choice of one side and one starter. I went with the loaded baked potato and boy was it big. I chose the split pea soup to start off and it was delicious. The highlight of my dinner had to be the King Crab legs I ordered extra. They were gigantic and cooked and presented very well. I will be returning here for dinner on my next visit for sure.

Yelp
Happy hour!!! Hub and I went here for one of our favorite go to happy hours.. 9 dollar prime rib sliders with piping hot fries....what a price!! I ordered a 7 dollar glass of wine, Bonanza by Caymus, and hub ordered a 6 dollar 14 oz Stella. Beautiful area to eat, talk and enjoy good light bites..service is always fabulous here.

Yelp
Our las night in Vegas we decided to go to a Steakhouse. This one was in the hotel we were staying. Came n about 5:30, place was quiet still. Not a big steak eater so I thought I'd order pasta salad and hav bite of husbands steak and share sides. After ordering drinks and meal server brought out wonderful yummy hot bread. The steak was nicely prepared, tender and tasty. The pasta salad was very good, made a meal itself. We order mash potatoes and asparagus.

Yelp
What a surprise. We went to Cornerstone this past week and was very surprised. During the middle of the week it was not busy and found the decor fitting for steakhouse. The service was excellent and Stephanie took great care of us. She explained some of the popular items that were back on the list. I ordered the 22 oz prime rib and loved it. To be honest, the food was all good. It is nestled in Gold Coast Casino so it's old school and liked the vibe. Recommend the steak rare tare! I am definitely going back!

Yelp
This is an awesome hidden place in Vegas. The restaurant is very clean and sophisticated. Great to have a fancy dinner. However, I personally love the bar seating area. The service is top notch. The bartenders working here are amazing. Drinks and handcrafted and all food can be ordered there as well. Great portions and very thing on the menu is outstanding. Happy Hour is really the best. The best drink here is their old fashioned. THE best I have had anywhere. All others get compared to the one here.

K K.

Yelp
Food good. Service terrible. They were busy, but no excuse not to check on customers after delivering food. They also charge extra for 2nd bag of tea.

Yelp
The food here isn't bad, it's just nothing special. Came here with my grandma and wife last night. It turns out a lot of restaurants in this town are closed on Tuesday! We started with some of the calamari. The sauce on the calamari was outstanding & I really liked their bread. Calamari could have been crispier but didn't care because we enjoyed the sauce so much. Onto the entrees. I had the rib-eye and ordered it rare. It came out more medium but had a nice crust & was pretty good. Wife and grandma both ordered prime rib medium rare. My wife's prime rib came out as pictured, but my grandma's prime rib came out really well done. She had to send it back & they brought her a rare slice. It was a decent steak but tbh nothing I couldn't make at home. Grandma & wife said the prime rib was alright. Baked potato was good, creamed corn was good, lobster Mac was a HUGE miss. You win some and lose some. Dessert I forget what we had tbh but it was pretty good. Service was decent our waitress was super nice but it felt like it took ages for us to place our order. Food came out at a decent rate, though. We will likely not return here but happy we gave a "new to us" spot a shot.

Yelp
Was here on a guys weekend and getting a good steakhouse resy can be challenging. Cornerstone was in a convenient location for my group so we decided to give it a try. Was surprised at how good it actually was. Great service, excellent prime rib and sides. The steaks were of high quality and came with a sauce of choice. Cornerstone was solid, Id go again for sure.

Yelp
Went there this past Saturday for my birthday. I had put in the reservation that it was my birthday. When we checked in she asked if it was my birthday and I said yes. The food was excellent but our waitress was very slow. When we left we saw a sign that said 20% off on your birthday but nothing was ever said to us.

Yelp
This place is consistent in quality and service and more than earns it's great rating. Four of us had a memorable meal consisting of succulent Filet and Prime Rib dinners. The sides are flawless, and our service (thanks Jennifer) was great as usual. If you look at the reviews, you will notice the number of locals that eat here and rate it highly. That is an indicator of the quality and relative cost of these great meals. Their extensive wine list (see note) and unique cocktail options add to the experience, if that is your preference. I like a good beer. NOTE: I know some folks will cringe at the thought of a beer instead of wine with a fine dinner. I would like to offer them my sincere indifference.

Yelp
It was probably one of the worst thanksgiving Dinners I have ever had. The restaurant itself is very nice and elegant, but not the food and definitely Not the service from the waitress we got. To be honest, all 3 people in my party did not order their traditional Thanksgiving dinner because we do not like dry turkey. To make things even worse, we got a waitress named was Stephanie Sue...... what a nightmare. She took our order and 20 minutes later she came back to tell us that she forgot to enter our order..... so we waited like another 30 minutes to get our food. She would disappear for 15 to 20 minutes, god knows where she would go, but her customer service was horrendous. She would be camped out at other people's table for like 10 minutes and then move on to another table. Most unprofessional waitress ever. We finally got our food. I got a Steak with the onions and mushrooms. The steak had too much gristle and it was hard to eat, they actually gave me a full onion on top of the steak and it was all burnt. But good ole Stephanie Sue forgot to bring the grilled onion and mushroom with my steak. It took her another 10 minutes to come back with the side of onions and mushrooms. Both my wife and Sister got their food too and did not like it. The best thing out of everything we order was the dinner salads and the bread they gave us. Just to get our bill, it took another 20 minutes. The restaurant was not even full or half full, but our airhead waitress, Stephanie Sue , disappeared again. I asked he bus boy for more water and asked where is the waitress. I mentioned to him how this Stephanie Sue character keeps disappearing and he replied " I know". It seems that all her co-worker have notice her disappearing act. i had been to this restaurant like 8 or 9 years ago and it was really good, but after this experience, I do not think that I will be going back ever again. Not with Stephanie Sue working there.

Yelp
Beautiful atmosphere. A good mix of contemporary and classic feel. I really enjoyed the wedge salad with the caramelized bacon. Prime rib was correctly cooked to my ultra rare standards. Seemed a bit understaffed, but the staff they had was attentive and caring.

Yelp
Great steak!! The waitress was very attentive and really nice. The ambiance is typical steakhouse but less crowded.

Yelp
Had dinner at the cornerstone in the Gold Coast casino ordered a cheeseburger with garlic Parmesan fries and it was the best burger and fries I've ever comes with an aïoli sauce to dip your fries and put it on the burger and it makes it even better if you haven't been there get there soon cornerstone in the Gold Coast. Our waiter Phillip was great. He kept checking on us asking if everything was good. Best waiter I've seen in a long time. The audience is pretty good. It's comfortable. The decorations are cool. It is a nice place to go.

Yelp
It's been several years since I reviewed Cornerstone and I have been here with friends several times since I first reviewed the place. Three of us met Tuesday evening. I ordered the Navy bean soup which was the soup of the day. Soupmor salad comes with the meal. For a starter I ordered the escargot. The main was a 10 ounce filet cooked blue. We got asparagus and sautéed mushrooms as shareable sides. The soup was delicious. The escargots were very good with the garlic butter. The puff pastry on top is not needed. All it does is cover the lovely escargots below and doesn't really add to the dish unless you get the snail and push it into the pastry. The filet was done perfectly and there was a half clove of baked garlic. Perfect for adding flavor. The asparagus and mushrooms were enjoyable and there was enough that we had leftover mushrooms. Of course, my two dining mates ordered the 22 ounce bone in ribeye. The limoncello cake was a super desert. It comes with a shot of Limoncello. I gave this to my friend as I don't drink. Service was exemplary. We have had this server before and he is top notch!! Another person kept our water and my iced tea filled all during our meal there. We had a great meal and a good evening getting together and sharing stories even though we were missing one dear friend.

Yelp
I only visit this casino if out of town friends are staying here. We had reservations for this steakhouse restaurants with a party of 6 total. We were seated right away. Relaxing environment, friendly servers. Food was amazing, wine selection was great. Steak cooked exactly how we ordered them. No complaints here! Nice hidden gem in the Gold Coast.

Yelp
We came here for my wife's birthday. Our server Jennifer was great. Very personable. We saw that they had stone crab claws on the menu and decided to try them. They were pretty pricey at $55 for 3. We weren't that impressed but that's the way it goes. I ordered the New York strip and it was delicious. The wife have the salmon and loved it. This restaurant is always consistent with food and service. That's why we go back
google avatar

Lisa W.

Yelp
Definitely a hidden gem. Best prime rib I've had in Vegas, great service (thank you, Jennifer, our waitress), and great attention to detail. She even offered me au jus and creamy horseradish to go with my doggie bag. Plus, you can't beat their prime rib special that starts at 8 pm. All in, 5 stars. Will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Thought 'what could go wrong, it's a steakhouse' Price does not always convey excellence. Ordered a Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio to start and it was immediately obvious that most people don't as the wine had the taste of a bottle that had been waiting desperately to be served. Ordered the filet mignon with crab Oscar. Had my wine arrived prior to my ordering, I may have just gone with the prime rib special. There was nothing exceptional about my meal. The crab Oscar was flavorless and served with asparagus a lumber jack must have hewn. Between the three of us we ordered two sides. A spoon was needed for the soupy yet tasty garlic mashed potatoes, but we did not have spoons. For a 300+meal I was beyond nonplussed The service was fair, but we were one of two tables eating early before a show. I would not eat here again even if I was staying at this hotel and feeling lazy
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent . Was my experience so good because it was pouring rain outside (rare for vegas) and nearly no one was in the restaurant? Don't know . That may account t for the excellent service I received , but the food stands out as 5 star. The loaded baked potato almost was the star of the meal..it was that good. House cut prime rib was thick and juicy. Dinner salad was good. Next time I will ask for dressing on the side as it was generously served over the salad . Fresh complimentary bread rolls with butter kept me satisfied until the main course arrived . Inside is classy in perhaps a dated decor and bathrooms for cornerstone customers only were clean and spacious . Wait staff incredibly attentive and informed . My waitress was equipped to answer all the questions I had . I will be back for the specials

Yelp
what a Diamond in the rough. we were staying at the GC for our annual March Madness and lucked out with having Cornerstone on property. the restaurant is very modern steakhouse, but, still aesthetically pleasing. the best part about it is they offer a Happy Hour! and not just any Happy Hour, they have a Prime Rib Happy Hour!!! $42 for the 16oz, mash or baked potato and salad or soup. THAT is a bargain. outside of Happy Hour, the meat itself is already $42. the rest of the Happy Hour offerings are just as amazingly priced. $10 cocktails including an Old Fashioned and a Martini. $7 glasses of wine. $5 beers. and well priced food specials. try the Kobe meatballs for less than $10!!!! our bartender was an amazing dude. i think his name was Hubert. on top of the drinks, food and gave us the heads up on the Happy Hour specials. even if we don't come back to GC next year, we'll be back at Cornerstone Fo' SHO!
google avatar

Abriana B.

Yelp
This place is was amazing! We started our experience in the bar area as we got there early for our reservation. The bar area has a great happy hour from 4pm-6pm and I was sold with the $7 glasses of wine. When our reservation was ready, the hostess came and grabbed us. The complimentary bread was delicious. I decided to get the french onion soup which was amazing!!!!! For dinner I had the 16oz New York and a loaded baked potato. First off, it was one of the thickest steaks I have seen. It was cooked perfectly and had amazing flavor. I live baked potatoes so I had to get that as a side and it did not disappoint. I finished my meal with an espresso martini. It is safe to say I was stuffed afterwards, but I definitely enjoyed my experience here.

Yelp
A few years ago, the Cornerstone used to be called the "Cortez Room" I reference this because when you get up there in age, (in my case 45++++++++) remembering things like this makes me feel like my mind is still sharp ... (sharp as a marble) :) :) ;) What?? Wait, marbles aren't ... whatever!! Why the Cornerstone?? For me, it's located "off the strip" in the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. Strip equals 2 things: 1. Crowds = no es bueno para mí (I'm claustrophobic) Yes, so many more options on the strip "IF" you don't mind crowds. 2. Good food = one Bitcoin ... (Strip price for meals) currently worth over $47k per coin, (08/13/2021) Yes, I'm kidding but you get the jest of what I'm trying to convey here. What did we order? Appetizer: Shrimp cocktail (I wanted the Crab cakes) 4 plump shrimp over crushed ice. (see pic) Nothing special but it's what my boss wanted. Shrimp Scampi w/fresh made fettuccine in a lemon butter sauce. (see pic) Yes, my boss was craving shrimp. Entrée also includes soup or house salad. Very good, I highly recommend this dish. 4 large butterflied shrimp that was cooked to perfection. Shrimp was sweet, yet savory and firm, which is a good thing. Fresh Fettuccine cooked perfectly to absorb the lemon butter sauce, Wow!! Garlic bread ... Oh, mama Mia!! Prime Rib special that includes a choice of baked or mashed potato, soup or house salad and a glass of house wine. (see pic) All for $32!! Try getting a deal like this on "the Strip" I chose the Manhattan clam chowder and the house Cabernet ... meh, both were the weak links, but for $32 ... still an awesome choice. I love a good prime rib and this is a very good cut of prime rib. Tender- juicy - beefy flavor from being slow roasted-- the way it should be. Take it to the next level by dipping the meat in Au jus or spreading a little creamy horseradish and I guarantee, you'll be on the Be back bus for sure. :) :) ;) How was the service?? The service was very friendly and professional. I appreciate a good conversation from the staff. Nothing excessive but, enough to show their personalities -- not robotic. Food was also brought out in a timely manner. I do recommend the Cornerstone.

Mary G.

Yelp
My husband and I have frequented Cornerstone for several years. Throughout the years, we enjoyed the menu, service, and ambiance. We always looked forward to the crudate of veggies and olives along with a variety of bread and lavash selections. It was a delightful start to our special evening dinner. We often order the Tomahawk steak, which is always cooked at the perfect temp we request. Unfortunately, over time, the bread selection was changed to one bland type. Ok, we reluctantly accepted bread change. However; Tomahawk Ribeyewe were disappointed that the crudate' has been removed from the starter plate. Just bread and butter now. Why?? Very disappointed. 4 stars

Yelp
An oasis in a sea of smelly tacky that is the Gold Coast. My son comes here often...even having Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner this year, which he said was excellent and a real value. We arrived for happy hour with our $20 coupons that they gave to us for checking in. Drinks were very good...kudos to the friendly bartender. I had a wedge salad and onion soup, which were both on the happy hour menu in My son had the prime rib special, and that was a huge hunk of meat with a loaded baked potato. I can't imagine anyone could polish that off in one sitting. Sadly no room for dessert...again. I should have dessert first. But this was really nice considering where it's located, and easy on the wallet. So worth hitting up in your in the area.

Yelp
Tucked away in the corner of The Gold Coast, Cornerstone is a beautiful, underrated steakhouse. The prime rib has a delicious crust and the baked potatoes were cooked to perfection. I will will add more to this review once I've tried more menu items, but what I did have was outstanding quality and the servers were very friendly and attentive. We'll be back for sure!

Yelp
I've tried this spot due to my girls taking me out for dinner. We were seated right away even when we were a bit late for our reservations. The interior decor was very chic and classy. Some things I've ordered: *Caesar salad (5/5) - I love me some great quality Caesar salad *New England clam chowder (5/5) - This was actually the soup of the day. My friends ordered the French onion soup but I was IN LOVE with this chowder. It was so thick, creamy and so goooood! Highly recommend. *Salmon (5/5)- It was really good. Loved the sauce that was paired with it with *Filet Mignon (3/5) - Good sear, flavor was ok. Our server was outstanding! I forgot to get her name but this is such a gem hiding at Gold Coast. I wouldn't mind going here again.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience at The Cornerstone Steak House at the Gold Coast Casino. The atmosphere was very "old Hollywood Glam". Gary was our server and did a great job making sure we had all we needed. I have to agree with most of the reviews I have seen here, this is a hidden gem off the Vegas Strip. Our Steaks were cooked perfectly! The food was high quality and the prices were fair. All the staff were professional and did a great job. Thank you for making our last night in your city a pleasant one!

Yelp
(FOOD) Calamari - It was nice and crispy but it got soggy from being drenched in a sauce that reminded me of orange chicken. They even added EXTRA sauce for dipping as if there wasn't already enough. Traditionally, calamari should be served by itself with dipping on the side. 22oz bone in rib eye - Came out medium, nice and juicy. It was MASSIVE and I only finished half. For the price range of 40 dollars it was excellent. (SERVICE) Perhaps I went on a busy day but it was a bit slow to get my order and receive my check. (VENUE) It's fancy but not too fancy. The restaurant is nice enough for someone to make a proposal while I was there if that gives a better idea.

Yelp
Service from stephani, elisa, greg, jeff, and Marisa was tremendous. French onion soup and crabcakes were solid starters. Had the NY filet and it was tremendous. Perfectly cooked. The sliders with garlic fries were also tasty. Overall, a tremendous experience

Yelp
Had an early dinner with the family for my daughter's birthday! We were a party of 14. I called in reservations 2 days from the date and thankfully they were able to accommodate. Most of us got the Early Bird Dinner Special! It comes with 12 Oz prime rib, side of mash potatoes or baked potato and a glass of wine. All that for $32 but is available from 4-6pm. The food and service was very good! I would definitely go back, especially for that special! So yummy!

Yelp
I feel like Cornerstone is one of those low-key hidden gems in Vegas that people don't really stumble upon. Although it doesn't have the hype that Wolfgang Puck's CUT or Gordon Ramsay Steak has, I actually enjoyed the food in cornerstone much more and it was only a fraction of the price. Overall, food was delicious and the service was excellent. Price point was amazing, as I totally believe they could've charged more- 22 oz ribeye ($42) - was cooked medium rare to perfection. They definitely used a nice marbled prime cut, as it was super juicy and tender. A tiny bit too salty for my preference, but still super enjoyable. I topped it off with some mushroom, which paired perfectly well. - Sea bass ($36) was a VERY generous portion and it was super delicate and perfectly moist. -Their soup of the day that came with each main was their home made chicken noodle soup. I highly recommend diners to get this soup if it's on the menu. The broth was incredible and rich. Chicken was great - I really appreciated that they used chicken thighs instead of breast. - I was not a big fan of their asparagus, since i enjoy my asparagus roasted and cooked longer, but if you prefer lightly cooked/crunchy asparagus, go for it. If you're craving steak during your stay in Vegas, skip the hype/fancy steak houses on the strip and give this place a visit. You'll save money and have a better meal. Thank me later.

Yelp
CornerStone on this night satisfied the HUNGER. A premium price but hey when you have the menu they present and the awesome staff.... get after it. The choices are endless. The tastes are decadent. From the bread that arrived to the table to the sharable sides of Brussels, shrooms the pork porterhouse I had was phenomenal. I walked out of here about 10 lbs heavier and I am ok with that. Our server Stephanie ROCKED! She took plates and refilled drinks as needed including the Miller lite and wine. This place has it for you - Wow pretty delicious. I will return when I am in Vegas again. Thank you for satisfying my hunger! Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City
