Cornology Extraordinary Popcorn

This store is a perfect example of a bad tipping culture. We came in here to buy a medium double cheddar popcorn. We went to pay they the credit card terminal wanted a tip for the employee to put popcorn into a bag. Bascially tipping the employee for doing her job.

Cornology Extraordinary Popcorn in Gilroy is a must popcorn place to visit! Definitely worth the trip to try their delicious popcorn! I am a true popcorn lover and this place satisfies my popcorn cravings! Lots of parking and very easy to locate. The friendly staff greet you with their genuine smile. And you will fall in love with their Truffle and Garlic flavored popcorn! To satisfy your sweet tooth, their Ube Caramel flavored popcorn is heaven. It is indeed ubelicious!

Grand Opening 10/8/2022. They moved from Emeryville to Gilroy, so glad they moved to the South Bay! Gourmet popcorn at its absolute best. Freshly made and package on site. Our favorites are the Movie Pop, Double Cheddar, Caramel, Parmesan Truffle and Chocolate Drizzle. Whenever we were in Emeryville we visited Cornology often and met the owners, Rhany and his wife,Teigh. Its really obvious they're very passionate about their popcorn and grateful they can pass along their love for it to their customers.

Great popcorn at a reasonable price. We ordered 2 flavours and they come in resealable bags. Portion sizes are good.

The popcorn here is amazing! many different options to choose from. The place is also very clean. Aliana was the one helping me and she was welcoming, kind and enthusiastic! definitely recommend this place and their popcorn!🍿

This store has very good popcorn but is never open. Every time I’m in this city and stop here, closed sign. Don’t know how they make their money being closed. It’s ashame

Accidentally stumbled upon this place during their soft opening and decided to try it out. The staff there was super friendly and welcoming. We were instantly hooked by the variety flavors and have been there about 4 times now. Each time we have been there, we were helped by a regular employee, Daniel, and he is always super patient and kind! He also remembers us every single time we go! We’re locals so it’s only a few minutes away and super convenient when we’re craving a sweet treat. 5/5! We personally recommend the Chicago Mix! It’s salty and sweet. Give it a shot!
