Cornology Extraordinary Popcorn

This store is a perfect example of a bad tipping culture. We came in here to buy a medium double cheddar popcorn. We went to pay they the credit card terminal wanted a tip for the employee to put popcorn into a bag. Bascially tipping the employee for doing her job.

Cornology Extraordinary Popcorn in Gilroy is a must popcorn place to visit! Definitely worth the trip to try their delicious popcorn! I am a true popcorn lover and this place satisfies my popcorn cravings! Lots of parking and very easy to locate. The friendly staff greet you with their genuine smile. And you will fall in love with their Truffle and Garlic flavored popcorn! To satisfy your sweet tooth, their Ube Caramel flavored popcorn is heaven. It is indeed ubelicious!

Grand Opening 10/8/2022. They moved from Emeryville to Gilroy, so glad they moved to the South Bay! Gourmet popcorn at its absolute best. Freshly made and package on site. Our favorites are the Movie Pop, Double Cheddar, Caramel, Parmesan Truffle and Chocolate Drizzle. Whenever we were in Emeryville we visited Cornology often and met the owners, Rhany and his wife,Teigh. Its really obvious they're very passionate about their popcorn and grateful they can pass along their love for it to their customers.

Great popcorn at a reasonable price. We ordered 2 flavours and they come in resealable bags. Portion sizes are good.

The popcorn here is amazing! many different options to choose from. The place is also very clean. Aliana was the one helping me and she was welcoming, kind and enthusiastic! definitely recommend this place and their popcorn!🍿

This store has very good popcorn but is never open. Every time I’m in this city and stop here, closed sign. Don’t know how they make their money being closed. It’s ashame

Accidentally stumbled upon this place during their soft opening and decided to try it out. The staff there was super friendly and welcoming. We were instantly hooked by the variety flavors and have been there about 4 times now. Each time we have been there, we were helped by a regular employee, Daniel, and he is always super patient and kind! He also remembers us every single time we go! We’re locals so it’s only a few minutes away and super convenient when we’re craving a sweet treat. 5/5! We personally recommend the Chicago Mix! It’s salty and sweet. Give it a shot!

A place to get some "gourmet" popcorn. We got to sample all the flavors eventually. The guy that helped us was kind of acting weird. He kept asking me questions about my ethnic background where I am from and what I do for work. He ignored my daughter and then said to her out of nowhere, you cannot have any samples. Then a few seconds later laughed and said just kidding, you can try only one flavor. Then laughed again. He then proceeded to just leave samples out on a napkin and told us to try them all. We did buy a bag. After eating it to a little below the middle of the bag, the pieces of popcorn were small parts of the popcorn. They weren't whole pieces anymore. It was also really stuffy and extremely hot in the store. I'll definitely not come back and just stick with Garrett's Popcorn.

Free samples gets you wanting more! Gilroy garlic is very tasty and our favorite today. The bosenberry one is good too. Would be great gifts for co-workers or favors. Friendly staff.

This is a place you would assume would only be at a mall kiosk. But thankfully they put one at the outlets. The staff here is always extremely pleasant. The popcorn is also really good! I love the Chicago flavor and my husband really enjoys the jalapeño cheddar. The prices are fair and this parking is easy unless it's Black Friday. We can't seem to be in the area and not stop by. Try it out if you're in the area.

Best popcorn I've ever had! The customer service was A1! The store was extremely clean and the prices were just right! Mackenzie was awesome! She made sure we got exactly what we wanted! Definitely a 10/10!

Cornology's popcorn is very good! There are different flavors to choose from and a nice environment. I especially like the caramel popcorn . It's nice and sweet. Another thing i like about cornology are the workers. The workers are very nice and welcoming . ali was the one that served me and she was so awesome, great customer service! I could tell she is very passionate about her work. Overall, Cornology was a great experience and i recommend it lots.

Our new favorite spot at the gilroy outlets! My husband and I loooove popcorn & we're happy we found Cornology. Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who let us sample different flavors. We tried the truffle Parmesan, Movie Pop, C squared, kettle corn and gilroy garlic. They were all delicious!!! We ended up getting a medium movie pop (my fave) and a medium gilroy garlic (my husband's fave). We just had to get garlic since we're in Gilroy. They also gave us a mini cone size of the C square since we liked it so much too, which was really nice of them! Overall the service was excellent and popcorn is delicious -- anyone visiting the area or shopping need to stop by Cornology and grab a bag or two.

Actually, I am not a big fan of popcorn. I saw this coming up shop when I shopped at Lululemon about a month ago and thought I should check it out when it's ready. I shopped in the outlet yesterday and I saw it was already opened so I checked in to see if I would find something not as boring as the classic salty popcorn. Daniel was the staff I met there and he first let me tried some samples before making up my mind. I ended by getting the truffle parmesan and sweet corn filled up in the small size but actually quite a big bag. I finished half of these two packs for just in 15 minutes! I am sure I will go back again, and hey this will be a great holiday gift for your friends and family!

Went in today with my husband and we were helped out by Ali who was wonderful! She was very friendly and attentive to every customer walking in! And the popcorn is amazing! Fresh and soo yummy! Highly recommend this place to any popcorn lovers! And if you are not a popcorn lover, im sure this place will make you change your mind as they have flavors for every taste bud out there! Make sure to stop by and grab some popcorn when in the outlets! They will not disappoint!

Great popcorn, great customer service! We bought the caramel corn and the dark chocolate drizzle, both are absolutely fantastic. They definitely don't skimp on the dark chocolate! There's chocolate on every kernel!

Cashier was friendly. We were able to sample some of the flavors but ultimately decided on boysenberry (small for us and medium for work).Mini $5, small $10, med $17, didn't catch price for large but they also have tins." which are perfect for Christmas! Nice treat to eat. Come see for yourself!

I came to the outlets today after my friend told me about this new popcorn store. Once I walked in, I was instantly greeted with a welcome and a smile. The employee that assisted me was Ali, very sweet and happy to help. All the popcorn was really good, I loved the truffle parmesan and the movie pop. See you guys again soon thank you for a great experience and AMAZING popcorn!!

So So So So gas. I love this place. I'm not the type to eat popcorn often but after trying this place I can't stop eating it.
