Great tasting coffee, espresso was balance, dark chocolaty more Robusta less Arabica in my opinion. Very laidback atmosphere. Orange scone was amazing too!

10/16/2024* Got the Porco Dio which was espresso poured over a cold brew rock and topped with vanilla foam. The caramel latte was equally impressive. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service too. 8/14/2023 I enjoyed a latte paired with a chocolate croissant, both of which were absolutely delicious. The combination was a treat for the taste buds. While I had hoped to try their Black Sesame Latte based on a friend's recommendation, it unfortunately wasn't available during my visit. Despite that, the overall experience was great, and I appreciate the quality of their offerings. I'll certainly consider returning to explore more in the future.

Delicious coffee and pastries. Menu has specials that rotate seasonally - all the ones I’ve tried have been great (most recently, the rosemary latte. Lovely subtle but present flavor). Only thing I wouldn’t necessarily recommend is the brewed tea, which was pretty over-steeped when I tried it (pretty common for coffee places IME though). Haven’t tried any of their tea + milk drinks so I can’t speak to those. Great vibe and coffee overall - highly recommended. You can see their giant stainless steel equipment (Roasters? Processors? Not sure) through a window which is pretty cool as well. Check out the pickle shop across the street while you’re there!

Delicious! Always wanted to come to this spot for awhile now and finally got to come experience this whole coffee shop vibe was a bucket list fulfilled. Vibe is very calm. Love the employees, they were super friendly. The latte was spot on. Loved every sip of it. Very sesame which fits my taste and expectations from this latte. I also gave myself the opportunity to try one of their pastry, ham & cheese croissant. It was very toasty after a quick warmup. Very flacky in each bite. Expected from a croissant. Will need to come back to try their other drink selections 👌👌👌

Google
CoRo is a very unique place. A very nice Cafe with very knowledgeable staff and a coop coffee roasting facility in the back, where you can watch the roasting and processing of the magic beans happen, right before your eyes. The feature some of the unique coffees that are roasted there and offer local baked goods, as well.

I was disappointed by my first visit and won't be in town for a long while, so that's all I can judge it on for now. I love that they have like 20 different small coffee beans to choose from. That's the biggest draw here. I ordered a caramel ice latte with their in house beans. I noticed at the end, when it was time to pour milk in it, the drink was already full. They put too much ice in it. The guy pours a literal drop of milk in, as I'm watching him, then gives it to me like he did nothing wrong. He could've pulled out a few ice cubes to make room, but nope. Voluntarily ruined the drink. I tried to be optimistic and I was tired, so I just accepted it and figured the caramel could do the heavy lifting. Well, the coffee tasted burnt because of both the beans being roasted AND the sugar being cooked to make the caramel. It was pretty nasty. I took a walk around the lake nearby, drinking half of it, then added milk when I got back home. It was so much better when I did that. The milk (and melted ice), diluted the burnt flavor and made it palatable again. Next time, it would be better if your staff would remove ice if there's no room for milk. Serving a latte without milk is basically not serving a latte at all. Milk is THE component of a latte, after all. So, 3 stars for the potential for it to be good and -2 stars for having to drink a terrible coffee until I could fix it.

Google
The barista we interacted with was helpful and provided great recommendations. Lots of coffee bags available for retail along with rotating brewed coffee options. I stopped in for a bag of Hydrangea Coffee and was surprised at the fresh offerings, and I left with what I wanted along with a great drip coffee from Whiptail.

This is among the best cappuccinos I've ever had. Darkly reddish brown, balanced taste and served hot. This is what a cappuccino should be. In addition I appreciate the ethos of CoRo as well as the ambiance of the space -- I came here to study and enjoyed my view of the roasting room through the big glass wall. They have a good amount of seating, but getting there earlier is better, as you'll also have less trouble finding free street parking outside. I also tried a slice of the vegan pumpkin loaf and loved it -- much fresher and spicier than the Starbuck's equivalent. I can't wait to go back!

Serina A.

Yelp
This is a GREAT study cafe. I tried their HOUSE CHAI that was very enjoyable, spicy. I love the friendly atmosphere. I'd love to come back and grab a latte from them. The lattes people were walking out with in the street as I was entering the cafe smelled AMAZING! What a great local business. Thanks for existing!

Rachel L.

Yelp
stopped by since i was in the area for lunch -- my favorite part about this place is the interior and amazing whole bean offerings! the cold brew was pretty standard -- nothing terribly amazing. i think if i stop by again, i would opt for a seasonal offering. service seemed a bit slow but im not sure if that was because they were backed up on orders or just chilling -- either way, not a major issue since i wasn't in a rush but it did take a hot minute before a barista came over to the register to help me.

Felix W.

Yelp
I got the single origin espresso and the house blend espresso. Single origin was light, acidic, smooth. Good crema 8/10 Blend felt more like a darker roast, less acidic, slightly Bitter but still smooth. Little crema 6/10

Yelp
4.5/5 - Sunday, December 15th, 2024 Overview: Cool café, large seating area, busy! ---- First off, I love love LOVE that the pastries have prices written next to the item!! This is the one thing that I look for at every café and this is one of the only places that post them. Parking was easy, we found a spot right near the front of the café. We arrived a little before 11am on a Sunday and it was quite busy. While the inside seating area is sizable, all of the seats were already taken by people working or studying, so if you want a seat inside away from the elements, I recommend getting there earlier. The outside seating area had multiple tables, mostly 2-seaters but some with 4 seats, and metal chairs. The metal chairs make your butt a bit cold especially it being wintertime and outside. Service was quick and easy, the staff prefer using They/Them pronouns. The food and drinks arrived 6 minutes after ordering! They also have free water near the front of their entrance inside. They have a regular drink menu as well as seasonal specials! And they offer both sweet and savory pastries. There's also a coffee roastery in the back where you can roast your own beans, you can fill out a form on their website to inquire about it. ---- Pastries & Drinks Spiced Blueberry Danish ($6) and Chocolate Croissant ($6): - They warm up the pastries, but both of the items could have been a little warmer - The filling of the blueberry danish was a little cold in the middle - Flavors were good and you can taste the warm holiday spices - Both pastries were flaky Peppermint Mocha $7: - Available hot or iced, we tried both - Hot tasted a lot better 9/10, my friend got his iced and ranked it a 7/10 - The peppermint flavor was more pronounced in the hot version - Iced version was like a good, cold chocolate milk - Since we were sitting outside in the cold, the hot one was a lot more comforting Espresso Single-Origin $4.50: - My boyfriend ranked it an 8/10 - He said it was a solid espresso, liked that it comes with sparkling water - Wished that they had the flavor notes to read with the drink, describing where the coffee was from and the tastes it should have Drip Coffee $4: - My friend that introduced us to here wanted a pour over coffee, but at this time it was not available anymore, so he opted for a drip coffee - He ranked it a 7/10 - Said it was an average, standard coffee, nothing special or standout about it ---- Overall: Neat coffee shop, I LOVE that their pastries have written prices, food and drinks were solid, and cute seasonal rotation of drinks on the menu

Yelp
Stopped in as a group of three on a lazy Saturday morning after Christmas, but for whatever reason, a TON of people all had the same idea and the place was super crowded. The baristas handled the crowd and made the drinks about as fast as is possible while keeping the quality high. I had a cappuccino (my coffee shop benchmark), my girlfriend had a Chai, and my brother had the espresso soda. Across the gamut, we each agreed our drink was about as good as it gets. The seating area has a viewing window into the co-roasting area. I'll have to come back some day when they're actively roasting, as it looks to be quite the show.

Edison H.

Yelp
Finally made our way over here. Street parking was busy, but they do have a parking lot next door. They have a nice selection of coffee beans. The roast dates were all really fresh too (not good if youre impatient and just wanna try it right away). I heard some of their drinks sell out fast so y'all will have to get here early. We got the rosemary latte and the iced vanilla latte. The overall environment is very welcoming. Everyone tends to stay and study/work so good luck if you want indoor seating.

Yelp
CoRo Coffee Room has been on my hit list for over a year. To be frank, I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to try this neighborhood coffee shop. But thanks to my best friend, I was able to! We came to CoRo on a chilly Monday morning. Caffeine was on my mind as a mid-morning pick-me-up. Upon entrance, I could tell this was a popular spot. Most of the tables were taken by busy working (WiFi available) or chitchatting customers. The shop is on the smaller end with several tables, counter seating, and a couple of outside tables. The inside is pretty neat, with a view of their roastery. It's also bright, clean, and minimalistic. We found service exemplary, and I appreciated the recommendations and the extra steps they took to perfect my drink. Aside from traditional coffee and tea beverages, they also offer a seasonal menu. Off the seasonal menu, I got a Small Iced Caramel Latte with Oat Milk. I requested that my drink be a single shot since I wouldn't say I like coffee, but typically, they're all double shots. Even with a single shot, I found it extremely strong. The caramel was burnt caramel, so it was nicely caramelized. I don't often drink coffee, so I tasted more of that than the caramel. My best friend got Isaac's Horchaccini which was pleasant. This is a good spot for intense coffee lovers! CoRo Coffee Room is busy for a variety of reasons--seasonal and traditional drinks, seating and Wi-Fi, dog-friendly, and just a nice vibe. Since it's located on Fifth Street, parking is street only.

Yelp
Stopped by this coffee shop as I was in the area getting my lashes done. It's a cute little coffee shop in a quiet neighborhood in Berkeley. Upon entering in, I saw a lot of people studying or working in a spacious room while enjoying their drinks and pastries. The shop is decorated aesthetically with modern decor and pics. I was in the mood for a matcha and I didn't realize that the size they offer drinks was just a 12oz cup for $6.50 but they gave me quite a lot of ice so it didn't seem like I had a lot of the actual drink. The matcha overall was okay, I wish it was more matcha bc to me, it was a lot of milk. Not too sure if I would get another matcha again but I would like to try the other drinks they have on the menu.

Priyanka S.

Yelp
One of the cheapest cappuccinos in the area, without compromising on the quality. Always hard to get a seat though

Jason V.

Yelp
Everything I want in a coffee shop. Great menu, excellent espresso, nice options, a variety of other shops' beans. "For here" drinks come in proper glassware. You may wait for your order, but they'll deliver to your table and it'll be worth the bother. Busy, full, lots of students. Good vibe and nice, upscale room. Glad I live nearby.

Sophia C.

Yelp
CoRo is easily one of my favorite coffee shops in Berkeley! Plenty of room indoors and outdoors to work or chat with a friend. The staff were extremely friendly and answered all of my curious questions. The hot vanilla latte is one of my go-to's and it's perfectly made here. The perfect balance of sweet and fruity notes!

Beatrice B.

Yelp
Consistently delicious. Perfect cappuccino, great customer service and overall vibe. Limited seating with tables and communal options.

Sky L.

Yelp
While taking photos at Coro Coffee Room today, a barista told me that: "You can't take photos here, you have to ask us!" Her attitude was rude. There is no sign say you can't take photos inside and I went to many coffee shops never see this policy! If you don't want people take photos inside, you should have sign there, they should train their employee have better customer service.

Sukrit C.

Yelp
This is really a great place, reminded me a bit of my visits to Paris. Croissants also reminded me the same. We went there on a rainy morning and it was still mostly full, lovely atmosphere and I am really impressed with the selection of coffee beans they had. It's really difficult to find coffee beans from Karnataka here

Kira H.

Yelp
The rosemary latte was tasty but pricey. They sell lots of interesting local coffees, and there's plenty of seating. However, they charge an extra $1.50 for half-caffeine, which was not disclosed anywhere on the menu. I have never been charged extra for ordering half-caff at any other coffee shop. The total for my 12 oz latte was $7.75. Overall, tasty but pricey, and avoid ordering half-caff if you don't want to be surprised by an extra charge.

Gary H.

Yelp
Our first time here. Cozy with selected tasty bakeries. Nice place near downtown. Their service was fast and friendly. Attentive to cleanliness.

Kelly F.

Yelp
This cafe is such a nice spot to study. It could get crowded quick but I never struggled to find a spot. Their drinks are really good and their specials are very creative. They also have a selection of baked goods as well.

Maddie W.

Yelp
Cute space, ample seating, and a simple straightforward menu! One thing to note: the employees prefer they/them pronouns Caramel latte: 5/5 Not too sweet and the caramel tastes a lil smokey or like salted caramel! Great syrup. Espresso tonic: 4/5 Refreshing and you can taste the floral notes. Chocolate croissant: 2/5 A little dry so probably wouldn't order again next time

Kristine W.

Yelp
This is a unique spot where folks can roast their own beans in the back and coffee fiends can get their bean fix from a number of independent roasters--whether it be ordering your drink of choice at the cafe or buying coffee to brew at home. I have done both--hung out in the cafe with a cup (topped with their own vanilla infused whipped cream), as well as stopped by to get beans to go. Excellent experience all around, with a laid back community feel in the cafe (feels similar to Ain't Normal in Oakland). They've packed in as much seating inside as possible, but since it's a relatively small space, don't expect to find a seat when coming here. However, people are generous with allowing you to share their table and there are a few seats/tables outdoors. If you don't like spending time sitting next to people in close quarters, though, this would not be the hangout place for you. Definitely stop by you are coffee curious and want to discover some under the radar roasters.

Shimi R.

Yelp
Delicious coffee, friendly and prompt service in an industrial part of West Berkeley (near Vik's chaat house). It's a clean, bright, small space but there is turnover so even though it looked full when I arrived, by the time I ordered, seats had opened up.

Alice H.

Yelp
Got the Porco Dio which was espresso poured over a cold brew rock and topped with vanilla foam. The caramel latte was equally impressive. Cozy atmosphere and friendly service too.

Nora J.

Yelp
One of my go to coffee spots when visiting home! Cute interior and outdoor ambiance and good variety of drinks at a reasonable price. The coffee is strong and I love that you can see the roasting area through a viewing window.

Christina S.

Yelp
Amazing little find. I was down the street for an appt and walked a few blocks while waiting found this place packed wall to wall! No wonder Appropriately priced Greta coffee Cute vibe Indoor and outdoor seating. Beautiful presentation. I'd be back :) yum

Thu N.

Yelp
tldr; cute, spacious cafe with holiday drink options, pastries, great service, indoor/outdoor seating, wifi, and outlets -- what more could you ask for? Got the cafe con miel, which was sweet, warm, creamy, and SO full of caffeine. I was so awake after this one drink. Get this if you love sweet things and REALLY love being awake. Staff is so nice! Loved seeing them banter with customers.

Helen N.

Yelp
Definitely understaffed. Had 2 baristas/cashiers. Line was super long, waited close to 20 min before I could even order. Appreciate they have a seasonal menu though and the space is cute. They also got my order wrong, but were able to correct it quickly. The coffee was good but given the wait, I wouldn't go back again.

Angela A.

Yelp
CoRo's mission to help serve other existing coffee businesses is admirable. It's cool to see their production space through the window when you walk inside. Now onto the drinks...I dislike a lot how the seasonal menu is on the table as well as the current offerings menu. At some point you have to look at the big board menu and two other menus on the table. This screams inefficiency for customers. What happens when there's a longer line? Customers are looking up at the big board menu and then they come to the register and are faced with another menu. I got the Issac's horchaccini which was good, but I'm not sure if I would pay $7 for it as the cup is small and that price is steep. Many of the drinks are offered iced only or hot/ice and they don't do a great job visually making it apparent for the customers. If it's iced only...make that font bolded. With already three menus, it's easy to miss if a drink is iced. That was my case. I think CoRo has lots of improvements to make. Their staff seems like they are still learning/first-time baristas and I see many reviews stating inefficiency all around. Would I come back? Maybe. My biggest problem is their menu style which needs major work IMO.

Florie M.

Yelp
As a sleepy girl, this coffee woke my a$$ right up!! My latte was nice and smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness. The service was great, kind and smiling baristas, even with a long wait, they were all very gracious. Chill ambiance, not stuffy or over pretentious! Nice CoRo Coffee!!

Ryan G.

Yelp
CoRo Coffee Room is fantastic! The staff is friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the breads are amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. A great place to relax or hang out!

Becca T.

Yelp
Everyone is always so sweet. I come here quite often. (Pricey:..::...absolutely), but is on my rotation for when I want to give myself a treat and need somewhere to sketch, work on my laptop or kill time. Usually get the same pastry, but I switch up on the drinks. I do have a favorite team member that makes amazing coffeee and the other my favorite personality. Overall staff is pretty well rounded. Space is nice and packed at random times.

Ashley K.

Yelp
i love espresso and have a lever machine at home, so when i heard that there was a roaster in the east bay where multiple local spots roast and sell their coffees, i was so ready to nerd out. what a unique and cool spot this is! the service was quick and friendly (and queer, which i love), and the coffee was incredible. we grabbed a macchiato (my standard) and an oatmilk iced latte. both were great, and the outside area was hopping with dogs, strollers and folks enjoying their coffees as the marine layer drifted just overhead. i also grabbed a bag of beans from rhetoric and have enjoyed it, too

Michelle V.

Yelp
Looking for coffee and have a ton of time on your hands? The space is neat, there was a nice assortment of beans, and the menu is straightforward. Despite a handful of people working on their laptops, it was extremely quiet. Parking is street parking; we didn't know so we accidentally parked at an office next door. We thought it'd be a quick stop so we could go on with our day, but the service went at a snail's pace. I'd like to believe it was just the barista who took our order and made drinks that day. A second barista jumped in after we waited a while and he was much faster. I ordered a vanilla latte and my partner got an espresso tonic. We waited up to 30 minutes for our drinks, and there was literally no one else ordering nor waiting in line. We watched as the barista did all sorts of things besides make coffee, like go on their phone and chat with people before touching any beans. I think we came on an off day, but with so many other coffee spots in the area, it's unlikely we'd come in again except to check out the beans.

Marlon T.

Yelp
CoRo Coffee Room has some amazing pastries and coffee for sure! It's a bit on the pricey side and it can get real busy in the mornings, but it's a cool place to hang around and/or get some work done. I like how you can see into the warehouse next door where the coffee roasting magic happens. I'd be happy to come back one day and try more menu items.

Magda M.

Yelp
I had popped in to buy some beans a few times, but finally got to sit and enjoy the vibe at this coffee shop this week! First of all - great lighting including sky lights. Even on a rainy day, it was bright inside. Perfect! Second thing I noticed .. the adorable mugs they serve coffee in and then the even more beautiful cups they serve their lattes, etc in! Stunning unique pieces, super cool slip patterns. If you are a ceramics geek, you will love this! I need to figure out if they sell the cups in the store ever! My coffee was great of course!!! Can't wait to come back

Lynn C.

Yelp
CoRo, is located in Berkeley. There is street parking. Can get quite busy during the busy morning. Ambiance is bright light, plenty of tables and chairs. There is open space to look at the coffee production.

Jenny M.

Yelp
Lovely off-the-beaten path coffee spot where you can peer through the window and watch the roasting in operation. Coffee was delicious and well-prepped. Light, bright space with room to sit and relax. Will be back!

V T.

Yelp
Hipster coffee shop with extremely slow service. Took literally 17 minutes on a not crowded Sunday morning to make a coffee drink. I don't know if they had gone to harvest the coffee beans before they made it.

Nadine Y.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm, somewhat crowded. They do have around 7-8 tables and a side table where you can connect your laptop to do some work or studying. There's very limited outdoor seating so just a heads up. They offer a variety of coffee from drip, cappuccino, mocha, americano, cold brew etc. They also have a summer menu where they offer vanilla lattes and even a red velvet latte. Not a coffee drinker? No worries, they have options for those who aren't into coffee such as iced tea, fresh oj, house made masala chai, hot chocolate etc. They also have pastries from vegan empanadas, spinach empanadas, croissants etc. I ordered the spinach empanada and that was very delicious. I ordered the red velvet latte and asked if the beet syrup they added was a strong flavor. They said it was subtle so I ordered it. Unfortunately the beet syrup they have in this drink was very strong and I just couldn't finish the latte, sadness. Next time I come, I'll order the vanilla latte. Overall, the atmosphere is pretty chill, people like to come to work, the employees are nice and I definitely see returning customers because the employees know them by name.

Avi S.

Yelp
Good coffee but hasn't been worth the long line, crowdedness, and no seating. Too many people using the place as an office. My greatest pet peeve for good coffee shops!!

theobald z.

Yelp
decent coffee, outside seating, a little too hip. not much more need be said about it.

Lewis B.

Yelp
highly recommend this spot for coffee enjoyers and professionals alike. They have a rotating selection of coffees from different producers in their roastery space. Their pastry selection is also top of the line

April P.

Yelp
An A M A Z I N G cup of coffee I love the atmosphere and the people that work here are amazing. PETE & others are so charming and wonderful. Forgive me for not knowing everyone's name but there is another that is so warm in service. Recommended for the early starter. Open restroom great ambiance. STRONG amazing coffee & Vanilla lattes

Stephanie Y.

Yelp
I'm so sorry to the regulars at CoRo. I hope this 5 star review doesn't make this spot more busy since it was nice to be able to snag a table at 10am. This place. Open, airy, friendly staff, inclusive and open to all, with a huge warehouse in the back with people roasting coffee. This space is part cafe, part roaster, part educational facility. They teach you how to roast, to cup and I'm sure many other things dealing with coffee and becoming a commercial coffee co. It's awesome. Dog friendly, as long as your dog is cool, ya hear? Internet was strong and tables large enough to do work with a friend or two. They do coffee, they do smelly teas. They have incredible baked goods. That ham and cheese croissant was flaky, and light and perfect. :: They do not bake the goods in house, although they did warm it up. :: The cappuccino was smooth and tasty and served in the most delightfully hand made, artistic cup. Not a coffee fan? Don't do tea? They were selling some Topo Chico's and Ellenos yogurt in their cooler; so something for everyone. Big fan!

Bridgette J.

Yelp
This has become my new favorite coffee shop! I absolutely love the taste of their coffee and adore the cups they serve all the hot drinks in. The pastries they offer are also delicious and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new coffee shop in Berkeley. Everyone who works here is lovely and very polite and it's also a very good place to study or work. All in all this place rules

Jo H.

Yelp
I walked in on a Friday afternoon, and it was quite packed. However, after I placed my order, I was able to quickly find a spot to settle down with my work. Although I ordered for here, they prepared my latte in a to-go cup, and one of the staff members came over to apologize. It wasn't a problem for me, so I assured them it was fine. The latte was delicious, and as I was enjoying it, the same staff member returned with a card offering my next cup on the house. They really go above and beyond here, and the view of the roastery is fascinating. I'll definitely be back!

Erik E.

Yelp
If you love coffee, you should go here. They have rotating pour overs from their partner roasters. Both of the ones I've had were well brewed, distinct, and excellent. I also got an iced oat milk latte, cold brew, and hot caramel oat milk latte for my coworkers. They were all hits. The caramel latte is not a high sweetness latte, and should be safe for those of us who don't like overly sweet drinks. I also got a blood orange cream cheese danish, which I was a big fan of. The baked good selections all looked top notch. The people behind the counter here are exceedingly pleasant. They are the kind of people who wouldn't think twice to go above and beyond. It's not a huge shop, but there is plenty of seating. Most of it for 1-2 people spots. There were a lot of people working/reading/studying both times I was here. There are some outside tables as well. Free WiFi and great coffee bean selection. Street parking can be pretty crowded, and there is some road construction/road closures on adjacent streets as of Nov 2023. Easy 5 stars.

Karah L.

Yelp
Best cappuccino i've had in weeks. No bitterness but rich in flavor and quality. Busy in there. Lotta loyal customers

Masha G.

Yelp
It was early Saturday morning and I had just done my food shopping and was in need of coffee, and wanted to try a new place and CoRo came up. I ordered the cafe con Miel to go, and a gingerbread cookie. I quickly wished I didn't have groceries in my car because the outdoor and indoor space are so lovely and the cups they use for customers who are staying were very pretty (what a silly thing to note, but they really are beautiful!) More to the point, the cafe con Miel was delicious - not too sweet, but just the perfect hint of it and the gingerbread cookie was perfection. Can't wait to come back!

Angela L.

Yelp
Stopped by this coffee shop while doing some weekend errands. There's a lot of parking on the street so that was nice. Right after I finished ordering, the line behind me was huuuge, so I definitely got in just in time. My latte was good - no complaints here. They have a bunch of different roasters/beans that they host. I bought some to take home and I'm not sure if I'm just not getting the grind size right or chose way too dark of a roast, but the flavor is too strong for my liking. Make sure you smell/read the beans before buying - there's a lot of options!

Carolyn S.

Yelp
What a gem! Fantastic coffee and tons of space for studying I loved the layout of the shop, there really was no bad place to sit. One side of the shop bathes in natural light from the street-facing windows, while the other side offers a captivating view of the roasting factory through a massive window. It was a very calming place to sit and get work done. There were also lots of outlets along the back wall which is something I need at a coffee shop. I witnessed a group getting a tour of the roasting area, which struck me as a fascinating and engaging experience. CoRo's openness and warmth in sharing their production process truly impressed me The sesame latte was fantastic and very strong. While some sesame lattes tend to lean towards the dessert realm, resembling more of an indulgent ice cream treat, this one beautifully maintained its coffee character. CoRo boasts an extensive selection of hipster coffee beans available for purchase near the front counter, making it an ideal destination for coffee enthusiasts seeking a unique and captivating experience. I will say the one distracting thing is that the baristas blast ABBA and sing along loudly but if that doesn't bother you definitely check it out!
