Coronado Brewing Company | Imperial Beach Restaurant

Beer is always amazing here and the atmosphere is great for family and friends. This visit we ordered a pretzel that came with three dipping sauces (delicious) and fish and chips. The fish was not our favorite (needed more seasoning) but the fries were amazing. Had a pour of the Super Fruit Hard Cider 😋 Definitely one of our favorite spots.

Such a cool spot! Wide variety of beers, we liked every one we tried ( Orange Ave Shandy, Salty Crew and Beach Week, our personal fave). We also had the fish and chips which were very very good, the parmesan fries were soo good just a little too large of a side, and the tartar sauce was delicious, felt homemade. We really liked the vibe of the place and the servers were really nice. Loved the variety of souvenirs as well, got a few as I love mermaids! We hope to visit again soon! Update. Visited for a second time while we were in town. This time we had beers and a pretzel which was amazing! This has become our go-to spot everytime we come to SD.

We went for brunch right when they opened at 11am only to find out breakfast is only served on Saturday and Sunday. It would have been nice if this was made clear on the website. Ok, no problem the lunch choices looked good too, and I was very pleased with the blackened Ahi sandwich and coleslaw. My wife had the turkey burger and said it was really good as well. We both had CBC beers and they were quite tasty. My only other gripe is the unusual free for all seating and counter service ordering in a place that looks like a traditional restaurant/brewpub. We decided against going back up and putting in a new order just to have a couple more beers because it seemed like a hassle.

We went in to Coronado brewing company for a light lunch. Excellent place and f you want s quick bite. Service is good and quick. Being a vegetarian i was able to enjoy a veg pasta even though it wasn’t on the menu. Be sure to wear a mask while ordering as they are absolutely strict about this policy and thats good. The place was walking distance from where we were but there is ample parking space.

Last night at Imperial Beach we went to this Brewery. We all had some of the beer. I like red can Bud but some of their brew was tasty. The food was good and rather promptly prepared. I had the spicey burger which had serrano peppers 🌶 on it. I believe the calamari appetizers was best part of the meal. They were fried and the batter was perfect.

Good place for beer and burger. The double trouble is delicious and very filling. It’s a bit over priced but solid place overall. It can get packed during the weekend and they won’t take your order unless you already have a table or take it to go, not a fan of this method.

Coronado Brewing imperial beach has not disappointed. Beers are great food is legit. Was not expecting so much goodness at a beach side brewery. Have to get the mussels and vodka Pasta, they Will change your life.

The beer was delicious and food was good. We were surprised that the customer service was so bad. No greeting upon entering. We found a place to sit and I went up to ask for drink menu and the girl behind the bar ignored my presence continuing to laugh and talk to the people at the bar. I then waited in line to ask for one. When I went up to order it was as if I was an inconvenience. Silverware isn't provided when your food is bright to the table if you don't realize it you have to go find where it is located. We are in the area visiting , trying different Brewerys this one so far has been the least welcoming. It's easy to find good beer its customer service that sets you apart. For this reason 2 stars is what I give.
