While the Mount Gay rum distillery is in the north, guests in Bridgetown can learn all about centuries’ worth of rum production at the Mount Gay Visitor Centre. Of course, a tasting is part of any visit. Thosewho wishto continue their rum-themed exploring should head to the Foursquare Rum Distillery and Heritage Park, 25 minutes east of Bridgetown by car. The self-guided Foursquare tour includes opportunities to talk withemployees of the distillery about the rum production process."

This is a great way to spend a couple of hours and learn a thing or two along the way. It's worth noting that this is indeed not the actual rum distillery (that's miles away and doesn't generally allow visitors) The tour was great fun and the detailed rum tasting was very informative. Charismatic and fun tour guides too!

First let me mention the bartenders, very friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Adrian! The tour guide was also fabulous. I would give her a shout out but can't remember her name. Awesome spot, easy to get to. There is a great gift shop where tee shirts, rum, rum cake and other trinkets can be purchased. The history behind Mount Gay is quite a privilege to learn about, but the taste of the product is even more satisfying.

Loved the tour and the history of Mount gay rum. Make sure you eat well before going on this tour as you get to sample 4 different rums. The tour guide Tina was very humorous.

My husband was so excited to go on this tour. I’m not a rum drinker and wasn’t as excited. Our tour guide was Rummal, and he was so informative and also very entertaining. He made it so much fun! Mount Gay distillery is very lucky to have someone so dedicated and it really shows how much he loves his job. Thank you, Rummal for a tour that even a non-rum drinker can enjoy!

I'm not a Big rum drinker but I enjoyed the experience and learned a lot about how it was made, how and when to create mixed drinks with specific signature brands, and of course the tasting part

Great Experience’ lovely staff very informative and the rum is sooo good. All upsides but it’s a bit of walking in the hot sun but worth the money.
