Pointe-Saint-Charles’ Beloved Fugazzi Opens Second Location in the Mile End | Eater Montreal

"A new Korean fried chicken haunt in Kirkland serves the bird doused in sweet-and-spicy sauce, soy garlic sauce, or plain (sauce-free), and pads the menu with soups, dumplings, bibimbap, seafood pancake and other reasonably priced Korean fare." - Valerie Silva

I went to a restaurant with friends and family after a long time, and the food were so delicious that everyone had a good time. the Soft tofu stew(seafood) was delicious with fresh seafood, moderately spicy, and the seasoning was just right, and the beef bibimbap was yummy because it had fresh vegetables, the flavor of grilled beef, and the seasoning came out on the side so we could control the spiciness. Tteokbokki went well with chewy rice cakes with cheese, and it was moderately spicy, so women and children especially enjoyed them. The seafood pancake also liked the crispy texture and not too salty seasoning. We ordered half seasoned chicken and half seasoned chicken with soy sauce, both of them were moderately sweet and salty, so children could eat them was also good, and the adults were so good to have a drink together.

Their fried chicken is definitely their star dish. It was served with a great crispy exterior with a tender and juicy interior. On the other hand, their rice cakes were too hard for me. Not chewy, but just hard. The texture felt a bit off. The chicken dumplings were lackluster And the service was fine. Beside that, the place looks clean. The flavours were amazing for both the soup and the fried chicken. I would definitely like to try one of their flavoured fried chicken next time.

The chicken was very tasty as well as the beef! Ramen was great too! So to sum it up we really enjoyed our meal! The service was excellent too . True asian customer service. Food is also seen cooked so you could be sure it is well done. They do have high chair. Parking space is ample. Ambiance is cool, clean and chill. Ample spacing between tables. Accepts credit/debit. Toilet also smells good although it looks abit messy

The taste is very good but for the fried chicken are too small comparing to the price, for the ramen nodules is OK but for the meat also is too small quantity They insist to pay tips although I asked for 6 fried chicken meal which contain cool slow on it they brought the meal without the salad I asked why you didn't bring it they told me I have to ask . Should I ask for something written in the menu instead of receiving half of the meal. They should pay attention for the small thing that can affect the crédibilité .

Food was great However, not a pleasant experience during Saturday dine in with friends. Water received in a glass was slimy and dirty, glass was oily like so we set aside the glasses served and we had no complaint at all. During payment, my friend added 5$ on top of the bill but was surprised how the lady waitress/manager saying “no no no..” but rather, asking for more.. So she said ok, il give cash on ur box. All we thought, she’ll leave, but then she waited in the table and never left.. Her gestures really forcing us to give more..my friend was thinking this might be the restaurant policy now, mandatory tip… took 10$ and drop on their counter.. my friend would have given more $ if and only if the lady just acted nicely, who knows… however, we were really disappointed by her gestures, adding the poker look she provided us…Looks like she left her manners and forgot to put on her temu/shein behaviour . Yay! Goodluck in the business. Just a reminder, Be mindful of their utensils. And the water served. Give the best tip enough for her to buy manners and excellent customer service.

Everything there is delicious with the exception of the dumplings they serve with the dish. I feels those are frozen dumplings that are fried and is off. Their fried chicken is absolutely the best I’ve had with the sweet and hot sauce. I love this. Their garlic soya pork is also so good and my wife and daughter really love the tteokbokki with cheese. We go here very often. The staff is friendly and they serve you relatively quick. I would recommend Corilla for anyone who wants Korean fried chicken and of course the other dishes too.

My fiancé and I love the Korean food here - what you get for your money’s worth is so worth it. The food is fresh, warm, authentic, and delicious each and everytime. There’s a waitress there during the week who is such a sweetly and offers incredible, and friendly service each time. This place is a gem in the West Island !

Yelp
I really like this place. It's never crowded. We have always felt comfortable eating there or taking out. The combos offer good variety and they are tasty. We keep going back because it's so close to home and the service is always friendly and quick. It's an open kitchen that appears well run. The rice cake skewers are spicy but very delicious. I left out a star because the menu is a little limited if you aren't going for fried chicken.

Yelp
I was looking for a Korean bbq in the West Island and found them with Yelp. I use the app for everything. I dropped in for lunch without ordering in advance. They offer table service. . Their menu offers plenty of fried chicken options. I wanted something different but I wasn't tempted by anything else. I did order their steamed buns which I thought was savoury dish but it a sweet filled bun. The fried chicken combo came with two fried dumpling rice, soy noodles, and plenty of fried chicken. Polite friendly staff which ran around because of their popularity. I was happy with the chicken though I wanted something else, disappointed with the steamed buns and I waited awhile. I'll trying something else next time.

Yelp
Corolla is very clean and COVID friendly . This Korean resturant is a sure winner. The staff was very friendly and organized with our online pick up order. The bibimbap was amazing . Came with a miso soup. The paradise chicken was very tender, crispy and tasteful. Came with 4 pieces of chicken, 2 dumplings , noodles , miso soup and rice. We ordered half sweet and spicy and half soy garlic chicken. The sad part was one of the piece of chicken was all bones which was all batter no meat . I would have given this a 5 star except for the bad piece of chicken. The portion were large and tasteful . This was a sure hit and we will be back.

Yelp
We need more of this in Montreal! I've been passing by this place everyday and finally got a chance to try it. I ordered the fried chicken paradise. It came with 4 big pieces of fried chicken, two of them are regular fried and the other two are dipped into soy garlic sauce. If you ever tried Mon Ami fried chicken then this is definetly on par. If not then it's simply crispy and makes you craving for more. The order also came with a bowl of delicious miso soup, a small salade, rice and underneath the chicken was some stir fried noodle. The stir fried noodle was surprisingly good and had a pad sew taste. The two gyozas seemed a bit unecessary but why not. I'm looking forward to tried more on the menu.

Yelp
Reasonable faster food type Korean. Owner run and overall good taste. Fried chicken is above average to very good, and rest of the Korean menu is decent enough to go again :)

Yelp
I've had this food as take away from Uber eats. Well packaged. The Korean fried chicken is very good. As are the rice sticks. No comment on service or ambiance. Although it does look like a nice small restaurant.

Yelp
First time coming here and the food is very yummy. You can place your order online and submit what time you would like to pickup. The staff were very nice and they had a lot of orders. I placed the order for 6pm and received my order around 6:07pm. Not bad as I bought quite a bit of food. Definitely will be returning back.

Yelp
They were so good. Next time I will definitely try other ones. The spicy rice cake was soft.

Yelp
I tried their Bibimbap, Fried Chicken, Pork backbone stew, Shrimp tempura, Takoyaki, and Spicy korean rice cakes. All are amazing, even the packages are perfect too. The price is also reasonable. I would love to recommend it.
