The 15 Best Restaurants In Jackson Hole - Jackson Hole - The Infatuation

"Corsa is located inside the exclusive members club and hotel The Caldera House in Teton Village, and it’s one of the better upscale dining options in town (that’s also close to the ski slopes). The dining room feels like a modern ski chalet, with a cozy fireplace, delicate glassware, booths along the back wall, and always excellent service. We love bringing family or friends who are visiting from out of town after a tour of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. All the entrees are good, but pizzas are the best thing here—get a margherita or two for the table to share as an appetizer. Just know they're currently closed until late November." - lanie brice

A First-timer's Guide to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort

"When you’re tired and hungry from a full day of skiing — and the low temperatures have chilled you to the bone — you’ll find solace inside Corsa, the on-site restaurant at Caldera House. It’s open to non-guests for both lunch and dinner (although reservations are recommended), and the menu includes plenty of Italian-inspired dishes, like pizzas and pasta, as well as shareable appetizers and inventive cocktails." - Travel + Leisure Editors

We absolutely loved the cozy yet trendy vibe of this place! The burrata peach salad was a standout, and the seasonal tart for dessert was the perfect ending. Casey took such great care of us and gave us some awesome recommendations. When we mentioned we had just gotten engaged, she was so sweet and surprised us with a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate. Such a kind touch! We’d definitely come back again.

Corsa is a super nice restaurant, but not pretentious. I didn’t pack any dress clothes and wore my nice Alo athlesuire fit there because that’s all I had with me. I wasn’t expecting to dine anywhere nice while visiting. The food was amazing, especially that shrimp toast. It even tasted good cold the next morning, then we went back the next night for more! The cornbread was good, but not a true southern corn bread. The whipped ricotta was great and the bread was perfect. It was a good combination of savory and sweet. The pasta alla vodka was pretty great and I would recommend that over the pizza. We got a side of garlic green beans, which I also recommend if you’re into greeen beans. Our waitress, Casey, made our night. She was welcoming, gave us the best recommendations and coursed everything out perfectly. She put so much thought into each course and what would be better to keep for the next day. At the end of dinner, she gave me a list of recommendations of places to shop, trails worth hiking, and her favorite spots in town. I would come back to Corsa just to hang out Casey again, she was that amazing of a person. If you’re in Jackson Hole, I highly recommend this 10/10 restaurant and ask for Casey!

The tiny martini glasses are a no go. Just ask for a double in a larger glass. The service, staff, food, atmosphere was exceptional. Antony and Adrian were probably some of the best servers for our table of 7. Very highly recommend.

Really enjoyed dinner at Corsa. Got the shrimp toasts, pesto pasta, and a pizza. Toast and pizza were amazing. Cocktails were good. The restaurant was pretty crowded and tables felt a little cramped, and it was hard to have a conversation over the noise. Our service felt rushed and it was hard to get solid recommendations from our server. Food was good, though, and perhaps it was just an unexpectedly busy night.

Really fine food to be had here. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. We had the crispy artichokes as a starter. So good! Also shared a bavette steak which was cooked as ordered. Service was prompt but not overbearing. Highly recommended!

Let me tell you…. We came here 3 days in a row. That’s how incredible this restaurant is. It’s the only place to eat at the base of the mountain. If you want a truly delicious and fancy lunch look no further.the chilli, pizza and chopped salad are 10/10.

My experience at Corsa was absolutely amazing! The handmade pizzas were delicious and full of flavor. What impressed me the most was being able to watch the chef make them right in front of us — such a unique and authentic touch. The young woman preparing the pizzas was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she truly does an outstanding job. You can see the passion in her work.Honestly, these are some of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Corsa is a beautiful Italian restaurant located right next to the Aerial Tram. We stopped by after doing some shopping in Teton Village for some drinks before dinner. I'm not sure how good the food is, but the atmosphere for some apres is fantastic!
