We have been here 2 1/2 years now, we really like it here! It's quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, but are friendly enough. The office staff, Johnathan, Alberto and Angela are all great! They are helpful, easy to talk with and generally good people! The maintenance staff are equally friendly and helpful! We are located around a bunch of restaurants, shops and we have Market basket right next to us, what more do you need?! I recommend living here, especially if you are a little older and no longer want to shovel, rake or mow!

Living at Corsa has been a great experience. They have the best management team. Angela, Alberto, and Jonathan are professional, helpful, and on top of their residents needs. The property is very well maintained and maintenance promptly fixes requests.

I have been here two month now and have no complaints. The leasing staff (Angela) has been very helpful, professional and sweet! The grounds are always kept up and clean. The hallways are always clean and my apt is perfect! 🤩

The area is great. So many nice people walking around. My apartment is really nice and I was very comfortable here from the second. I walked in. Now the leasing office: extremely nice people who Genuinely want to help. I think that was the deciding factor for me. Knowing that these people will have my back no matter what happens. It’s very nice.

I've been here for a few months now (moved in during spring) and so far so good... Corsa is a relatively quiet neighborhood considering it's location and the amount of traffic... My neighbors so far have been acceptable in terms of noise level and even though my building is a smoking building (porches only) I must say it's not some terrible smoke-hut like one might presume... I think the key about Corsa is that all residents seem to have jobs so folks are too busy working vs sitting around on their porches all day getting stoned (like at my last condo in MA)... As for the office it's great.. Angela Cruz is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL.. she has incredible communication and follow up skills and you can tell takes her job VERY seriously.. it's incredibly refreshing to be able to say that since the office manager at the last place I lived (marquee Andover) only ever smiled at you when she was telling you 'sorry i can't help you'....

This is the review I wish I saw before renting at Corsa Tuscan Village. This place is not worth their “luxurious” price tag. I was going to hold my tongue, but after being charged hundreds of dollars after moving out for normal wear and tear of my unit, I have decided to share the following events that occurred in our just over two years of renting at Corsa Tuscan Village. * My car was hit while parked in the resident parking lot of Corsa Tuscan Village, causing thousands of dollars in damage. They have no cameras on their property outside, which is a major safety concern. * One resident has an open flame fire pit on their wooden balcony. Management was notified via email and they said they would tell the resident to remove the fire pit as it is a fire hazard and against the lease. Months later, upon our move out, the resident still has the fire pit on their wooden balcony. * On our floor, dog poop was smeared on the hallway carpet outside the elevator. We notified maintenance immediately. The carpet was not cleaned until 3 days later when the cleaning company came for their weekly clean. * At 10pm, a shrill, constant alarm was coming from our locked utilities closet in our unit. We called maintenance, and they asked if we could smell smoke coming from the closet. When we said no, they said they would come the next day when they are available. * Management posted signage to alert residents that work would be done in the parking lot on Monday, and that residents should move their cars for the day on Monday. No work was completed on Monday and there was no notice of the work being rescheduled so residents moved their cars back to the resident parking lot. The next day, management began towing cars with no notice and no phone calls to residents prior to towing, including the cars of the elderly with mobility issues and a family with a newborn. * An employee of Corsa Tuscan Village had personal Ring Cameras on the balcony of his personal unit, pointed towards the pool area, recording those using the pool. Management was notified. The cameras were not removed until the employee moved out of the unit. * The grounds smell like dog pee, as the mulch was not replaced often enough. * The dumpster was frequently overflowing, causing wild animals to spread trash across the grounds of the complex. My dog frequently got into dangerous items in the grass such as chicken bones and other food scraps. * Bags of trash were frequently left in the stairwell of our building for days. Our unit is now being rented for 3000 dollars. After reading the events above, you can decide if it is worth it.

I had an appt for a tour. No one was here and I waited for for an hour and no ever showed up. They didn't even have the decency to send me a message letting me know that couldn't make the scheduled tour.

I couldn't even get information on available apartments because the employees there do not respond to emails or call back. We reached out June 3rd asking about availability but it wasn't until July 1st that we got a somewhat clear answer. Between that time frame I called multiple times to get in touch but the service desk could not directly connect me to the property manager assistant or property manager, instead they had to leave a call request for them to call back. After calling to submit multiple call requests they only called back one time, assuring me they would call back again with more information but they never did. Every time I called I was required to give them all my information again, which became very tedious, I am not sure why they do not have a system which can store that information. When they finally clarified that there was an apartment they told us they could not hold a spot until we completed the application. This was concerning because they had told us we were the first on the waiting list and didn't need to worry about anyone taking our spot. The application online did not show any available apartments which led to me calling 2 more times to try and get in touch with someone but no one called back. In the last email they sent me they said they were not responding because nothing was available, but ended the email saying something was available, which was confusing and if they were going to intentionally ignore me until there was something available I wish they at least told me that up front. Due to the lack of communication skills, and unreliability my fiancé and I decided to find a new apartment. Within an hour of applying to the new apartment they had reached out 3 times, accepted our application and the process was complete. Corsa has taken over a month to try and answer 1 question "what is available" when the other apartment, which is equal in style and has more square feet, took only one hour. I do love the Tuscan Village and the convenience living there seems great but if you choose to live there start the process extremely early because chances are they won't call back any time soon.
