Corsa Tuscan Village

Would recommend leasing elsewhere in the neighborhood. It’s extremely difficult to get a hold of someone in the leasing office- whether in-person or over the phone. We provided move-out notice after transitioning our lease from annual to a monthly basis. Once they had acknowledged our move-out date, Corsa also noted that we owed $1,100 with no explanation. This was odd because we had lived there for 2+ years and always paid our rent on time & in-full. Once we asked, they stated that they never updated our rent from an annual rate to monthly, but not to worry because “they wouldn’t charge late fees or anything.” Would be very difficult to charge a late fee for a lump sum that you just realized you forgot to charge over the past few months. They admitted this had happened to a few other residents as if to make me feel better about it. I asked if they could check with corporate on any chance to rectify this mistake & Jonathan said he would. It was clear that they never did because our security deposit return was supposedly delayed by 2 months because Corporate was confused by the situation with those late charges and therefore delayed cutting our check.

Been here 7 months and its been great. They’ve also installed new carpets. Maintenance team is great and quick. Front office is helpful and responsive. Angela is the best

Living at Corsa has been a great experience. They have the best management team. Angela, Alberto, John and Jonathan are professional, helpful, and on top of their residents needs. The property is very well maintained and maintenance promptly fixes requests.

I have been here two month now and have no complaints. The leasing staff (Angela) has been very helpful, professional and sweet! The grounds are always kept up and clean. The hallways are always clean and my apt is perfect! 🤩

We have been here 2 1/2 years now, we really like it here! It's quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, but are friendly enough. The office staff, Johnathan, Alberto and Angela are all great! They are helpful, easy to talk with and generally good people! The maintenance staff are equally friendly and helpful! We are located around a bunch of restaurants, shops and we have Market basket right next to us, what more do you need?! I recommend living here, especially if you are a little older and no longer want to shovel, rake or mow!

John did an excellent job installing a replacement toilet. He always has a great attitude and very knowledgeable when it comes to repair services!

The area is great. So many nice people walking around. My apartment is really nice and I was very comfortable here from the second. I walked in. Now the leasing office: extremely nice people who Genuinely want to help. I think that was the deciding factor for me. Knowing that these people will have my back no matter what happens. It’s very nice.

My experience with Maintenance was top notch. Excellent service and problem fixed with no issues. Always kind, polite, and professional.
