Corte dei Trulli Alberobello

Popped in for lunch, came back for dinner. A nice authentic feel inside, with a lovely terrace upstairs (where we ate on both occasions). The food was very tasty, with a decent portion size. The menu was a little limited, but we found this all over Alberobello. Attentive and friendly service on both of our visits, with a nice vibe around the place. Much better than the overly touristy places down the hill on the Main Street. A good experience - and I would recommend.

Very nice atmosphere inside trulli type houses, elegant and good selection of food. We had “maritata con ragu pugliese e bracciola di manzo” and “braciole pugliesi classiche con ragù” with one side dish, fried potatoes to share. The meat was very tasty, the presentation of each dish was particularly nice. I was expecting classical fries but they were extremely nice! For desert we chose tiramisu and it was very nice as well, the cream was so soft! The staff was very kind as well. We enjoyed our experience here and I would definitely recommend it if you are visiting Alberobello!

Food was just perfect!!! We ate mainly seafood dishes and each one of them was just spectacular and very special. One of the best restaurants I have visited around Bari region. The service was excellent and the ambience is very authentic too. If you are in Alberobello, definitely go there!

Unfortunately, it’s by far the worst pasta I’ve had in Puglia. Came in for lunch and no reservations were needed. The restaurant was nicely decorated and modern. For starters: Ordered red shrimp tartare and it was not cleaned or deveined properly. There was quite a lot of intestines mixed together with the tartare which honestly was not appealing. I wished the tartare was served cold instead of room temperature. The dish lacked seasoning as well. For mains: We ordered ravioli and lemon taglolini with raw shrimps. I do not recommend the taglolini at all. Pasta was overcooked, and said “raw shrimps” was mushy shrimp paste (like the kind you see in Chinese hot pot). What made it worse, was the presentation. Since the shrimp paste was in tube forms, it looked really unappetising - not to mention a lack of texture in the dish. Totally felt scammed as I thought it was a misrepresentation. I’ve since pasta dishes with actual raw red shrimps and this is definitely not one of them. This is the first time I had a bad dining experience in Italy.

This was the best restaurant in Alberobello, the food was 10/10 but the service guys Omg, are the best. That Italian vibes and hospitality that you are looking for are there multiplied by 100. The ambiance was both cozy and enchanting, adding an unforgettable touch to the evening. Corte dei Trulli is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor regional delicacies in an extraordinary setting. Highly recommended!

One of the best pasta’s i have had. Amazing food and amazing service. I had the lemon and shrimp pasta and wow so good.

The team at “Corte Di Trulli Alberabello” went further and provided their best, right from entrance and welcoming all the way thru food preparation to the Apulian cuisine standards, expeditious table service, notable customer attention until clearing the check and leaving with “greetings”. The Chef did a great job in activating the senses in every order we requested. The main courses were super and the desert was quite balanced in terms of texture and sweetness…Bravo! The two food and table attendants (sorry, couldn’t get their names but I do remember how good they were), were orchestrating their efforts with evident customer focus….what a teamwork and well done to all. The last step of payment was handled with care, which completed the overall experience to be rated at full 5 out of 5. I must highlight that the internal setup and stone structure of the Trulli added that extra distinction that Alberabello is known for, which provided the special seal of excellence for this restaurant.
