Quality food. The wait time was accurate 20 to 30 mins. Easy pick up process, located in Zal Grotto. Has vegan options. The birria quesdilla was delicious!

We attended a friend's concert at Zal Gaz Grotto and his email included that there was food available for order onsite. Honestly we didn't pay a lot of attention to it until arrival. What a surprise! The food was outstanding with a nice variety of selections. We had a group 6 and all ordered the 3 Taco meal combos. No need to order more than 2 tacos, and my wife and I could easily have shared one meal. The table ordered chips and guacamole which was exceptionally good. We will be back to get takeout, it is among the very best Mexican food we have had in recent memory. Note the food is packaged for takeout, but we enjoyed it onsite waiting for the performance to start.

They catered our 80-person wedding reception and we were extremely pleased. Everyone raved about the food and fought for leftovers. Logistically, they were perfect, on-time, and incredibly friendly and helpful.

Me and my boyfriend stopped in after an appointment looking for Beria tacos and found just that along with amazing service, inviting people, and even a splash of history on the walls. The tacos were very well seasoned and we were more than impressed and happy to have chosen this spot. The chef even sent churros for us to try which were delicious and so very kind. Amazing food and amazing people! Bring your family here!!

Went here based on prior reviews and was not disappointed. SO GOOD! SO AUTHENTIC! SO FRESH! I had the Barbacoa and Canrnitas tacos and my wife had the Chicken Birra Quesadilla. All OUTSTANDING! Best Mexican food in Ann Arbor, bar none. We’ll be back repeatedly and wish we had discovered it sooner.

The food is fantastic. Flavorful, juicy meat with fresh veggies and authentic seasonings. I got a trip of tacos and the carnitas and al pastor were very very good. The elote was actually esquites (not on the cob) but was also very tasty despite the missed expectation. The only bad thing about this place is that there is no table service. It's pick-up only and you can eat in the restaurant on your own accord if there is seating. There was no music and the TV was blaring loudly. We came here expecting to have a date but the vibes were very strange so we ended up taking the food to go. I will definitely get take-out from here again, but I wish it was full service.

Don't sleep on this spot. I got the Birria Burrito, wife got Pollo - both were the HEFTY burritos. Grilled outside on both, well seasoned, well priced for what you get. Tortilla chips are pretty tasty but I would recommend getting some queso cuz they are on the salty side - the seasoning is appreciated don't get it twisted. Would buy again. Think BTB but not trash. I would have uploaded photos but I didn't think before eating and I didn't think to stop eating. My bad y'all

Delicious vegan fish tacos and horchata. Churros are also top notch. Very high quality ingredients. Fantastic service. So glad we found this gem!
