Wicker Park and Wrigleyville Can Now Reserve Big Star Patio Seats Via Tock | Eater Chicago

"The Boston-based fast-casual chain Così filed for bankruptcy again (its second time in four years), has put itself up for sale, closed 30 locations in December, and reportedly owes $30.7 million in secured debt; the chain is under new leadership and is slated to open new locations in the first half of 2020, and currently operates four Chicago locations in the Loop plus a suburban outpost at the Kohl Children’s Museum in Glenview." - Ashok Selvam

Google
Staff was friendly and helpful, made me lunch to-go to take on the train even though it was 9am. Convenient place to stop before South Station. Only small criticism is I wish they used chicken breast instead of dark meat.

Google
Cosi used to be such a phenomenal restaurant. Then they closed a bunch of locations and everything became less high-quality. But my issue is about their marketing. In their Boston location, on their oven, they have COSI in giant letters but the accent over the "i" goes in the opposite direction from the one in the Cosi logo (see attached for comparison's sake). I brought this to the manager's attention and he shrugged his shoulders. This whole chain is just so unprofessional. They can't even figure out their brand identity. Also, they used to put out their bread ends—the parts of their bread that get cut off and not served, and they tightened everything up and don't do that anymore and it just feels like this whole chain is falling apart. But seriously, if you want customers to take you seriously, figure out how to spell your name and write it consistently!

Google
Delicious breakfast sandwiches! Bacon, egg and cheese on multi grain and bacon, tomato, avocado toast were fantastic! They do a big catering business but we were able to get our items quickly and with a smile.

Google
Cosi is truly a local gem! The food is always fresh and clean. I come just about daily lol- and especially love the pesto chicken sandwich. Marcia and Simon always take the best care of me, and the whole staff is amazing! 10s across the board. Easy walk for those in financial district too!

Google
This was my first time at Cosi on Federal and Marci and team where a blast to even be around! Service, smile, food was great, and this new treat Dubai Chocolate flat bread was so good. Will be back very soon.

Google
I recently got a salad from cozy I believe it’s the oriental salad or Thai salad. The salad was so delicious. I had to write a review. The flavor was the best I ever had. It was fresh and just so delicious. I could literally eat one every day. If you have not had the salad you gotta try. It’s a 10 star salad for me. I’ve been eating cozy for years. I’m never disappointed from their sandwiches to their salads and the manager Marcia is amazing.. She goes over and beyond to make sure your food is great. She cares so much, if you happen to go there ask Marcia she’ll make sure. Your experience is great!!!

Google
Was introduced to Cosi through work catering. Every time I pop in they are cranking through orders and customers. Super nice team and Marcia is always so lovely and kind. Can’t wait until they cater our next team days at work - but can’t wait to eat my sandwich!! 🥰

Google
Manager and staff were incredibly helpful especially so close to Christmas. Went for soup for lunch and it was great! 10/10 will absolutely be back!

Yelp
Not bad for a quick office lunch but (and I don't necessarily mean this as a knock against Cosi because I would lump Sweetgreen and Cava and all fast-casual places under this heading) I do consider Cosi to be one of those things where it's more about feeding yourself in the half hour you have for lunch rather than truly enjoying the food. I mean, it is what it is. The things I've gotten here have been limited to the unimaginative turkey sandwich, though I do appreciate that Cosi's version comes on this wonderfully chewy flatbread (that you can ask them to toast for maximum deliciousness) and one version includes thick, generous cuts of brie. It is, unfortunately, a lunch that tends to put me to sleep for the afternoon half of the day if I eat the whole sandwich, which happens more often than not. I've ordered the lunches via ClassPass which, to be fair to Cosi, uses the confusing system of having you show a screen requiring the workers to prep the food once you get there, instead of a simple pre-pay pick-up that almost every other place does. The first time I went, everyone I asked was super confused because obviously there was no order in their system, with the cashier being super rude to boot. The next time, I simply told them what I wanted and then showed the screen when it came time to pay, which was much simpler. Overall, this is a solid option near my office and I'm sure to come back when I have a surplus of ClassPass credits to use up.

Yelp
Not bad at all for a quick office lunch spot. The menu has solid options for salads, flatbreads, and bowls -- easy to customize and usually pretty quick. Nothing mind-blowing, but it gets the job done when you want something fresh and fast during a busy workday. Convenient, decent portions, and the service was efficient. Would go back for a quick bite between meetings.

Yelp
The food was fine. I ordered in store. that's where the issues were. there were a few people sitting inside eating and I was the only person ordering. the staff was so loud behind the line. the only man (who may have been the manager?, he rang me up) was speaking at a level that was so loud it sounded like he was yelling at the rest of the staff (although i'm not sure if he was). It was distracting and this behavior went on the entire time. I couldn't imagine sitting in there to eat. Unfortunately ordering in store also meant I watched them throw my sandwich together so sloppily. when I went to eat my sandwich the bread had fallen apart and the entire sandwich was a mess. so disappointing because I used to love Cosi.

Teri148 C.

Yelp
For the second time!!!! Cosi has completely bailed me out when I was in a pinch!!! Once when my order from another restaurant got mixed up and I needed 100 sandwiches for my downtown office within a matter of 1 hour. Also today, when we had a very important colleague in town and needed 30 sandwiches quick! THANK YOU!!!!!! Cosi!!!!!!

Yelp
The high-quality food, especially the incredible soup and sandwich combo, makes for a quick and satisfying lunch. The inside seating is also comfortable. Highly recommend.

Yelp
OMG, this is you're jackpot place for breakfast, lunch and snack. I love this place that I know for 18 years, since October 2006. And Marcia the manager is still the same as she put herself in a freezer, I'm shocked and all I can say is WOW. the food is unbelievable and my signature salad with the wheet bread is my favorite. Best regards from Farouk

Luann S.

Yelp
My company had a huge meeting last week and we used Cosi on Federal Street in Boston for breakfast and mid morning services. We got back good feedback who appreciated the quality of the food. I'd like to thank Marcia for taking our order and giving great suggestions. I'd also like to thank Tara for her patience with dealing with changes we made. She gracefully accepted and sent contact with no problem. It was a pleasure working with a great team.

Yelp
Just kind of blah. Ok, clean food, but nothing amazing or above average. Had a buffalo chicken sandwich, couldn't taste the buffalo sauce and not even a twinge of heat. Chicken soup is flat and thin. Decent amount of "stuff" but boring. This is three for three lackluster visits. Time to remove them from the list of lunch options.
google avatar

Yelp
Lately, service has improved. Most staff greet me pleasantly, and I can be in and out with my soup and salad in just a few minutes. The Cosi Card program provides lots of bonuses, like free drinks and discounts. Plus, their bread is always fresh and delicious. I was bummed to find them closed today (a weekday) inexplicably. I hope this location has not shut down.
google avatar

Skye G.

Yelp
The service was outstanding. A very handsome and helpful man greeted me and knew I had not stopped in before from my dazed and confused look. He offered me a menu and gave me a quick run down while I had a tasting of the hot bread right out of the oven. Talk about fresh...yum. Ok he hooked me. It was very busy so I let him order for me since I am a newbee and all. For $11.75 I got a half and half and a Chai Tea. The TBM (Tomatoe, basil, mozzarella) was very good but a bit on the small side. Wrapped in foil it looked like it might be a small burger. It was yummy and something I would probably get again. The signature salad was very good. I would order that again in a pinch. It was sweet like I like it. The grapes, pears with pistachio nuts and Gorgonzola cheese was a scrumpsious blend. Def not on the healthy list in terms of protein low sugar but that is why it is signature and tastes so darn good. The bread on the side and the sandwich was good. Coming out of the oven fresh hit the spot on this chilly day. I am typically not a big bread persons so for me to devour the entire piece says a lot. They have a catering menu as well which we may need to try out. 4 stars overall (a bit pricey) but good flavor and excellent service.

Yelp
Ordered a simple Chicken Caesar salad from here through a delivery app which should of been fine but brown wilted lettuce throughout the dish made me sick. I mean come on, brown ice berg lettuce? What should of been an easy salad to make with fresh ingredients was a mess and I would skip this place if you had any type of sense and go to the next cafe...no wonder most of their locations are closing down!

Yelp
I came here because I was craving the delicious peruvian palm salad they offer. I am terribly dissapointed with the service. The lady who took my salad order was rude and unpleasant. The interaction was like this: Rude lady: what do you want Me: Good morning, can I please have a peruvian palm salad? [rude lady starts throwing stuff into the bowl.. when she came to the avocados she put only 2 pieces] me: Can I please have some more avocado? Rude lady: [Grabs a scoop of avocado puts it in and tells the next lady to charge me 75 cents extra] me: [talking to the other lady] Can you please remove that extra scoop? I only asked for more avocado because she only had 2 little pieces for it. Result: peruvian palm salad with one piece of avocado (see attached picture) I am never coming back again to this Cosi. The other Cosi in south station is MUCH nicer, friendlier, and most importantly they provide GREAT SERVICE.

Yelp
Weird grilled cheese - what is going on with their bread??? Complete garbage. Decently mediocre tomato soup. Would not return.

Yelp
Great lunch place!! I used to eat at Cosi on a daily basis back in the day when I used to work in downtown. I moved to the Back Bay area and I didn't see any Cosi around there. I am back in Downtown now so I can enjoy it again. The food is good but a little bit more expensive than at Panera..

Siobhan S.

Yelp
Very unorganized. Were quite confused when the removal of allergens was mentioned. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE GLUTEN OR DAIRY FREE. Nice staff but need to be aware of allergens and how to properly put together something ensuring that allergens are left out. Plain and unseasoned sandwich. Quite disappointed.

Yelp
I love Cosi but this location is a hot mess. A. The lines are a wreck. They make less sense here than a normal Cosi which is pretty bad. B. Staff seemed disinterested after the lunch rush. They were busy yelling at one another and not paying attention to customers/what they were doing. C. They messed up what is a simple sandwich. Seriously, where was the hummus on my hummus/veggie sandwich? WHERE?!? I typically go to the Milk Street location but was over in this area so I stopped in. I won't be making that mistake again. Stick to the Milk St location if you want your Cosi fix.

Yelp
A few vendors have had lunches catered by Cosi, mostly from this location. It's always a good, solid spot. Whenever I see the Cosi paper wrappers hugging the sandwiches laid out on the tray, I know that I'm guaranteed a tasty, satisfying lunch. But I also know that what is offered won't be exceptionally creative or unique. The turkey is solid, if entirely standard. The mozzarella, tomato pesto is always delicious. I enjoy the chicken pestos as well. I'm not a huge fan of their tuna, but I'm picky about my tuna. The chips are kettle cooked and the desserts delicious. My favorite part, by far, is the bread. The ciabatta bread is out of this world. It's light and airy in the middle with a present crust. It achieves that faintly yeasty taste usually only found in a good baguette. When I see a lunch is catered by Cosi, I'm never super excited, but I've never been let down either. (...now if only there was a cosi in boston open till 10 or 12, had table service and served the s'mores.)

Yelp
Two words: Signature Salad. This is probably the best salad ever invented. Grapes, apples, bleu cheese, sherry-shallot dressing, mixed greens - it's like a yuppie dream salad. Also, the bread is delicious. Everyone waiting for salad in line picks the little scraps out of the bread bowl as they wait for even more bread; they make sure all their friends have some - it's cute, like snacktime in kindergarten. The servers are also all very friendly and polite every time I go in, which is amazing considering the volume they do during lunchtime. The drawback of Cosi is that it's a victim of its own success - the lines are extremely long for salad right after the clock strikes noon. But they do go fast, and they clear out around 1pm. As far as the rest of the food goes, I get the sense that the Sig. Salad may be the star of the bunch here - most sandwich experiences here have been disappointing, and today we ordered pizza and received the wrong one after waiting 15 minutes. So I'm sticking with the tried-and-true from now on. Also, the fountain outside is a big plus.

Yelp
My friends haven't yet caught on that whenever they ask me to join them for Cosi, I do not eat. Sure, I sit there with them -- I love some fantastic lunchtime gab sessions, no doubt -- but I won't eat. And no, I'm not on a starve myself mission or anything silly. I just can't get into the hype that is Cosi. First of all, who could love the line out the door and around the corner? All for that tasty bread? Come on, folks! The bread is heavenly, but no oil-soaked carb is worth that wait. Fight the power! But OK, let's say you get through the line unscathed and you're still full of patience. (I'd give you a hug right now if I could - you're a better person than I.) What have you waited for? Overpriced sandwiches and salad items that have been sitting out all day? Nice! And sure, you could choose a soup or something similarly likely to be fresh and tasty, but did you really just go to Cosi for soup when there's actual soup places right around the corner with 15 more options daily? Oh, snap. If I wanted something frozen and reheated for lunch with a high price tag, I'd make two Smart Ones meals and call it a day. Line's a lot shorter by the microwave at my work.

Yelp
It's been awhile since I've eaten at Cosi, but I have to say... I got a cobb salad for lunch today and it hit the spot! I forgot how good their salads were. The bread is a bit too salty for my taste, but still good. The service was quick too - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes time. Overall, these people are the best salad tossers in town!
google avatar

Janet M.

Yelp
Terrible food, terrible service and when I called to complain the manager was incredible rude as well! I will not be going back to this place!
google avatar

JohnnyFoodface ..

Yelp
They have a hummus sandwich, which doesn't suck. But this place isn't too special. They make bread - big deal. It's not spectacular. They also have free samples if you want 150 calories of refined grains to give your pancreas an early warning before the actual sandwich. In fact, I'd prefer they order bread from Iggy's or Pigs Fly, because then I could get something healthy.
google avatar

Allison B.

Yelp
I really wish I could give Cosi 3.5 stars for maximum accuracy, and here's why: + their salads are great. the pear-laden signature salad is a unique treat, and the bombay chicken is flavorful and filling. + in my experience, the service has always been super speedy. +/- their bread is an interesting flatbread infused with herbs. it's simultaneously soft and crisp, and it really is a delightful accompaniment to the salads. - however. it is NOT appropriate for sandwiches. i'm a girl who loves her sandwiches, but seriously--sometimes the bread is the best part. not only is the bread too small to justify such an expensive sandwich, but its strange, rectangular-pita shape -- without that beneficial pocket aspect of a real pita -- can't stand up to the test of neatly holding all the guts of the sandwich. the result? an unsatisfying mess of a lunch experience that makes you wish you'd gotten the salad.
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
My co-worker [Erica M.] found a fly in her salad (pre-made Signature Salad). I still eat here about twice a week; I like their salads enough to eat a fly. Having said that, I can't find it within me to give a salad place more than three stars. It is just salad, after all.
google avatar

Brian M.

Yelp
This place can be summed up by the fact that I saw an affluent-looking woman collect her salad and walk straight out the door, skipping the register. Once it hits a certain threshold of 'busy-ness' it just gets crazy, even if the line does move fast. The separate lines for sandwiches and salads is a great idea, but thereafter it becomes a mill around the registers with people trying to pay, waiting for sandwiches etc. The system for ordering the latter is a bit ad-hoc also. Re the food; the Cosi Club is good, as is the Turkey melt. The TBM Grilled Chicken melt is great, but the Tuna melt is disappointing; lukewarm and oily. I love the fact that they offer a choice of carrots or chips. The organization/layout of this store needs a rethink; the Kendall Sq location gets nearly as busy but is much less of a headwreck
google avatar

Harlan K.

Yelp
While Cosi is good at quickly producing okay-quality food, ultimately the experience just leaves more to be desired. Their seating area is cramped, their prices are high enough to make you frown once you get to the register, and it all just seems unwelcoming. Their salad was okay, as was the sandwich I tried, but never in my life had I seen a sandwich prepared with less care and enthusiasm. Ultimately, just go to UDG or Cafe de Boston.
google avatar

Seamus O.

Yelp
Fantastic salads and the bread ain't bad either. It's a little pricey so make sure you ask for a frequent diner card. The staff are usually generous when stamping them...you might get 2 stamps for 1 some days. After 10 stamps you get one for free so the slightly extra cost pays for itself. I wish they've put calorie info on their salads - it tastes so good it must be bad for you. Some of the salads have a lot of cheese so they might not be as healthy as you'd imagine.
google avatar

Greg O.

Yelp
I don't know, but am sure, that everyone has commented on the "insane" line by now. I mean, the bread...everyone has mentioned the bread. Unlike most places I review about, I didn't actual read anyone's review for this place, yet. At any rate, that huge, monstrosity of a line is technically 2 lines if not 3; salad line, soup/sandwich line, and coffee line. And while the line can be out of the place and outside, it moves very quickly. First thing I saw when I walked in was a big over and two guys making freshly baked bread. That bread looked good! You could watch the guy cut it into the sections you get with salad and the ends he'd toss into 2 bowls on the counter for people to take a piece. That bread is awesome! (When no one is looking, you can easily snag a second piece) My coworker ordered the signature salad and I got the Shanghai chicken salad the very first time I went, so the Shanghai has become a go-to for me. They make it all fresh in front of you and they do it in an assembly line, so orders go quickly. They give you a decent looking portion in a nice little takeout container, and a slice of that awesome bread. Seriously, I think it's the best bread I've ever eaten. The salads are generally tasty though a little inconsistent with portion size depending whom you get. I've tried the Adobo lime, tandoori chicken, and smartfit salads. I've also tried their steak rice bowl. Everything is pretty solid, but Shanghai is still my favorite. Back to the bread, by far the best part of lunch. Even after 5 or so minutes, it was still HOT. It was so fresh and warm and tasty.... ahh, it was the best. Seriously, I frequently contemplate getting a loaf on the way home from work some weeknights. It's that good. The actual cafe/restaurant part is pretty nice. I can't get a good idea for how large it is because it was packed with people all over the place. It looks like it seats maybe 20-30 inside and they have a nice patio and outside seating for maybe another 20 more. Everything looked clean and the staff were all friendly enough. And when you go to pay, they bag your food and put in napkins and plasticware. Good on them! Also, about the bread - when they ask if you want bread, if you give puppy dog eyes and ask nicely for two pieces (holding up two fingers helps), they generally give you the second piece for free. Also also, it's been a few years since I've had one, but I remember their breakfast sandwiches being very good. Menu Selection: Good - very Good Price: Good Value: Good Cleanliness: Very Good Parking: N/A Overall: Yes, even if it's just for the bread. 3 stars for the food, 6 stars for the bread (yes, it's that good).
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
Just OK. chain lunch place, not sure if you can expect more, but the food looks and tastes like it passed through a distribution / processing plant in the midwest at some point. chicken is cubed and not 'real" grilled chicken. pro's: the people are nice, the bread is very tasty and is free while you wait to order, it is clean con's: the food is just OK, good enough to eat for lunch when working downtown, but you get burnt out after a few months.
google avatar

Bret C.

Yelp
Did you know Cosi has one of the coolest desserts ever?! Make-your-own smores at your table with a little campfire, graham crackers, and Hershey's chocolate. Seems like they used to promote it more than they do now, but it's definitely available and fun. Great date idea. And oh yeah - the rest of the food is awesome, too! Some Cosi locations aren't open at night, though, so keep an eye on the hours. I would go back all the time if I could.
google avatar

Tim B.

Yelp
Cosi is a national chain offering made-to-order salads, sandwiches and brick-oven flatbread. This is a very popular place at lunchtime during the work week, but the line moves fast. I've always found the salads to be satisfying, especially with the included large slice of fresh bread that knocks Sebastian's bread out of the water. Some tips: There is a grumpy salad Nazi lady at this location who likes to keep the line moving. If it's your first time you'll need to catch her on a good day to survive. Come here during a hot day in the Summer and enjoy your lunch on the large patio outside. My salad choice: Mixed greens with tandoori chicken, Gorgonzola, cherry tomatoes, extra cucumbers and a half ladle of balsamic vinaigrette.
google avatar

Bridget B.

Yelp
For a chain I really like this place. They offer tons of options for their salads, which are made fresh in front of you. Their sandwiches are great, however I -strongly- suggest reading the nutritional content on their website as the bulk of them contain almost a full day's worth of calories...however they are generally so good with their fresh fire baked bread that you don't want to stop eating them. So yeah, good food, not good for you. However, when I worked downtown I found them to be one of the better eating options overall. The staff is also super nice and friendly, and if you get in good with them, they'll reward you with extra stamps on your card sometimes.
google avatar

Natasha D.

Yelp
On days when I'm feeling lazy, this place is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the front door of my building. I'm not sure how the assembly-line style ordering system manages to get my requests for dressing on the side correct, but they do. Salads are delicious, if deceptively calorie laden (7 or 800 calories for a SALAD?!!!). The scrumptious bread is the main draw for many people, especially my boss, who can't stand the place outside of their flatbread. I would agree with someone else's comment about the bread's not being suitable for sandwiches. I always end up dropping half the contents of my lunch into the flimsy wax paper pocket the sandwich comes in. Very awkward. Use the register near the back door as the line is much easier to navigate.

Yelp
Great service. Good food. Price is comparable. Service excellent. Thank you Debra.

Yelp
Update: The Manager of this location contacted me and even followed up with a couple of free coupons. I will try Cosi again next time I am in the city. I recently relocated from Southern California, and frequented Cosi when I lived there, so I am confident that I hit this Boston location simply on a bad day.
google avatar

Meredith P.

Yelp
I went through a hardcore Cosi phase last year, but I'm so over it now. It's way overpriced, especially the salads, which do not have enough protein to sustain me until dinner. $8 for lettuce, several handfuls of veggies, and about 2 ozs of chicken? For real? And the lines at this location at lunch are notoriously murderous. The reason why the line is out the door is because Cosi strategically places a bowl of hot, fresh bread pieces in the middle of the line. And the bread is heavenly, but only when eaten within 10 minutes of being pulled from the fireplace oven. After that, it turns into mere flour. So really, it's the prospect of nibbling on a pre-lunch snack of salt and oil-slathered refined carbs that brings in the crowds. It's certainly not the food or the customer service behind the counter (the cashiers are pretty solid, though).

Yelp
YUM! The last breakfast event that I attended was catered (donation) by Cosi, and even after an hour-long speaking program that left the food pretty cold, it was absolutely delicious. I would visit Cosi or use them for an event any time. Delicious and rather sophisticated (but not TOO sophisticated) sandwiches and foods.
google avatar

Ashley S.

Yelp
I tried this place for the first time a couple months ago, and I love it. Granted I've only ordered one thing, but I love that sandwich so much. It's the Turkey, Bacon & Chedder Melt. The sandwich is delicious. The service isn't horrible. It's a south station, so it kind of depends on who you're seeing 'cause I heard some employees swearing in front of customers, which is uncalled for.
google avatar

Beverly G.

Yelp
What can you say about Cosi? It's an overpriced chain sandwich shop, like so many places to eat in the Financial District. However, the manager of this Cosi is ridiculously nice. I was admiring one of their ads for their crab cake sandwich, and after chatting me up a bit, he gave me his business card and wrote the words "free lunch" on it, telling me I could stop by and try a crab cake sandwich on him. The food's nothing special by any means, but go here for the service, for sure.
google avatar

Kristin S.

Yelp
Living in Philly spoiled me. In Philly they have Cosi and XandO which is better than just plain old Cosi. The problem here in Boston is that all the locations are in the financial district and they all close by 5pm. You never get to experience the evening menu! The make your own s'mores are fantastic and they are the reason to go. Yes, its great for sandwiches for lunch but for me the experience just isn't the same. In Philly it's a late night destination and serves alcohol and all sorts of yummy desserts....I wish they would expand one of the Boston franchises. Honestly, if you have an extra $900k laying around and you want to start a business put one full Cosi/XandO in Kenmore Square.
google avatar

J P.

Yelp
Been here a few times over the last couple years and enjoyed their sandwiches, the bread is especially delicious. It's unfortunate then that today I popped in and picked up a BLT to bring back to work. At my desk I was dismayed to discover the bacon strips were about 50% raw. Sorry Cosi, I'm not interested in getting food poisoning... I won't be back.
google avatar

Red Dead Reviewer C.

Yelp
Food was mediocre. Tried to order a sandwich, but they didn't have bread because they were doing the "breakfast thing". So I tried to order eggs since (a breakfast thing), they didn't have those either, only egg whites. Plus the servers really looked confused when they were making the food. I wouldn't suggest this place.

Yelp
Tip #1, as you walk in to Cosi, dont forget to sample their bread, they have the best bread eva!! This is a staple lunch place, snadwiches, soups, salad, very efficient, there isnt much of a wait for anything. You can grab and go within 10. Plenty of seating for lunch. I think there is another one opening in Kendall, i know a couple of worker bees who are very happy about that!! You def. need a lunch place like this, no stress, low maintence, walk in an out with your medicore-delish lunch !

Yelp
Just because there's a fireplace in the joint, doesn't mean the food is fresh, or homemade. In fact, I'm sure most of it is frozen and reheated. I've been consistently underwhelmed by the food here. I don't know why people like this so much, I guess it's just the fake ambiance of the fireplace.

Yelp
Lovely seating area and super clean. The staff was really friendly, especially the woman who made my vanilla kiss latte. The scone was absolutely delicious. The latte wasn't that good- there were chunks of cinnamon in it that really detracted from drinking it. I would try them again though as the prices and selection were good!

Yelp
Great crispy thin bread sandwiches! the Shrimp salad sandwich (summers only) are very good, the Turkey and Brie is excellent! a perfect quick lunch, salads are huge!

Yelp
I'm completely addicted to their salads and bread. There seems to be really low staff turnover (I've been seeing the same people there for years) so they must be doing right by their folks. Nice patio with fountain for eating outside in the beautiful weather.

Yelp
Good sandwich, but ordering and picking up is a total cluster fuck.

Yelp
Average menu. The bread is delicious, but sandwiches are too small in my opinion. Fresh tossed salads and sandwiches made to order.
