Staff was friendly and helpful, made me lunch to-go to take on the train even though it was 9am. Convenient place to stop before South Station. Only small criticism is I wish they used chicken breast instead of dark meat.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches! Bacon, egg and cheese on multi grain and bacon, tomato, avocado toast were fantastic! They do a big catering business but we were able to get our items quickly and with a smile.

Cosi is truly a local gem! The food is always fresh and clean. I come just about daily lol- and especially love the pesto chicken sandwich. Marcia and Simon always take the best care of me, and the whole staff is amazing! 10s across the board. Easy walk for those in financial district too!

This was my first time at Cosi on Federal and Marci and team where a blast to even be around! Service, smile, food was great, and this new treat Dubai Chocolate flat bread was so good. Will be back very soon.

I recently got a salad from cozy I believe it’s the oriental salad or Thai salad. The salad was so delicious. I had to write a review. The flavor was the best I ever had. It was fresh and just so delicious. I could literally eat one every day. If you have not had the salad you gotta try. It’s a 10 star salad for me. I’ve been eating cozy for years. I’m never disappointed from their sandwiches to their salads and the manager Marcia is amazing.. She goes over and beyond to make sure your food is great. She cares so much, if you happen to go there ask Marcia she’ll make sure. Your experience is great!!!

The staff were friendly and efficient, even during the lunch rush. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and they offer plenty of custom options if you’re picky about your build. Overall, it’s the kind of spot I’d return to—great for a quick bite that doesn’t feel like fast food. Highly recommend if you’re craving a good sandwich made right.

Was introduced to Cosi through work catering. Every time I pop in they are cranking through orders and customers. Super nice team and Marcia is always so lovely and kind. Can’t wait until they cater our next team days at work - but can’t wait to eat my sandwich!! 🥰
