The tuna melt did not feel like it was worth it, in size or taste. The tuna didn’t seem fresh and overall it was a messy meal. The complementary side of chips or carrots is a nice touch, however. The manager (David) taking orders had an attitude, and was visibility frustrated by my lack of understanding of their uncommon way of collecting orders, or my lack of familiarity with their menu. I am not sure if I will be returning.

if i could give it 0 stars id plaster it all over so they can be embarrassed! i've visited this location a few times wanted to throw each sandwich at each worker except for poor Devin, which I may say is the only english speaking worker behind the counter! poor customer service and lack of english, which i'm not surprised at all! nothing but latinos who cant call out the names on the order cards due to not knowing english. the manger (David) who looked lost and seems like he does not want to be there is VERY pushy and all over the place! I've witnessed countless amount of breakouts between employees during business hours which is very unprofessional. YET those employees are still working there, as I see them when i speed walk past the rat shack during lunch! they have no way of forming a order line or a pay line due to them thinking that they can be some type of fancy or the thought that they can out due the other restaurants in the mall. the so called melts they have on the overwhelming menu taste like a microwave TV dinner you can pick up at Star Market right around the corner! damn there 10 dollars for a sandwich that's not even half the size of my arm!

They got my order wrong. Food was so bad that I had to throw it away in trash. Long wait times with people standing in front of the counter waiting for their food.
