One of the best “bagels” I have ever had in my life. It’s more like a soft ciabatta than a bagel really. We ordered the garden fresh avocado bagel on a jalapeño and cheese and a meatless spicy chorizo and egg on a jalapeño and cheddar. They were both amazing. Also got an iced latte with oat milk and fresh orange juice and it was very good. We loved it so much that I said to the lady at the counter I would like to order about 12 bagels for tomorrow so I can bring it home. She said that’s fine call tomorrow as it will be fresh. I called the next day around 12.30 and spoke to someone else on the phone who said they have stopped serving breakfast and they aren’t making anymore bagels. Why would the lady from the lady before not tell me this? We live 3 hours away from jersey city too.

This is the 2nd time I went and got a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and it’s more like eating bread with bacon slices. I understand being busy And rushing but cmon. The staff is great and very polite.

The food at Cosi is very tasty and fresh. The staff is always very friendly and acknowledges you as you walk in the store. The staff is always attentive and always recommending new foods to try. Their Square bagels are always fresh made in the morning. Must try them with butter it’s out of this world. Gotta stop by if you never had their food. The taste 2 on the menu is my favorite. Soup and Sandwich is the best. The employee that stands out is Brie who is always greeting me with her charming smile. And Narcisa is also amazing as soon as she sees me she already starts making my food. Love my Cosi.

I had a fresh bacon-egg-cheese Bagel. It was so great and crunchy. Bagels are made fresh in a Stoneoven on site. The Service was super nice as well. I will Return

Cosi is a great lunch spot! They have a very simple menu, but everything is delicious. They make their own flatbreads for their sandwiches! Everyone is very friendly and quick, and the eating areas are clean. Bathroom, also clean - customers only, please!

I love going to this place for lunch. It’s quick and easy and the staff is quick and friendly! Brie and Darius have given me awesome sandwich hacks like adding this or that to their signature sandwiches. The recommendations are spot on every time!

I had a great experience at this restaurant, and I want to especially highlight the outstanding service from the cashier, Aafia. She’s always warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about every customer. Even during busy hours, she manages to find orders quickly and keep the line moving smoothly. It’s clear she pays close attention to detail and takes pride in her work. Aafia really makes the experience more personal and welcoming — a rare kind of service that doesn’t go unnoticed.

I was a customer today and was very pleased with the food & staff. I got a tandoori chicken sandwich & Jessica was the one who prepared it. She was AMAZING. I would definitely come back to look for her. Her customer service skills are top notch.
