Cosmic Creamery is Nashville’s Newest Ice Cream Shop — and it’s Destined for Instagram Fame - Eater Nashville

"Cosmic Creamery — a new ice cream shop in Germantown specializing in ice creams infused with cereal, fruit, and candy — starts scooping on Saturday, October 27. With more than 20 toppings and 15 mix-in options, sweet toothed visitors at the outer space-themed destination will choose from pre-ordained ‘cosmic creations’ or create-their-own infused adventure to be served in cup, cone, or milkshake form. Highly-Instagrammable menu items include ‘The Milky Way’ — infused with Cookie Crisps cereal and NoBaked chocolate chip cookie dough — and colorful Fruity Pebbles-packed ‘The Rocket Man.’ Located at 1120 4th Ave N Suite 102, Cosmic Creamery is owned by the same people that own neighboring NoBaked Cookie Dough (also found in a few of their creations) Megan and Jimmy Feeman, plus two new partners Caleb Elder and Greg Gazenski. They’re all very into ice cream, and have hopes to franchise Cosmic Creamery in other cities. Once open, Cosmic Creamery’s hours will be Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday/Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m." - Delia Jo Ramsey

Very good! The ice cream with pulverized cereal is such a brilliant idea and so well executed. The toppings are great and the presentation is definitely instagrammable as the kids would say. Planning on coming back with visitors to check out the milkshakes!

Ice cream was very tasty and combos were interesting but definitely worth the try. I wasn't sure about pop rocks fruity pebbles and gummy bears in ice cream but I ended up really liking it. Lots of patio seating and some seating inside. Small work space so you have to wait a little while for your order. Very hidden in the stores and no signage, but that might because they just opened. Very friendly staff, 5 ⭐

Nice looking place with casual atmosphere. The ice cream I had was okay. Nothing special. It was a good amount of ice cream ($7). Service was nice but not really fast.

First time trying Cosmic Creamery. It was a Monday night we didn't think it would be too busy. Upon arriving there were two people in line at the cashier in front of us and many people seated at the various tables and swings. I will also mention there was only one employee making the orders. We ordered one ice cream. It took 27 mins to get our order. Although the combination of cereal and ice cream is good, it us not worth $8 and a 27 min wait time. Next time I will buy my own cereal and make it at home at home with my own blender. My recommendation is for them to hire more employees if they want to keep customers.

Got there 4 days after their grand opening. I got the Astro Nut with marshmallows on top. It was delicious the ice cream is right down the middle enough creamy and enough ice based for every preference to enjoy. I loved having the texture in each bite and a nice even flavor. The portions are perfect where it's not too much so you can come back and not be sick! A cool feature to the atmosphere is the swings they have by the ordering bar! Great concept. I would frequent this place more than it's sister company nobaked cookie dough!

Ice cream is GREAT but it took us 50 minutes to get our order. The people working the front told us it would only be a 10-15 minute wait. The employees never apologized or acknowledged how slow it was and continued to tell customers it was only a short wait as they walked up. At one point the wind blew the tickets across the counter and the employees just guessed on what order they were in. People who ordered after us were getting their ice cream before us and others that had ordered before us. They were also out of several ingredients that go into the ice cream. Great ice cream but REALLY bad service.

The atmosphere was awesome here and the staff was fairly friendly. However, while the ice cream was good I'm not sure it was worth $7. Like I said it tasted delicious and it's a really cool concept but, you only get a little bit of ice cream for $7 which is kind of crazy.

Cereal and vanilla ice cream. I haven't eaten cereal in almost 10 years so I thought it would be fun. I asked to try some of the cereal, and they brought the container ovver and said I could reach in (yikes!) I declined and asked them to glove up and give me a sample. Not sure what was supposed to be cosmic about it, but my milkshake was super runny. I prefer a thicker milkshake consistency, but that's just my personal preference.
