Cosmopolit Hotel

I stayed at Cosmopolit with the family and friends. The rooms were nice, clean and well designed. They offered a very good sleep as well. The breakfast was basic and can probably describe staff at breakfast as "rude". Strangely there is no air conditioning outside the rooms and the reception area. Generally speaking, the restaurant looked deserted. The hotel is located next to the construction site, which won't be finished any time soon by the way it looks. The hotel is not in the city centre and offers quiet accommodation but there is nothing around it. You are a taxi ride away from restaurants, bars etc. To be fair, it is a short ride. Not a bad place to stay, when on business or for a short visit but may be not for holiday purposes

We were there in January 2019 and I think we were the only guests there !||||The 310 room was very nice and clean, but the pictures are a bit nice. But still absolutely in order and according to the price. When we arrived on the first evening the credit card system did not work and so we had to pay cash. But this happens all over the world ! || ||In the room everything worked perfectly ! || ||Only the television program I did not understand completely but since we did not intend to see TV anyway is that to get over.||||The room was very clean and absolutely perfect. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. As we were the only guests in the hotel we were asked if it was okay to have our breakfast in the room which we also enjoyed. It was served punctually and very extensively. || ||However, it was a little awkward to eat without a proper table. So the next morning we decided to have breakfast in the restaurant. It was a little bit unpleasant for me since I had to determine that we were still the only ones and for it 3 coworkers were locally. But not a second would tell us that we were annoying. Quite the opposite, we would be supplied like kings. Even when we wanted to have a warm meal around 22:30 it was completely normal for the friendly staff to prepare a great meal for us. And that although they already started to cover the tables. This hospitality and this service are already worth 4 stars!||||Even if we asked small things or questions about the internal telephone to the reception or ordered it never takes longer than 5 minutes and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. || ||A great holiday in Kharkiv and the hotel had a big part in the fact that we felt very well there. We will gladly come back !

Very nice hotel. This is the best example when the hotel has a long history and keeps high level of quality. I remember this hotel 10 years ago and till now nothing changed. In good meaning of that).|The furniture is new and well cared, everything is clean and properly provided.|It could be some hardships with location, the hotel is located a bit far from center,but for those who travel by car- no problem at all. Very good restaurant is downstairs which provides a discount for hotel guests, so not really necessary to leave the hotel building ))

I have stay 5 nights and feelt so comfortable and safe. Stuff so helpfully and friendly rooms warm and so cleen they have give it ti me room with bath and didnt charge extra money for it basically this room wasnt my reseved room and should be more money. Thanks guys if i come back will definitely stay there agein. A specially anna and svetlana from reception was so nice thanka ladies agein.

It's a new nice hotel, if you need to travel on business. Especially if you're not expecting to be in city center in the mornings. Breakfast is a little strange (rice and chicken for breakfast) but there's also other stuff to break your night fast. Clean and ordered. The photos on the wall and the book of photos at front desk is very odd choice.

Horrible and unprofessional staff, absolutely no COVID protocols in place, during our 8 nights stay none of the front desk people were wearing masks. No hot water on the fourth floor! Glass bathroom doors with zero privacy in more expensive rooms. No towel changes during cleaning. Dirty walls and ripped carpets. Administration unavailable, front desk guys drinking wine outside of the hotel at night. When we asked to change our room due to the water issue the guy downstairs asked not to come with these questions so late. When we asked for a refund, he said that the cash was all stolen a few days ago and he can’t help us. Honestly, this place is surrealistically BAD. Positive reviews must be outdated (or bribed haha). Keep searching and stay safe!

Cosmopolit Hotel, it was a good hotel. After booking, I came to know that it is nuder the management of Premier Hotels. If you stay in this group hotels before, you will feel the same comfort and cleanless inside. Just the differences will be about class and stars... Room was very clean and toilet was good disinfected ! The only thing I did not like is the door for other room which is located in my room. First, I tried to understand what is this room and later I have checked from Fire Plan, and it was showing that there is another room behind of this door. This is not comfortable for me! I was planning to change my room if I did not come late to room.

After a disastrous trip with myriad delays and detours, we finally arrived to our Hotel, and what a contrast it was to our last stay in Kharkiv a few months ago at the very poor Viva Hotel - we were warmly greeted by smiling, courteous staff who for our short stay, continued to provide a level of service rarely experienced in Ukraine. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean, the amenities excellent. Breakfast was superb and again the wait staff were also happy and helpful. A short but extremely satisfied stay at Cosmopolit, thank you. Oh, to all who complained about distance from the City, it is a short taxi, metro, trolley bus or mini bus ride not to mention inexpensive. Thank you Cosmopolit, we will be back :)
