I rented for 18 months. I had to leave for the following reasons: Positives: 1. Internet signal boosted to Workout Room and Pool deck 2. Pool finally operational after 8 months 3. Very well kept property 4. Friendly staff 5. Lovely Amenities 6. Excellent Security but overburdening meaning fob required for concierge level (ridiculous) and garage levels 2 through 6 when one can clearly walk to each level… Negatives: 1. Manager not accommodating to Move In. Had to spread move over 2 days. 2. Cheapest Holiday party I have ever encountered given the exorbitant monthly and the fact that no celebration for 2 years 3. Management not accommodating to a move out on the coldest day of 2022 4. A/C Unit would not warm the apartment above 65 5. Constitution around 4 am at least twice per week. 6. Sirens all hours of the night

The construction being done on these condos is releasing hundreds of thousands of tiny styrofoam pieces into the environment. No effort is being made by the construction company or business to contain the fallout, minimize the impact or mitigate the damage. Egregious lack of responsibility.

Best place . I feel safe and secure and it's very peaceful no issues or complaints here 😊
