We just wanted to let everyone know this is the best pizza place in Colorado. Yesterday, they went above and beyond to make our day so amazing! We’ve been enjoying cosmos for well over 15 years and decided to make them apart of a special day. They made us a special pizza for our gender reveal! Pizza was 10/10 and made our day so wonderful! Cant recommend enough!

Super super generously sized slices and prices! The folks here are all friendly and helpful. Good music too, a fun chill environment to grab a bite. The pizza also tastes fantastic.

First of all. Where’s Wanda?!? This pizza is amazing. I suggest to add a few toppings to the pizza behind the glass, only 50¢ per. The upmost friend staff. Kai is amazing and deserves a tip just for his great conversation while your pizza is cooking. Best quick pizza place around

Excellent and quick. The pizza slice is huge, hot, and delicious. Customer service was wonderful. Prices are reasonable. This establishment is clean as well as the bathroom. Recommend this location.

I came in 26 minutes before close and was greeted straight away by Kai. He seemed happy to see me despite being nearly closed up for the night. The staff was friendly and could tell they work well together. I had 3 slices, supreme, Hawaiian, and plain cheese… with a DrPepper (not pibb!). The slices were warmed up to perfection. The crust is great and the “thickness” of the pizza was spot on. Delicious slices for sure! I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in that part of town. Thanks again Kai! Made my hungry self ultra satisfied.

The slices are huge and that' pretty much the only upside. Tastes okay, but especially the outer side of the crust seems to be under-cooked/dry (as you can see the color in many pictures).

Decent pizza, and I'm a NY pizza snob. I love the chewy crust, and the plentiful topping choices, and the spicy ranch sauce is great, though personally I don't dip. Pricing is also reasonable. I've been ordeing delivery lately, as Cosmos is one of the very few places that does its own delivery instead of using a third-party service. The pizza always arrives on time, hot, and delish!

Entire pie was burnt on the bottom. Ovens should be cleaned daily this is completely unacceptable. I threw the whole pie away because my dogs wouldn't even eat it! Wasted $30 and my kids are still starving.

I LOVE this place. They are always friendly and ready to help. I have been going here for years, and even during COVID, I was always treated great. There was one young man, Travis, who would bring the pizza to my car hot, complete, and accurately when I phoned in an order. Now, I have had great interactions with a new girl, I think her name is Astrid, who is very personable, friendly, and good at her job. Well back in college I visited a friend in Fort Collins once for a long weekend. Yes, you know what i'm going to say. We ate some pizza from this cosmo and I guess the spicy ranch stuck with me. Thousands of years later my partner and I are checking out Boulder and we needed a lunchdinner. We were famished and happy. After accidentally ending up in the college restaurant area of this town surrounded by scary loud boys i ditched all my hopes and dreams of getting some sort of veggie tales dish and said let's just get a pizza and get out of this loud boy area. That's exactly what we did. At first I couldn't remember what this place is called ... Carlos pizza... Colins pizza... capricorn pizza I don't know... spicy ranch ...COSMOS PIZZA ! That's what it is. Well five stars because it's pretty good and I added a bunch of stuff and swapped and the whole nine yards on my pozza and they got it all right. Also. They are not wimps on the sauce. You get a real serving of the ranch. Thank you cosmo and thank you to the cosmos for this linner. It was great to get away from those terrifying young men and end up in the cosmos with some spicy ranch after all this time. God bless

I went last night for a pizza and they started rushing me while I was eating definitely would not recommend it. Service was horrible asthrid the cashier girl was sweeping while we were eating she couldn't even wait for us to finish just straight rushing us . They did not have napkins , tables were dirty , there ranch tasted expired and they charged us for plates Overall 1.5 outta 10 . Would not recommend this place .

Best joint in town. Used to come here all the time with my friends and the pineapple pizza is to die for.

I've been coming here for a very long time, and I'm finally sick and tired of being treated like it's an honor and pleasure to be served by you. Your pizza is mediocre at best, and your staff on average has piss poor attitudes. Why have I been patronizing you for so long? Because you were the only option most of the time. Your are offensive in every way. It boggles my mind how you are still in business. For those of you reading, do yourself a favor, skip this place and go to one of the many great pizza shops we have here in boulder. Brooklyn Pizza, Pizza Calore, Back Country Pizza...just to name a few. The level of stars that has the most votes for Cosmos is '1'. That should tell you something.

This restaurant DOES NOT serve gluten-free pizza, contrary to what they claim on their menu. They serve "gluten lite" pizza, aka pizza that will make you very sick if you have Celiac disease or gluten intolerance. I reallllllly wish restaurants would stop lying about allergens in their food. This is the equivalent of a bakery saying they have "peanut-free" cookies and then rolling all the peanut-free cookies in peanut flour before serving them to unsuspecting allergic customers. Fortunately, or unfortunately?, gluten doesn't instantly kill you if you eat some. It kills you very slowly, over decades, through malnutrition, chronic diarrhea, osteoporosis, arthritis, non-Hodgkins lymphoma, and all the other fun stuff that's caused by gluten when you have Celiac disease. You also get other non-fatal fun stuff with Celiac disease, like itchy weeping sores on your skin and your hair falling out. STOP CLAIMING YOU HAVE ALLERGEN-FREE FOOD WHEN YOU DON'T! YOU ARE HARMING PEOPLE. Two stars because BF and I thought the pizza was tasty, even though it made me sick later.

I have eaten pizza here dozens of times over the years. It is consistently good with plenty of cheese and toppings. Not pizza from the lower east side but slices as good as you will ever find in Colorado!

My friend and I ordered a 24" pizza. We were excited for the novelty of such a large pizza, but alas... our hopes were dashed when we got home and found short, dark, curly hairs baked into the cheese. We called to get a refund, and the person on the phone was incredibly unapologetic and rude. When we returned to get our refund, we noticed the man making the pizzas had a beard and wasn't wearing a hairnet on his beard. I will never go back, and suggest that you avoid this place if you like your food hair-free.

bit into my pizza, and found burnt charcoal pieces of other crust stuck to the bottom of my slice. i called and all they said was "oh yeah that happens." no apology, just a refund of this one slice. and this was after i already didn't get the spicy ranch i'd asked for in my original order, and they were not helpful on the phone then! no dinner for me tonight, won't be eating this for sure. the way i was talked to on the phone the second time was bad enough to come here and write this review. i bit into something that, frankly, doesn't look all that sanitary and their attitude was as if this was just a normal occurrence. i have been eating cosmos for years but this here is straight up not good pizza. why i'm really here tho is because their reaction to it was even more upsetting. they did not care that they are serving food like this!!! tldr check your crust, because this just "happens sometimes" at cosmos, leaving you shit out of luck with no appetite

Came here after climbing at the nearby Movement Gym - one Mediterranean pizza slice w/ the SPICY RANCH (of course) really hit the spot. Don't even bother thinking you will be able to share one spicy ranch - just get one per person. Definitely would return again after a hike in the Flat Irons or another climbing session at the gym.

I was not given a box and my piece was ruined from it being placed into only foil ripping the cheese off when I removed the cheese

My husband was very excited to take me here because this is all he ate in college. I was very disappointed only because the pizza was just ...pizza. It wasn't good but it wasn't bad. They have a signature spicy ranch sauce. I wasn't impressed either but it does have a kick to it.

P is for the way they present such beautiful slices of cheese and goodness. I is for the way they always inquire about if I am having a good day. Z is for the way they always seem zealous about their craft. Z again because even Zebras would eat here. In fact, they might currently. Stay woke. A is for how awesome this place is all around. Legendary pizza, good vibes staff, and always good prices to keep the working man happy and fed. If pizza is love, these guys are Bob Ross.

I am from Boulder, yes actually born here. I have tried every pizza place in town, and cosmos is better than most. I have rarely had delivery, and the negative reviews seem to mostly be issues with delivery or people butt hurt about the covid restrictions. Audrey Janes has fancier toppings, and this is the one area that cosmos could improve. I would love to see roasted red peppers, grilled onioins, burrata mozzerella or some more interesting veggies added to the menu options. However cosmos crust is so much better ! And you can buy a pizza for a reasonable price where as Audrey's is considerably more expensive. The guys are always friendly here, and the few times they messed up an order the immediately offered to remake it or comp us for a future pie. Every time I have a friend in town I always order a pizza from Cosmos and Every single person has said it was one of the best pizzas they have ever had, including my east coast friends.

I love Cosmo's pizza at Baseline. It is like the NY pizza. But the same pizza here on the 28th Street is like the one from Pizza Hut. Very different. It was not like that in 3/2020 when The pizza was just like the one in the Baseline store. Wonder what happened. We order from the Baseline store now.

I love cosmos. Ever since I started going to school here at CU, Cosmos has been my go to place. The slices are huge and their dough is amazing. My favorite part is their spicy ranch. Im from the south so I love ranch and Cosmos has the best spicy ranch I have ever had. Highly recommend coming here!

It's a good slice that's consistently prepared. It's NY style and always fresh and delicious. If your a pizza fan I give it a OneBite score of 7.7 it's a very good slice and is also great at all locations I have had it. Staff is always on point also!

If you like a pizza with toppings all the way to the crust, this is not the pizza place for you. I liked the taste of their pizza but after four times of their sending me delivery pizza with the toppings all in the middle, 3.5" from the edge, I switched to Pizza Colore, also in Boulder, similar pricing, better sauce, and toppings all over the pizza. The Cosmos staff will also tell you that YOU are the problem if you call to complain about the toppings being in the middle. Don't buy from these people.

Either incompetent and/or lazy service (May 26) The problem is that I wanted to order a mushroom pizza. The guy helping (not very helpful) informed me that he cannot take the order at the door. I have to call the order in... even though I'm standing (masked and gloved) at the door. This seemed incredibly stupid, so I double checked that he cannot just take my order and that I need to call it in... Yes. This is quite literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. And I'm even high. I'm supposed to write more words but there is nothing left to say.

Caution: no idea how they calculate current wait times (before you place an order). Initially a 25 minute wait for pick-up (of 1 Calzone) then became 1+ hours after placing the order. Then once I arrived there at the 1+ hour mark was greeted with "wait in your car until we call you" sign (without ever mentioning they'd call me during the initial purchase before wasting my time sitting in the parking lot). Don't worry, I'll never make the mistake of ordering from here again. -- Update: The lady who canceled my order, once it got to 2 hours without receiving a call after going home, was very nice & polite though.

Boulder has so many good pizza places, why would you go to Cosmos? Give Brooklyn pizza a try. Life is too short to stuff mediocre tasteless pizza in your body and feel it sit there for a few hours while your body tries to figure out what to do with it. I think Cosmos is cheap, and that might be all it has going for it. For slices check out Brooklyn. For crummy to go pizza I think Blackjack is better. For whole pies get Brooklyn, backcountry, or boss lady. For neopolitan check out Protos. Cosmos isn't all bad, but it's just mediocre.

So I've been coming to the north boulder location since I moved, and every single time I order, something has gone wrong, and it's getting to the point where tonight will be the last time I order anything from this location, and I will happily drive to the location at Baseline and 30th that actually has its shit together. Tonight they forgot my spicy ranch, previously it's been that I've gotten a pizza delivered 1 hour past the quoted time that wasn't even cut. And that isn't all, but It's a bunch of bullshit. Management needs to step it up at this store because, fuck. You're clearly not paying your employees enoughh to give a damn.

The night staff is always friendly and ready to serve a customers every need Mike made me a perfect calzone tonight. 5/5 will always choose cosmos north over any pizza place.

Been ordering from this location for a while. The pizza is inconsistent. Tonight's incident will me the last time I order from them. They forgot part of my order, which is no big deal, but instead of offering to refund me for the items missing, the sales associate said he couldn't and that he would notify the delivery person as if that was was some consolation. Either deliver the item I paid for or refund my card for the amount. Plus, the pizza was cold. Go elsewhere.

I only had pizza here last weekend at a party. It was pretty bland. However, today I got cut off by a driver from this place. At the next intersection I glance over and he's giving me the finger. Have ordered from this location 4 times since I moved here six months ago and I am always satisfied from the whole experience! Pizza is always delivered before time given which is a major plus when you order pizza!!! The veggie supreme is my favorite and always adding a spicy ranch with it. Love this place

Do you like cardboard? Do you hate cheese? Is sauce straight out of a can your thing? Then your in luck. This place has it all, with the added extras of rude phone service, hour plus delivery times and stoned drivers that can't find anything. This is a must order if you don't value your money or hate your tum tum. Id say it's the #1 way to burn your money in Boulder besides endorsing the Republican Party.

Have always ordered at this location and usually everything is great. Just ordered pizza tonight after a super long work day. Ordered at 7:44 p.m and I understand delivery can take a long little while and I'm totally cool with that. 9:00 p.m rolls around and I start wondering why it's taking a bit. Again, i understand delivery can take a while. 9:20 p.m rolls around and i give this location a call. The guy who answered the phone seemed to be new and says he has to talk to his manager because the pizza had been delivered. I get a reply from the guy "So it said it's delivered but um i guess we can make you another one and get it out to you". I'm sorry what? You guess you can make me another pizza? He didn't even ask what was on my order nor did he try to accommodate me with any type of gift card or anything for COSMOS mistake. It's not my fault your delivery driver delivered a pizza at the wrong house. I felt rushed on the phone and like i was a inconvenience. I'm sorry, I'm all about customer service and i will not be ordering from this location for a while.

The pizza is ok. The service can be problematic. The larger girl at the counter who prepares the slices, put only a dusting of mushrooms on mine, and she was put out when I asked her to make it right. Ever since then, when she's working, I get the smallest slices with barely any toppings barely warmed up. If she's looking to drive away customer's then she's doing a great job.

. Good slices, great employees. Simple as that. You're prolly gonna go for lunch or late night munchies. Thankfully these employees stay up and deal with trashy customers. Some of the reviews are from ungrateful customers who have nothing better to do than rag on the employees as if the people reviewing could do a better job. It's Boulder I expect the employee to be high to make my pizza dank as fuck. So great new location I love it!!!

Worst service I've ever gotten in my life from anywhere. They sent out a calzone that was burnt black the first time then told me they couldn't do a refund so the manager gave me a discount for the next order. I got off work late came home and called to be told nastily by some 19 year old brat that they 'can't ' deliver to my address. Absolutely pathetic

This is the worst Cosmo's in Boulder!! I watched as this inept stoner chatted away as my pizza burned; when he finally remembers it, he throws me the burnt pizza when I ask him to redo, he gives me a barely warm slice! AVOID!! WORST PIZZA SPOT IN BOULDER! Go to the one in the hill
