Casual dining, modern aesthetic, fantastic food options. Pizzas are creative and seriously good. The pizza is a thinner style and cooked perfect. Just a touch of char on the bottom. The salads are also very well made. All the greens are crisp and fresh. I love it.

Absolutely Satisfying! This place is a hidden gem just a short walk from our house, and we couldn’t be happier to have it in the neighborhood!!! Finally a pizza spot that actually has it all!! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, authentic Italian atmosphere. The pizza? Simply the best we've had in Nevada! From the perfect crispy crust to the rich, savory sauce and fresh toppings, every bite felt like a trip to Italy. We tried the Summer pie It was a white pie that had zucchini , ricotta , speck and a hint of lemon juice. The balance of flavors was spot on, and you can tell they use top-notch ingredients. Even the drinks and appetizers were fantastic; we paired our meal with a delightful glass of white wine that was on tap. -Note to self I personally may ask for crispier - I didn't mind bussing my own table after enjoying every last bite. There should be some kind of visible signage to bus your own table. - We liked the communal tables where you can sit on a bench and interact with different people. Great way to spike a conversation. - Triple AAA The ambience - atmosphere and architecture was genuinely beautiful. What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail and the genuine passion for pizza-making. It's more than just a meal, it’s an experience. We can't wait to come back again (and again)!

This is the best pizza in Reno. My wife and I had a wonderful dinner here. The ambiance and food is fantastic. We had the Caesar Salad and the Pizza Special. Both had great flavor and texture. We look forward to coming back!

Google
I would say one of our favorite places to get pizza in town. They have interesting and tasty specials, but also do classic well. I also appreciate the sparkling and still water taps that are included with the meal.

Dined at Cosmo’s two different times in 3 days because I was so impressed by the first experience. Tucked away on Arroyo street in the Wells Ave district, this place has everything: chic modern interior, a solid drink menu that includes build-your-own spritzes and organic wines, delicious seasonal Italian inspired food, and a soft serve machine. Looking forward to many more visits to Cosmo’s, as it’s sure to cement itself as an institution in Reno’s culinary scene.

Got a Margherita pizza. They don't have grilled chicken, which I normally like to add on. The pizza was perfectly cooked. The crust was a little thin, so it was kind of tough to eat without it flopping. Flavors were excellent.

Google
Holy hell is this place good. Absolutely delicious. We did their Super Bowl special, two pizzas, two pounds of wings, order of meatballs and 24 oz of dog serve. Everything was delicious. Nothing disappointed. We added in two of their sub sandwiches as well, which were also amazing. Walked in and had 311 playing, followed by Beastie Boys, and The Roots. Hell yes. Interior was small but nice. Simple and clean (in aesthetics and cleanliness) inside. Highest of recommendations for Cosmo’s.

Yelp
Cosmo's Snack Bar is a hidden gem in Reno! The pizzas are delicious. thin crust, fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. The menu has all of the usual pizza staples with healthy options such as roasted cauliflower or broccolini. Drinks are equally impressive, with unique spritzes, local beers, and my personal favorite Prosecco The cozy vibe makes it perfect for a casual night out. We ate outside with a big group and were able to get a table even on a Saturday night. They had heat lamps so we were warm and toasty. Indoor tables and booths are available as well. Try it you'll like it.

Yelp
We'd heard a lot about Cosmos so when we finally visited it was with pretty high expectations. Suffice to say, Cosmos met them. Just from the pizza alone you can tell that they put care and deliberation into everything they do. The crust was light and crisp, and so flavorful. Loved the sauce. Easily one of the top pizzas in Reno right now. We also got the broccolini and burrata, and the harissa carrots. The burrata was some of the freshest I've eaten, and the carrots were delightfully spicy without being overwhelming. Cosmos, sadly, seems more like a summer joint, as seating inside is really limited, and up to the first-come first-sit process, meaning you had 2 people sitting in a booth that could fit 4, when 2-tops were open for them to claim instead, leaving a larger party to find their own seats, which are very very limited. With the patio open, this would be less of an issue, but alas Autumn hours close that down. If they can get some heating lamps out on their patio, or put up some temporary enclosure, I could see that helping.

Yelp
I LOVE Cosmos. I didn't realize what it was until visiting - a cute, stylish pizza place with great cocktails and cozy patio! It has the best Gluten-free pizza in town and is in the top of anywhere I've tried (I also love R Town GF deep dish in Reno and the GF thin crust at Eataly locations). Besides the pizza, I highly recommend trying their on tap Negronis and wine, roasted carrots and vegan ice cream. Cosmos also has an incredibly smart model where you order at the counter and also help yourself to water, plates, to go boxes. If it is a really busy weekend night (or sometimes a random weeknight) be prepared to wait for a table a bit so don't go on a timeline - but it is worth it. Keep an eye on their social media for fun special nights too!

Yelp
Wow! Cosmo's Snack Bar knocked it out of the park! Probably one of the best pizza's I've had in Reno. Smaller menu but they really do a great job with the items they make. They even are very open and accepting of modifications (we asked to remove chillies on the meatball pie and they were able to accommodate). Super cute inside and cant wait to sit out on the patio once it gets warmer. We will definitely be back to try out more items!

Yelp
SUCH A SWEET SPOT! I was eating my way thru Reno and the amazing Bismarck recommended this gem in the wall. Beautiful simple ingredients, casual yet hip atmosphere and great - I mean TERRIFIC service: Onya and Jillian literally stole my heart. I will def be back. Thai you team Cosmos.

Yelp
We arrived during Happy Hour. We order a Salad Daze pizza with added pepperoni and cauliflower appetizer. As for cocktails we both went with the Negroni. It was fine, but we aren't fans of cocktails on draft. The cauliflower arrived quickly with the pizza right behind. Seriously, the best cauliflower anything we have ever had in a resturant. The pizza is also incredible. We loved the crisp, but chewy crust. We also ordered two seasonal cocktails, both were delicious. The staff was quite friendly. The place is small maybe 7 or 8 tables. The is a patio, which is probably the place to be in the warmer months. They do a tiny 3 car parking lot, but that's it. It is residential so all the street parking is mostly taken by residents. It is also on the pricey side. Our bill was $90, so take that into account. We will definitely return for that cauliflower and pizza.

Yelp
We had a small make your own pizza. It was delicious. We got the white sauce w/ veggies. We went on a Monday around 6pm and the place was clean and only had a few tables available. Our servers were nice and although the pizza was made fresh they were quick. I will definitely go back there!

Yelp
Heard about this neighborhood hotspot from a friend, OMG Must try. It is located in a converted house on E. Arroyo just west of S Wells. There is parking on the street and behind the business or in the driveway. You enter from the side or back patio area into the restaurant. They had several tables on the patio and heaters but being January, it wasn't being used, I can't want until spring. Once inside it was remodeled and open with booth tables against the wall. A large bench with four 2 person tables along the center length. On the other side of center wall, several high tables. We had 7 in our group and they put together the bench tables. It is counter service to order food and drinks, kinda self serve but makes it more like being at home, with amazing food coming out of the kitchen. We ordered the Conservas and Olives with Labneh, sorry no pictures, it arrived and was gone almost immediately. Both were extremely and surprisingly good for some new to experience sardines or green olives. I could easily eat a full appetizer of either. We then received our salad, Kale Caesar that we again shared, very fresh produce and great flavor. Now for the pizza, the reason we went there, it is a thin crust wood fired oven cooked delight. We ordered the Margherita, Rojo Tone and Meatball Pie, all extremely good, perfectly prepared, the crust was crispy and full of flavor. The group favorites were the Rojo Tone, tied with the Margherita. The Meatball was really good but slightly beat out by the other two. Two in our group ordered the Paper Plane cocktail, which they enjoyed and said was very good. After dinner we shared a couple of the soft serve's for desert, on this evening they had Vanilla and Cherry, flavors can change, both extremely good. The staff was very helpful, friendly, again it gave that at a friend's house feeling. The price for 7 people was fair and very reasonable. This place has a happy hour, 4-6 pm with daily specials. I was surprised just how busy it got, they are open from 4pm -9pm and after 6 it was like standing room only. We noticed they do a lot of take out orders also. Everyone was talking about coming back soon, two are from Boston, they said it was a must visit next time in town.

Yelp
I will pass by again to take pictures of the location but believe me it is a cozy place to be. The people working that day were super nice and informant of Cosmos (especially of our first time). I appreciated telling me that their soft serve was vegan (I didn't get to have it cuz of the pizza filling me up but I have it locked in brain. I heard of Cosmos from their next door neighbors of the Apothecary (Danielle) and since moving to Reno been dying to find a good pizza joint. Muah! The pizza was delicious and happy that they were able to go split on our pizza. The Sicilian lemon juice was super delicious too for my choice of beverage, and... yeah I'm sorry that pizza was just so good looking at the picture makes me want more! I'll be coming back soon yall so look out!

Yelp
Went out to cosmos for a girls night dinner and unfortunately was not impressed. Upon coming in, we sat at a table that needed to be bussed and asked an employee if they could please help us with that which they agreed they'd do immediately. They never showed back up at our table, but were bussing tables around us. We ended up just bussing it ourselves. It is so incredibly loud in the restaurant. I don't know why the acoustics are so bad but we had to yell to hear eachother all night long I ordered the seasonal summer salad and it was very underwhelming for being $17. There was barely any dressing. The kale was so stiff, seemed like it wasn't mixed at all. The first bite or two had a little dressing right on top but the rest I felt like I was eating a dry salad. It is so dark. We arrived at 7 and by 8 the restaurant was so dark. If it was just for drinks maybe it wouldn't have been that bad, but I don't want to eat my dinner in the dark. At 8:45, 15 minutes before they closed, finally the lightbulbs inside the restaurant turned on.

Yelp
The name of this business is a little deceiving because it's more of a restaurant. Very cute inside with a lot of seating options and a very nice patio area. The pizza looked delicious but we were looking for something lighter so went with a few appetizers with some wine. We chose the meatballs, olives and burrata with bread. Everything was very good and we would probably enjoyed it more if they'd all come out at once but they came out in courses. However the restaurant was extremely busy so we understood. Service was good and it was a fun atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit and we'll be back for pizza.

Yelp
This spot has been marked for a while, then sampled it on the Yelp food crawl in May. So friends I decided to go back and try the regular menu and enjoy the patio. A fabulous early June afternoon, the patio was perfect. Stopped inside to order, then took a seat. Staff brings it to your table. Since I was there during happy hour, I took advantage of a discounted pizza. I'm not a red sauce fan, so when I saw they offer a white sauce, I jumped on it. They use a wood fired oven for a lot of their dishes. The sausage white pizza was devine. And the rest was perfect cold the next day for lunch at work. House wines were also discounted. The chianti was the perfect match for my pizza. The other dish tried at the table was fire roasted cauliflower with a pesto drizzle. There is a small parking lot near the patio, limited street parking out front. Maybe 8 tables or so inside, but the patio is the place to be.

Yelp
What a gem of a place! We stopped in for a quick bite and were surprised by not only the speed of service, but oh my goodness the taste! We started with Aperol spritzes which were delicious on this 104-degree day in Reno town. The appetizer was roasted cauliflower perfectly seasoned with herbed tahini, chili crunch and pistachios. This is an appetizer I will dream about. The pizza was their summer special and the white sauce, thinly sliced zucchini, crispy bacon and feta was simply dreamy. So glad that this adorable, clean, beautifully decorated place (with self-serve sparkling water on tap!) is in our biggest, little city. File under: meals I will dream about for a while

Yelp
I've been dying to try this place since I moved to midtown. Great brick oven pizza, but there were so many other dishes I will need to come back and try. Fair warning, this spot has limited seating inside and appears to get pretty busy even during the week days. Order at the counter and you receive a number for your order. They have beers on tap, a fridge with various canned beverages, wine and small cocktail menu. Giving 4 stars because they forgot the pepperoni on our pizza, but we were too hungry to order another one and wait
google avatar

Yelp
If you haven't, go now. Cosmos is a super welcoming place with all the right vibes and the ZA! We stopped in on a Wednesday for the Wednesday Special - Large 2 topping pizza with a bottle of Lambruscone also opting to try the Burrata with Asparagus. Our appetizer came out promptly served family style for sharing followed by our pizza (not pictured because fell into the flavor spell). I don't know what is in the oven but everything that comes out of it is absolutely delicious! The pizza is cooked perfectly, thin crust but still soft and super flavorful. The toppings were just perfect! Highly recommend
google avatar

Chynna D.

Yelp
The pizza is pretty pricey, but at least the flavor was still decent. Pictured here were some of the sorbet samples from the Reno food crawl, which were really good!
google avatar

Maryanna S.

Yelp
Come for the pizza stay for burrata. This is a super cute hidden gem in midtown. We were extra hungry and cheese is pretty much my love language so we got the asparagus over burrata and it was scrumptious! There was something about the capers that just made this dish work. On to the star of the show. You just can't beat a wood fired pizza oven. We had the rojo tone: pepperoni, onion, pickled jalapeños and hot honey. Is it weird that the crust was my favorite part of this pizza?

Yelp
Finally made it to Cosmos. We started with two cocktails, the negroni and the olive oil martini. Both were GREAT - the OOM was a vodka/gin/vermouth combo with a drizzle of OO on it. I am 100% sure my skin will look better because of the # of these I will be drinking in the future. Appetizers included the Kabocha Squash / Burrata and the Olives / Labneh. BIG FAN of both. I'll be attempting these two at home. Two small pizzas followed - one red with pepperoni and mushrooms - excellent. I'm not a big fan of red sauce but this was really good. The other was on of their specials. Heavy on the garlic, calabrian chili oil and arugula. I would order this again and again. SO GOOD! My strongest take away from this little gem was not just the food, but the service and the people working there were all AMAZING. They were happy, helpful and enjoyed telling you about the food and drinks they were proud to serve. It really stood out - since other restaurants don't put a lot of weight in this important aspect. Don't miss this place. It's worth the five stars!

Yelp
This place just gets better and better each time we stop by! They're really settling into their own vibe and are pushing out some great quality pies. You can literally NEVER go wrong with their meatballs and their food is always super fresh. The entire staff are very chill and always willing to answer questions. This has become a favorite spot of my partner and I's for any pizza craving night.
google avatar

Yelp
I have never fallen in love with a restaurant like this before. Walking in there's an immediate chill vibe with cute booths and tables and dash of bright colors. You can grab a menu at the front and place your order for food and drinks at the bar. There is all you can drink bubble water dispenser!!! After placing our order we grabbed plates and napkins. Our drinks arrived swiftly and the first dish soon after. We honestly were in a rush but didn't mention that to anyone and still were out on time! I had a Montenegro Spritz. YUM. More spritzes were available. Delightful! They also had Negronis on draft and you could get a wee one if you so desire! We ordered asparagus and burrata, the ultimate spring dish, and it was GREAT. The capers offered a bright contrast to the dish. We also had the spring fling pizza. The dough is solid, char is on point and the toppings are immaculate. Dogs welcome on the patio it seemed. Big fan! Will be back.

Yelp
Came here twice & both had the best experience! I love Cosmos pizza, one of the best I've ever had in town!! I believe they also switch out ice cream flavors weekly, the time we went I tried the sweet cream one and it was absolutely delicious. It's pretty much a self service restaurant, you grab your own tableware & water. Overall, food doesn't take extremely long & I enjoyed the ambiance of this restaurant. Make sure you try: rojo pizza, roasted cauliflower, appetizer with burrata, bread and tomatoes!!

Yelp
I really wanted to like this place but sadly cannot give it more than 3 stars. Me and some friends came here on a weeknight around 7pm and they were so busy! Luckily, we were still able to find a seat. However, there was basically zero service. We sat there at an unbussed table for at least 15 mins before we finally got up to see what was going on. Were we supposed to bus it from the last people ourselves? Were we supposed to go order at the counter? Do we get our own drinks? Why had nobody greeted us yet? It was a very confusing start to our experience. We eventually bussed the table ourselves and went up and grabbed menus and waters ourselves. The only interaction we had with any of the staff is when we went up to the counter to order our food. It was also extremely dark in the restaurant...by the time it was almost 8pm, we could barely see each other or our food! The light bulb closest to our booth was out and they didn't do anything to fix it until the very end of the meal as we were leaving. I wish a spot on the patio had been open because that looked much more pleasant. We came here during the Yelp food crawl and had a variety of different foods, so I was a little surprised to find out they only really have pizza and apps here on their regular menu. We got several apps including the caesar salad, meatballs, and burrata then split a large margherita pizza. The caesar salad needed more dressing and to be chopped up into smaller pieces. The burrata and meatballs were delicious, we really enjoyed those. The pizza was great too! Large slices, good sauce to topping ratio, yummy wood-fired crust. We wanted to have some soft serve dessert but weren't fans of the flavors they had that day (chocolate or cherry). I would probably be giving this lower than 3 stars had the food not been as good as it was. Unfortunately, all of the other factors mentioned above make it a 3 tops. I came here with a group of 5 Yelp Elites and we were all pretty bummed with this experience.

Yelp
Excellent thin crust pizza! I love how Cosmo's serves it on a giant tomato can elevated. Little touches like that are so satisfying. The dough is so yummy, crust is perfectly crispy with little burnt bubbles, the char adds so much flavor. The mozzarella and tomato sauce are high quality. Two small issues that prevented a 5, the pizza slice does have a tongue dip when you lift it, rather than staying perfectly flat and straight on lift, and the basil is just added on after the fact rather than sprinkled on and melted into the pizza. Would be perfection if the basil cooked with the pizza for just a minute or two! Do not miss out on the soft serve! The perfect delicious bite and treat! The flavor is strong and creamy and the perfect after dinner snack treat. The service was a little lacking. We asked for plates and it's not like it was a particularly busy night and we were told we had to fetch them ourselves. If I were the server, I would have gone the extra mile to fetch the plates, and then kindly told people where they could find it themselves for next time. It could be people's first visit (as it was ours) so we were unfamiliar with the self serve expectation. Excellent pizza is hard to find in Reno! This spot truly hits and is cute, casual and cozy! The menu is limited but everything that comes out is top notch and high quality! Will be back to this charming pizza place soon!

Yelp
My husband and I went here on a double date, and we had a great time here. The location is so modern and tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. It's cozy but contains many booths and tables. I appreciated being able to order and pay at the front and not having the table experience mediated by servers. The pizza was huge and delicious. You can see it going in to the wood-fired oven, and the staff will put a huge can of tomatoes on your table as a stand and then put the pizza on the stand. I knew the drill because I read other Yelp reviews before going, but it was funny to see our friend's surprise "because we didn't order a can of tomatoes." We ordered two pizzas for four people and devoured 2-4 slices each, and we were able to take some home as leftovers. They were delicious the next day. I loved their huge selection of spritzes, which made the experience feel so elevated. I only wish they had a tiny explanation of all the different Italian liquor options. I was googling on my phone what the differences are between aperol, campari, cynar, montenegro, and italicus. TL;DR, they are all delicious! There are a few spots of dedicated parking in the back if you don't like parking on the street.

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a long time and I'm glad I was able to finally try it! The exterior and aesthetic is super cute - the font reminds me of restaurants you would see in LA. There's ample seating both indoor and outdoor. You order at the register, take a seat, and they'll bring the pizza out to you. My friend and I ordered a regular size Summer Pie and the serving size was perfect to split between two people! The pizza was delicious and I can't wait to come back to try other items on their menu. We also tried their soft serve and that was the star of the show! The flavors during that week were pistachio and cherry (you can get them separately or swirled together) and their soft serve was very impressive. I'll definitely be coming back and recommend coming here to get your pizza fix!

Yelp
Super cute new spot near Wells. Pizza, cocktails, starters and a chill vibe with counter service. Super nice folks working. We loved the tin fish appetizer -- salty and citrusy and light. The meatballs were also incredible. I'll come back just for those. The carajillo had great espresso flavor and their red wine by the glass was tasty and not too sweet.
google avatar

Danny G.

Yelp
I love when there are new fun places on Wells! Cosmos is a fun little joint right on Arroyo off Wells. Great pizza menu, great drink menu and a fun little setup. You can watch the staff toss pizzas and use the big pizza oven which is always a win. There are plenty of options to use on the pizzas and they all taste really good. They make up fun cocktails to try which are creative and entertaining. Plus there is a big dining room, dining and drink specials etc. This is for sure worth a stop on Wells and you can eat there or take out really easy!

Yelp
Honestly, this little hole in the wall is such a slam dunk! I first heard about this on the Yelp food crawl and was so pleasantly surprised by how good their food was!! I went back last night for some appetizers, ice cream, and libations and all of it exceeded expectations. The burrata and asparagus was a combination I didn't even know is I needed in my life and yet now don't think I can live without. Also their ice cream was fire- best pistachio soft serve I think I have ever had. I love the laid back casual style where you order at the counter and seat yourself - their patio was great too with lots of seating. Can't wait to go back and try the pizza - seriously looked delicious!!

Yelp
Tried this new spot last night. If you want a straight forward, simple, wood fired pizza this is it. It's a little hard to find because the sign is on the door which is tucked back from the street. The inside is clean and simple. It looks like the patio space is great but after the snow this week we didn't brave going out there. It was nearly full with a mostly 20-30 year old crowd. We had the red pizza plus pepperoni. It was pretty good. The cheese is in dallops with thin but chewy crust. 4/5 rating for the pizza. The menu is small. There were two kale based salads, three pizzas, and about four appetizers, plus soft serve. They have a cooler with a few soda options, a few things on tap, wine, and a small cocktail list. With the name 'Snack Bar' we had pictured something more like upscale nachos or bratwurst to be available too which is part of the three stars. It's an order at the counter, sit yourself place. A tall shelf houses tableware, napkins, parm, and pepper flakes to grab on your own. The person at the register was friendly. Besides taking our order and dropping the pizza we didn't have much interaction. The other staff coming through and behind the counter seemed happy to be there and several thanked us on the way out. Overall it was good but a little out of the way for us and not as different as we expected from the name.

Yelp
This place was too cool for school! Just felt right in the neighborhood! Perfect little chill spot!! Never knew it was there and I'm already to go back!!

Yelp
What we ordered. - Caesar Salad - Meatballs - Pizza - Soft Serve - Special Cinnamon Sugar - Aperol Spritz - Latte Two of us shared these dishes, and we found it to be more than sufficient. Atmosphere and Staff: The staff at Cosmo were incredibly friendly, creating a laid-back and low-key atmosphere that made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highlights: - The pizza, although it took quite some time to arrive, was absolutely delicious. The honey drizzled on the pizza was a delightful surprise and added a unique flavor. - The Caesar salad was exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with finely grated parmesan and crisp garlic croutons enhancing the experience. The addition of kale provided a refreshing twist on the traditional recipe. Areas for Improvement: - The pizza took way too long. But still giving points for flavors - While the soft serve had decent flavor, the cinnamon sugar topping didn't quite add enough to the flavor to make it worth getting again. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere combined with delicious food made for a memorable date night. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait for the pizza, but trust us, it's worth it!

Yelp
Cosmo's might just be my new favorite place! Don't let the name fool you--it's more than just a "snack bar." They have apps, salads, pizzas, soft serve and an expansive bar menu! We came on a Friday night and it was packed--but that's always a great sign for a relatively new restaurant. But despite being busy, the service was very fast! You order at the counter and find a seat which keeps things casual. The vibe is warm and cozy and they have a cute patio for when the weather is nice. Now for the food--wow! We got the roasted carrots, special pizza and matcha soft serve and loved everything. The carrots had a nice harissa spice paired with cool labneh. The special pizza was tasty with chorizo, jalapeño and cilantro. Finally, the soft serve was soo creamy--though I wish there were other options besides matcha and chocolate. Overall, I was really impressed with the food and service, especially for being pretty new. I can definitely see this being a regular spot for us!

Yelp
This pizza is delicious. It was really cold so we ate inside. There was a good amount of space to sit inside. They have self-serve water available. The size of the pizza can easily feed about three people. They are pricey but every once in a while is not bad. We order and pay before we sit down. The pizza is made to order and is customizable. Each topping is a different price. This place is close to the downtown/midtown area, so street parking is only available. I would definitely recommend checking them out. I will be back to try the ice cream.

Yelp
Over the years, I've learned that when the barbershop collectively recommends a place, it's worth trusting. One morning at 7:30 a.m., they were all raving about a particular spot, so I decided it would be our next date night destination. As expected, it did not disappoint. The restaurant is simple, essentially a house converted into a dining establishment, but they execute everything flawlessly. From the asparagus starter to the affogato dessert, every dish was exceptional. The pizza, with its thin slices, featured a beautiful undercarriage with the perfect crunch. We tried both the Margherita and the Rojo pizzas, and I would gladly order them again. Additionally, we enjoyed their creative soft serve ice cream flavors, which added a delightful touch to the meal. Service was also on point. Would absolutely be back!

Yelp
Came here for girls night and was not impressed. Upon arrival, it was very loud inside and very busy! I had a group of girls shortly arriving so I grabbed a seat at a table quickly however the table wasn't bussed. So much stuff on the table and when I asked for the table to be cleared, we were ignored TWICE, so we bussed it ourselves. We had to wait awhile for our food. Once the food came, the burrata plate was delicious and the tomatoes were fresh! I really enjoyed it. The Caesar salad wasn't great. It barely had dressing in it, the kale was very dry and not massaged. I wouldn't get again. The meatballs were okay, no crazy impressive flavor. The pizza was great I will say! Tasted fresh and the crust was perfect. The bummer of the night was I felt like I was eating in the dark. We were in the corner and there was no light. I was talking so loudly and in dim lighting. Didn't make for a pleasant evening. I would come back again for the pizza but it'd be more enjoyable outside I think.

Yelp
This place is an amazing little hideaway with amazing staff and food! They offer regular food, vegan, and vegetarian. You have to try their cauliflower appetizer!

Yelp
I cannot say enough good things about Cosmos! This adorable little hole in the wall is a must visit this summer! Casual vibes with a gorgeous patio. We were swiftly greeted and everyone was so helpful as this was our first time in. Counter service restaurants are really something overlooked and should be appreciated more. The food and drinks were just delightful! I had an Italicus Spritz and my husband had the Peroni/Negroni special both of which were fun and tasty! I love that you can get a spritz with your choice of aperitif. We also split an order of the meatballs, which were so yummy, tender and juicy, and a margarita pizza with the best crust I've found in Reno! We cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
Simple straightforward menu with all the basics you could want for a casual Italian place. Lots of seating but they get really busy on Saturday at dinner time. During the summer they have outdoor seating as well. The menu is on the pricier side but let me tell you it is well worth it. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked and so soft it just melts in your mouth. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned and tender. And the salad was absolutely perfect. Crunchy and flavorful, sweet and savory, and perfectly dressed. The best combination for the rich pizza. They have a full bar and make one of the behest aperol spritz in town, but I also tried their olive oil martini which was light and fresh. The anchovy stuffed olives are a must. The atmosphere here is very casual and the staff is so friendly. One of the best new restaurants here in Reno and I will be recommending it to everyone I know!

Yelp
Matt is very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what you need to know. He keeps in close contact with you every step of the way. Don't hesitate to contact home for help in first time enrollment in Medicare or for follow up.

Yelp
The wife and I came here on a lark. We had a bit of a long day, and this place was just exactly what we needed. The non descript white motif is made so comfortable with soft lighting and a welcoming atmosphere. It made us feel like we've been coming here for years! It's a counter service setup, and you're greeted warmly at the counter. The staff is friendly and they bring everything out to you. First, we got our drinks and our appetizer of meatballs. The drinks were fantastic, and they let you choose your amaro for the spritz! My wife chose Italicus, a bergamot liqueur. Then came out pizza margarita! I think this may be one of, if not the best, thin crusts in Reno! It has the best chew mixed with a very balanced char. Everything was fresh tasting, and delicious. This is a perfect place to welcome the summer and chill.

Yelp
A perfectly delightful staple in my routine. The best wood fired pizza in Reno. Delicious thoughtful ingredients. Rotating soft serve flavors and unique toppings (olive oil, flakey salt, pistachios, fennel pollen, dark chocolate???) It's not just the food either, it's the vibe. Relaxed atmosphere with the best indie playlists - no one mentions the music in these reviews but whoever picks it has impeccable taste - it's usually either 60s or 70s bossa nova or mid 2000s indie or dreampop, or some similar kitsch vibe. The high quality ingredients, adventurous flavors, and ambiance make this a spot that could be easily at home in Brooklyn or Oakland or Richmond VA or Portland. The folks who work here are sooooo friendly and learned my name after a couple visits. It's technically counter service with food runners but still highly attentive and friendly.

Yelp
I love pizza and after exploring other pizza places from all around Reno, I believe Cosmo makes the best pizza! Plus, they have delicious soft served ice cream! They tend to change it often, which is always great to try something new! They have around 10 beers on tap, which is always a plus! Service The service is phenomenal! Very friendly staff and helpful. I really like how easy it is to talk to the staff and they can be very funny! The new happy hour they recently added is amazing! Ambiance Cosmo's has a cozy feel to it! The bar area is pretty relaxing and you can watch them throw the pizza in the wood fire oven. The seating area is a great place for you and the family to relax at, plus they offer a patio for you chill at! They're very dog friendly for the patio area but is of course wise to bring on a leash and be well behaved.

Yelp
I have now been to Cosmos three times and it's been phenomenal each time. The small plates are always delicious and the vegetables are always prepared to perfection. The pizza is delicious as well! They have a great crust. The drinks selection is amazing, they have a drink for every type/taste. The location is somewhat small for the indoor seating so it can get pretty loud at times, which is not much of an issue if you don't mind loud environments.

Yelp
LOVE IT! The pizzas and sides are my favorite in town. The weekly deals are amazing and definitely make you feel less guilty about eating out. Also, the space is cute - think Scandanavian lunch hall? We really love going here and recommend it to anyone who will listen

Yelp
Love this new pizza joint in midtown. I am not totally in love with the location and it was hard to locate since they don't have a sign. Everything else was great! I love the wood fired pizza they offer and they have good beer selection on tap! The service was great and friendly. Great place to take your friends and fun casual date spot!

Yelp
I've been 2x so far, both times were great! Food - I've gotten pizza (thin crust option only) , meatballs, cauliflower, and salad. Everything was very tasty. The small plates were my favorite! The drinks are also very good. They have a great selection of wine, beer, and everything sparkling . You only interact with the servers when paying - at the counter when you walk in. Then, operations is setup for customers to help themselves. Not to mention, they bring the best crowd. Each time I've been I've met great people in our community. For me, that's what it's all about. So, if you are looking for a casual date spot. This is the place!

Yelp
Most of my review is not going to sound overly positive, so I'll say three times....the pizza was quite good*. The service was good also. We were greeted shortly after walking through the door and given instructions for choosing from 3 different menus (food, drinks, etc) and invited to order immediately or be seated, then return to order when ready. Only ordered a "Red"pepperoni pizza, beer, and waters. Totaling $31 plus tip. Water dispensers are self-serve. The food arrived fairly quickly. The ambiance/decor was bland, non-descriptive, though noisy due to a fairly full seating area with lively patrons. Nothing in the walls, and eating area was devoid of character or identity. In other words, it was difficult to tell if this was a restaurant still in development, or if the entirely neutral decor was intentional. With a unique, retro name like "Snack Bar" it seems like there's so much more creativity and culinary imagination that could be put into the menu. The pizza was quite good**, but we had hope to order more options, because it is also not very large for the price. The two salad options were uninteresting, as were the odd collection of appetizer options. They all sounded ok, but not what we would order with pizza and beer. I suspect the goal is to be "elevated" or "refined," but the disjointed menu just left us confused and a little disappointed. Because the wood-fired pizza is quite good***, I would say this establishment off the beaten path of midtown has a great deal of untapped potential, but currently leaving these customers underwhelmed and confused. We may visit again down the road, but would definitely look to see if the menu has been revisited first. The nostalgia of an old school snack bar is a really interesting idea, creating a unique culinary one where they could really set themselves apart from other options. Not sure if that's what they're going for or not, but do think there's a ton more that can be done to make this place a must-stop dining experience.
