Costa Coffee - Atlanta Midtown

This is not a little standalone coffee shop - it’s a coffee shop within a corporate multi-use hi-rise. I come here a few times a month for work over the past year, and the staff is always lovely. I’ve enjoyed the food and the drinks. But the customer service is what really brings me back. Try Costa out next time you’re at Coda or in the area.

Have come here for coffee a few times and I really enjoy it. It tastes really good and you can tell the espresso is great quality. Staff are friendly. Near the CODA food hall but quiet and tucked away to get some work done.

As corporate settings go this place has a good vibe - but it is that: a sprawling corporate atrium in a large business building. More importantly though the coffee… is just bad. Bitter and lacking in any nuance of flavour. Very much like standard Costa or Starbucks. And I personally always see a red flag when I ask for a flat white and they bring out some huge 16oz cup to put it in… NOOOOOOOO! So basically, if you need a Starbucks in a pleasant spacious environment then great. If you’re a coffee lover : AVOID.

I love your Costa Coffee at the Lee + White location — always consistent, always solid. But my experience at your Midtown location at the Coda Building (756 West Peachtree St) was unacceptable. I was hungry and ended up leaving frustrated and humiliated. The lady at the front was the only highlight — she made the best London Fog I’ve had. But the breakfast burrito? It was soggy, smelled off, and clearly wasn’t made with care. I asked her to get the manager so I could understand how this passed as acceptable. The manager told me, “That’s how all our burritos are made.” I let him know that’s simply not true — the Lee + White location actually cooks them right. He said he’d call them to learn how they do it… then offered me a free drink on my next visit. I was starving. A free drink next time doesn’t fix a ruined meal today. No offer to remake it. No refund. Just “next time.” I already submitted a review earlier this month and haven’t heard back. I’ve still got the receipt and photos of the burrito — so let me know if you plan to actually address this, or if this is just how the Midtown location operates.

disappointed by the food. clearly neither item was made to order. sausage egg and cheese sandwich was acceptable, but the avocado toast with egg was not. the bread was untoasted, the avocado was brown, and the sliced hard boiled egg was presented poorly. for the price, this was unappetizing and disappointing. the coffee was very good (cortado and vanilla latte) though the latte was 2% milk when oat was requested (and paid for). the muffins were fantastic. skip the food and only go for the prepared pastries.

As coffee lovers know, all coffee ain't the same. This is my favorite coffee shop. You can taste the difference in quality and richness. My favorite location is Coda Building in Midtown. The Lee & White location is also great, and right off the Westside beltline. Their fresh baked goods are a real treat. Try the chocolate muffins and you'll leave a happy customer. I highly recommend Costa Coffee!

The staff is always friendly and giving away free smiles! The lattes are great and a good value! The area and tabletops are usually clean. I've had great experiences here!

The latte was made to perfection! The decor had a modern feel which I liked. I also liked the wood accents and the color scheme. I plan on returning back and enjoying the atmosphere more. The staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed my drink from costa coffee. Came here for a morning pick me up and it wasn't too busy. The menu is pretty extensive and they have seasonal items. I really wanted to try the blue lavender matcha latte but decided to go with wild lavender since it was seasonal. The blue lavender matcha latte is made with pea butterfly tea. The wild lavender matcha latte was amazing and had a fragrant and sweet lavender syrup. The oatmeal cookie latte was also great and had a strong and smooth texture. It wasn't too watered down and was a good balance of sweet and bitterness from the coffee. They are located in the coda building. The service was friendly and fast. Would recommend and come back to try the other items.

I loved my drink this morning! One of my coworkers picked up from Costa today (I believe this location, but I'm not 100% certain). She got me a decaf caramel latte with almond milk. It was absolutely delicious. The coffee tasted robust, the caramel was a great flavor, and the almond milk added nice creaminess. I will definitely be coming in myself to try more! I've been seeing different locations around town, so I look forward to experiencing the service and ambiance soon.

A nice little place in Coda. Ordered a matcha drink, which came out pretty quick. Friendly staff and great service.

If you know Costa Coffee, the Starbucks of the UK, it's a great place. Their toasts and other unique items should have traveled across the pond. Instead, Coca Cola kept the coffee and trashed the rest of it. It's little more than a watered down Starbucks. If y'all want Costa to succeed here, bring the food and the whole vibe with it. It would be like exporting McDonalds to the UK and turning it into a fish and chips joint.

Wowed by a standard cup of coffee, which I think is an important first step in finding a coffee shop worth living and frequenting. The chocolate chip banana bread is a MUST. Service is fast and friendly and there is plenty of open seating. The location in the Coda building means you also have nearby options for lunch. Ample parking surrounds the building mostly in the form of lots. Vibe of a great co-working space, I could absolutely see plugging in here for a couple hours and getting work done (quieter than you'd expect for being out in the open from a floor plan perspective). Would definitely return!

The coffee was delicious. The food was good, great flavor and decent portions. The waitress was helpful and attentive.

Lazy service. Dirty facility. Bad food I asked for a vanilla milkshake. It was underwhelming and very pricey.

Food is great, coffee is even better! Wanted to come here for a while, and finally decided to come for a study session with friends. Won't be coming back because of a rude lady who could have handled things better. We moved a table no one was sitting at and she address me and my friends very rudely about moving furniture. Granted no one was using it and there is plenty of other tables. She could have just let politely asked us to move it back which is no problem because we did not know moving it would be a problem. But instead she decided to be rude and condescending. I don't think she works for Costa coffee but possibly the building Costa is in.

what a pleasant surprise. warm, friendly staff, and despite being located in a corporate office lobby type space, really cozy high design furniture and great GREAT oatmilk cortado, warm and friendly staff, delish breakfast burrito.

Excellent food and customer service. Welcome to Atlanta. I would defiantly recommend over Starbucks. The quality of the coffee is on another level.

Order 2 medium lattes and paid $12 in the west end of Atlanta. The lattes were just average and no better than Dunkin' Donuts as Dunkin is half the price for same but large. Don't know how they will stay in business at that price. I see why Dunkin's around the corner was packed and this costa had only 4 customers on a Friday at 8 am.
