Needed to return an item. Very easy. Getting to store from freeway was tricky

Costco items are great. The place is little busy and people are impolite

Their opinion of shoppers for social media apps are not as good but everything else is great

Costco's bakery is renowned for its wide selection of baked goods, and my experience there certainly lived up to the hype. Here’s a detailed look at my recent visit: The bakery section of Costco is strategically placed near the entrance of the store, ensuring that the enticing smell of freshly baked goods greets you as soon as you walk in. The layout is efficient, with shelves and display cases neatly organized to showcase the variety of items available. The area is clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate, even during busy shopping hours. Costco's bakery offers a diverse selection of items, including: Breads and Rolls: Freshly baked loaves, baguettes, and rolls. The sourdough bread is a standout, with a perfect crust and soft interior. Cakes and Pastries: A variety of cakes, from classic chocolate to layered carrot cake, along with pastries like croissants, muffins, and danishes. Pies and Tarts: Delicious options such as apple pie, pumpkin pie (seasonal), and berry tarts. Cookies and Brownies: Large, chewy cookies in various flavors and rich, fudgy brownies. The quality of the baked goods at Costco is consistently high. Each item I tried was fresh and flavorful: Chocolate Cake: The chocolate cake was moist and rich, with a decadent frosting that wasn’t overly sweet. Croissants: Buttery and flaky, perfect for a quick breakfast or a snack. Apple Pie: The crust was golden and crisp, while the filling was generously spiced with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness. Muffins: Large and fluffy, with a good distribution of blueberries and a slightly crunchy top. One of the biggest advantages of shopping at Costco is the value for money. The bakery items are sold in larger quantities compared to typical grocery stores, but the prices are very reasonable. For example, a pack of six muffins costs around the same as a pack of four at other stores, making it a cost-effective choice for families or those hosting events. The staff at Costco’s bakery are friendly and helpful. On my visit, I had a question about the ingredients in a cake, and the associate promptly provided the information I needed. They also seem genuinely happy to assist with any special requests, such as custom cake orders or dietary inquiries. Overall, my experience at Costco’s bakery was extremely positive. The combination of high-quality products, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service makes it a go-to destination for baked goods. Whether you’re shopping for a special occasion or just stocking up on everyday items, Costco’s bakery is definitely worth a visit.

Yelp
OSTCO 5 stars! Outstanding appliance buying and delivery experience at Costco! I've been a Costco member for years and never bought major appliances there before. I have purchased a LG washer/dryer set in 2006 that lasted us until to day with out one repaired or a maintenance agreement. Also a full Samsung kitchen suite in 2022 from Home Depot. When our 10-year-old LG washer finally died and the dryer started acting up, repair quotes were ridiculous--just to diagnose the problem was $150-$400 (with the fee applied only if they could fix it). No thanks! I shopped around online and Costco had the clear best deal on the exact Maytag washer/dryer pair we wanted, plus an extra $100 off. Ordered Sunday night, and the website promised delivery by Wednesday. Sure enough, everything stayed on track--I even got a text with a 1:30-2:30 window, then a call Wednesday morning saying they were running early and could arrive at 12:00 if that worked. Perfect! The three-man crew showed up right on time, professionally removed the old units, and gave my wife and me plenty of time (20-30 minutes) to clean out 20 years of lint and junk. They installed everything flawlessly, tested both machines, and walked us through registering the warranty via text. True gentlemen the whole time--courteous, careful, and efficient. The new Maytag set works beautifully, and the entire process from ordering to installation was completely stress-free. Way better than my recent stories from family and friends experience. Costco just made it easy, affordable, and pleasant. Highly recommend them for big-ticket appliances! Thank you, Costco!

Yelp
Parking is awful!! Don't try to just go in for a few pens ands get out quick- not happening! You're going to have to MMA fight over a parking spot! Parking at this location is not for the faint of heart! Once you get inside- it's the regular run of the mill Costco, but, per Miami operandum, Spanish speaking may be necessary. This is not my favorite Costco location.

Yelp
As somebody who usually loves Costco, this place is unfortunately a bit disappointing. They do offer a very large variety of items at great wholesale prices. The issue is the lack of organization that makes it really unenjoyable to come here to begin. The parking lot is absolutely a mess. I often have to park very far away. There is no organization and often times it takes me five minutes just to park and another five to walk there and then another five to walk back to my car so it ends up being a very time-consuming trip. Otherwise they often do have everything that I want in stock. The store itself is not too bad and they have a lot of really great options and samples. The checkout process can vary sometimes it is really overwhelming and other times it's pretty organized. They have a great selection and really high quality groceries. This is a a one stop shop type of place.

Yelp
Let's talk about it. Food, that is. And in this economy? Costco food court is the real MVP. $1.50 for a hot dog and a soda? $1.99 for a greasy-but-glorious slice of pepperoni? That's not a meal, that's a survival strategy. Is the hot dog bun too big? Yes. Is the pizza a little oily? Also yes. Do I care? Absolutely not. Value like this deserves a standing ovation--and maybe a few napkins.

Yelp
Costco locations throughout South Florida are generally similar, but this one, off Flagler and 107th Ave, seems to be one of the busiest I've visited lately. In comparison, it appears larger than other locations, though that could be due to its setting. Situated in the heart of Sweetwater, an area with a high concentration of large multi-family apartments and condos, the sheer number of shoppers we encountered on a late Saturday afternoon was understandable. Overall, our experience was pleasant. The warehouse was clean, well-organized, and well-stocked, with plenty of items on sale. It almost made me wish I had grabbed a shopping cart to take advantage of the deals, but I was only there to buy a gift card. Highly recommend this location!

Yelp
NOT BETTER OPTION THAN COSTCO WHILE BUYING WHOLESALE!! Service - 4 Ambience - 4.5 Selection - 5 In my opinion Costco beats up the rest when it comes to most of bulk shopping. Of course, you can't buy everything in bulk, that's not smart, but for those items that make sense in your household (varies from household to household based on consumption patterns, number of family members, etc), you will end up with savings, that's for sure. In addition to the money you are saving, Costco stands out for other great add-ons, such as their no-questions-asked return policy(guaranteed return within 90 days), extended manufacturer warranty (additional year), great quality products, outstanding food court options, etc. Any Costco store could get overly packed during the weekends, I personally avoid it during these days. It's a struggle from finding parking to checkout the items in your shopping cart. I highly recommend you come in a weekday in the mornings or after 5-6 pm, you will find a decent traffic but manageable. As we are transitioning into technology more and more, my recommendation to either this or any other Costco store is to set up digital directories around the store. Not all stores have the same configuration, often times products are placed at odd locations, etc. Having a directory or at least something could be done in the app to make the experience smoother. I remember back in the days when you could find Costco employees walking around and you could ask. That's non-existing these days. No doubt their service used to be much better and they could do better to improve it. My favorite products from here are wines (so many options), cheeses, cleaning and home products, supplements, Greek yogurt (my favorite), pet food, chicken. Thanks Costco, for 17 years of great experiences.

Yelp
Costco is one of those places that makes me feel like a fully-fledged adult. Growing up, it was a spot my dad absolutely loved, and now that I have my own membership, I completely get it. There's just something so satisfying about stocking up on long-lasting goods at unbeatable prices. To be honest, Costco never disappoints. It's the ultimate destination for amazing deals on high-quality products. I always make a point to grab grass-fed meats, organic chicken, and plenty of healthy treats while I'm there. Their selection is incredible, and you can truly find everything you need--whether it's snacks, wine, meat, Tupperware, or even hair products. I once read a review that said, "Good ol' Costco--what's not to love?" and honestly, I couldn't agree more.

Yelp
I forgot to take pics but this Costco is a hot mess. The parking is insane. And it's just crazy busy. All Costco's are busy especially on a Sunday morning but this was a lot

Yelp
I'm sure not many people are going to take recommendations on the best Costco to visit for your grocery shopping needs but for those that do, this one is certainly not the one for you. The staff is regularly nice and helpful but it is the amount of traffic, both foot and vehicular, that drives me insane. Miami traffic is terrible as well all know but there have been many times I've chosen to go to another Costco much further from my home than stop by this one. There is a vast population in the area and for that reason in this shopping center, there is a NEED for an additional Costco to be opened up either more to the east of west of this one. Even having 2020 Covid lines outside the store would assist in deterring so many people to stop by and add to the hectic mess that is both inside and outside the store. I would GLADLY wait if that meant less people on top of one another in and out of this store. As far as the inside goes, there are the standard restrooms and both self-checkout and regular lanes. The staff in charge of the samples do their best and that should be recognized. Some of the aisles can be dirty and I've noticed debris and other trash from time to time but that is due to the intelligence and manners of certain members of our society. In closing, I feel we need an indoor capacity level or new store location close to this specific Costco.

Yelp
This whole review is about the parking.no matter what time you come here the parking is always a mission that Costco is next to a shopping mall that they are trying to revive. They just got a couple of new stores recently, but it mostly shares it parking spots between Home Depot and Costco, and you're gonna have to practice some patients to get a spot and be able to go shopping.

Yelp
Costco is America's finest accomplishment & it's important that the people know this. I never leave my house without my membership card but luckily the app has an electronic one on it for those days I mixup my purse. Everything is better at Costco. I don't even find Kirkland to be a signature; I think it's an autograph. Yeah, the parking is a mission but so is everything else. A lot of items can be ordered through the app and with a minimum order amount they'll even throw in free shipping. And they say chivalry is dead..hah! I live alone in a small townhouse so I tend to buy more of the non-perishables versus the items with a limited shelf life. There is very few items I can't find here and so for that reason, I'm a fan forever..plus the savings really kick it up a notch. Whether it's a TV, shampoo, or a gazebo; you can get it here with the best warranty and customer service. A lot of people don't realize that they also sell cars which is a major flex. There's no better value anywhere else, I guarantee it. It's always a deal coming here.

Yelp
I couldn't find anyone to help me get an iPad. I am going to target to buy it there instead.

Yelp
This is an insanely busy Costco! Always super packed, hard to park/ get out of the parking lot and there are always soooo many shoppers! It is a tiring feat to go shopping here and to be honest I wish Miami had more Costco locations to decompress this location.

Yelp
Our next family adventure take us to Costco Wholesale located at 7795 W Flagler St #01 Miami with a category 4.6 and more than 9,204 reviews this huge store have everything you need for your Home, groceries, cars even for travel in vacations. I going to install new tires for my van transportation and the service was excellent, faster & professional at the time that happened and walking around the place, prices very acceptable and the quality the best. High recommend if you like buy at Costco.

Yelp
If you go on the weekend, prepare to take a couple hours. The store and parking lots are exceptionally crowded. Bumper-to-bumper carts in every aisle. The food court always has a huge crowd and very limited seating, although the staff works super quickly to get orders out so you're usually not waiting too long. Honestly, they might want to consider having limited entry times in the store to help mitigate the crowds and ease up the stress for the staff, especially in the food court. Otherwise, it's a pretty clean and well-maintained facility with friendly staff. And can never go wrong with the Costco staples like their $4.99 roasted chicken and $1.50 hot dog!
google avatar

Steve L.

Yelp
If you have several mouths to feed in your house then odds are you have or know someone that has a Costco membership. Regardless of which day or what hour parking is hectic. You are guaranteed to spend at least two hours shopping and even if the intent is to buy one thing you will walk out with a cartful (which might entail just two gallon buckets of ketchup #BecauseCostco). Regardless this Costco is always busy. Staff for the most part are friendly. Customer service is usually quick and they almost always have what I'm looking for outside of seasonal items. Their food court is usually on point. They crank you in and out as they should. $1.50 hot dog and soda combo always hits the spot especially as you question how a quick trip turned into $400. But hey, that's Costco!

Yelp
The store located at Flagler Street, Miami FL store , The membership manger Cristian should be terminated form management position. Mr. Cristian does not have a quality personality to be a manger. I bought and item a few months ago. The item was on sale $65 off. I was told that I could return the item and buy the same one so I can get the discount. But Cristian aid that he will not approve it, and he told me that he will write commend in my membership not to accept returns form me anymore. What kind of management do something like this? Costco .Cristian was very nasty and screening loud so everyone can hear him to show that he is the boss. the other mangers in that store they great. But Cristian make the store look bad.

Yelp
I have been ordering my coffee from Costco.com and it charges for a two-day shipping but never delivers on time. This happened to me at least in the last 5 orders

Yelp
Costco is always an adventure. It's full of surprises, but you can always count on your staples like salmon, stuffed salmon with crab meat, steaks, and the avocado salsa dip, which is absolutely delicious. Every visit, I find something new, and I often end up buying extra items that I didn't plan on but realize I need--they always come in handy. The customer service here is great, and I love that I often run into someone I know. This Costco is definitely one of my favorite places to shop

Yelp
If want a quick cheap lunch Cosco is the place. I went with a friend & we got (2) slices of pizza, a chicken bake, a hot dog comes with a soda & another soda for almost $11. The service is quick & the location is great close to work. Definitely coming back for lunch.

Yelp
Reviewing the cafeteria from Costco - i truly don't know how they make the hot dogs taste so great. Is it the bread? Is it the meat? Idk what it is but I love it and them. The prices don't change and since they started doing automated orders at the kiosks the service is just fantastic (not that it ever was bad).

Dario P.

Yelp
I worked the for 28 years. Costco is the Gold standard for the wholesale industry. It's a win, win for everyone involved. The suppliers move their inventories, the employees are extremely well compensated, and ultimately the members (consumers) benefit from the arrangement by obtaining high quality products at a discount. Everybody wins.
google avatar

Aino A.

Yelp
The parking lot is full of trash, there's shopping carts everywhere, and trying to park is a mess. They're also requiring that one scans their membership at the door which causes unnecessary delay in entering. Additionally the greeters are almost always rude.
google avatar

Jorge R.

Yelp
The place to go for large, bulk, and good food. Everyone else in Miami knows this. It will get packed. Prepare yourelf mentally and physically. My recommendation is to get there early around opening time - 10am or close to closing time. There's everything from good meat, seafood, produce, household supplies. It's good, you may spend more than what you intend, but it is all good stuff. Parking is PACKED. There may be some overflow in the Home Depot next to it. You can see the ocean of cars if you drive past on the Palmetto Expressway heading south. Take the W. Flagler exit to get to Costco quickly. Happy to see that the free food samples are back. Their frozen section is good too. Red meat is a bit pricy, their steak prices are a little too high in my opinion, though pork and ribs are better priced.

Layla A.

Yelp
Purchased a bottle of Yamato Whiskey from Costco for $100 and it was the worst whiskey we ever had. It taste and smells exactly like rubbing alcohol. We went to return it and was told no they cannot accept it back. The lady there was very rude about it. Worst service we ever had in all the years of shopping at Costco.

Francisco N.

Yelp
Me and my family are Members over 10 years! Great time have a high quality supplier to rely on!

Yelp
This is my local Costco in South Florida--I frequent it about once a month. It is clean, well-maintained, and very well stocked. The customer service has always been very kind and helpful with my returns and questions. The food sampling is back and there are always multiple options! The cafeteria produces the classics in a timely manner and I have always enjoyed all items without fault. The new self-checkout lanes are a great addition to this store. There is also a liquor section right outside the main entrance.
google avatar

Yelp
Good ol' Costco. I mean, what is there NOT to love?! I love going to Costco for food, household items, and beauty products. Recently, it's been my go-to for gas too (their prices are significantly cheaper than most gas stations). The yearly membership fee is worthwhile. There are so many great and unique buys Costco has to offer.
google avatar

Disk C.

Yelp
The service was quick although there were long lines and the selection was good. I was searching for cheese bread but I wasn't able to find it so I don't if there coming back or are gone forever. The value is great although everything is slightly overpriced. I went to the food court to buy the new double chunk cookie and it tasted amazing oh gosh it was warm served and very chocolatey

Secretary P.

Yelp
Good quality and customer service. Easy returns and exchanges but very busy with long lines. Budget time when going there.
google avatar

Yelp
Honestly this is the worst of about 10 different Costco I've been too. This location is wayyy to crowded. The parking is a complete atrocity in the entire mall. There is not close to enough parking. If you don't get there super early the lines are really bad. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my house so I only shop online now rather then go here.
google avatar

Yelp
This Costco has a nice layout and it's generally easy to find what we're looking for. This location always seems to be well-stocked no matter how busy it gets here. And in my experience, this place is always packed. Costco doesn't always have the cheapest prices for some items when compared to other clubs like Sam's Club, but Costco has such a wide selection of health-conscious foods such as organic, hormone free, non-GMO, etc. that actually taste good. There always seems to be something new and interesting here food-wise. Not to mention the endless stations of food samples throughout the club. Some items we find in bulk (like chicken breast) not only save us money, but are packaged in a way that doesn't require us to have to break them down into smaller bags in order to freeze them. It's very convenient. What's also convenient is that some employees are hired to assist at checkout to unpack our cart. The fresh baked Costco pizza is what I also look forward to. You can buy a whole pizza to go and it tastes very good. I also like the chicken bake and the Italian sausage. The bottles of water for $0.25 at the vending machine are basically free. This Costco location also has a gas station with very cheap gas prices.

Yelp
Hey, being mentioned in a movie that alternates between a parity in a documentary of our society you know you have something good going. I was able to get a decent amount of food for a party that my girlfriend and I were hosting. Anything from liquor and cheese trays to macaroons & even prepared food that I could take home for my mom to eat I was able to get it. Their stuffed peppers with ground beef and rice are delicious as well. Of course, both for the party and for home I took a couple of trays of the little costco turkey sandwiches. I don't know what they put in them other than pure deliciousness. When Idiocracy joked about a law degree & time machine, it is because yes you can find pretty much anything that makes a modern society comfortable. On the non-food side, I was able to purchase doggy wipes for Luna & even a new pair of Fila sneakers for myself. Of course, you have to try the free food samples along the aisles! My only complaint is that the lines, whether the cash registers or member services can be too long. The self checkout definitely helps, and member services should have a few more functions self-service through online.

Joeseph D.

Yelp
WORST Costco; I called multiple times, and no one picks up the phone in the administrative office. This is the worst Costco I have ever dealt with . They obvsioulsy have a management problem. I note that their rating is 2.8 stars on YELP as of today.

Jorge R.

Yelp
Good news and bad , they brought their double crust apple pie back in small quantities but is higher in price. They also brought back the cranberry walnut bread in the weekends at the same price. Bakers working hard making all these delicious cakes and breads but I still remember and miss the double chocolate 7 layer chocolate cake.

Mano ..

Yelp
why don't they carry senor sangria and other products is beyond me...who eats chicken dumplings...it's supposed to be pork and shrimp dumplings...bjs has diesel yet costco doesnt carry diesel in FL...do better Costco cause here in FL you're slacking!

Yelp

Yelp
Rules, I don't like to be treated like how he did to me and my friend, we came to this location 1st and 2nd time , both are the same! Asked for help but he really rough and didn't want to help , every question we asked he got frustrated and answered like he yelling at us Location: very busy Service: horrible

Yelp
I say it every time I go to Costco "I hate this place" The prices aren't that great trust me. The selection isn't that great either. Don't get me started on costumer service. It sucks! Who's bright idea was it to let employees wear whatever they want?! You walk around and have no idea who works here and who doesn't. If you do find someone by the luck of a wolfs nipple, they so happen to not work in that area and point you in the direction of the either Eff this place
google avatar

Gabriel T.

Yelp
This place is very random to say the least. My first experience when I bought a set of 4 Michelin was excellent. Then I came to do a tire rotation and they didn't not move the 2 rear tires, they left them in the same position. I had to come back a week later for them to do it right. And today I came again to do the tire rotations and asked them NOT to change the tire pressure because it was done a couple of days ago and it was PERFECT. They refused my request saying that it's part of the service. I was willing to sing a waiver but no, they had to "recheck or recalibrate" the tires pressure so now my car is giving me a signal of overinflated. Makes no sense to fix something that isn't broken, and now it's worse than it was before coming...

Yelp
Came here today to pick up a few things on my way to a cruise after landing at MIA. The lady at the front entrance, Elda denied my finance and myself access because we had our luggage with us. Mind you we do most of our shopping at Costco. I've seen plenty of people walking around Costco with their luggage in DC and it's never been an issue. We Ubered here and it was a waste of money and time. She didn't even provide options like, I can hold it for you etc. We had already placed it into a cart so it wouldn't be in anyone's way. Lastly, I decided to go inside without my fiancé. And Elda once again gave me a hassle. I had my membership card pulled up on my phone like I always do. I walked in holding my phone to show her. There was another lady who was with her daughter in front of me and didn't show her a membership card. She simply asked her if she was a member that customer said yes. She whaled her hands in the air and yelled to call me back to the front to inspect my membership card. She said something in Spanish as she called me back but I'm not sure what that was. I'm don't know what was going on in her mind but this terrible customer service. I felt singled out. Never has anyone at Costco has been this rude in any other state. I guess my Crocs were not cool enough for Miami.

Yelp
Costco is amazing. I have friends who rave about it, and so I finally went to try for myself. Damn. Savings, shopping, and fun at every turn. I recently had my fridge break and lost everything - so I thought Costco would be the spot to replenish meats and staple items, I was so right! The store layout is wonderful - very spacious for the large amounts of crowds there. The assortment of products is also awesome. The pricing for meats and seafood is ridiculous. I was about to stock up on meat to last me a lonnng time at a fraction of the cost it would be at a regular grocery store. They also have a nice selection of electronics, home goods and of course let's not forget about WINE! So much of my favorite bottles $3-10 cheaper than other locations. The membership is definitely worth the savings you will encounter by shopping here. While it's extremely busy, the check out process is pretty smooth. This location has a gas station, which has extremely well priced gas, too! Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Not cool that this location is telling me a 14 year member that all of the sudden the self pay is for 20 times or less now. (BTW no sign indicates that) So Now I have to stand in the Loooooong Super slow lanes??? Guest I'm not coming back to this one. What a joke that each location is making up rules cause they being lazy. Thanks for the inconvenience!!

Adrian L.

Yelp
I been going to Costco for the past 11 years, never had any issues until today. My wife has a membership card and my son does also, but I don't. I am with her when we shop there and I pay the bill with my card or chase every time . The clerk and the manager said to us, that I couldn't pay because I'm not a member. I been paying for the last 11 years. Even though she is a member I could not pay with cash or credit card. What is that about is the US fund not excepted or racism could be at play. How is it that this company policy does not stated such a ridiculous enforcement . Does it mean that we should not shop at Costco with our family because they do not have a membership card except one that has. Shame on you Costco your company should reevaluate your policies and procedures to better your company.

Yelp
Costco Wholesale on Flagler Street in Miami is a well managed Costco location that has everything that you expect from a Costco and more. They are crowded at most times, but everything moves relatively quickly. Good overall experience shopping here.

Yelp
I had the worst experience at this Costco today. I was checking out with my husband who is on my membership as a family member and when I went to go pay they checked the credit card and Salavador my cashier immediately started giving me attitude about how that's not allowed. I pulled up my Costco account to show him that my husband who was standing right next to me with his ID was in fact on my account as a family member. Salvador and Ivette then started double teaming me telling me it's not allowed. He needs to have his own membership and I'm not allowed to use his credit card to pay. I kept trying to explain how he was on my account and this has never been an issue. They kept cutting me off and telling me "I wasn't listening" and Salavador even as far to say "shut up and listen." I was then told I need to go figure it out else where. The two of them were like sharks. My husband and I both served in the military and this was the most unprofessional behavior. I was baffled and immediately spoke with a supervisor who went to try to speak to Ivette and Salavador but told us they wouldn't let him speak and they said they were in the right to their own supervisor. So we went to the manager whose name is Christian. He was very kind and understanding and immediately came to rectify the situation. Christian is a great manager and I appreciate him taking the time to speak to me and inform me of what corrective actions were going to be taken. I will be coming here again under the leadership of Christian but something needs to be done with Ivette and Salavador in regard to their behavior and how the spoke to me at checkout. Thank you Christian for being so kind and listening so well.

Yelp
We love Costco. However, of all the locations we've been to, this one is our least favorite. It's also the newest in Miami, which seems odd that we would like it the least. The problem is the staff and the organization. Surprisingly for a Costco, it always seems like a mess. Labels were not properly placed for the product, return lines are always long and slow etc... The few times we've asked for help, the staff members seemed either too busy or lost in the clouds. Not sure why they can't get it together. On one particular occasion we witnessed two employees arguing and screaming at each other over who should be taking care of a customer. Very unprofessional. Cafe lines and table set up is also tight and messy. Come during lunchtime and good luck getting something to eat. The set up is not conducive to being able to have a shopping cart while also sitting down to grab a bite. It's just too narrow. They've crammed too many tables into one small area. Costco can do better. Let's hope they do.
