Update: Costco Optical - To be seen you need to make an appointment. I really liked the optometrist, she was really nice. My appointment took maybe about 30 minutes. It’s helpful if you have a record with them it goes faster. I mainly came to get prescriptions for contact but she gives you both for glasses and contacts. They take insurance. But if you don’t have one, it’s very affordable. And you can order your glasses and contacts here as well. —————— It’s so funny how when a lady asked me to apply for an executive club membership, I said “no” because I don’t come here that often. I’ve been coming here a lot more and more than what I said to the lady when I first applied for membership years ago. I really love that there is a Costco close to me. This Costco has great selection of items and I always get what I need. The one con about going to Costco is everything is big. What I mean is if I need just a carton of milk it comes in a pack of three. But the price is right. Costco always has great holiday items. Costumer service is ok. I rarely need to ask for help. Unless I go to Optical or their foodcourt area and then when you check out. That’s the only real reaction with employees at Costco.

I recently visited Costco for my monthly bulk shopping trip, and I must say the service was outstanding! The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me to items I was looking for and offering recommendations. The quality of products, especially the fresh produce and meat, is always top-notch. I trust Costco to provide high-quality goods at a fraction of the cost compared to other stores. The value for money is unparalleled. Whether you're shopping for everyday essentials or seasonal items, Costco offers great deals that save me so much in the long run!

This Costco has excellent lighting inside the store. It makes me want to stay longer than I normally would. It is super well managed in terms of displays. I have actually seen a few times when the General Manager and her other managers would pitch in to help keep the shelves, display shelves….etc in neat conditions. Oh! their “all hands on deck “ policy help to move us quickly at checkouts. So the other members and I never have to wait for a long time. I have been to almost every Costco locations in the Bay Area plus the ones in Sacramento too. I would rank it as number 2 in terms of all the things I mentioned above plus the cleanliness of the store. If you must know, the first is the Business Center in South San Francisco. But that was when they first opened. I have not revisited since then. One last thing about shopping and parking at Costco - I find it to be the safest place to park and shop. Their newly remodeled optical center in the store makes you feel like you are at actually at a store. Kudos to the team at this store. This will be my 22nd year as an Executive member of Costco.

Very rude the managers don’t know how to talk to people. They don’t greet you when you come in. They’re talking to me like I’m a child about my dog telling me that my dog is not a service dog and it’s a service dog and training. I was uncomfortable. The whole time I was in the store being followed around because I’m black. I will never go to this Costco again it’s racist racist prejudice When the manager seen me with my dog instead of having a conversation with me about my dog, she whispered to another manager oh, this is the dog that we’re following right here

This place was a bleeping zoo! Omg! It sucked. They don’t have enough parking, they don’t have enough carts and they sucked at service. The line to exit with your groceries was insane. It seems very mad max beyond thunder dome in there. No one knows what they are doing and it was just a mess.

It’s a bit of a chaotic experience but worth it. I wouldn’t suggest buying shellfish there. I’ve done it a few times and awakened in the middle of the night, not feeling so well. The prices are reasonable. The products are of decent quality. The employees are usually helpful and friendly. I just need to remember to bring bags for the ride home lol

Always been a Costco Pizza fan, but this time I was given a rancid pizza. Inedible. As soon as I opened it it smelled awful. Went back for a refund, and was told "All food court sales are final." Nice
