I love Costco. They hand pick the food and tools and appliances that they sell, and they only pick good stuff. Their return policy is fantastic, so they have to pick good stuff so they don’t get too many returns. It also means that there’s little risk in purchasing something if you’re not sure that it’s good, because you can always take it back. But I rarely had to take things back because they’re very selective in how they choose products. I guess biggest problem with Costco are the lines tend to be very long at certain times of day, like right after work, or just before they close. But they have a great Optometry section, they have a pharmacy that is well stocked and very inexpensive, that also gives vaccines. I’ve heard that their hearing aids are very good and well priced (no pun intended). And of course their hot mail is fantastic. They must lose money on that hot dog deal The way that they lose money on their rotisserie chickens, and they just count on them to bring people in to shop. It works! Costco gas is excellent, And I always fill up here when I go.

Costco is great! This Costco is one of the busier ones in the Austin Area but it is big enough that it disperses the crowd. One of my families favorite things about the store is the pizza. You can call it ahead and pick it up very quickly. I mean $10 for a large pizza is amazing! It feeds my whole family for an economical price. This Costco keeps me coming back when I can’t make it to the one closer to my house.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and they had a lot of samples that were awesome. Busy, but not overly crowded. Everyone had smiling faces and were very helpful. Awesome to see local beer in stock.

Costco is the ultimate shopping experience if you love value, quality, and convenience—and this location nails it every time. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that everything is designed to make bulk shopping feel easy and efficient. The store is spacious, clean, and surprisingly well-organized for its size. You can find everything from fresh produce and bakery items to electronics, clothes, and even furniture, all at unbeatable prices. The samples are a fun bonus (who doesn’t love a mini snack break while shopping?), and the rotating seasonal items keep things interesting. What I really appreciate is how fast the checkout process is, even when it’s busy. The employees are quick, friendly, and always willing to help. The food court? Still iconic. $1.50 hot dog and soda combo? Unmatched. Whether you’re shopping for a big family, a party, or just love stocking up, this Costco makes it easy and enjoyable. Five stars—every visit is worth the membership. I highly recommend this location. To anyone who is reading this, have an amazing day.

Getting ready for a lot of things but yesterday on a Friday for disaster roster this Tuesday for inclement weather. It’s packed but I love the wide selections of items. They have the emergency food bucket but I am writing this review appreciating the more inclusive on Asian items be it food or for the Chinese Lunar Year! I’ve been a Costco member since I moved in the US and have always come to different city or state locations. The value for your money is great. Service is always nice.

I was visiting my daughter and there were a few things she wanted to get. This location is near her but I live about 4 hours away so it was my first time here. It was Sunday so of course it was busy. But, everything seemed to be well stocked and organized. Considering how busy it was and how long the lines were we really didn't wait too long to check out. I wanted to get a membership card for my daughter before we left but actually just ended up purchasing it online.

Google
This place is great! It has an impressive selection of high-quality products at cheap prices. The variety is incredible, ranging from groceries and household essentials to electronics and clothing. Some of the food's I like are the chocolate muffins and cookies, the milk, chips and more! The in-store experience is enhanced by the clean and well-organized layout. The sample stations add a fun and delicious touch to your shopping trip, which is one of the best things about this place! The membership benefits, including access to exclusive deals and services like the optical and pharmacy departments, are well worth the investment. Overall, Costco Wholesale offers an exceptional shopping experience with its unbeatable price and high-quality products. Highly recommended! UPDATE: I was able to take some photos so here they are

Google
I love Costco and have never had a bad experience at any location until I visited Cedar Park today. My husband and I were checking out at the self check lane when we noticed our dog food rang up incorrectly. We asked for assistance from the self checkout attendant, they went and retrieved someone from the service desk. The girl came over and before I could even explain the incorrect pricing she said “we’re really understaffed so you can just pay now and go take a picture of the sign for whatever item isn’t ringing up right and when you come back we can give you the difference”. There were 4 associates standing at the desk talking amongst each other, from any customers perspective I’m sure that would give the impression that they’re not understaffed. When I asked to speak to a manager was when another associate went to check the price for us, and when I thanked them they tried to justify why we were told what we were, because the girl was clocking out for their shift. I’m sorry, but being short staffed or on your way out the door from your shift is absolutely no reason for poor customer service. Do better Costco-Cedar Park!

Yelp
I frequent this Costco a lot, and each time, I've had stellar experiences that keep me coming back week after week. The parking is a little bit confusing, but it's not too bad once you know the lot's layout. It's no secret that Costco is busiest on Saturdays and Sundays. I've seen it busy on weekdays, too, especially during lunch hour. But I usually go right when they open or about an hour before they close, and I've rarely experienced crowding issues. I like how Costco caters to different ethnic cuisines by offering popular food and snack choices for those ethnic groups. As an Asian guy, I've enjoyed buying moon cakes, Chinese sausage, seaweed salad, and kimchi at fair prices compared to Hmart, a Korean supermarket. I also appreciate their great deals on gift cards, usually 20% off MSRP, which adds to the value of my Costco membership. They have a variety of gift cards available, and they rotate based on availability. The cafe on-site has consistently served high-quality food and drinks, and ordering is a breeze with self-service kiosks. Even when the cafe is busiest, I've always had to wait at most 5 minutes to receive my order. I have had to return items in the past, but the service associates have been kind and prompt. If I ever have any membership questions, member services are quick to answer. All in all, I've been satisfied with this Costco. However, sometimes, items sell out and don't restock right away, which can get annoying.

Yelp
Costco is needed for the community! As always great products are provided and ready to be picked by you! We came here and grabbed some goodies for our home! Definitely keep coming to pick up some fresh products and home items! Keep up the good work! Cheers

Yelp
This is the first Costco I have ever been to where every employee I interacted with was so rude. I needed help with my Costco card, the lady would not answer any of my questions and yelled "NEXT!" While I was still trying to ask if she could help with my account. I spoke with 3 different employees and not one of them smiled, said hi, or responded when i smiled and said hello. I don't expect them to be abnormally friendly but some common courtesy would have been nice

Yelp
Your Yelper Girl here! I love my Cedar Park Costco. Great deals and prices. Weekends are pretty crowded here; so we visit on a different day if we want to avoid the crowds. The checkout lines move pretty quickly. I do appreciate their return policy and I love how the scanners are being used now to keep non-members out.

Yelp
Spacious, wide variety, and efficient staff. For this location, I see that they are more limited on Asian food selection compared to the Research Blvd location. If you're looking for samples, I recommend coming around 11-1. They're mostly by the food area, and the check out, but they set a few up throughout other spots as well. Food court: I mean Costco hot dog is always a great deal. I also love the chicken bake. Plenty of seating areas and luckily people do try to keep it clean as well. Staff: They are efficient and try to get things done so make sure you hustle when it's your turn to pay. They can be intimidating lol but some are actually really sweet! Nearby to my house so great place to shop!

Yelp
There's only two locations in Austin, but I prefer the latter.this location doesn't seem to flow as good as the other.

Yelp
Super prices and the $1.50 jumbo beef hotdog lunch, drink included - what's not to love? Warehouse Club shopping so you have to buy in large quantities Get their Costco Visa and get a 4% discount on gas at any gas station. The gas discount more than pays for the annual membership to join the club.

Yelp
Very cool layout, even though it's a Costco, its design is completely reversed from the usual one we go to. There was also more of an assortment of Asian food and drink products too, which was really neat to see. A bit out of the way but definitely worth coming here, even if to try and see new products that aren't carried at the other Costcos in Austin!!

Yelp
I love Costco. They are always changing their inventory, so you have the staples. Then you also have lots of seasonal items. Occasionally there are hot deals but for the most part, the prices are fair. The produce and meat are fresh. I have always had good service for items that I have had to return. Every employees seems to be working hard. There is no idling or twiddling thumbs. The store isn't perfect though. Is it very busy? Yes. Is it hard to maneuver a huge cart around the self check out line with random people deciding to park their cart so no one can pass? Yes. I would still highly recommend Costco. Are the samples delicious. Yes! Is there always parking at this location? Yes. My only suggestion would be to restock items that have run out midday. We went to get some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches around 5 pm, and the freezer was empty. There were more in storage, but they aren't allowed to bring more out because they only restock in the morning. Still love Costco though.

Yelp
I purchased online the Palram 8'x8' Canopia greenhouse in March 2023. After we built our 12'x12' ArmorGuard composite deck on memorial weekend, we began assembling the greenhouse the following weekend starting at 7:30am dreading the higher temperatures later being a 100 degree day by 4:45ish, before clean up. It took 2 of us 9-9 1/2 hours with no lunch break but many water breaks for rehydration! Warning! There are a million pieces of hardware and average pieces of framing and paneling. Lastly, we secured the greenhouse to our composite deck. Before this, we had another Palram for 8-9 years through Amazon that held up well considering the Texas heat, high winds, snow, hail and numerous ice storms the past 3 years. It was time to breakdown the old treated cedar stained wood and start anew. This newer model seems to be much cooler with the textured grooved, matted roofing. I am very pleased and is well worth the purchase and labor.

Yelp
I visited the Costco optical department today. It was a very pleasant experience. The people who work there are so kind and patient. The assortment of glasses is quite generous, even including non-prescription sunglasses. They have expensive brands and less expensive brands, but all are very good quality. I enjoyed walking through and looking at the frames and trying them on, the most difficult part was only picking one! They do have a special that the second pair is discounted, but that was not for me today. I got transition tinting on my glasses so that they turn darker when I go in the sun! It's going to take one to two weeks for the glasses to get back to me, but I can hardly wait! Next time, I am going to do some heavy duty shopping. I highly recommend this optical department for some good glasses made in a very professional manner.

Yelp
I have to say, the people in the store, customers and employees alike are a lot nicer than at the Costco where I came from, in Reno Nevada. Everybody's pretty courteous, but the one thing that stood out was the fact that I went there specifically for a dish set that I was told was in stock. My daughter and I went to the isle Where it should have been, but it wasn't. There was a bowl sitting on the display, so we grabbed the bowl and hunted down an employee. We found an employee who told us it was likely in the pallet that was on the top, and if we could find a manager who was willing to drop it so that we could get it, it was likely up there. We found Josh, the front end manager, and he was awesome! He checked on two things that we were looking for, got the pallet dropped so that we could get our dishes, and looked for the other item for us. They didn't have the other item in stock, which was fine because I already placed an order for it, but would've canceled it if I could've found it in the store. The one thing that I did not like was, my daughter and I were walking up, we were within hearing distance, and my daughter said, "there's a manager," and the general manager, who was standing there with Josh, grew wings and took off! He wanted nothing to do with dealing with customers, and that was not OK. If you're the general manager, you not only need to set an example for your employees, but you need to let the customers know that you care, so you don't run away when a customer notices that you're standing there. I won't rate the store lower because of the general manager, simply because Josh and the other employee, I didn't get his name and I'm sorry about that, made up for the discourteous nature of the general manager, who I hope they never learn to emulate.

Yelp
Yesterday my bride was shopping for us at Costco and was delighted to find that the pumpkin pie was once again available. Long story short - after getting home we both sat down for a slice only to be very disappointed. It wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't up to the quality that we've come to expect from years past. I don't know what changed. Perhaps the recipe or the baking process. Whatever changed - PLEASE FIX IT.

Joyce T.

Yelp
Great products with good pricing! Sometimes upsetting when something is discontinued like Belgium Dark Chocolates! lol! But then I found Costco chicken nuggets! Ummm! Good! And the other day I ate my way through the store! Samples of pizza, cheeses, gummies, pretzels, ice cream! I could go on!!

Yelp
Buy in bulk at reasonable prices. The merchandise is easy to find, because the signage is large and clear. The staff keeps the store clean and is thorough with check-outs, and security keeps out the riff-raff. It would, however, be nice to see more check-stands.

Yelp
I love this Costco but today Justin and is friend were more interested in eating cookies and talking to each other than acknowledging the customers. But seriously I love Costco!

Yelp
I've been a Costco executive member for over 25 years. I rarely return purchases, but I tried to return a Costco prepared food item, you know the ones in the plastic carton. These had a bad smell. I took them back to this Costco 2 days after purchase and they promptly refused the return, saying it was 1 day beyond the "sell date." Not the expire date mind you, but the sell date. They do not follow the general return policy created by Costco, and use their own arbitray discretion to refuse returns. I've never been treated so disgustingly rude and unfair at any other Costco. I will never shop at this particular Costco again and it is horrible. I do not recommend anyone to shop here.

Justin H.

Yelp
Was shopping at Costco, bought my groceries, went out to my car and had a dead battery. Went back in, bought a new battery and asked if they had a wrench for sale so that I could change the battery. No. Asked if they could loan me a wrench so I could. No. Asked if their auto department could give me a jump. No. Had to wait in the parking lot until someone gave us a jump. Suggestions: have people other than goofy teenagers working at the auto center or people with the basic desire to be of assistance...or shop at Sam's!!! Or Walmart

Tommy P.

Yelp
I bought 2 (expensive) tires for my truck online. Scheduled installation date for after tires arrive at store. Showed up on schedule. They wouldn't install them, said they "didn't come on the car". Truck is 25 years old... I have those exact tires on it, have had 3 sets on it, for years. We're done.

Yelp
Convenient for a family to shop bulk at cheap costs. Quality products! Recommended for all big families.

Cecelia M.

Yelp
Employees in the self service stations are rude. It turned out my card had expired 2 weeks prior and I hadn't realized it. I asked if I could go through anyway since I couldn't pay the membership until the following week. The lady said "if I do it for you then I have to do it for everybody" It want a big deal to me because I only had 2 items but I asked if a supervisor could override it and she just shrugged her shoulders and looked around. I waited for a minute before walking away because it looked like she was getting a supervisor. As I started to leave, a supervisor showed up so I asked again if they were going to override it for me and they both just stood there. So I said "It's anyone going to talk to me" And the lady said, "are you asking to shop for free." s is to mock me. DISRESPECT

Yelp
Costco tire center is our worse experience Showed up 10 am Saturday morning at 10 am After 30 minutes wait in line we purchased a new tire For our daughter car Now is 11:30 ( 2 1/2 hours later ) They tell us the new tire is in trunk and they have no time to put it on Manager says "take it home and put it on yourself " What ? After 21/2 hours wait take it home and put it on yourself It will take 2 more hours of wait if they would put it on We have been telling them that our daughter has to be at work at 13:00 We canceled it and spoke to manager that told us that is " how it is " That they are very busy and that you get what got get So we are going to try sams for now Very very very dissatisfied with Costco We have been Costco member for years and years

Yelp
I've been shopping at Costco for a while. I've also shop at Sam's. Can't say I've noticed a huge difference in the pricing. In the produce section the only thing that appears to be cheaper are the carrots. Watermelon avocados. Cantaloupe are all more expensive than what you can find at H-E-B. You even have to buy a larger quantity here than you normally would. I've gone round and round with their low end. Employees on gas prices here. It's out their gas prices as being the way to get you to shop with them. Six times out of 10. They are the same price if not higher than the local gas stations. Only recently have they been slightly lower than some of the local gas stations. Very frustrating to drive 15 minutes thinking you're going to get cheaper gas only to find out that you're paying anymore or less than what you could've gotten if you had driven to the gas station by your house. During the week is the best time to shop. Night time and weekends are nuts. Some of the rudest shoppers I've had to interact with all seem to congregate here. No excuse me no pardon me no hello no thank you no, can I please get by no nothing as far as courtesy is concerned. I got so frustrated with this place. I asked for a refund on my membership, but they absolutely refused. I was told if I was unhappy that I could cancel my membership and re-join later if I wanted to. Oh. Can I tell you how well that went over ?!

Yelp
As a business, this place is great. The staff is always so friendly and great with kids. We enjoy seeing all the new products to use, eat, and/or play with here. This place was totally clutch during the Covid pandemic of 2020 when milk and other necessities were getting scarce. Now let's talk about the crowds. This place is very busy with customers who sometimes don't exactly know shopping etiquette (moving to one side so people can get by in aisles, stopping right in the middle of the walkway to gaze at something, and cutting the long self service line to name a few annoyances), but the employees still give service with a smile. So bring your patience and your pocketbooks to enjoy this warehouse of fun.

Yelp
We just bought the most perfect, amazing Christmas Tree from Costco! Thank you, Robert, for selecting the absolute best tree for our family. 8' 5" tall! What an excellent pick. It's lush, full, tall, symmetrical, and simply magnificent! We've never had a more beautiful Fraser Fir Tree. We're so excited to finish decorating it. :) Costco, Robert's customer service is top notch! Merry Christmas to you all!

Yelp
Changed things up & went to this Costco today. I needed to make a return & pick up a bunch of things. The return was smooth, as usual. Not much of a wait. The store wasn't too busy, and I found everything on my list & a few extras pretty quickly. They were well stocked on all of the sale items. The areas on for only 4 stars is the checkout situation. They have a number of self checkout stations which is great when you have a few things. My cart was loaded up & I needed some assistance to get it all checked out, so I went through the regular line. They only had 2 lanes open & the lines were long. They should have opened a few lanes to clear out the lines. Otherwise, great visit!

Celenia C.

Yelp
Customer Service at this Costco is horrible. I'm not sure if they hire racists people but every time we go we always get attitude from the cashier and or people at the door who ask for your receipt. Finally the last time we went, the cashier Iliana started yelling at us and having a really nasty attitude with me & my dad. This isn't the first time it's happened with this particular cashier. I asked to speak to a manager. The "manager" Mike was no help, he pretty much laughed in my face. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge of the store. He took me over to someone named John. Same thing I'm trying to explain the situation & his responses were unhelpful "yup, no," for being a manager that's very unprofessional. No one should be treated this way.

Yelp
A solid Costco. Always well stocked and clean and tidy. Where I get my gas. And you MUST get a pizza.

Yelp
Great place to shop great deals. Good for a family with many kids bc the deals are better in bulk then single buy.

Yelp
This store deserves five stars. Let's be honest, any Costco I have been to on the weekend the parking lot is busy and the gas lines are crowded. The gas lines go by fast since the pumps are long enough to reach your tank on either side. I prefer to visit on weeknights to avoid the crowds. I have found some amazing stuff here. Pillows, clothes, food, water, cakes, camera, etc. I haven't used Costco travel packages, but I have friends who use it religiously. The Costco is clean and employees are helpful.

Yelp
Great managers and supervisors, the staff friendly and helpful , hats off to Dan the gm and Brandon,!

Yelp
My mom and i have been members of Costco for 10+ years. I feel as though it should be noted that I work retail and have worked retail for 10+ years. I understand customer service to a tee. I also understand that if I am paying for a membership I would expect nothing less than great service and to feel valued as a customer. However service and value were not provided today and I was not respected in the slightest. Today I came in to return some airpods because the speakers were busted and I've only owned these for less than a year and thats no fault to Costco. To my memory my airpods never came with a charger-cord- I explained that I dont remember if they came with a cord... So they called over Justin and immediately Justin began bickering with me for no reason. At first interaction Justin came off chilidish and wanted to argue just to argue. Justin is the most immature partner I have ever experienced while being in the customer position. I showed Justin the sales tag where it says- it does not include a charger. We argue back and forth while I notice how rude, invalidating, and did I mention rude?!? Complete malice in his tone and I found my experience today unacceptable- and quite honestly discouraged me from coming back to this location because this seems common for Justin upon reading other yelp reviews. Logically, I spoke to someone else... Claudia and David. Both on the same wavelength as Justin- invalidating, rude, and gave no leeway for me as a customer to even try to give these partners the benefit of the doubt. Claudia at one point yelled at me before I had the chance to explain that I thought they did not come with a charging cord and the sales tag in their store never specified the charging cord. Clearly I was mistaken and I admit that- however that still does not excuse the behaviors I experienced while dealing with this entire encounter. Let it also be on the record that I was given no guidance when it came to how this situation actually played out. I will tell you how I personally would have dealt with myself. I would say "I'm sorry ma'am however according the apple website they do come with a charging cord. What I can do for you today is go ahead and purchase a new pair of airpods, Ill trade you the charging cord (from the new pair) and Ill go ahead and refund you the remaining balance" Easier, quicker, and it still would have left the customer with some dignity instead of feeling bullied and talked down to like I did today. In sum, I do not recommend coming to this costco- if possible go to the balcones woods location and save yourself the trouble when dealing with these disrespectful employees. I did not feel serviced here and again; I felt bullied. I know this does not satisfy costcos brand name and how they prefer to value their customers. If you do come here; avoid Justin, Claudia and David as they're all terrible and should not be in customer service or retail in general. Thank you!

Yelp
Giving a shout out to the guy at Costco that saw me trying to secure the frig I just bought in my truck with some flimsy rope!!! He politely said are u going far? Then he told me they sell straps inside and even helped me get them in place and secure made the trip home in one piece not even a wobble!! Thank you Costco guy!! Showing some compassion for me!! Probably my dad sent u to me!!!! He was the loader in the family.

Yelp
Costco has gone Above and Beyond to facilitate us during this pandemic period. For our convenience and protection, they have allowed Seniors to shop early on a Tuesdays and Thursdays. They hired staff to specifically clean the shopping carts before you grab it. Products are stocked in the aisles, on the floor anywhere they have extra space. Doing their best to supply our needs. Look for "Heather" our front with the sign of all the products their out of that day.

Yelp
Always a pleasant experience coming to this Costco. Staff is friendly and everything is always clean. The deals they offer for food and household goods make me want to spend my entire paycheck every time I go. I Love Costco!

Yelp
Costco is awesome. I liked this location best until the Pflugerville location opened. Gas pumps are crazy good. So many more than the N Austin store, but not as many as Pflugerville it seems. Rarely a wait, and it's short when there is one. Fast and cheap. This store also seems to have more variety than the N Austin store. The main reason I started coming here was because the N Austin store didn't stock the puppy food I needed, now they don't silock the dog food. Still seems weird to me. Parking lot is a bit crazy like most locations. I like that this location is at the tail end of a big outdoor mall, so one has many choices for other goods nearby.

Ivy D.

Yelp
Johnathan at the customer service was very rude and unhelpful. Stood in line for 15 minutes and saw the way the talked to customers. Very unprofessional, does not care for customers at all When it was my turn, a lady helped me out but she had to get Jonathan to help. What he said to me was rude and unhelpful. Costco has never made me feel this way before and I've been a customer for over 10 years. I hope this gets resolved because my family shop here often

Yelp
I'm just so impressed with the employees and their friendly attitudes. I heard many good mornings and inquiries if help was needed. The checkout clerk and person helping with the items were fast and efficient and at the same time smiling. Lastly the person that reconciles the receipt with the items in the basket was quite cheerful and smiling as well. I have shopped here since it opened. I can say that its most always like this. Thankful for having such a good experience as it makes for a better day for all!

Yelp
The staff is friendly and they are really good about scanning your stuff and getting you out of the store! It's kind of nice to have a Costco that understands that the less people wait, the less irritable they get. hehe They're super organized and are always on point to bring in the cool new products. I thought maybe because of the location (not being central and "cool") they might have some of the stuff that is backdated but this is not the case. We really enjoy shopping here and I am so glad we kept our membership. Their organic fruits, veggies, dairy products etc rock!!

Yelp
Solid Costco location. Gas lines usually move pretty quickly. Parking is decent. Selection and quality are solid. I don't have many complaints other than the very far north location. This spot is suited for nearby families in the suburbs. Very clean and orderly. Would recommend!

Yelp
It's Costco. Always spend more money that you want too on things that you don't need. Super friendly staff thats always friendly and customer focused Gas is cheap and is Top Tier. I always but Top Tier Gad in our vehicles. Minus lawn equipment- I put ethanol free in that. Top tier gas like Costco, Exxon etc is the way to go. At Costco you pay the price for cheap gas but get the extra quality of top tier. A win win.

Yelp
Customer service is awful and they are very unprofessional. I like the 183 Austin location much better

Yelp
Employees go out of their way to deliver excellent customer service. Would've given 5 stars but there were a few times when items I wanted were out of stock: mochi ice cream, egg burritos, tempura shrimp, calamari in freezer section (now back in stock) and Turbo tax. Costco does read & respond to the comment cards. I requested they bring back their tasty flatbreads and indeed, they brought them back! These flatbreads so really good. The first time they offered the flatbreads they were pesto chicken and pulled pork. Now it's bbq chicken and meatball. Like 'em all! We just purchased a flatscreen TV from Costco for $20 less than Best Buy. Since we have a Costco credit card, we received a free 2 year extended warranty. Nice! Costco employee was immediately there to help us load the large box onto the cart. He was very informative about the warranty and options available to us. We've also purchased a vacation thru Costco to stay at an all-inclusive resort. Buying thru Costco saved us roughly $600 from regular price on the resort's website. We also received an upgrade on our suite. Most of the Resort cash/coupons wasn't very useful however since they had too many stipulations & restrictions; only coupon we exercised was the coupon towards a complimentary bottle of wine at dinner.

Yelp
After speaking to a very rude and condescending woman in the pharmacy, I called and asked someone in administration if there was any kind of service where I could pay for my prescriptions on line and someone could bring them to my car. They could put them in my trunk like they do at other stores and have no contact. I informed her that I was sick and tested positive for Covid. Her answer was "nope". I asked if it was then okay for me to come in and pick up my prescriptions and she said " Do what you gotta do". So, FYI, not only are they incredibly rude, but with all their plexiglass and early demands of masking, this is how much they really value your safety and that of their employees.

Yelp
This is one of the nicest Costco's that I've been shopping at. The store itself is very clean, there is plenty of parking, and all of the employees I've met are very friendly. This is also one of the busiest Costco's I've ever been to (especially on weekends!), but if you can manage to go during the week in the early morning or afternoon, it's usually a quick trip. Great selection of products, and of course, the most amazing return policy ever. I always have peace of mind buying anything from Costco because I know they will take it back if I'm not happy. The gas is always the cheapest in the area, and I love using the Costco Citi card. I shop here a few times a month and they've never been out of stock on anything, ha! A Costco Membership is worth every penny.

Yelp
If you ever have the pleasure of meeting Simon, the receiving manager, you will be disappointed. I am not sure how this guy is a manager at Costco. He is the opposite of what Costco portrays as Customer Service. I had the pleasure of meeting him on Friday. He is not Customer-friendly at all. He seems to have a terrible outlook on life PERIOD. I am not sure how he manages his employees at COSTCO Cedar Park, but I can imagine there are several issues there. He is NOT management material. Simon is AWFUL.
